On my last visit I had the bad experience that they served me the food (meat sauce) or (the gallo pinto) and one of the two was already (sour), I could only eat the roast beef and the cheese, it was 19 Nastiest dollars I have ever paid..

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Stay away! They have this cuban lady that has the worst attitude, everything I asked for she said no, didnt offer options for what I wanted. Second and last time visiting this place ! 👎

Bad food very expensive as if it were a red lobster plate

The cashier greatly overcharged us and kept making me wait (nearly 30 mins) to fix it as she couldn’t show me an itemized receipt or anything to show why I was charged so much. Out of exasperation (and hunger) we left. She had already corrected the bill by $20 saying it was a mistake, and it was still far too expensive for our two meals. I’ve been eating at another Pinolandia location for many years at their location in Miami. Very disappointed this location is clearly not run correctly.

It's disgusting, I've eaten at Pinolandia Miami many times and it's excellent, but this branch is really bad, starting with the food, (the salad, the gallo pinto, the fried plantains, the cheese, everything I tried), the dirty bathrooms Dilapidated, the service, a single ingrima person balling up, the whole place needs cleaning, dirty like you have no idea,

First time in this place and first time trying Nicaragua food, really delicious, I recommend carne asada, gallo pinto, plantains and a great mango 🥭 😋 juice.

Unfortunately it was my first time visiting WPB PINOLANDIA🇳🇮 -I live in Orlando, traveling to Miami, I took as an alternative to try Nica food, and chose to eat there... I came out described because they do not have A/C 🥵🔥,... I bought 01 cacao -01 order of tacos and I was thinking of buying a extra tongue in sauce, but they sold it to me as a complete order, all for $32 My disagreement was not 100% the high cost of the food, I pay for it but there is quality, 👎🏻 (inedible hard tacos- tongue eeh +ó- and the cocoa don't even ask the price.) ATTENTION: Terrible service, a Chelita girl who was at the counter talking to another worker did not pay attention to what I was ordering and got upset, she was with an attitude I almost left the food with her.😡. WE ARE AMBASSADORS OF OUR NICARAGUA 🇳🇮 IN THIS COUNTRY...and we try to give the best for our loved ones and all those people who try our gastronomy in their place... I ate in Miami and the experience was 200% better, much better in everything, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Came here with my family on two occasions and they barley had any food. The nacatamales they did not have, the enchiladas had a bad taste like if they were not seasoned correctly. The bathroom was DISGUSTING the floor was slippery and I almost fell twice. They had no paper towels to dry your hands, the bathroom door was cracked from the bottom it looks like a dog chewed it up. The floors from the bathroom had leafs, they were slippery with oil from the kitchen, the floors from the restaurant had food on the floor and some ants. This place was so unsanitary that it made me NOT want to eat. Definitely will not be returning here.

I should pay more attention to the online orders. There have been several occasions when they have not sent me the order as it is. I ordered a roast beef with a tortilla, the tortilla did not arrive. Today I ordered some taco and the cabbage did not arrive and that is not two orders already. There are more than 3 orders that do not arrive completely, what it is. I just called not answer, closed and their schedule it says opens at 7am . Food is good not a great variety over price, very rude at 7:45 no tortillas and not in a good mood to attend clients. Service is terrible and add like many other businesses they don’t asume the credit cards fees they charge it to us , bring cash and tip accordingly

Very bad service. They don't have enough staff, and the staff they do have are not pleasant. They don't tell you in advance what they don't have. There are never tajadas, tortillas, or nacatamales. The long lines when you arrive, they treat you badly with attitude and tell you there is no one. Now it turns out that they sell broth and not soup and that it does not come with rice or tortilla, something I have never experienced in this frying pan. the service, the staff they have does not treat people pleasantly. What a shame it's the only Nicaraguan place in this area. I'm not complaining about the food since it's been more pleasant for a while now. I don't mind paying because it's not cheap, but they should serve better and provide better services. I don't mind helping my country, but sometimes it's better to go somewhere else. I used to live in Miami and this used to be my favorite spot when living there so I came to West Palm to live and I wanted to try the one here and I can honestly say . I wish I could get my $40 back the food does not look pleasing Along with the meat being very chewy and kind of burnt. If you’re going to Miami, I recommend this spot if you’re coming to West Palm Beach don’t waste your money

Have always loved this place but now they are rude. They didnt include out cheese in an order last week they said call and next time they would give it to us We call last night and the guy is very rude in spanish and says not my problem and hangs up I have been eating here once a month for the last 3 years but now i will never eat here again.

Humble Nicaraguan (Central America) restaurant. We got Carne Asada with Gallo Pinto (red beans & rice), sweet plantains, Tongue with potatoes, sweet plantains, Enchiladas (beef, rice, chopped onions, peppers, etc, stuffed Nicaraguan tortilla, then fried.) Meals come with a side, shredded cabbage and sauce. Fried cheese is sold separately. Menus varies.

This place is a dump, I've been to all locations. This one has to close down.

Casi siempre la comida es exquisita. Solamente algunas pocas veces el gallopinto lo hacen feo porque como que no lo fríen. La mayor parte del tiempo si lo fríen y queda exquisito.

Not sure what has changed from the last time I went months ago but very disappointing. went in on a Saturday at dinner time, they had no options of different foods or for your side everything was empty. No tortillas or tajadas only option was maduros. The meat was chewy and under cooked, the little mart they had was empty with only one juice to choose from. $72 for four meals is a lot of money when the food doesn’t meet the price. They are not giving true nicaragüense taste. My option is based of eating at the Pinolandia in Miami of 12th st.

As a Nicaraguan I wanted to like this place but unfortunately, it was a great disappointment. From the moment I walked in the place had so much smoke it was difficult to breathe and it left the place with a strange smell. I should have follow my instinct from there. The employees were NOT friendly, I don't know why people and their reviews said they have great service, it was like they were doing me a favor. The food looked old, like it was sitting there for hours. I have seen healthier looking food at a "fritanga" in downtown Managua's corner than the food there. Overall, 2 stars and will not be returning. I really hope that the owners strive for more excellence. From bad vibes, to bad small to bad looking food to ok tasting food. I was embarrassed to have taken my GF here because they didn't represent.

This place has so much potential but it’s so ghetto at times. The server last time was blasting the music and she couldn’t hear my order then she gave me all the wrong prices 🤦🏻‍♂️. The quality of the meat is inconsistent. Some days it’s great and other days it’s dry. Definitely worth a try if you never had it

HIGHLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I went to pick up delivery and the door was locked (it was 24hrs that day) so I knocked, called, rang the doorbell, and called on the app! They literally made eye contact with me and ignored me and walked away and the other woman literally ducked behind the counter. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Very good fritanga in west palm beach. There are not many here so it’s great to not have to drive to Miami for some good old fashion Nicaraguan fritanga. For the most part everything is good everytime I come in. The staff is always friendly and the meats are super on point. I love how they have the order on their shirts so if anything you can just read off the shirt and get a delicious meal. If you don’t know what to order go with the carne asada, You’re not gna go away hungry if you order that. That much is for sure. Thank you for stopping by have a great day.

La carne estaba quemada, dura y vieja como hule; y el gallopinto y queso nadando en aceite. Y el precio por dos bolitas de cuajaditas és de $3.50 (como de centímetro y medio de tamaño) wow! Éste lugar vá de mal en peór, y para colmo que por lo menos una véz por semana vengo a consumir a éste local, porque me queda de pasada al salir de mi iglesia (yó no como nada, solo mis hijos) porque yá aprendí mi lección, de siempre salir deufraudada. 🙄

We drive an hour to this place every often and since they changed management they never have tajadas or tortilla!! When I asked them their excuse is ohh sorry we ran out!!! How ?? It’s basic food that ppl always go and gets there it’s part of the meal…. But If you asked them for a discount since the meal is not completed they immediately jump. Ohhhh well I will take my business to some other places. Omg the meat was so salty and fatty!!! Never again 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Love fritanga spots (Nica Spanish food) and the craving was satisfied but I’ve had better. The gallo pinto was good y la carne was good as well. Nothing over the top. Great service and they have a mini mart with cheeses and native items.

5 stars go to this Nicaraguan Fritanga. Awesome food, don’t leave w/out trying the carne asada completa, it is their signature dish. For $15 you get plenty of Gallo Pinto rice, Sweet Plantains, and Meat. And to top it off, some fried Nicaraguan cheese. The staff is very friendly as well.

I want to congratulate management for turning this place around. I visited this place about three years ago and it left so much to be desired back then. The kindest word I can use to describe the restaurant back then is "Unkept", and that's being extremely nice. They have done a 180 degree turn. The place is now clean, the tables are sparkly clean, the floors are clean, the food is well arranged and placed behind a glass counter and there aren't clouds of smoke flooding the place as there used to be. The food portions were very appropriate and the food was much improved. I can finally recommend going to this place for Nicaraguan fare.

The carne asada with gallo pinto was great. It was accompanied with fried cheese and maduro. Wife had the same but the meat was beef stew with potatoes. And the Milca red soda 1st time trying was very cold and refreshing.

I'm a person that likes to be treated with attentiveness and courtesy when spending my hard earned money at any business. Customer service is key to me, in order to feel satisfied with the overall buying experience. The food is ok, but if they had treated me with more tact and professionalism, I would've given them 3 stars. The hags they have working there are uglier than they already are with the entitled attitude they have. The effeminate guy treated me a little better. I will never spend another penny in this place. Yo soy una persona que me gusta ser tratado con amabilidad y cortesía cuando gasto mi dinero ganado con sudor y mucho esfuerzo en algún negocio. El servicio al cliente, para mí es clave para quedar satisfecho con el producto que estoy comprando. La comida sabe más o menos pero si me hubieran tratado con más tacto y profesionalismo, les daría 3 estrellas. Las viejas que tienen ahí trabajando se ven más feas de lo que ya son, con esa actitud de aires de grandeza que tienen. El muchacho afeminado me atendió un poco mejor. No vuelvo a gastar un centavo más en este lugar.
