They got ONE person manning all the self checkout ONE! Everytime you go there’s an issue and u have to wait for an attendant save urself a headache and pay at the register w the cashier

Great people working at this Neighborhood Walmart. Shelves are always full and if you can't find the item that you are looking for, they'll go out of their way to help you find that item...

This Walmart provides terrible service, the worst I have seen in many states I have visited, horrible because it has very few cash registers based on customer demand, terrible customer service...they do not have express checkouts for less than 10 items.... I ended up leaving the products and I spent around half an hour paying, it really is absurd!! Please try to improve since we tourists are leaving disappointed.

Walmart says no animals except for service animals allowed in the store yet they do not enforce this rule. I've also seen them put animals in the cart.

I got notified my pick up order was ready a little before 7. I reached the store and checked in at 7. Almost an hour later I am still waiting for my PICKUP ORDER. The attendant came and asked what I was waiting on and then said you have 2 car ahead of you! That was 15 mins and 3 cars ago. This service is supposed to be a convenience NOT an inconvenience. And the sad part they can careless about you spending your money with them.

Can you imagine if we didn't have a Walmart Neighborhood Market and what it takes to run the store. Payroll, management, associates, inventory, etc. Energy and effort.

Terrible customer service. Today I went to buy several things, I was at the cash register number 11 self service at approximately 5:40pm. At the time of paying I did not find my wallet, I was with my son who has high functioning Autism, he is 26 years old and has a Florida ID, credit and debit cards and I asked him to show the ID for the purchase requirement and The customer service told me that they did not accept his ID, I told the customer representative that he is not mentally disabled and she said that she did not accept anything and that I had to bring a supervisor. I left myself at the register with all my purchases waiting for her, until I made the decision to leave and leave the purchase there. This is something very delicate for the special needs community, it is discriminating against them. My son was very nervous and became very sad. I think Walmart should educate its employees more and have better treatment for people with special needs. They can also lead a life that is as normal and respectful as possible. I believe that my son's rights as a Walmart customer were violated today. We need more awareness and education for the population so that the rights of people in this case with AUTISM are not violated.

I am standing in line to cash out my lotto in the customer center and there is employees looking but don’t speak English and kept looking and I’m asking mad times and 20 minutes later she want to say join the long line which made no sense. Olga is the employee that made my service difficult

Out of all the Marketplace Wal-Marts I've been to, this is probably the best one.

Rudest and coldest employees in the world. They give customers the real county jail treatment. Just eye them down and not even really talk to them. It literally feels like shopping in commissary in the pen. They are soo nasty.

PRODUCE IS TERRIBLE! They do not rotate products. I have found bad and bruised fruit and rotten greens and cucumbers. The lines are ridiculous. The best time to shop is between 7 am to about 1 pm. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! The music is too loud. The walkways are always packed with full pallets of merchandise and in the way of people trying to shop There unfortunately not enough English speakers to help those that only speak English. If there was another one closer i would try that one. Publix is my only other option..only good for BOGOs

Today between 11:40 am to 11:50 am, I had an accident with a Walmart cart. Please be careful when leaving the carts, because I hit the shin of my left leg very hard and I have pain and a lot of bruising.

For total disclosure and honesty,I've never been to this Walmart before.I was passing through this area of town on the way to a business function, and the wife of my boss asked me if I would pick up ,of all things, of course ,a gallon of milk and fresh eggs. This Walmart was extremely clean inside and out ...very shiny, which was impressive. There were plenty of friendly, helpful staff. I wish they worked at my local Walmart. Excellent job with both customer service and the upkeep and maintenance of the physical plant and its contents. All your shelves were full and I walked down a lot of aisles there.My local go to Walmart.. if you can't find it on the shelf, it's usually on the floor in front of it.. but overall it's not stocked and the shelf is empty..not the case here at all. Whatever y'all are doing ...keep it up and don't change a thing.

Although not a superstore, good range of essential food items. Some items not stocked and empty shelves but I did visit near the end of the day. Average prices. Good sized parking lot and easy to navigate. Self service checkouts now outweigh the staffed ones.

This is the second time the deli service is terrible. It's only 1 person handling people who deal with big orders and leave other customers waiting for 20mins then they dont even acknowledge a customer at all letting them know we'll be right with you!! At this point it's on the management not even the employee.

Not ADA compliance. As a handicap person, when needed an electric wheelchair, none working, they had two of them unplugged and they seemed to be broken. Decided to go to Publix.

Walmart , please review use of plastic bags. Everything could have fit in 1 bag. I was not concentrating on the packing. 7 bags for ten items. Handed them back.

Always clean and always find what's needed. Friendly staff when you ask for help. This one is our go-to store. At certain times, due to having to quarantine for medical reasons, their curbside pickup has always been terrific!

Buenos precios y buena atención. Solo un detalle hay que ir a todos los walmart ( de Orlando por lo menos) con CAMPERA porque el frío del aire es terrible.

From 1pm to 3pm is the best time of the day to go in and buy what you need because there is not a lot of people.

It's great got everything I needed

I came with my husband to grab some last minute groceries and they had everything we needed! It was just a standard neighborhood grocer, but it was easy to find everything. I did take off one star because we needed help at the self-check out and all the workers were oblivious and on their phones. Even when I went up and asked for help, the lady didn’t look up from her phone.

Este Walmart específicamente está con alimentos y farmacia (mercado) a diferencia de los otros que son tecnología y demás, el nivel de organización, limpieza y detalle ha decaído mucho comparado con otros mercados Walmart que he visitados, super espaciosos y sin combinar un producto, siempre con promociones activas. Su personal es amable, amigable y dispuesto a ayudarte si tienes dudas. Encuentras muchas marcas del mismo producto y elijes la de preferencia. Los pagos son de forma inteligentes y con tarjetas.

This is a nice neighborhood Walmart, they have plenty of self checkout registers and I am usually able to find the items I need and it is definitely cheaper than the Publix across the street. However I gave the store a 4 stars because every single time I go there, morning, afternoon, evening, there is never any carts or basket available, therefore I can only pick up a few items by hands, great for my budget but bad business for Walmart. This has been happening for years at this location, I wish they would order more carts or baskets for shoppers. Apart from that, it is nice shopping there.

Always crowded service is not bad.

Don't waste your time doing grocery pickup at this location. They are never on time. Any time I have done grocery pickup I have waited in my car for at least 30 minutes. You can run in and grab the items you need faster than that. Also, they are always out of stock on many items.
