Always an awesome experience and very nice staff... Amazing customer service. And I go through everyday to get the same drink and it's always hot, fresh and prepared for me and i'm always greeted with a smile

Same Quality Starbucks could get you

I have been a customer of this Starbucks for 3 years, I always order 1 Mocha white chocolate, one regular, both venti no whip, I order this almost every day. For two weeks with certain new employees, orders have gone wrong, or two white chocolates, or simply the order has a bad taste. Hire new staff but teach them to place orders correctly, I won't go again

I had the disgrace of coming back to this Starbucks since it is unfortunately the closest to my house. This time they had an issue with my accent, which is somewhat strong but still completely understandable. I had to have my daughter talk for me because it seemed as if the woman taking my order didn’t even want to attempt understanding what I was saying. It was one of the most humiliating and belittling experience. The customer service at this Starbucks has never exceeded any form of any standards not even the bare minimum. I’ve started to doubt if they hire people with terrible attitude and ever worse customer service on purpose. The situation about said customer service has never once improved. The worst part is when you leave a review they respond with a link that doesn’t even work. I also wonder if this is also done on purpose. I feel absolutely hopeless in this situation and I find it harder each day to continue being optimistic that this huge issue will change.

If you’re unpleasant, rude, wake up making your problems everyone else’s, you should totally work here! It’s like the norm here and everyone is super unwelcoming! Plus the owner does nothing about just wants us to leave a survey. WORST STARBUCKS IN FLORIDA! I’ve been going here for awhile since it’s super close to my house. Horrible horrible service and atmosphere, literally go to any other Starbucks.

Went through drive thru, when I got to the window to pick up my order the young lady did not make eye contact, did not greet. Just say the amount, scanned my app and collected payment. NO GOOD MORNING, NO THANK YOU. She even looked at me at a second when handling me my bags with anger. I don’t know you and what did I do to you lady? Receipt # 657573 on 7/6/24. I was also telling my daughter my experience and she told me did the lady look like this! And she told me how she looked. She went the same day later on the day and got the same attitude. Too sad/bad customer service for such a great company.

I’d have to say that this is one of the worst Starbucks establishments I’ve had the displeasure of going to. Sadly it is also the closest to my house. I’ve gone a number a times because of that and every single time I’ve gone I’ve received worse customer service from every last time. The experience get worse as does the service, I’ve even gone on my birthday and the had sworn and accused me at the earliest time in the morning, of first not even being my birthday and then using it, even after showing my ID and scanning my app. Then today I took longer than I do to state my order. The person taking my order at the drive thru seem as if I was a disturbance with the time I was taking (it was not a busy day so there was no need for a rush.) when I spoke I could hear the annoyance in her voice, she was getting visibly upset. Once I pulled up she was even ruder, she said I hadn’t paid after she scanned my rewards app to gain stars. I told her I wasn’t paying through the app but my card. She got mad and decided to not even look at me while passing my drinks, the drink was open when she passed it. Which lead it to open all over my lap. After this I still had a few drinks left to receive and got someone else to attend me. It was a displeasing experience as it has always been. These are only two examples of the treatment I’ve received here. I’d also like to note that the manager here does nothing about this behavior, for I, on many occasions have expressed my concerns to her and she has not even batted an eye. But in conclusion I feel it becoming an uncomfortable and unbearable environment that they have created towards their clients, they continuously lack professionalism, and good client service.

Got a little “treat yourself” coffee this morning after a long week and was very surprised when I was handed my coffee through the drive through window. On the lid were very neatly placed colorful star stickers! It made my day 🥺❤️ Thank you to the lovely baristas that decorated my cup and made me feel extra special this morning!

so I went to starbucks on landstar blvd. they were out of Straws I also order a summer sky drink and they did not even tell me that they were out of the berries that come inside of it. they just gave the the drink without them. when I question the server she was like yeah we are out of the berries ..well I know its a tough economic but if you are going to sell something and you are out of part of the product let people know before you charge them money for it..

The employees here are all so kind. The service is great and always fast. Torrey and Marlin made me feel welcome every time I was there. Thank you!

I have bought approximately 4 times in the place and the last two were bad, both times I asked for caramel frappe and the first time they forgot the coffee and they gave me only milk, and the second time they don't add caramel to the caramel frappe? Very bad baristas.

Nice place to have your coffee and relax outside or inside

This is the 3rd time I get denied a regular coffee with an 1hr and 20min before closing because they stopped brewing. I spoke with customer support, I was told they can only stop brewing 30min prior to closing, so why are they not brewing an 1hr and 20min before? If you don't want to spend time cleaning a damn coffee pot, then stay home and give someone else the opportunity to work.

Since they open I get my coffee here almost every day until today. The past week they have make my coffee wrong and you let them know and they have an attitude. Apparently per manager/supervisor they have a new fórmula well I really don't care all I care is I would like my caramel machiato with xtra caramel and extra shot im paying for and im not getting it. You all started awesome with great service etc but don't know what happen that changed. You can see by the picture there's no way it has an xtra shot or xtra caramel as is so white, and the taste...yes im drinking it because it cost me almost $8 and i dont have a choice and i dont like their attitude.

Was never greeted with they even hello but as soon as I walked in the lady with the hat on, I guess a beanie with the glasses and the wrinkled jeans Burst out laughing like she just heard the funniest joke in the world. Maybe it was my face or maybe it was my attire either way it would be nice to try to be a little professional.

TOOK FOREVER!!! Did a mobile order for 2 coffees and a banana bread. Took 25-30 mins in drive through and when I got to the window they didn’t know about the food. Guy working got me the food but didn’t warm it, I had to give it back and ask it to be warmed, which I specified in the mobile app.

Wait in the drive thru line no matter how long. I tried to avoid the wait and came inside since the line was around the building and it was dead empty insidr and still got my order after the last car that was in line. I saw them get their order while I waited for my drink.:-(

Great place to get starbies from! I always order mobile and it is always ready on time and consistently tastes really good. One time it was not ready due to the ticket machine not working, but they apologized and made it instantly. I noticed the ticket machines tend to break in many locations so I didn’t blame that on them. So happy to have a Starbucks this good so close to my house.

I am so amazed how awesome this Starbucks is! The customer service at this place deserves a 10/10. I don’t know where they hired these employees but no matter what time of the day it is, they always have the brightest, bubbly personalities. Along with the cleanliness of the store as well, it’s just overall a 5 star store. Thank you to this amazing staff! They definitely will make your day when you arrive here.

It's a large Starbucks. Nice clean and quick service. They are open earlier than some other Starbucks in the area.

The answer to everything is "no " at this place. Can I have some cake pop? No. Can I have some chocolate croissant? No. What about those brownies? No. Yep that's basically the answer to my questions when I went there. Even though everything was on display.

First and foremost, Shayne makes the most amazing drinks there and will give you a suggestion that you will love. Mine was Cinnamon Dolce and the white chocolate mocha, which i am drinking as i am writing this review . Landstar is my favorite starbucks because they always remind me about the app, so i can get my points. Keep it up yall!

Me and my little sister went through the drive thru there was a bit of line but in 5 mins we were already ordering we were both a little decisive on ordering because we barely go but the lady who took our order was patient once we got to the drive thru window the guy at the window Jacob made pleasant conversation with us as we waited at the drive thru and even told us they were hiring which was nice since my sister has been looking for jobs around here we’ve only been to this location a handful of times but each time I’m very happy with the service

Butter croissants and chocolate croissants are the best here. Drinks are good too. But make sure to check your drink because I found a small hair in mine :( Also, their sandwiches are pre-made, and they just warm them up. So if you're going to have the meat removed due to dietary restrictions, you'll still have some pieces of it stuck to the bread after they try to scrape it off. That's not okay.

Cappuccino ended up being a late, heavy on milk. Tasteless. Some locations doing more DRY style . I felt uncomfortable to ask for another one . Spent total $10.

Starbucks for me is a once in a blue treat yourself type of visit. Today I decided to visit my local Starbucks to do just that and didn’t know what I wanted. I wasn’t feeling something too sweet and to my surprise the woman working the drive through didn’t rush me while I was completely indecisive and made me feel at ease with her recommendations. && let me tell youuu she knew exactly what to recommend! My first sip I was in loveeee. Thank you Starbucks crew this morning for making my visit memorable!

This Starbucks is amazing!!! I came here to get a regular Chai Latte. The woman who took my order ran through all the cold foam options for me and was very patient when I couldn't decide. Then when I went to pickup my order, the gentleman who made it made a suggestion for next time to make my order even better. They went above and beyond and it totally made my morning!

Everyone here is friendly and my drinks are always made correctly. Sometimes the drive-thru line can be a little long, and it wraps around the building where other people need to park, so that could be a bit inconvenient. But in general I think the drive-thru moves at a good pace.
