First time doing the nitrogen ice cream thing … definitely will again = Delicious Place needs a little TLC on the cleanliness but the service and ice cream were great Scores: Jamocha Fudge 8.5 ( fantastic) Strawberry Pecan 8.1 (delicious) You can create any type of concoction you desire - the portion sizes were very generous If you are staying at Holiday Inn Key largo - this is a 60 second walk.

Nice place, comfortable and nice staff, but they don´t know how to make an ice cream with Nitrogen. I love this kind of ice cream but definitively in this place they don´t know how to make it. It is like sandy, not blended at all. What a pity!

Okay, 5 stars because it's in Key Largo. If it were in Boston, I'd give it 4, but I've not been able to find very good ice cream in Key Largo on past trips. I've tried several other places and, well, it was ice cream so it was good, but also a bit disappointing. This place, on the other hand, was definitely good. This is where I'll be going for ice cream on future visits to Key Largo. Oh, and so many flavors to choose from! Since they mix for you after you order and then freeze it, you can combine them to make even more flavors. I had maple-butterscotch, and could taste both the maple and butterscotch. Very nice!

Service was great. I got vegan (almond milk) base. Didnot freeze as pretty as my husband's. He got original (cream based). Both of us had some gastric upset (reflux) after the ice cream. Our flavors below Flavor: Chai (vegan-almond milk base) Flavor: Peanut Butter / Brownie / Cookie Dough.(Original-Cream base)

Ice cream and service are impeccable. there are even a few games to play while you enjoy your ice cream like mini billiards, Jenga and Checkers. The owner or management could put a little more energy into the ambiance of the place, but the ice cream is a real treat.

Out of towner here. What a fun experience. Was cool to watch them make the ice cream with nitrogen. Talked with the owner(?) who makes the batter for the waffle cones. Was complimenting her on the taste of it and she said she makes it in-house. Ice cream was cold and solid - just the way I think ice cream should be, not soft and melting. I come this area yearly and now I will be making sure to stop here again. I snapped some before and after pics. People who say its pricey - well, nitrogen is expensive. To me its worth it. $7 for a large ice cream with waffle.

We went by on a Thursday and Friday during business hours and was closed.

Out of the week we spent in the area, the hours posted were never the hours they were open. Unfortunately they lost our business....

Pass. Neat idea but very overpriced. $30 for 4 small cups because apparently if you pay with a card you have to tip 15%. No waffle cone like the menu says. Just a wad of ice cream in a generic cup with spoons they had to run to Subway to get.

Awesome little place . Fun to watch them make it as well. The Bowls look small for the price but the portions they get in it is well worth more the the cost.

We love this place. Ice Cream, custard and yogurt are good but a treat, especially for children is watching it made!!! Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Really yummy! Staff was a little slow but it was a very unique experience and so many options to choose from! Also fun games to play while we waited.

Awesome ice cream, endless options

If you are looking for ice cream that is yummy and a awesome experience, this place is a must. They let you pick the type of cream and any type of mix-ins you want. You can make the ice cream different flavors also. I would recommend anyone to stop by. The process is awesome to watch as they make your ice cream. So many options and amazing outcome. 10/10 would recommend.

Great idea to make ice cream this way. Depending on individual choice, ice cream might taste better or worse - I don't fully understand why people complain about their own choice. Service was ok, the spot looked a bit meaningless from the outside, the room insight is a bit too small, so overall marketing could possibly improve.

Awesome icecream! Staff is friendly, it does take a little longer than a regular ice cream place, but it's so worth it to see the liquid nitrogen making the ice cream! We had the key lime voltage, it was the best ice cream I have ever had! Better than any key lime pie we've had down here!

So Rude! Place is Dirty. Staff are Rude, flavorings are artificial, and fruits are not fresh. Idea is amazing! If only the staff were happy to be there, flavorings were natural, fruit was fresh, and place was clean...it would be AMAZING!!!!

Horrible experience. Spent $20 on nothing. The ice cream isn’t worth the wait or the experience. The people working there were realy oddly shy to be working in an ice cream shop and didn’t even tell us when our ice cream was done after 20 mins of waiting. She just put it on the counter and walked away. By the time I turned around it was halfway melted. You couldn’t just tell me or walk it to me? I was 5 feet away. There was two other customers waiting to be acknowledged and instead got ignored becuase the woman’s friend was there. BADDDD customer service. Ice cream was so not worth the aggravation or time spent.

Rude! Rude rude. I went in at 9:55pm. It closes at 10. There was quite a long line of people. The young kid thatvwas working told me that since it was almost 10, I would not be served. I asked him if he was asking me to leave. He said I could stay as long as I want but I would not be served after 10. The owner should know what happened. Horrible customer service.

Place was great! Me and my sister loved it so much <3 will definitely come back! The one thing that gave it from a 5 to a 4 was that they were a little slow. Understaffed. Took about 15 minutes for my family of 4 to get our ice cream ready and made. It was an amazing experience to feel the nitrogen! It was so cold and cool. Also I ordered a small. They gave me a regular! I love this place.

Nice employees and overall great experience

Loved it!! My Mom and I came in at about 9:25 on wednesday night (june 6th). The employees were super sweet and the ice cream was amazing. I heard the guy washing his hands before coming out to make our food and the girl was an expert at making it perfect. The ice cream literally was made in front of us and the waffle cone was made in front of us too! I’m from Indiana and we have nothing like that so it was a really unique and tasty experience, they deserve better reviews.

One of the individuals that works there was VERY rude when I was asking questions. You could clearly tell that she didn’t want to help. I will never go back there again. My ice cream wasn’t that great, either.

Came here yesterday for the first time and had to skip work today due to FOOD POISONING. After reading the other 1-3star reviews, I'm not surprised. Even after we tipped for their service they made jokes of how people should just buy their ice cream and leave.. Not sure why they would have a pool table and leather seats if that were the case. Then before we left the staff joked about picking up some coke. Not a big deal, but you dont do that in front of guests. When we left this staff didnt even have the decency to wish us a good day. Like many have stated below, THIS STAFF WILL BE THE END OF THIS BUISNESS.

A unique kind of ice cream preparation that gains all the points and taste is absolutely great. The workers dont wear gloves that brings a little discomfort. Ambience is good. Staff responds nicely and quickly.

I would give a zero if possible.... hours of operation posted on the door 10:00pm... arrive just after 9:15 with my family.... doors locked and employees inside waved me saying they were closed as I held up 10 fingers signifying 10:00pm.... the two still mouthed they were closed.. ridiculous.... don't post hours if you are not going to be open....

Delicious ice cream!! The ice cream wasn't as smooth as advertising becuase of the way it was mixed when freezing but, it was really good! It was a little over priced, but worth it!

Will make this short: Long wait from ordering to receiving final product​. My "small' serving was less than that - cup maybe 1" high. Cost much too high for what you get! I had 2 toppings (@ .60 each) with my less than a scoop and it cost $6.33. It was cold and tasty, but not like ice cream. An even larger concern was that both the servers were handling money AND preparing the ice cream and waffle cones with their bare hands that were never washed the whole time we were there. VERY unsanitary! I will neither return nor recommend!

This place was great. For expensive ice cream this place definitely has the customer service and atmosphere of a shop I'd love to come back to. The staff took extra time to explain the process and connect with customers, it was great. My first time the ice cream wasn't quite frozen completely, but it was still great!

More like subpar...we should have listened to the other reviews and avoided. Staff seemed like unenthused high schoolers, and our ice cream was not well-frozen. Not an absolute disaster, but I wish we had gone elsewhere for overpriced ice cream in Key Largo.

This place is amazing!!!! I thought that I was stopping for ice cream. Who knew I was actually about to embark on an incredible experience! Edwina greeted us with a smile. She took our order and then the nitrogen went on..It was like wizardry. There was nitrogen "smoke" everywhere..My 11 year old was as in awe as my husband and I were. Shamika came to help Edwina and they put on a Nitrogen show, making the ice cream before our eyes, turning on the Nitrogen, showing my son what Nitrogen looks like. It was incredible. Truly an amazing experience. The ice cream was tasty! Apparently Sub-Zero was on Shark Tank but the guys didn't invest. Too bad for the Sharks..This place is a winner..I would hire them for parties, weddings, whatever I could..Best ice cream experience ever. Thank you Edwina and Shamika..#amazing

Neat experience but horrible service. The employee was obviously aggravated that we were there. Employees looked that they would rather be anywhere else. I truly believe that the staff will be the death of this business. The staff loosely made comments back and forth with her friends that were just hanging out in the establishment without ordering. Very poor service!

Good product. The night we went they were understaffed and we waited 20+ minutes. The man behind the counter was sweating so badly it was dripping off his visor into people's ice cream... Wouldn't visit again.

It was cool to watch the ice cream being made, but the guy making it was sweating so bad that it was dripping from his hat in customers ice cream. That's pretty disgusting if you ask me. I watched closely and luckily I didn't get a side of sweat in my ice cream. Eat with care.

It was closed in the middle of the day with no reason provided, while the sign said open. The lady inside said they were closed with moving her hand across her neck.
