nice little place! i unfortunately didn’t get to try their food, i got a strawberry banana smoothie! tastes fresh and had fresh sliced banana and strawberries inside! the atmosphere is cool! love the outdoor seating and patio. really nice employees, very patient with me because i had no idea what i wanted to get, so many great choices! wish they were open like an hour later but that’s a personal thing, i get cravings for snacks and drinks at night. excited to try their corn in a cup and bionico! check for an update in the next week on that!

Snow Heaven has a lot of choices from Mexican style fruit to ice cream cones to banana splits. Very friendly staff.

This is an awesome little ice cream shop I will definitely go back. I asked if they had shaved ice they said they did but it was a Raspa (crushed ice) not shaved ice, big difference. I was disappointed they do not offer shaved ice but it was still good.

Cute little place, but I was hoping for more. I found it on Google when searching for snowcones and then drove my kids all the way across town to surprise them. Everything felt kind of average. Nothing special. Nothing really stood out to me, except the high prices. There are not a lot of snow cone flavors to choose from either. The corn in a cup was ok but nothing I'd go back for.

The Watermelon Picadilly was absolutely fantastic, and the service was incredibly polite and friendly! This place offers such a wide variety on their menu, so if you haven't tried it, you definitely should!

Great little place, seems like a family run business. Can't go wrong with Blue Bell ice cream, but also lots of other great treats. My family also likes the cafe cielo, the floats, and the hot cheetos and cheese. Edit: Disappointed with my service on my recent visit, if you're going to say you're open until 9, be open until 9 and don't ignore people and keep cleaning when they walk in at 8:50.

Took the kids there for the first time this weekend and it was amazing! Excellent customer service and great flavors. The kids loved to pick snow cones with toppings and I indulged in a new ice cream flavor with a ton of small peanut butter cups inside. They have space inside and outside. You won’t be disappointed! It was a great snack for the kids (and adults) on a Saturday.

Delicious snacks and good service

We got the happy tracks ice cream. Was very good just a little too sweet. Would be nice if they had more vanilla in there to balance the sweetness. Service was very nice. Atmosphere was nice and calm (no one was there).

The prices aren't cheap but the portions make up for it. They will certainly not underserve you here. Restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was nice.

I've stopped here twice. I LUV good street corn (elotes). Their's is very good .... that's why I stopped a 2nd time 😉 It’s rather pricey. I want to try a couple of their other menu items another time. It appears that most of them have some level of spice in them. Sadly, I cannot eat/drink ANY spice anymore 😭 but they have homemade churros with Blue Bell ice cream .... can't have too much sugar anymore either 😢 so I'll bring the husband next time and split it. My one 'negative' comment is that many items listed ..... no clue what they consist of. A description of contents would be helpful. Most items are listed as a ??Mexican dish/treat?? so I don't know what they consist of. You might get more customers if a description is included, especially for your online menu, as folks decide where to stop. It's very clean. Several tables outside.

We love Snow Heaven! Fun, family place for unique treats. Love their new extended patio too. Our favorites are churro heaven, mangonada, pina colada smoothie, and coco delight. They also have a ton of Blue Bell ice cream. So yummy!

This business has dedicated parking and plenty of outdoor seating. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was exceptional on my two visits, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is excellent. I have deducted a star because out of the 5 distinct items I ordered across my two visits, only the Cafe Cielo was great per my tastes. I plan to return at least once more due to the interesting menu and wonderful atmosphere/guest relations.

Stopped by Snow Heaven looking for a place near me that had snacks and the antojitos I love. Needless to say, I was so happy I found them! The tostielote is my favorite!! Highly recommend visiting this place, the staff is nice and the place is clean as well.

Service very good. Solid selection of ice cream flavors, but not as varied as a couple others in the area. Still it has been good and the various specialties and Italian Ice creations are what makes this one stand out. Churros are better eaten by themselves (IMHO) since the ice cream soaks in pretty quickly to make them soggy, cold, and less appealing. Shakes are good. Prices can be a bit on the high side though.

The shakes are more frozen than Mitch Mcconnell. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You can get a nice sundae, shake, or scoops of your favorite ice cream flavor with a nice selection of toppings. After you order, you can sit inside or enjoy the lovely Texas weather on their porch. It's never too crowded and the staff are pretty friendly. Recommend for a nice quick treat with the little ones.

The most amazing place to get your ice cream cravings. I have been to many places and nothing compares to this location at Snow Heaven. I recommend the Chocolate milk shake with Condensed Milk and Coco Delight. Tell them @RayContrerasMundial send you over.

Small ice cream shop with probably fewer choices than most. I did not see any napkins available when I was there.

The best thing to happen to this side of town.

We drove 30 mins to come here. It was very good the Cheetoelote was so yummy with jalapenos. We also got a picadilly and it was very good just wish there was more pickles in the raspa other than that it was very delicious. The limonada was very tangy and sweet I love it. Definitely coming again

Every time my husband and I come to San antonio we love stopping here. Everyone is so nice, and treats are delicious 😋
