I have been to multiple tropical cafe's and this is my favorite one! I travel from Kissimmee to Orlando to go here because the customer service is better and it's close by other stores if you have to do any errands! Doesn't get any convenient than this

I personally love coming here to this location. The entire staff is extremely friendly and efficient. 2 things you can never go wrong within a hospitality industry. I never have to wait over 5 min for items. In addition, any suggestion towards a new smoothie I always try it. I come here after every basketball workout and its the best way to end the day. I also want to give a special thanks to Natalie she is an employee and extremely courteous. Thank you so much it's the little things that matter! 🔥🔥🔥🙌🏾👍🏾

Indulging at Tropical Smoothie Cafe is always a treat! The impeccable service, laid-back ambiance, and delectable menu offerings make it a top-notch spot. Personally, I can't get enough of their açai bowl, brimming with vibrant berries, creamy banana, and tantalizing shreds of coconut. It's a perfect blend of freshness and flavor that keeps me coming back for more. Highly recommend!

This location is one of the best locations regarding their service. I've always come across an amiable staff.

Food quality is good, but online and store front states they open at 7 AM but workers confirmed they open at 8 AM. Needs to be changed.

Despite a line forming, she remained patient and dedicated, persisting until she found a solution. Her genuine thanks to everyone for their patience was truly appreciated. I want to extend my sincere thanks for the outstanding help. Throughout my multiple visits, the food has always been good, and the service continues to be exceptional.

I always order from here but today was the first time I've picked up for take out. 5 star customer service like old days! Melanie acknowledged I was there, confirmed my order and then hand delivered it to me with a big smile and instructions. As a manager, this is an exemplary team member! 5☆!!

Picked up my daughter from school and treated her with a smoothie. As soon as we walked in got greeted and great customer service. Smoothies and food were made excellent and will be returning!!

Stopped by while visiting my niece. Great place. Staff members like Nat, were very nice and polite. Their smoothies are one of the best.

Food was amazing and very fresh!! Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Management is definitely doing an amazing job, I had the chicken-bacon ranch flatbread and a super veggie island, green smoothie which was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I’ll definitely be returning very soon.

Went into tropical smoothie cafe after a workout for a protein smoothie and chicken wrap. Smoothie and wrap was amazing with with great customer service from staff. Will definitely be returning again and telling my friends close by.

Loved this place!! Employees were super nice and quick to bring my food out! It was a little busy so I did not blame them for being rushed but they still did a very nice job. Went around morning time and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Young man at the front also recommended me smoothies! Visited 8/25/2023

They're quick but it's damn near $10 bucks for a smoothie. They've got flatbread sandwiches too.

Submitted an order to pick up. Upon arriving my order was in their cubbies. 2 wraps and a smoothie. My smoothie's cap was only partially on, and was actively coming off and oozing excess smoothie ingredients out the sides and down the cup. I may appreciate not wasting whatever is left in the blender pitcher, but I was literally about to take this into my car. As I stood there I showed an employee there that my smoothie was overflowing and that I needed a new lid and a bunch of napkins. No apology for the excessively messy smoothie, and I was handed 2 napkins. I quickly used up those napkins and had to ask again for a lot more napkins for the fairly obvious mess on my hands. Again no apology, but at least I received napkins. I don't expect to be comped the meal, or have a new smoothie made for me just cause they poured too much, but to put out this hot mess of a smoothie and not even acknowledge, let alone offer to maybe, clean it up, is pretty sad.

Service was fast and they always get the order correct 🤓

Food is delicious! I love their caribbean jerk chicken wrap, is sweet and spicy. Pair it with the Bahama mama soothie, and it’s a win win!👍

I love coming here but I’m so upset that the app labels certain smoothies as vegan but in reality they have dairy non fat yogurt which makes them NOT vegan. It would be better if they had a substitute for that in order for it to really be vegan.

Friendly staff; always quick, correct order; staff makes good suggestions based on preferred ingredients.

Here around 11:15 or so and there were only 2 girls doing their jobs. They were very sweet and were working on the smoothies but everyone else was chatting up a storm in the back. Smoothie girls were focused but seemed heavily worked while the rest weren’t doing anything. It shouldn’t just be two overworked employees keeping your store running. One star for each of them and one for the smoothie (it was actually quite good!)

Very nice and clean. First time going to a Tropical Smoothie because I received good deal on coupons and wanted to try it. Definitely will go again! I had the jetty punch.

Don’t recommend right now. Poor hygiene practices (drying hands on their behind before making order, talking over food, picking up things from the floor while making my order, a minimum of 4 people touching my food). IDK, it seemed a bit chaotic. 3 stars cause I know they can do better.

I should give them a 1 star, but I believe in second chances…. Brand new store, got in to check out menu… 3 employees at the front one at the POS and the other 2 around. No greeting at all, no one asked me if I need help. 2 minutes walked away. I will give them another try.

I’m so happy they opened one near my house , I went yesterday and ordered two flat breads! They were delicious and quick service, nice staff as of now. Hopefully stays this way
