Simple basic and to the point old school smoothie

Always the best smoothies in town. Charlie and his staff has taken care of me for over a year now and am very grateful to have them as a fun, convenient, and enjoyable interaction every time. Thank you as always

Smoothies here taste like bitter medicine. Not too mention that the pictures they have up of "acai bowls" are misleading. Last time I went I ordered an acai bowl and thought I would get the yogurt w the fruit on top. Wrong, I got a bitter tasting smoothie. If you want some real acai bowls stick with Celis Juice Bar or 3Natives. Edit: This has been my first and only review as that was the first and last time I have been to that place.

Most inconsiderate staff. I wasnt acknowledged for a while. Once acknowledged, i asked for bathroom key while I was ordering and I was told I cant get it until i pay, while my pregnant sister is wiggling and explained that she is going to have an accident. I proceeded with my order so that my sister could get the key while I ordered and the employee stopped my order causing my pregnant sister to have an accident on herself. That is the worst experience. I didnt get to place the order. My pregnant sister was craving a smoothie and we came here just for her to have this experience.

So expensive 1 small 1 medium. And it was 20 bucks just for choco pb banana. It wasn't even good it was bitter.

I usually do not write reviews but this place deserves to be heard about. The smoothie I got tasted very bad when I politely asked if I could get my smoothie remade they told me that thye cannot make it again unless I payed again. The were completely rude and unprofessional from the start, I was served by a girl with tattoos and piercings, she was extremely difficult and rude, I will never come back to this location if she is still working there!

Came here for a smoothie but while there was a person in front asked to go to the bathroom she said I needed to buy something first, told her I would just needed to use the restroom. She said i needed to buy something first left and told her i was going to but with her attitude left and she said ok. Horrible service! Thats why the place wont do good. First give good service to get people to come.

I've had a wonderful experience every time I've been to Smoothie Whirl'd with both the service & their products. The Acai Rio Bowl with added peanut butter is my favorite. Try it! They also carry a wide variety of protein bars (one which happens to be my all time favorite). Thanks, Smoothie Whirl'd! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

This is my favorite Smoothie place to go to. When you walk in, you’re always greeted and the inspirational sayings on the wall makes the atmosphere so positive. I’ve been coming for a while and have watched for years how much this family owned business has given back to the community. Also, it’s very clear that the employees respect and like the owners. My favorite smoothie is the wizard. It wasn’t one of their original smoothies. It came along after a while. Honestly, I wish other businesses were just like them. Can’t wait to get back in.

The recent flurry of 1-star reviews about this establishment look like they are coming from a disgruntled 2 year old who didn't get her way then persuaded her friends to make similar reviews. IGNORE THOSE REVIEWS! The fact of the matter is that Smoothie Whirl'd serves up quality smoothies and food bowls with the freshest ingredients in a happy atmosphere where one always feels welcome no matter who you are or when you're there. The management and staff are ALWAYS polite, respectful and accommodating to everyone and I've always had a great experience each and every time I've been there. I guess there will always be someone who will go out of their way to be mean and disrespectful when rules and regulations get in the way of people that feel that they don't apply to them. I will always be a Smoothie Whirl'd customer!

This is my favorite, family operated, smoothie destination in all of south Florida. Their ingredients are fresh and the recipes are original and delicious. Upon entering the store I am always greeted by familiar and smiling faces who always remember my order. This is the type of establishment where customers are treated like family and a place that you can depend on for a healthy and refreshing smoothie! 10/10 stars.

Disregard any bad reviews about this place I come here every day to get my daily smoothie, and they are wonderful customer services great, and they are always on point, especially when you call in orders. These recent bad reviews were due to a customer having a bad experience that doesn't mean that this is a bad establishment. I've been coming here for 2 years every day and never had a problem. The staff here is nothing but accommodating friendly. And if you are regular customer, they treat you like family. It's a shame that 1 person had a bad experience and decided to post multiple bad reviews. So make a long story short I went to purchase a smoothie after work girl with the dread was so rude and unprofessional they all are but as I’m reading the owner’s response to the comments I am flabbergasted how they are in business for so long!!! Smoothie is mid but customer service is very poor. There is a girl with a red hair that is so unprofessional, she should not be working in customer service.

Omg this company is so unprofessional I would recommend none of my friends and family to ever step foot in this business, let me share my story so I have a disability with my bladder I drove by craving a smoothie Badly when my cousin spotted a signed that stated smoothie world so I dropped in thinking I would leave out with an amazing experience like I do at Jamba Juice and tropical cafe 🥰 I’m sorry for cheating on my favs but this place was the closest, anyways I entered the cafe really needing to go potty I ask the young lady who was (extremely mean) wheres the restroom I really have to go then ill place my order after she advised me I have to be a paying customer to use their restroom I let her know that I am going to order this is why I came here but I really can’t hold it to stand in line to order w/o going first. like forget the business where is your humanity? She said it’s their policy so I started recording so I can post about my experience because this was just so mean hearted even after I told her I have a bladder disability she in fact let me use the restroom on myself what a shame but I’m not embarrassed about it at all.. can you belive when I asked for the supervisor in charged she told all the employees to ignore me then she came out and put her nasty hands on me I have the whole thing on camera I should of know when I entered this place of business something was fishy not one customer please do not waste your hard earned money on a place like this!! I will be going live and posting the vidoe on all my social media platform this is very cruel if they treat me like that and I’m young imagine your grandparents and your mothers no type of humanity

I wish there was a way to write a review without a star but had to put one just to write this! First things first I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem until today funny because I saw a comment just like this for one the young lady put too much ice in my smoothie I always alter my smoothie it’s never been a problem I came nicely and asked if I could have it remade anyone who’s everyone knows if there’s too much ice and water added lets all say it “it tastes bland” exactly what i expressed to them they told me no can’t get it re made and or my money back called Charlie Thornton the incentive prick he was very rude and told me my employees only put 1 cup of ice and clearly the girl was new she put more than that! He said that as if he was in the shop to see what she put. Whatever you get is what you get no refunds no understanding and no remaking of anything oh and it’s a family business no customer service as well do not go!!!!!!!!

Açaí bowls and customer service zero stars 👎🏽

I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue until today . My friend and I came in Smoothie Whirld, I went to the register to place my order and my friend walked towards to the restroom. My friend asked if the restroom was locked and the cashier advised we had to buy something in order to use the restroom (which I was already at the register getting ready to order ) . The cashier told us we had to place the order and Pay before we could use the restroom. I find this to be very inhumane. Can you imagine if a customer really had an emergency. I am so disappointed and disgusted with Smoothie Whirld .

I got the Strawberry Lemonade Whirl'd it was delicious and a great afternoon treat. It is made of lemonade, strawberries, and raspberry sherbet, it was so refreshing and flavorful. The store was quite busy when I visited Friday afternoon. The staff was friendly and all remained busy serving customers. The owner took time to speak to me,asked if I lived in the area and gave me a rewards card. Give Smoothie Whirl'd a try!

There is a smoothie for everyone 🫶🏼🤍 so beautiful the variety they carry! My only concern was: the place was completely empty, I wanted to drink my smoothie inside in one of the tables, and they didn’t allow it, even tho there were no more customers in the room :(

Worst Smoothie I have ever tasted in my life. My little daughter makes smoothie that taste better. It was supposed to be a pineapple mango blueberry smoothie, or something to that effect don't quite remember but it literally tastes like they just put grape Kool Aid and Sugar in the blender with ice . It tasted very bad, had to force it down. Never again, what a waste of money .

I love getting smoothies from here. I love how everything is fresh and the service is fast. I love the variety of options that are presented to you. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants to try it. It can get a little pricey if you are like me and you like to add a bunch if stuff to your smoothie. I spend about $12-$15.

I know I’m late….. Its very “interesting” to see adults giving a family owned business 1 star because they made the choice to continue to require masks be worn in the establishment. I’ve worked in the ER during the pandemic and seen what COVID can do. Although I know that wearing masks isn’t 100%, which nothing in life is, why would I bring a knife to a gun fight. Just Saying lol! Love their smoothies! : D

Amazing smoothies. This is a really cool place. The staff is ok and service is pretty quick. My only critique of this place is that for such a health conscious business they use styrofoam cups, which is not exactly healthy for the planet.

I used to get their smoothies and they never made anyone wear a mask..this year. Now they enforce it and some have medical conditions and cant wear a mask. They are slave owners, communists..you cannot make people wear a mask who are medical exempt and need to breath. I pray for this business to get from under satan's spell .

As a healthcare provider I want to thank the owner for enforcing masks- Star For great customer service- Star Cleanliness- Star Healthy ingredients- Star Açaí Bowl style- No Star I’m an adventurer and I love trying new things. I ordered the “Peanut Butter Gusto Bowl”. Mainly because I’ve had the peanut butter Açaí bowl at a different store up the street called 3Natives and it was awesome! Here they blend the peanut butter with the Açaí rather than topping it. This takes away that fruity, rich texture of açaí and it just tastes like a peanut butter smoothie. Maybe that works for some people.. Also, not sure if it might have been from the cold açaí condensing in the center but the middle turned into a hard icy lump.. Not sure what happened there but I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. Next time I’ll return for the Rio Açaí and see how it goes! Thanks!
