Amazing!! Stacey made a cupcake cross for my son's baptism and they were absolutely delicious. She made the process so easy and she's wonderful.

We were looking for Jewish baked goods to bring to a Shiva. Oddly, we couldn’t find anything in the Danbury area. Closest was Stacey’s in Ridgefield. It was a pleasant surprise. They make Jewish classics like babka, mandal bread, challah and much more. They also make Italian and American desserts. The cakes in a jar seem like a novelty, but they are delicious not just for show. The red velvet was amazing. Definitely check out this small business. You won’t be disappointed.

My mom picked up a few of the miniature cakes from Stacey’s Totally Baked and when we went to enjoy them on Tuesday they were stale. The frosting was crunchy, and the cake a tad dry. We let the cake stand at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving, as well. My mom was assured the cakes would stay well for at least a few days and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The red velvet and buttercream were tasty but we ultimately didn’t finish them due to the crunchy frosting and stale cake.

Thank you Stacey. Gluten-free Passover desserts were a big hit! Our 3 year old grandson loved the Needham bites; everyone loved the flourless chocolate cake and the almond cake roll. We will be back for more. Richard Bloom

They have been an amazing resource for custom cookie orders as well as cakes; they helped me with ideas, provided very quick turn around times and have always been awesome to work with. On top of that everyone always raves about how great everything tasted. They have impeccable attention to detail and go above and beyond to make great looking and tasting treats. Everything Stacy bakes is AMAZING!! Just tried the chocolate babka… to die for!! Beat part is Stacy and her daughter… so sweet, friendly, passionate. LOVE this wonderful little gem in Ridgefield. It’s tucked away behind the Gulf Station on Danbury Rd, but totally worth a stop!

Stacey’s is the best place to grab a custom cake, cupcakes, challah or quick sugar fix. She did a great job with my daughter’s first birthday cake with matching custom cupcakes, helped us with a special allergy-free cupcake order, and made a delicious and beautiful graduation cake. Along with her baking talent, she gives back to her community, works with a school to deliver challah to a local early childhood center, donates surplus food to a local food shelter, and is a wonderful and kind human to work with. I can’t say enough good things about her and her business!

I love this Bakery!! Stacey made a Harry Styles themed cake for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Stacey was incredibly responsive. She put in tons of effort to make the cake what I hoped for. It looked fantastic. And tasted AMAZING. The cake alone tasted great and then with the frosting, it was heavenly. My daughter was so happy too. Go to Stacey’s Totally Baked!!!

I order Stacey’s cakes ALL THE TIME for my business. I’m a photographer who specializes in first birthday cake smash sessions. She can do so many adorable designs! So often the parents taste the cake and are like “DANG this is so good!” They’re so right. And I tell them to just start buying all of their cakes from Stacey, no matter the occasion. I also order them for my personal parties, and LOVED one she did last year that was chocolate with a coffee-flavored filling for a birthday party I threw for a friend. You won’t be disappointed!

Stacey made a fabulous cake for my wife’s 40th. Everyone loved it, and she was super helpful with some logistics challenges I had due to the party moving days.

I emailed Stacey on a Sunday evening and ordered babka and challah. I wanted these items be sent to my Israeli son in law and my daughter in NYC. On Monday, Stacey acknowledged the order and got to work. The items were mailed on Monday evening and arrived on Tuesday. My son in law told me both items tasted like goodies from the best bakery in Tel aviv. They wete wrapped in a festive box.

Stacey's baked goods are phenomenal. You can taste the love and care put into each baked good. Stacey is kind, helpful, and accommodating to any and all requests. The chocolate babka, cupcakes, and mandel bread are family favorites.

Stacey’s totally baked cakes are amazing. Not only are they beautiful but they do taste delicious. Stacey is easy to work with and can create anything you have in mind. She has made several specialty cakes for special family birthdays. I just showed her some examples and she created exactly what we wanted. She also has lots of great flavors to pick from. All our guests were wowed by the beautiful cakes as well as commented how they tasted amazing. Some examples of cakes we had to go with our party themes included a Minnie Mouse , a Sesame Street , and, a 40th birthday cake wirh 80’s memorabilia like Nintendo and cassette tapes, Rubix cube , and a cake for a summer pool party We love having Stacey make specialty cakes for our parties and have recommended her to others who also have had an excellent experience. I enjoy seeing the beautiful creations she posts on her fb page. Each cake is unique and reflects the interests, hobbies, etc of that person. They all look beautiful and I know they all taste great

We used Stacey for my daughter’s third birthday. I sent her a Pinterest picture, told her what I wanted different from the picture, and she delivered the perfect cake! I’m not usually a fondant person, but I wanted the cake to have the perfect look that comes with fondant so that my daughter would be excited. Well, the fondant was actually good! I had quite a few people come to tell me that they don’t usually like fondant, but that they loved this - and lots of family asked if they could take some of the extra cake home, it was THAT good!

Absolutely amazing and delicious! Stacey has made all of our special occasion birthday cakes. Stacey has custom designed each cake to showcase favorite themes and things. Her baking is outstanding as well. I have hoarded her mandel bread for myself on past holidays, but now I just order two. Problem solved. Thank you, Stacey!!
