Ordered and paid for extra toppings didn't get any of them. For our other veggie pizza we requested no green peppers and verified the selection on the order. They put them on anyway. There was hardly any sauce. We would have been better off with frozen pizza from Walmart down the road. Pizza Hut just needs to close their doors already they are a shell of what they once were.

Day after a hurricane and the food is perfect and everyone inside is so friendly and the place is clean. Thank you

We order for delivery all the time! The order is never messed up but when I didn't get my sauce for the melt they brought it right to me :) They have amazing employees and the food is always delicious!

We call ahead and pick up our pizza and it’s wonderful. I love the pizza with the cheese in the crust. The desserts are great, too.

Fix your delivery problems! An hour from order just to find out it would be an additional hour to Deliver which makes it 2 hours total. Absolutely ridiculous and will be the last time we do business with your location.

Order pizza here all the time. But last time Door Dash delivered it and we had cold pizza, wings and breadsticks. Paid $60 for cold food.

The person waiting on me was very nice. Took my name that my pizza and I was out of there. The pizza was very good.

Staff was great, food was good, and the wait was minimal. My issue was knowing I paid $33 for a pizza & a cheese garlic bread but then when I requested 2 sides of ranch and an additional $1.60 was requested for tiny little condiments... that is a deal breaker for me. The manager was very pleasant and understanding but corporate should get a grip on being so greedy ...

This is the second time in 4 months. We tried order pizza take out and they had no information on our order. We will never eat there again very disappointed. The guy sounded like a Indian and had no clue on how to make my order. I don't know what is going on. I'm surprised the restaurant is still then. He did go over my order. Told me how much and said 15 minutes. Well, 40 minutes later, they didn't kno anything about our order like I said the second time very disappointed, Little Caesars how hungry Howie's all the way.

The food ( chicken alfredo and breadsticks) was over cooked and very dry. Bread sticks didn't hardly have any season on them.

Pizza hut refuses to deliver to truck drivers. Our cash spends like all other cash. I will never order pizza hut and discourage all other forms of delivery including door dash and Uber eats.i truly hope that pizza hut realizes they receive there inventory from trucks. If you are a driver eat elsewhere.

Lady who took my order seemed new didn't seem sure of what she was doing. They forgot a part of our order we had to go back and the sauce containers are tiny hardly enough its extra for more.

The staff is very nice but we paid for two pizza’s with no sauce! it was DISGUSTING!!!!! Who makes pizza with no sauce. Pizza Hut has gone down hill.

Our Faith Baptist Church family in Webster needed 17 pizzas for a Graduation meal tonjght and your staff performed a miracle and fed us in 1/2 an hour, and the pizzas were great !

Bushnell Pizza Hut is a quality fast food option. We ordered on a Friday evening (Memorial Day weekend) and they were understandably BUSY, but we got a delicious pizza with personal changes without fail!!!😋

Order for delivery. Got a message saying pizza hut was using Doordash to delivery my food. The guy wanted for a tip when I already apply a tip online. Pizza hut better give that man his tip. The food comes super cold without use of the bag. Never again will Iorder from pizza hut since they chose to use an outside source might as well drive to little ceaser. Cheaper, better and pizza will still be hot by the time I get home.

We enjoyed the vegetarian pizza. Delicious! Tasty sauce.

Not sure of the friendly driver's name but he payed special attention to my little Chihuahua dog(Cricket) & noticed her pink toenails & petted her as well as conversed with me nicely. Phoned in a carry out order, Autumn was very nice and offered to look for any coupons for our order. Pizza was ready within 15 min and was awesome. Highly recommend.

Tried to order a single large pizza, girl said only do box (family size) pizzas. Ordered 2 meatlovers melts (I think that's what it was called) TERRIBLE! TOUGH THIN CRUST FOLDED OVER VERY LITTLE FILLING. ALL FILLING WAS PUT TO OUTSIDE TO LOOK FULL, MIDDLE WAS EMPTY! I asked for paper plates THEY NO LONGER GIVE THEM OUT! Worst 16$ ever spent! Won't be back! Best part was the cup of dipping sauce!

Double charged while using the website to order. Went into the location to talk with the staff. Started out just fine. But after asking for the manager, I could see and hear a member of your team complaining and mocking me. If you’re going to be childish about your guest at least make sure you’re out of sight. The manager then explained that the charges would remain pending until the end of day. Cool. $84 on hold, and you expect me to spend another $42 for what I planned on ordering? No thank you, I didn’t plan on spending over $100 for dinner tonight 👎🏻

This pizza hut is always Great🤗 the food is fresh the love is real! Lol 1 thing I wish they did delivery to centerhill 😭😭 yall still get 5 stras tho 😉 Update: the food is great still and they still do not deliver to Center Hill lol but still stays at 5 stars 😩

Something is wrong with their online service. Tried to place an order and kept getting an error telling me something went wrong and to enter my credit card information again. Tried this over 5 times, with the same message. You all can keep your pizza. There's plenty of other places near by that I can go to instead!

Some of the worst food ever! Hardly any fries for the price I paid, and they were not fresh! Boneless wings were very small and dry, like it was sitting there for a while. Not enough toppings on pizza! This order was thrown together and sold with the fries and Boneless wings that seem to be sitting for a while. Not fresh! Will no longer purchase from this store!!

Prepared correctly, kids liked it! But a large size here is a medium at my usual pizzeria

The building is always clean. The staff are always friendly. And the food is good. The only problem I've had is sometimes they mess up the order.

Found our new pizza place! 🍕 They were busy, so I was on hold a few minutes. I hung up and was going to order online, and they called me back!!!! Very nice and professional! Pizza was EXACTLY how I ordered it! May not mean much to some, but we're very specific and picky! It was the best pick-up pizza I have had in awhile!!! I would have given 5 stars, but when we picked up the pizza there was a worker that was very openly frustrated.... huffing and puffing, griping about a customer who was upset. (I understand and they may be short on employees. But if she's going to show that in front of customer's, it's unprofessional and definitely will cost ya a star.) All in all a very good experience! 👍

Got delivery from them. Pizza was raw. Had to put in oven for 20 minutes to cook. I could have saved 20 bucks and buy a frozen pizza at Publix.

Made our order by phone. Was given all the choices I needed for Gluten free pizza and some wings. Darra was patient and friendly. Was concerned that delivery wasn't going to find me in a nearby RV Resort but, arrived ahead of schedule. This particular Pizza Hut meets every expectation!

The pizza is good and the staff friendly but depending on what time you call you may or may not get what you want. Later in the evening they tend to run out of things especially if it's one of the "deals."

When you ask for extra cheese, make sure you put on extra cheese. I paid for that and did not get it.

Only complant was pricing. 13.99 pizza but add stuff crust anf onions and delivery fee . Then tip driver. Becomes 30 dollars
