Thank you for keeping your doors open until 10pm! It makes so many ice cream lovers in my family super happy. My mom loved her ice cream, and it was her first time having a SubZero ice cream. Carissa and Jack, the SubZero helpers, were super cordial, friendly, and helpful. We will be back in the dark hour of the night!

I definitely have a sweet-tooth and desserts are my thing for sure. This is one of the best ice cream places I’ve found. Not only is the process cool (pun intended), but it tastes so fresh and flavorful being made right in front of you. I can definitely taste the difference. If you’re an ice cream lover then you owe it to yourself to give it a try. They have a huge selection and the process is very quick considering.

This is my favorite place in Sarasota to get ice cream. My go-to favorite is peanut butter bonds. I recently tried the Magnetic Mint but it was not for me.

On the plus side, the shop is ultra clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my custard-based butterscotch ice cream had not even a hint of flavor. It was exactly like eating frozen flavorless milk. Also the portion size is too small for the price. Sarasota has a lot of excellent ice cream shops. This is not one of them.

We love coming here when we visit Sarasota! They handle nut allergies well and it's a fun experience to watch it being frozen. The artificial mint syrup ruined my whole ice cream flavor this last time as it overpowered everyrhing.

Pistachio flavor was unimpressive, amaretto was good👍 the waffle was good fresh, crisp not stale, just wish it had more of a vanilla flavor

Love the concept here . Ice Cream is really good I love the Nitro Cold Brew coffee. The speciality item men let's you mix it with the ice cream. 100 times better than any Frappuccino like drink I've had.

If you haven't heard of or been to Sub Zero, you need to check it out. Various combinations, including dairy free/vegan options. They shoot the nitrogen right in front of you to add to the novelty of the entire experience because regular ice cream just isn't enough any more! Lol
