Definitely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I placed an order online for 8.45 pm at the Rio Pinar Plaza location, I arrived to pick up at 9 pm and the girl was at the counter chatting with a friend and I didn't even know what There was an order to pick up, it was obvious that I didn't know what I was doing to prepare my bowl and the other girl who was inside cleaning had to tell her what ingredients my order included, even so when they gave me the order I had to show that I had paid for extra chia seeds because they didn't put them in or even read my order. I will not return to that place 0% recommended. Great selection of options to choose from. They have a free member reward program as well. You can add, modify and remove things you want or don't want. Overall friendly service and quick for a healthy option.

Excellent experienced crew that know their jobs.

Our Smoothie chef was super great! She accidentally made one of our smoothies with bananas, after I asked for no bananas. She made another one immediately. She also was thoughtful enough to ask about splitting one of our large smoothies into 2 cups for my husband and I to share.

Ordered $20 worth of smoothies for delivery, the driver couldn’t find my unit and left the smoothies somewhere else. The driver wouldn’t take my calls, and when I called the number in the receipt “for deivery complications,” the planet smoothie store was as clueless as me. If you’re ordering delivery, I’d reccomend ordering through ubereats, doordash etc., because the planet smoothie website might give you Skipcart as a delivery service, which has few contact and no refund options. The store has offered a refund but not Skipcart.

Clean location a little small but very friendly staff.

This is my spot! I come I think 2-3x weekly. I normally try to get the drinks that come with oat milk or plant protein to try to get my protein intake that way in the morning . It’s right next to the gym I wanted to join but I’m moving out of this area now and I’m sad.

Love this place for smoothies. However, today they were 4 people and only one taking care of public. Please... the customers are first ... you could finish cleaning later. Saw 2 people left for this issue.

I just found this place on door dash so I had to go in my self to try it..it was really good great customer service.i hit it at 7am all the time and I'm in and out fast .I'm just trying it out to find my favorite one I get two on a visit so far the roadrunner is my favorite one. But I love that they open at a good time 7am that's my time to go. 😀 I love it so far so it's a 5 🌟 s from me.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Still learning the ropes as a new store. Service is slow because of new training. It's convenient it's so close to the gym, I love the location - hopefully it picks up for them I don't want them to leave.

I've been to this location twice and received great customer service. On my last visit, I had an issue with a coupon code not working and the girl took care of the problem. The Strawberry Colada tasted amazing!

Absolutely love this Planet Smoothie! Its right by my house and is significantly better then a few other locations I have been to. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. Just wish I could get a reply on the application I sent in over a month ago because they could use some more help during busy hours of the day.
