I had made an online order thru the app. And there is no way to cancel it. but with the wrong sandwich, and when I got there, I told them they were so awesome they told me to don't worry they would give me the right one ❤️🔥💪💯 THANK YOU

So I ordered on 6/28/24 half my sub was soggy, I suspect because it was next to my boyfriend's hot sub so I couldn't eat it. I complained to customer service on their website which basically did nothing. I am unhappy with this customer service but whatever I guess.

Fantastic subs for a reasonable price

They make the best subs. I always forget to take pictures. I got the brisket with mayo and BBQ Sauce and it was Delicious. I would go every time I wanted a sub but they have none near me so I have to be traveling to get one.

WOW to Firehouse! (not in a good manner) I'm a person of habits but as this place was close in our destination we decided to stop by as we had a good experience in another location. The bread looks slimmer than our other preference, the flavor was ok on the Cajun chicken but the content on the New York streamer made us figuring out what happened there. For a $27 charge for a big expectation of great subs, that was rather disappointing. We tried to contact the Firehouse app but the automated chat virtual assistant couldn't help and as it was Sunday, I guess they didn't have enough live staff. MAYBE in the future we will try again a different location but dine-in just in case we had to make a timely comment. The place was organized, nice and clean, on that it deserved 5 stars.

The subs are great and love the chili

We come here bout 3 times a month n service has gotten worse each time. A few times, subs made wrong, always have to ask for pickles, never greeted when we walk in most time all employees are in back.

The new King Hawaiian sandwhich is a work of art. It all works so well together. Has an abundance flavor, texture and freshness all in one. The mustard sauce is a great choice to nail the moisture level and goes perfectly. Go try this today!

Clean, friendly, great pastrami sub!

Just returned my Italian that was made incorrectly. So when I returned I asked for an Italian with extra onions only. This is what I got. Again! Forty minutes to drive there and back

Bad management. This location the store owner does NOT participate in Firehouse promotions. We went to the Rio Pinar location today and was notified by their staff the promotions with coupons from corporate the owner of this location chooses not to participate. This is very disappointing and we will not be back at this location and want to warn as many people about this locations bad business decisions. Horrible!

Best casual sandwich when in the road

I used to get steak and cheese sandwiches here all the time and they used to be pretty good, or at least decent enough to finish the meal. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich yesterday and honestly felt disrespected with the type of meat that was in there. I only took one bite, and had to throw t rest away because the taste and meat texture was HORRIBLE. They obviously changed the meat - but at least they should have the decency to not use "cheap roast beef deli meat" or dare I say "artificial lab meat". There's no way what you all serve now would pass as a real steak sandwich in any other sandwich making restaurant. I should have took a picture. Needless to say I'll probably never order something from here again.

First of none of this is the cooks fault they can only do so much with what you give them. but There is absolutely no way that there is real steak in the steak and cheese. What kind of artificial horse meat do you serve. If you brought one of your “sandwiches” to a tribe of starving people they’d throw it back in your face. This meat barely qualifies as edible

This location is always very busy, but the stagf us always so friendly!

The vibe is great just depends who is working. But overall is a great to enjoy with friends and/or family is fun and relaxing. You be able to enjoy ur meal 😋 and have laughters.

Tried to order from Firehouse Subs through door dash. They received the order, the order was in the process of being made. At least that’s what door dash displayed on the app. The door dasher stated they were waiting on the order but was told by an associate at Firehouse Subs that they did not have an order for us, which made no sense considering that they accepted the order. Door dash reached out to them and they never answered. I am not sure if the employees are just lazy and don’t want to work but also not answering the phone.. what are they getting paid for? Not really happy considering we really wanted to order from here for the family.

Standing here currently, one of only three customers and the other two are sitting eating. I stood here for 5 minutes waiting for one of the 3 employees to come out and take my order…crickets chirping. I had to poke my head around the corner and say ‘excuse me, may I order’? The look of death from the male employee (black shirt)…no apology, no friendly greeting. I will never be back and it is because of this representative of your company…care who you hire and how it affects your business.

Firehouse subs are amazing! But this store needs to manage time of orders. It took longer than is expected to be serve. Appearance of the employees needs to be addressed, other than that all good.

When I walked in, there were 5 people already seated, each left with a small bag. It took 30 minutes exactly from the moment I paid until I got my food. This is my 3rd time visiting a firehouse, each time I expect them to redeem themselves. Boy was I wrong. The jerk turkey tasted like canned chicken, which if you're unfamiliar, tastes like how dog food smells. There was basically 1 slice of tomato cut thin across the entire sandwich, and a light sprinkle of lettuce. The pickle was awful, didn't finish it. It's truly amazing that this location stays open next to a publix where you can get a far better sub, for less, faster. The guys behind the counter moved like sludge.

I go inside about 3:30pm and there's 7 employees on the line just standing around doing nothing. I walk in wanting to just look at the menu, and one of the employees asks "Are you here for pickup or are you ordering?" I reply with "neither" and tell the employee "I'm just looking at the menu" and one of the employees snickers to another saying, "Well you're still going to order..." in a smart aleck type of comment. Perhaps, they should cut some of those employees who have inappropriate commentary for customers who just want to look at the menu and relax when they walk in.

Extremely slow service. No reason why a fast food place should take 30 minutes to make a sandwich with only several people in front

Food is always great and meets the firehouse expectations. My lower rating is purely for the speed of service. It is an incredibly long wait, 4x the wait at other locations. Food prep just moves way too slow here making a quick pickup impossible. Strongly suggest ordering ahead, but that is never ideal for hot food since it might end up sitting for a bit.

I ordered a cheese steak sub with NO onions or green peppers. Guess what was on my sub… ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS!!

When to firehouse sub the girl behind the count (Mary) who is make the sandwich is eat from the container that has the food then itching her face while she has her gloves on. I could not believe this was happening. I spike to the management and he acted like he didn't care. And apparently they are the new management team, what a joke. When I told him I report it to the corporate them he change acted like he care.

I went to this location this morning, I thought they were open but I was early, okay, I waited the 6 mins for them to open. But before that I went to grab on the door and they were locked, so I saw two people sitting at the table and one turned around and looked at me and turned back around talking to the other employee and so as I stated I thought they were open so I went to open the other door and that same person looked at me and turned back around when I had pointed to my wrist asking what time they open and the other employee gave me finger time 1030. So when I came in and placed my order with the young that gave me the time, but the person (who I believe is a manager) didn’t even speak just gave me this snotty look. If this is the kind of people or managers that Firehouse have working for them, I will never come back. The young lady that helped me I made sure I tipped her and I donated and told her to have a good day and she told me the same.

Very good sandwiches and friendly employees

I arrived with nobody ahead of me, yet they took forever to prepare my order The workers appear to be bothered while taking your order. The vibe all together was not welcoming at all, nothing like the amazing service from the firehouse subs in Texas.

As someone who used to work at firehouse in high school, this store has no idea how to properly make them. They don't fluff their meat, all you get when you bite into the sub is dense meat chunks. Bread was stale too. Firehouse will always have fresh meats and ingredients, but this store does not understand how to use them.

Very nice and professional staff. Very good food, better Sunday than Subway. But unfortunately very slow. Subway still wins on speed getting your sub prepared and served within minutes. Took about 10 to get my sub prepared and served at Firehouse. Tasty though.

My two first orders from here were absolutely less than stellar. On my first visit, two employees were obviously training, which was perfectly fine as their manager was assisting them behind them. However, when I walked in to place my order, the girl behind the register, who was wearing a political shirt to work for some reason, glared at me for a solid ten seconds without moving before finally starting to input my order. She continued to glare at me throughout my entire order and while calling my name to retrieve it several minutes later. I then watched her interact perfectly fine with every other customer after me--at the very least, the sandwich was fine. The next time I went to this location, I placed an extremely simple order of a cheese and mayonnaise sandwich. By some miracle, the two other employees who were also very obviously training managed to forget one of those two ingredients. I could then hear them whispering about how they forgot one, as well. The entire time my order was placed that second time, the employees more or less refused to make eye contact with me and went out of their way to do so. I'm not sure why every time I walk into this Firehouse the employees won't so much as look at me, and as a retail worker myself I can understand trying to get through your shift or having a bad day, but this is a consistent issue. Not sure where the managers are getting their new hires from but I'm done with this location. I'll be going next door for Publix subs instead from now on.

The last two times I visited this location. I have and an awful experience. Recently My bread was burnt and the person who made my sandwich cuts my bread in two therefore with I picked up my sandwich every was falling out the other side. Andddd…..the guy forgot my pickle. I’ve been disappointed at this location time after time. I’m differently will not visit this location anytime soon.

I just wanted to take a moment to say this is my first time at fire house subs and I have lived here my entire life right next to this location. I haven't even tried the food yet but I have to tell you that my experience with Rachel would make me come back even if I didn't like what I ordered today. Customer service is so lacking these days so it was so refreshing to walk in the door and have someone be so friendly and make me feel like my order was the most important of the day! I wish everyone had a Rachel !

So disappointed with my first and only visit to this location. Placed an order in person at 11:36 today. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. We waited 45 MINUTES for our food. Got home and realized they forgot the ham and bacon on my club on a sub sandwich. And I was missing the pickle spear on the side. I will never return.

Got a sub to go. There seems to be a lot of online orders as well as in person happening around lunch. Because of that, service can be a little slow at times, but that's okay. It's always good, and friendly staff.

Walked in the doors at 8:31pm and scrawny guy with glasses stated he wanted to go home by 9 so he refused to take my order. Horrible service, I work retail and never treated someone this horrible.

This restaurant has a good meat to bread ratio. Get the hook and ladder. It tastes great.

Walked up at 8:37 PM and doors were locked. Hours online state open until 9 PM.

I don’t know the names, but 3 ladies on the closing shift March 1st provided great service. I even had a good laugh haha. Thank you.

I walked in at 8:56 today and was not welcomed at all. I asked the girl if it’s too late to order a sandwich and she responded by laughing and saying “I’m gonna cry”. She had a rude demeanor so I decided to just leave and not place any order. Horrible service.

Usually very good but it took almost 30 minutes to get my to go order because someone forgot to put the meat in the steamer so people who ordered after me were served before me.

Food was exceptional, service was exceptional at this location.

Not to busy. The food was good, the place was clean and social distancing was observed but the firetruck toys in the window are filthy.

Both patiently went over a variety of options and answered my questions about menu items, choices, preferences, and so forth. They brought my meal to my table and the food itself was wonderful. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back.

You guys really have some of the best subs I've ever had, and your employees are phenomenal. The shift lead Brandon was more then helpful and was always smiling even with it being extremely hot. The two other girls were so nice and helpful as well and made sure I was satisfied with everything and even offered me a free drink because of how hot it was. Best employees I've ever met!!! Definitely coming back to this location!

This place has really turned around their employees customer service! 2nd time I've been here this week because of how friendly they people they have working in this location now. The food is awesome every time and this guy working there named Brandon is a superstar! He really makes a difference and the 2 guys working with him tonight were great too! I highly recommend this location.
