Wonderful food. Take out order was exactly what we ordered!

My beef was a half of chunk of fat. They were out of apple juice. The fries were under cooked. We remembered the food being much better.

10 people in restaurant at 742pm they close at 9. Took 10 minutes to even have someone come to the table after we were seated. Finally we were asked about what we wanted to drink. Asked for lemon for our tea they came after we received our food. My son's food order was completely wrong,may not have been the waitress's fault as she wrote everything down,but at least check the plates before you deliver them. Took 15 more minutes to recieve his plate. Asked again for lemon. Also not delivered by our waitress yet. Asked the waitress that delivered the food if she could send our waitress over. She went to the back and loudly said 32 wants to speak with you. She didn't come,finally the waitress that brought my sons food said is there something I could help you with I said yes these fries are soggy so she says okay I'll get you crispy ones. 15 more minutes until fries arrived. They were soaked in grease and so overcooked the middles were dry. Meanwhile before the fries arrived ourwaitress shows up with a different attitude that originally took our order and says what wrong I say and she says okay I'll get you fries I said the other waitresssaid shewould bring them I said it's okay it wasn't that big of a deal I didn't mean to cause an issue she leaves and returns with a refill of tea. Fries arrive after that by the other waitress. Noone on the floor for another 20 minutes finally a man that ordered a refill on auce food got his order.you could read the frustration on their faces. Noone on .the floor again. Then our waitress and the waitress that brought my sons food and fries has a conversation about hours worked and too many hours etc etc. I get it I work you get tired but suck it up and take care of your customers. Don't dissappear preclosing in the back with no one to attend to the customers. I don't mean one but all of them. Finally we asked the bartender as she was doing sidework for 2 to go drink cups and 2 to go boxes. When we received drink refills I asked our waitress if I pay up front or to her shesays I'll bring your ticket. No one ever came out of the back the bartender brought our cups and boxes. Crickets Noone on the floor finally we got up from our table I asked the bartender if she could cash us out she says you have to wait for your waitress. I stood at the bar for 20 minutes. Finally after listening to an extensive conversation with our waitress and manager i said i just want to pay and leave. The manager says we are figuring it out. Good lord 2 dinners at 12 bucks and 2 iced teas how hard is that. Waitress walk from around the corner hands me the receipt I hand back the receipt and my credit card no conversation no eye contact. What a horrible experience, management perhaps customer service should come before preclosing an hour before closing. BTW bartender was smiling upbeat and very nice and helpful.

Carrie was the kindest server I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. Food was great too 👍

Cinnamon on every item instead of the normal dry rub seasoning. Not even an apology from the staff, shame.

A group of us came here to eat yesterday. Our drinks and food took forever to arrive to the tables. They forgot an appetizer and brought it out after the food was already out. About 2-3 hours later I started to feel super nauseous. Then stomach pains began. Ended up spending a lot of the night in the bathroom. Turned out almost our whole group had gotten sick. Thankfully it didn't carry into this morning. Not all of us ordered the same food either. So I'm not sure what they are doing back there in the kitchen but something ain't right. I've never had such stomach pains that I had last night. I most definitely will not be returning.

What’s the point of a drive through if it takes 25 minutes to get your food? Probably need to figure something out and not advertise it on a billboard until you do. Truly it has been 25 minutes, I ordered one sliced pork meal and I am still waiting in my car on the food… will update once I get it. Edit* - I was further surprised that you responded to make it right and when I emailed, you did not respond even after I emailed again to see if you would like to respond.

Carrie was very good with her service she was on top of anything we needed the food was amazing definitely recommend!

Mouth watering food. They have delicious ribs and bbq pork egg rolls. Most definitely going to be my favorite stop in Bushnell, FL. I encourage all to make it down to Sonny’s BBQ across from the Love’s.

I've been at at this Sonny's location several times and have never been disappointed. I love the salads especially the Cobb salad with turkey. Today Valentina was our server and she was spot on, friendly and thorough.

I ordered a 2 meat combo through the drive through.The pulled pork was ok but chopped brisket was a gelatinous blob of fat with no eatable meat… the WHOLE portion was fat! I paid $20 for a meal that was gross. I was already miles down I-75 before I realized how bad it was so I kept driving.

Carrie was absolute doll. Very friendly and was spot on with her service. Hopefully you hire more like her. Yeah Carrie. Always love to stop here when I come up to the national cemetery to see my parents. Me and my mom use to come here when we visited my Dad. It just keeps me closer to her.

Our family, party of 19, stopped for lunch the other day. Kerry and Valentina were our servers. They were amazing. We were seated immediately, both took our orders and had our orders to us quickly. The food was really good.

I live in The Villages,FL and our Sonny’s recently closed. I love Sonny’s so much, so I drove about 25 minutes south to the Bushnell Sonny’s to get my fix! My server, Carrie, was excellent and the food was as expected for Sonny’s - DELICIOUS!! 😋

Came in for the BBQ Bowls and the kickin' chicken bowl is as amazing as I remember! My server was Adreanna and she was awesome. Very friendly and prompt service. Will definitely be back to try the Brisket bowl next!

Ordered ribs for lunch but was not offered or shown the rib special! Spent $45 when if I was offered the special it would have been basically half what I paid.

We stood waiting for a table for about 10 minutes. Told 7 times be with you in a minute. Plenty of tables open. 4 or 5 waiting staff on floor. Then finally sat. Took order got food. Waitress never came back. Turkey tasted tangy not good. Ribs tough. Beans and French fries were good. Egg rolls good. Garlic bread hard. Finally we got attention of waitress for Bill. Left money on table and left.

Carrie was super .i travel the whole state of Florida I stop at a variety of place. She has that sweet hospitality that is hard to find these days

Bobby Joe was our waitress today and did a flawless job looking after our table of 28 folks! We came in as a group of friends and family just after my aunt's funeral. BJ was very polite, professional, and sharp as could be. Food was great as always but she will be the reason for our next visit.

I went in to Sonny’s today and had the most polite and outstanding service and food it was amazing baby backs fall off the bone my server was kandra she was great and thank you to the cooks

Kandra made the dining experience pleasurable she was courteous and polite, and very friendly! Very good service. We ordered a couple different things, but the ribs were by far the best.

Friday night service was great The servers also did table cleanup. Big crowd so there was a wait to be seated and get food once ordered but server updated us regularly and refilled drinks quickly. The server overheard my husband comment that the combo wasn't what he expected. She was quick to ask if anything was wrong. It wasn't. He just hadn't expected such large servings with the combo sampler. It was enough for 2 meals.

I didn't know Sonny's still had banana pudding!! They do! And it's super delicious!!

The young lady that waited on me, Tina was phenomenal very nice and patient attentive to greeting customers coming in and leaving she deserves a raise!!! Great work Ms.Tina awesome job well done 👍🏾

Dropped the ball this time, greeter told us the kitchen was backed up, and so the manager wouldn't let her seat anyone without a 25 minute wait, looking at empty seats. I'm going to rate them poorly this time around for the unwanted clown show - I only came for lunch

Our food was fantastic, but our server was even better, Carrie went above and beyond to make she we had everything and anything we needed, is is great at her job, you can tell she really loves to serve people and her job

Lunch with a friend brought me to their door. Sliced pork plate was ok. The sweet BBQ sauce covers the lack of flavor. It beats the burger places. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was clean and cool on a hot summer day.
