Never much meat on their subs. Service was ok.

Service is always horrible and my flatbread sandwich was a joke. I rolled it up and eat it that way. It was so small No meat. I order a tuna and they put about 2 teaspoons tuna 1/2 a jar pickles and had to ask for extra olives twice ended up with 4 lil olive slices. Subway you got to do better, your already at the bottom of the sandwich list!!

Got told because I wanted different veggie toppings on each half that I would have to be charged for 2 six inches instead of the footlong that I ordered. So I took my business to another subway who happily took my order and rang it up as the footlong that I ordered. Any subway has never charged for 2 six inches just for different toppings it’s only if you want different meats OBVIOUSLY.

I wasn't sure what to expect because it was attached to the Circle K gas station, but I was beyond pleased with my experience. The gentleman who helped us was super attentive, kind, and eager to assist us. The food was really fresh and the place was very clean. This Subway is 24 hours, and we ordered our food around 11 p.m., and the associate was still very nice even though it was late at night.

By far the best sandwich I've had from a subway in a long time. Very clean and well-organized. The staff is always fast and efficient in making my food. And the best part is there open 24 hours like the circle k there inside of.

This is the 2nd time in a two month period that my $12.00 sub is a joke. It has to be Circle K or subway. Train your staff that when they make a sub that they put more than one slice of meat. I got the American club and my mayo is thicker than the meat. Here are some pics of my Club Sub. I want to title this rant ""Where's the Beef""

Fast and friendly. I came in needing 7 foot longs. The manager wasted no time getting the employees busy all while helping them to. The manager working knows how to run a busy business. She had customers inside and drive thru. We were all being taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

Anthony is a TEN STAR (and more!!!!) employee!! I ordered a veggie sub and he asked if I wanted him to change his gloves since he had been making subs with meat! KUDOS Anthony!!! I KNOW your Momma is proud of you!!! Go Bucs!! ❤️🖤

I stood in line for 30 min. When it was finally my turn I ordered 4 footlong subs. The people making the subs were bashing another employee and I thought that was so unprofessional. I got a text from one of my people and went to add another footlong for a total of 5 and was told I would have to move to the rear of the line at this point This subway is an absolute joke.

2 nd time I tried this Subway and it was horrible. Bread was stale. They didn't read what was supposed to be on each sandwich. They put Chipotle sauce on one sandwich that wasn't supposed to have any. There was supposed to be Mayo on both sandwiches and both had none. Also the online order told me what time it was supposed to be ready and it was ready 15 minutes later. Not happy at all

This Subway is located inside of a circle k. They are small but mighty. Quickest I've ever been through a Subway.

As all local Madison restaurants are the services fantastic. People are polite and happy. The food is good. Load up on your veggies on your sandwich is my advice.

I usually use the drive-thru here in this place one of the few that have a drive-thru speaker doesn't work so you have to pull to the window on Thursday May 2nd I spoke with them and it's still out of order I love the convenience in everybody's friendly

Absolutely horrible service the sub-ologist did not care to make our food the way that we wanted it made. Very unprofessional and rude will not be going back.

Worse sandwich I ever had and I'm 53.12 inch Roast beef and Swiss with light lettuce, onion, pickles, light oil and vinegar. Got a sandwich with one slice of meat on both halves 1 slice of white American, no lettuce, no oil and vinegar. I threw it away.Dont waste your money. Won't be going there again.

Ok so I'll make sure it's very apparent and clear the "Manager" T, wants to make assumptions and say that her coworker witnessed a child fondling the money in a tip jar when he was being nice and buying his little sister a pretzel. I have NEVER had something so disrespectful including the phone call itself when I call about my child. The manager wanted to keep saying that my partner claimed them as their child, ok so children can't have more than 1 parent, and I asked to see this video that she wanted to speak of, but states it isn't shown outside of business needs. I think accusing which she says she wasn't by speaking of the matter to someone that wasn't in the situation about their assumptions.. im sure now school teaches a little less than we think obviously, since she is confused about what she did. When I asked to speak to the district since that's what is allowed when the manager themselves is making a fool of their company, and she wanted to lie and say it's all corporate. Call the number she gives and it goes to CIRCLE K. Respect is a big thing for my family so to be so disrespected and my child says they were actually tipping them, that makes it pretty sad and such a bad image of subway.

Busy and predictable food. Nothing spectacular just the sos which is ok.

Ordered online. Pickup time 8:35. 9:06 pm finally got order. Asked while girl was making if the chicken was heated. Was told oh yes. Then told her the monster was to be toasted but she argued my order said it was. Got to truck and chicken was ice box cold. Worst experience with this store ever.

Got two. Unheated philly cheese steak subs. ( Cheese steaks are supposed to be hot. The person making the subs apparently had no training

There was one girl that was all alone. She was trying to do everything by herself. She told us she had only been there one month. The other person that was working with her. Left after their shift. No one came in to help her. She was really trying to do what she could do for everybody. Lot of people were very upset. The manager's and stuff should take care of all that.

Always out of something! Subs and flarbreads are not toasted as requested. Sandwiches are not marked so you have to open each one to see what it is. Used to be a standard thing to mark the Sandwiches.

We eat in sometimes and sometimes take out. Great service and food.

Terrible service. First worker was fat and super dirty. Second one with rose hairs - probably unconventional sexual orientation. It is a dangerous to buy something there. Very possible to get salmonella or other viruses from first one and AID from second.

I must say, Subway exceeded my expectations. The Boss sandwich is easily one of the best things on their menu, with it being extremely juicy and the Mozzarella being absolutely phenomenal. I recommend this place to whoever is in the area

Last minute pick up and the sandwich artis was super nice and patient she made our subs perfectly

I have been going to this Subway for years. Just had the poorest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever gotten! It had 4 small slices of roast beef on a footlong sandwich. It was like eating a veggie sandwich. Portion of beef very small. I’ll be finding another sub shop for my business. Ps: manager at this location said the was normal portion for a footlong sub? Never experienced that at any other subway!!

I've been in a few times on the gas station side. I've seen staff at Subway turn over so fast it had to close until a sandwich maker was hired. My first time on the subway side was just after it closed the first time. Having said that, I saw a sub on a TV commercial about 10 or so years ago, that made me come in. When I told the sandwich maker that I want the (new) ???? Sub, I was asked what I wanted on it. Puzzled, I replied, I'd like it made just like it was on the commercial. I was asked what was it again, and I pointed to the light board where it was also advertised, again I was asked, what I would like on it. Irritated with the lack of sandwich making skills of the person behind the counter, I asked are you tought how to make the advertised specific named subs that are advertised? The employee replied well I'm new and have only been here a week. I apologized for being rude and asked if there was anyone else working, she said yes, my manager, I got a bit excited and said can he or she come make it. She went in the back and came back out and explained that her manager was too busy. Needless to say, I ate my lunch somewhere else that day. SKIP AHEAD to this month and several years after my first visit. I again asked for a sub I had seen on a commercial and called it by name. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was asked, what would you like on it? I didn't waste either of our time. I just said thank you and went to Wendy's

This place is my go to when I have a lunch break. It’s a clean environment and the stuff is always friendly. The veggies are fresh and you can definitely taste the love in this food made by the awesome staff.

First and last time at this location. Rude service and made it feel as an inconvenience to be there ordering sandwiches. Said they were busy, we were the only ones there. Will not return. Plenty other choices of fast food within 2 blocks.

Don't go there anymore, vegetables always look old or like mush, not fresh.

Very little meat on the sub and tried to give me barely a handful of lettuce for my salad! The guy was rude and swinging his ponytail all over the place. I told the girl at the register that the guy was a little rude, her excuse was and I quote, "it's been a long day!" Seriously! Time to call the GM!!! There's never an excuse to be rude to a customer, EVER!!! Oh and no fresh cookies were baked. Totally out of the chocolate chip and the cookies inside the case looked like someone took a bite out of one and the others were crumbled!

Frankie was so kind and got me through my order very quickly! Would absolutely recommend.

Abhorrent. Went through the OPEN drive through and sat there for 10 minutes before pulling up, seeing there were boxes in the window and it was closed for service. Went inside, the people before me were treated horribly by the dude working, then a girl serviced me but couldn’t be less happy about it. No tomatoes, poor sandwich making skills. I asked her at the register politely why the drive through was not closed off if it isn’t in service because I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for service. She just said “I just got here 5 minutes ago so it isn’t my fault”. No “I’m sorry about that let me make sure that complaint reaches management” or even just “I don’t know anything about it but will make sure it’s taken care of”. I never want to go back there.

Horrible experience. Frankie was unbelievably rude and put off by us wanting to order subs. We were rushed through our order and made to feel very uncomfortable. Cheese was just thrown on the bread with hardly any lettuce (he didn’t want to go to the back to get more until he had no choice). It was abundantly apparent that he didn’t want to be there. Product was low- only white and wheat bread and no tomatoes.

WOW! We have never been treated so poorly at a SUBWAY. The portly kid with the bull-nose ring gave us attitude from the start. He claimed he didnt know his coupon promo then blamed us for not knowing either. Instead of blaming the customer, how about owning YOUR MISTAKES? This guy gives SUBWAY a bad name...he CLEARLY hates his job, and probabaly hates himself too from the way he treats others.

The food prep area was very sloppy. The male server threw bacon back into the food area which landed on other food. He put so much sauce on my sub it was soggy and fell apart. It was not a good experience at all!

Only one employee, multiple people waiting in line. Waited so long I ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere.

Its a subway in a convenience store, a true American staple.

Employees talking in back, wouldn’t come to the front to do their jobs. Must be nice, do not recommend.

Don't forget to add the cheese on you online orders

We had a coupon for 2 foot longs for $12.99. If no coupon each would have been $17.99. Very high prices.

Not open 24 hours as stated online. Huge letdown. Closes at 8pm appearantly.

It's SUBWAY but this particular location is inside gas station (Circle K) I used the subway app so I could get my sandwiches for me and the kids. After showing up at the appointed time. They didn't even have my order on their system. 30 minutes later I got our sandwiches.

I recently visited the Subways and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the quality of the sandwich did not meet my expectations. One major issue was that the toaster did not work properly or at all resulting in a cold and soggy sandwich. I was disappointed that my sandwich wasn't heated as I believe it's an important element of my sub (THE BOSS) Furthermore, the bread was good and the vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for too long. The overall taste of the sandwich was bland and lacked the freshness and flavor that I usually expect from Subway. Despite the disappointment, I appreciated the service and attention from the staff. Hopefully, the management can improve the quality of the food and equipment in the future, so that all customers can enjoy a satisfying sandwich experience. Overall, I would rate this Subway location with three stars due to the subpar quality of my sandwich and the malfunctioning toaster

Wanted a sub...the ovens were broken....wanted a warm sub..not a cold sub.

I ordered online in advance and it said it would be ready at 12:50 and I showed up at 1:00 and they said they never made the order or someone else picked it.

Bad customer service, order online. Wrong bread and not toasted. Being ignored at the drive thru.

Great food! Pleasant employees! The problem I have with this location, IS.... they are ALWAYS out of something!! Where is management? No bread, no cheese, no lettuce, no ham, no roast beef!! WTactualF is going on here? Who orders your food?? I'm sick of going in, excited to get subway, and lo and behold... "we have no...." So sick of that!! Shape up!!

Went to get a sub here after a long day of work and they didn’t have anything available. No veggies and only 3 pieces of bread… what kind of circus is this.

All I got t l say is viva la Mexicali. This is no doubt Subwaya best creation to date.

Service was good, subs were good. They were running out of sub trimmings. Originally wanted sweet onion chicken teriyaki, no teriyaki sauce! Only had plain sub rolls.

This is my first visit to the Bushnell Subway and this one is now considered to be number 1! 🙂

Chose to go elsewhere due to NO response at order area and blocked in from behind in drive through went to window to ask a simple question as to whether they were open for service was RUDELY repeatedly told they were working with a customer when no conversation was happening. After many long waits and rude services this was the straw that broke the camels back. Do not recommend going here at any costs.

Ordered online and 15 minutes later the location still had received my order. So sat waiting anyways.

The young lady who was working was very nice and patient, took care of us even though we got there right at closing time.

Went in to get Sub and was informed that they had no bread, Bad management. Supply should always be available. I live in Webster so I had to drive to Bushnell, and gas isn't cheap. Just to be told they have no bread. I wasn't to please.

Just placed an internet order. 7pm! They called me to inform me , "no bread what so ever". How does the manager still have a job! A sub shop with no bread. That's like a car dealership with no cars. Ridiculous! Friday8 /19/22, 6pm just tried to order once again through the app. Once again received a call to to inform me they have no bread, no flat bread or meatballs, well that wipes out all 3 things I ordered. This is the 4th time in a month they have had to cancel my order because they can't make anything. It's a Friday and no supplies! How does this manager keep there job? Maybe instead of redoing their menu, they should redo management

Their sandwiches are very good and if you haven't tried their cookies your are missing a great treat.

Great service but should offer knives for salads. They no longer chop them and I had no way to cut up the meat and tomatoes.

Just went into there to order dinner I had a coupon that was just received in the mail today they refused to accept it claiming they coupons mailed out were for a different area. I live in bushnell and received them at my address in bushnell this is ridiculous I won’t be going back there

So this Subway used to be absolutely terrible. I went in there two weeks ago and asked around, I found out they have been under new management for the last month!!! (The manger who's name starts with a T, is all I could find out on whom was the new awesome manger was, as I wanted to thank him/her for reviving our local Subway here in Bushnell) This place is finally booming again! They have bread all the time, the staff is actually working instead of being in the back. Good work from whom ever the new manger is!

Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes....not so much. Just depends on who is working. Definitely recommend going in as opposed to the drive thru, you have a better chance at a decent sub that way.

I didn't get her name however Bushnell Florida on 2-21-22 @ 6pm she really went above & beyond considering sign said no cash only card she took very good care of m y family.

They were out of meatballs so we had to order something else. No cucumbers on their veggie bar to choose from. Service was okay otherwise and sandwiches were made okay.

We ordered online, it was ready when we arrived at the store. The sub and salads were good. The store looked as though it was closing for the night. It was barely six-thirty in the evening.
