This Walmart is so ghetto. As soon as I entered there was a super loud fire alarm falsely going off for 5 whole minutes making everyone's ears HURT. I almost left cuz of it, and on top of that the staff are unfriendly. I literally smiled at the woman standing near the exit who's one of those that checks receipts on my way out since she was staring at me while I was walking with my cart yet she just kept staring me down, it was creeping me out. I also found HAIR in one of their Michelina frozen products!! Ridiculous

Walmart has seriously gone downhill I don't know what nationality are catering to anymore but they really really suck 😭

Employee Julieta at self check out was extremely rude. When I ask for help. She said in a rude way “what you want” like if I was bothering her. Walmart due better hiring people.

It's an excellent Walmart Supercenter, so you'll find all your daily necessities. Every day there's something new on clearance. The produce here is typically fresh, and they offer a wide variety you can select from.

Went to 2 different locations. No big air conditioners, only little ones. Now I am going to brands mart which was $80 cheaper.

Apparently this Walmart has new management and is terrible the rotating system is not applied because I've seen in fruit area that new vegetables are put on top of old ones,the names in the isles was change when it didn't need it and things moved when they should have the isle with the spanish seasoning had the name and it was eliminated making it difficult to fine specially when you asked employees that don't understand English where they are,the new management should be educated or removed

Typical Walmart: large selection, fairly "cluttery" and unkempt. Nice prices, though.

It's such a shame that this Walmart looks nice inside, because all of the staff is rude and unhelpful. I calmly asked 2 different employees for help to get into the fitting rooms and they both got extremely rude and started raising their voice. Telling me "find someone else, I don't work in that department" as if I can page somone to help. Unless you want to be harassed don't come to this waste of a store. Terrible customer service.

This is a very good store, so I just recommend that the bakery put less salt on the food preparations and less sugar on the sweets meals.

I wish the exit at the Garden Center was open it wasn't hasn't been open for a while .They changed the whole store now.

Worst Walmart I have visit. Worker was mopping at 10:30pm the entrance and almost made me felt with the mop because she isn’t paying attention and talking with another worker that was just sitting.

Mr Jeffrey and Kim are very nice, him and Kim was the only one here willing to help me find what I was looking for, he was patient and very helpful. If walmart had more like him, the store would have been a good store. This store have bad services, but good employees like Jeffrey and Kim makes me still love to shop here

They just got renovated and store looks fancy . I hope they keep it clean

I purchased the wrong type of beer bottles & wanted to exchange to the aluminum bottles same brand & was told they do not except returns/exchange of alcohol. This is not posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt that alcohol sales are final sale purchases. The manager at customer service told me sales are final because they could get in trouble since they are not a liquor store & to scan my receipt to the app & request the refund that way. I did her suggestion & chat with the agent & was advised they only handle online purchases for return/refund not in store purchased. He said to have customer service scan my receipt & return/exchange. I explained I tried to do that already. I went to a different Walmart & was able to do the transaction no problem. Looks like this location is making up their own rules & this is not a Wal-Mart policy because if it was signs would be posted to notify customers before purchasing.

Personally, I recommend it 100, since I went to several Walmarts and I didn't find what I needed, however in this one there is a great variety of almost everything and in quantities, I really liked it, I will visit it from time to time.

This is my favorite store, and I always find what I need here. Sometimes, they even have clearance sales.

Every person who travels to the US wants to visit a Walmart. And why not, if you have everything and at a good price. You don't leave empty handed.

It's looks so different! It's definitely giving upscale. It reminds me of Target or Old Navy. The displays are so nice. There is security in the parking looking just driving around. Everything is so nice and clean. The only complaint is the service. Still giving low-budget walmart. The workers looked unhappy and not happy to service. Usually, that comes from overworked and underpaid. Whoever is working on the customer service training skills department needs to figure something out. Cause with all the nice changes more people are going to come but with the ehh customer service they are going to quickly leave.

One of the nicer Walmarts! When get rid of theself checkouts and the receipt police, I'll give Walmart 5 stars!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sat outside Walmart pickup for almost 45 minutes waiting for someone to come outside to ask about pickup order for family member coming into town. Called the pickup number more than 5 times. Tried to call number provided for both the store and the pickup and got no answer. Pick up number voicemail is full so can’t even leave a voicemail. Someone needs to speak to whoever is in charge at this store and fix some things.

Went to pick up AA batteries, found where they were supposed to be. Then went over to produce section to pick up a single baking potato. Didn’t see any loose ones so asked someone stocking the refrigerated greens and got a “no English“, saw another employee and received the same reply. Why can’t Walmart hire people who can speak English? UPDATE: They have finally finished updating the store. Aisles better, shelves stocked. Checkout still slow but woman at self checkout spoke English

Went shopping today and WOW the store doesn’t even look like a Walmart! Very clean, very organized, I am actually shocked. I never write reviews but this definitely deserves one. Shoutout to the employees and leaders for showing their hard work through their store 😎

What's going on with the puttid dead animal smell in the parking lot and the people sitting in chairs like is their house? (This is every day for the last 4 to 5 weeks)

Remodeling is in process. I hope customer service improves because this particular Walmart usually has very long checkout lines and the departments often have no one in them to help you.

I use to hate this Walmart but after a little upgrading ie .. store ,staff which is still a work in progress, literally they are still under construction ,they are a great store now.

This is my favorite market, everything you need is at your fingertips in this place. Very competitive prices and excellent quality of products.

This evening I was this store at Belvedere and Military trail, I was with 2 frames to return, I was at customer services and was 3 ladies talking for more than 15 minutes in French creole, they even looked at me , then they walked way, I ask the girl name Jeff something, why they don’t take care the customer, because I was there for 15 minutes to return this frame, she turned to me and said, you know watt come back tomorrow because I’m not helping you, and walked way, I ask another girl to call the manager, is plain to her everything and she did my return, after I só the girl back at customer service again , so I think Walmart need choose people with qualifications to do deal , we the customers bring the Money.

This place is run by idiots. I called the store several times and someone picks up and hangs up. If you don't speak English, then don't pick up. There's no other reason for this nonsense other than someone purposely being a jerk and picking up the phone just to hang up.

Good, but you have to be careful because they stole my car with all my purchases and left them lying somewhere else.

I lost my car and house keys in the store. My air tag identified they are at the store but the customer service desk employees were rude and had no interest in helping me on 2 trips to find them.

They are remodeling this store, sometimes you have to search for an item. Employees don't understand English, all they do is point if you ask where something was moved to.

HORRIBLE!!! Waited almost an hour for help in the bike section, spoke to multiple workers here who just brushed me off when I asked them if they can help call someone to that area. One caught an attitude because she thought I was asking her to help me like no I’m trying to find the person that works that area so ridiculous.

Today I went shopping, and a customer insulted a cashier and went to customer service to complain about her, it's not fair that she did that to the cashier, I hope she doesn't have problems unfairly, she was very kind

Stay away. We waited 25 minutes in line to buy a box for a wall charger that cost $6 because they had it locked up behind glass. Obviously they have a crime problem there. Not family friendly at all. Waited another 25 minutes of lying to check out. Worst Walmart ever

It used to be a pleasant experience to shop in the store. Well, not anymore! Many employees have an attitude and don't want to assist customers. Unfortunately, the whole atmosphere has changed.

I went this evening to purchase a TV, and my husband and I asked if they had another cart to transport it to car, bc it was to big for shopping cart, they said no! Use the shopping cart. Checking out, another customer who spoke same language as Claudett the manager, bought same tv and was provided a better cart l.My husband asked Claudett the manager why was that, he was provided w a very rude attitude, said there are no special carts, and shopping carts are the same thing, and it's not bc it bounces in parking lot. We don't appreciate being tried like a second class' citizen, we spend a lot of money at Walmart and employees especially managers should not be so rude!

At this Walmart the good thing is that it doesn't take long to pay

I recently signed up for the Walmart+ subscription and it’s been a total waste. Today marks the 3rd time I have tried to order delivery from this location specifically, however I did also try 2 others nearby, and the item is either not in stock, (though they had it as in stock on their app), or the deliveries just NEVER show. I have had an item “preparing” for the past 12 hours from this location. It still says it will arrive today. I don’t think it’s going to lol.

I HAVE NOTHING TO SHARE I ONLY WOULD LIKE YOU TO NOT ASK ME ANYTHING ABOUT MY VISITS AGAIN. RESPECT MY PRIVACY.

Nice Walmart but the parking area is under construction. Parking is limited and there is some congestion at busier times which makes it a little dangerous. Otherwise good stock on hand and staff are polite and helpful

It's Walmart slow checkout per usual. Eggs with the clothes, meat with the cereal. That's not their fault we have to be better and stop doing that stuff.

The Plaza was ok. Hotbins not good at all. Thuesday is a $2.00 day (technically speaking). It's a lie.

Bought what we needed. Egg price was $3.46 for 18 by the sign. Came up $4.12. at the register. The register lady could do nothing, or at least Did nothing as we both informed her! Went to a Price checker n she would not even go back n Check. My husband went back n pulled the Price tag n took it to the Customer Service. They did not seem interested in the problem but gave him the correct price from the Price Sticker he brought to them! How many people had been expecting to pay the Posted price n did not notice in a cart full of materials?? We find this at least once a yr in various places! Computers have made soooo many things easier n better as they told us 50 yrs ago... Hmmmm?? Try tracking your vote.

worst WALMART ever and that's sayin a lot! was approached by a worker who asked me if I was going to buy anything -- I replied yes my son had the cart and I just needed to use the restroom. walked a few feet into the bathroom and turned around because of the stench and filthy condition of the restroom. My son was finished scanning the merchandise at the self checkout and had bagged everything but when the card scanner declined the purchase twice even though he had the balance on the card pulled up and he showed it to the attendant. She ordered him to unbag everything and then told him he had to go wait in line at another register ( one that actually had a designated cashier) and repurchase everything. The card of course went through because there was something wrong with the card reader on the self check out machine. So now in addition to having to scan al the items and pay at self check out because Walmart is too cheap pay live cashiers and wants customers to do free labor for them. Then when the card readers are not maintained properly they want customers to do double the work by making you unbag everything and go wait in another line and purchase all the merchandise again. No apology just attitude. Lousy customer experience, this is why I rarely shop at Walmart. Avoid this location especially because it's even worse than others --and this is why Walmart sucks.

Great Walmart, Supercenter so you'll find everything you need every day There is something new on clearance, produce here is usually fresh, there are a lot of varieties you can choose from. Few down sides: Customer service needs work. Self checkout needs a lot of work, way too much wait time. Overall 8/10

Jocelyn at the vision center was amazing. Such a sweetheart and fixed my mangled glasses after I slept with them. She gave me all of my options in case they were salvageable.

I have never in my life of ordering for pick up seen a worse pick up area. Some spots are numbered some are not. You check in it tells you you can’t check in you have to call, you call no one picks up. You try to ask one of the attendants and they start yelling at you. Once they finally bring your order (after 30 mins of you questioning your life choices) they start handing you items instead of putting them in the trunk. I’ve been to various Walmarts for pick up but this one’s truly something else.
