The best! We love SCC!!! Their coffee and breakfast in the morning can’t be beat. Afternoon smoothies are a treat, so creative and tasty. Easy drive-up, great service. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out.

This cute little caboose is the absolute best! Amazing coffee, yummy burritos and snacks and the friendliest staff! They even brought out a puppuccino for my pup! It was the perfect way to end a fun weekend in Salida. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This is the cutest little coffee shop and the employees are great! I stopped in and had a great cup of coffee, breakfast burrito and sat and enjoyed the sun and the cute atmosphere. Love this spot and will definitely back.

Disappointed no regular brewed coffee. Settled for an americana sadly it tastes burnt and ended up dumped out.

Awesome coffee! We had a group of 4 and all got something different that was wonderful. The hot lattes were very hot, which was great! They have a huge selection of alternative milks as well.

I love this spot-- I used the drive through to get an iced americano. It was perfect (pure flavor and not too diluted) and I appreciated the paper straw. The baristas were very cool & kind and gave my dog a treat!

The coffee is tasty, sometimes! Other times it’s scorching hot and you can taste the burnt beans, or it’s super watered down. The service is always excellent, just wish the coffee was more consistent.

Coffe is average, love the location. Customer service is average as well. I was super offended when I got done paying by card and hadn't even left yet and the girl said are you going to tip? I am happy to tip anytime any place, but very rude to be asked in such a rude manor. Smh

The employees are nice but the lattes are really inconsistent. The proportions are not right. Something happened a few months ago and the product is just not what it used to be.

Great to stop for those passing through. The vanilla Latte was awesome.

Service is always great. I keep on trying and hopeful that extra hot will be extra hot and powdered cinnamon steamed in will result in cinnamon I can taste… just can’t seem to get there. Three stars for having a great team!

Okay coffee at a good price. Got two different latte's both with extra shots of espresso but they tasted a little watered down and not full flavored.

Really nice variety of flavors and seasonal drinks. Decided to get the mistletoe matcha and Mexican mocha, mostly because I could and it was on the menu. It was open earlier than some other spots in town, went through drive thru since it was still cold. Nice little spot, very convenient if you want coffee on the go.

The coffee is delicious and the staff are so kind! I appreciate their partnership with Amigo Motor Lodge! I tried the drip coffee and match, both were quality and delicious. Be sure to grab some donuts next door, too!

Sooo delicious! This is a gem of a little coffee shop. Five of us with very different tastes got five different drinks - latte, matcha, and drip - iced and hot. Some with a little sweetener, some with a lot and every drink was perfect!! And the staff was super nice. Salida has some exceptional places to eat and drink, Caboose earns its place in the group at the top!!

For me it's not about the caffeine, it's about the comfort that it provides. Becoming a daily favorite of mine!

I’m a coffee lover. I make my own at home and grind the beans and make my froth at times. When on the road I look for the Best Coffee places. I do not go to the big chain as the coffee is not up to par with what I expect. The Coffee Caboose is one of the Best places I’ve found on the road and I travel a lot. I am a Huge Fan and the coffee is just Great. The service is above and beyond anywhere I’ve bought coffee. The people that work there have a way of brightening your day. I’d write more but I have to get on the road again. Thanks Coffee Caboose.
