One goes to pick up delivery orders which you immediately finish, the packaging is completed, do not leave it on the counter unpacked and the customer has to wait for an order that is already ready but not packaged. I degrade the service and you tell him and he answers I can't pack now, irresponsible people do the complete job because the paying customer is not free, they have priority the same as those who are in the store or in the driver. Terrible service.

It was my dogs birthday and we went for a pup cup and a drink. Didn't have mine but he got his pup cup.

The service here was very attentive and the employees were very nice. However, a while after I placed my order in store I noticed as I was drinking my refresher a LONG piece of black in my drink. The only reason I did not return and get a new one was because I had to make it to work on time. Please resolve this issue so it doesn’t happen again and customers waste their money on things with hair in it. I would attach a photo but it will not allow me.

To pricey for me but wife get coffee sweet drinks with gift cards.

Reminder to ALWAYS ask for “light on the ice”… after taking a few sips on the ride home and then removing all of the ice once I got home, this is what’s left of my Grande drink.

Starbucks is usually a morning perk to start my day. Today, I was disappointed with the service I got at this location. I requested an Iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk and white mocha sauce - Venti. To be honest I don't know what I got but it wasn't what I order. The color and the taste was all wrong. What I did get is a stomach ache and a terrible way to start the day. #paidtogetastomachache

What a group of miserable humans. Why are you charging me extra for foam when the picture next to the item has foam on top? What kind of a scam establishment puts a price next to a picture and then doesn’t charge said price for said drink? Can’t wait till you guys close. Hopefully a zaza takes your place.

This Starbucks has the rudest staff and worst drinks I've ever experienced, especially near closing. It's a chronic issue, and the positive reviews are baffling. Never going back.

Starbucks never disappoints with its excellent service. I come almost every day to buy my Dragon Fruit Lemonade, and it's always a delightful experience. The staff is friendly and quick, making each visit a highlight of my day. Highly recommended! Simply the best spot!

This is my Starbucks, meaning I go here almost everyday. Quality is amazing everytime, staff is always so nice and area is clean. I like to work here from time to time too but there are moments it gets super full. But I like to do pick up or drive thru pick up so it doesn't bother me.

All servers are always hard at work when we come here, and serving time is quick considering the amount of people that are waiting.

So friendly at this location - Wow! I was reading Starbucks annual 10k, and they have a star service mission where they greet all the customers and provide a happy consistent experience in all their Starbucks across the world. I think they do a really good job at this and again this is an especially great location! Clean, shelves are stocked, we can grab picnic sandwich for the beach - can’t beat that!

We’ve been waiting in drive thru lane and she came she said that the store close at 2:00 due to the Christmas and we’re at the screen and wait before 2:00 to 2:03. I know it’s Christmas and we’re the last car in the line and they don’t take the order. Not recommended this location for holiday, try to call to ask the time they close if not you will be wasted your time like I did.

The absolute best customer service at any Starbucks I’ve went to!!!

It took over 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich and there is a few customers in the store. There is a few drive through customer and some pick up orders but it should not take that long to prep the sandwich. Of course there is no communucation that orders has been backed up prior to ordering nor acknowledgement and apology. They called my name and threw the sandwich to the counter. Im wondering if the Starbucks unionized, what their customer service would be......

I live closest to the Starbucks on Semoran but the customer service is always so great at this location I come here every day. Soraya was very patient while I searched for my card today (I always have my Apple Pay ready to go but not today) and just further proved the people are truly kind here. They always make my drink perfect as well and only ONCE have they not had an item, Chai Tea and there was a national shortage… no coffee shop in Orlando had it! Thanks for excellent service.

One star for drive through. Took me 30 min to get through, 0750-0820. Poor parking lot setup. Don't go in AM, unless you walk in. Service quick and accurate. Avoid if in a rush

On this Day I received incredible service from the staff as I interacted with all of them this afternoon. but a real special THANK YOU to Danny ( I think that’s how it’s spelled ) this person was such a sweet heart and was truely the much needed light in my day. Been coming to this location for almost a year. From where it was before, there has been a ton of improvement. Drinks come out quick, food as well. Staff are friendly and will check in to see what you are waiting on. This store works so hard (given their location, they are typically busy) - so glad to have a reliable store right here :)

this is more of a general review, but this starbucks is one of the closest to me so they get it. i have a raging caffeine addiction so i would usually get their coffees till my friend recommended i try the teas there and my god. the iced peach green tea lemonade, the creme de la creme of any tea i’ve ever had. i go feral every time i have it, i forget who i am. i have heavy anticipation for it whenever i go out with friends who love starbucks. thx.

Zero would be my choice honestly! They never do anything right! No straws, mistakes on drinks and never make the drinks right 🤦🏾‍♀️

This Starbucks is absolutely amazing. I don’t normally order from this one but I will be from now on. The customer service is amazing and the employees are awesome. I had a great experience with Jessica in particular. I wasn’t able to pick up my mobile order and I called to cancel it. I came in later the same day and Jessica had my order info put aside for me. I asked if I could get my drinks remade instead of a refund and she said yes! The team was super quick and I had my new drinks and food items in hand in less than 2 minutes of being there. I’m sure that if I did want a refund it would be done in that same amount of time.

I love this location 😄 The customer service is great. Last time I ordered a white choc mocha and was accidentally given something else and Kira offered right away to remake my drink and even waited for me to try it to make sure it was right!

If you love matcha you’re out of luck because they’re always out of matcha.

Order a regular hot coffee and watch how long it will take to get it. No worries, ill just tell you, takes 20 minutes with a staff of 7 people at an empty Starbucks full of drive thru customers but none inside.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Orlando. They are always friendly and are, by far, the most skilled at clearing a drive through that wraps around the building. Unlike my local Starbucks, these folks actually CUT the bagel BEFORE they toast it. Consistent and have made an effort to use and remember my name.

I went to this Starbucks, because it was one of the few that said they were open at the time. I pulled in my and parked. There were workers outside. Door open, lights on. As I walked up I got stopped by a worker who’s said they were closed. I didn’t say anything, but I was just confused. She went on to rudely explain how all their machines were off and everything was packed up. I accepted her weird response but asked if I could please use the restroom, I had to go really bad. She said no. No one is allowed inside. Great. Thanks a lot! 😑😡

This is probably the most wholesome Starbucks I’ve ever purchased from. I regularly order through Uber Eats and the person delivered it to the wrong house (the delivery confirmation showed a different porch). Long story short, I ordered again within minutes since I had a really strong craving today and the sweet employees there made my day with this little note. I hope the company treasures them, they must be very lovely people.

The barista that took my order was super friendly and recommended a drink for me. Unfortunately, my breakfast wrap fell out of the bottom of the bag, so I didn't get to enjoy most of it, and then I was unable to get a straw due to a group of customers crowding the straws. It would be helpful if there was another spot to get straws from, I'm just a little annoyed that I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast I paid for. 🥺

This was a bug in the food and the costumers were compling to the worker but they did nothing

The barista, Jessie made me a variation of the pineapple passion fruit refresher which tasted like a pina colada.It makes me wish that I am on an island somewhere. If you get a chance ask for her to make you one!!!

Why is this Starbucks closed for several days?

I pre-ordered my drink to just pick up at pick up counter because I was in a Hurry, they decided they were not going to open up the lobby and made me get in the Huge drive through lane that took 35 min. There was I reason why I ordered online and not got in the drive through. Worst experience ever Update: found 1 starbucks worse than this so there's hope for you 🤷‍♀️

Some older tall blonde lady seems like she don't wanna work there. Always got something to say to customers. Not rude but far from polite. Nasty angry atmosphere when she works. Besides that the whole staff are rockstars

The drinks I ordered were prepared perfectly! However, the drive thru line was long!

This used to be a lovely little place to do some work or meet a friend. But, they continue to have policies in place that don't permit the use of seating and thus they have killed this shop. There are other coffee shops in the area that are better at this point.

I like Starbucks, they have plenty of drink options, it's a bit comical when you order just a plain coffee though. I personally would never drive thru everyday but only because of cost, although plenty of people sure do.

Inconsistent lately...buttons on the register have changed (per baristas) and the milk additions are getting misunderstood. Ex: we order whole milk or almond milk in cold brew but the button reads 'splash of x'. We either receive a splash or some random amount. Color of the drinks varies widely because of this. We've had more than a few (5+) occasions when they didn't include the subbed Sugar Free sweetener. Overall, just seems like lack of communication and failure to actually read the label on my cup.

The white chocolate mocha is awesome the taste is very good and fresh hot hot creamy and very very delicious I would hardly recommend the white chocolate mocha to everyone everyone as a matter of fact it has taken the place of me ordering coffee from other places but Starbucks white chocolate mocha is the bomb it's really really good I will be returning very soon to get me another vintage size white chocolate mocha with extra whip cream it is very delicious. The staff was very friendly and the drive thru service was very quick as I was on my way to work

Friendly & quick fairly service in the evenings.

The guys and girls here are AMAZING. Drinks and service bring me here probably four times a week. Whether I order in person or online, they never get my drink done wrong. I’m glad many of them personally value me as a good/favorite customer.
