One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in the recent past. Ordered a cheese sandwich with veggies for lunch today. Tasted so fresh and yummy. You should check this place out.

Best turkey sandwich I’ve had in years. Ludicrously good pricing. Went there twice in a week during a conference bc it was so good. I’d gone very week if we lived anywhere close to it. Just went to a deli near my house that was 5 stars rated and it was 2x more expensive and not as good. THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL

Subcentral is one of those sandwich shops that just gets it done. They make a good sandwich that kind of reminds me of jersey mikes. All ingredients were freshly sliced and the bread was nicely made. I can’t remember which one I got but I enjoyed it. You can also be in and out pretty quickly which is convenient on a lunch break.

Best Food Ever! Really good sanwiches!

Coworker picked up lunch for us and I had a roast beef sub. Best RB sub I've had in like forever!! The RB was very rare just like I love it, bread was very fresh!!! Everyone else loved their subs and wraps as well. I will be getting all my subs from here from now on.

If I could rate this shop a 10⭐️ I would! The subs are delicious, great customer service, and the atmosphere is the best! If you like subs/sandwiches get them here!

This place deserves 6 stars. Got half meatball and half #7 (turkey) and WOW. Meatball was one of the best meatball parms ever had. The bread is to die for. The turkey was very good as well. This is one of a kind and a MUST. I will be in here 1x per week without question.

Hands-down, the best sub shop around, I bring everybody I know here when I need a quick lunch spot. They always have fresh bread, fresh meats, and the owner is funny and relaxed. Very relatable person with cute decor on the walls. A hidden Gem 💎

Taste is 5 out of 5 and price is decent for what you are getting. Bread and ingredients taste fresh. If you like chicken salad, they have a multitude of chicken salad flavors (spice, sweet, bbq, etc).

I tried this place due to prior great reviews and was not disappointed. Turkey and cheese sub was on point, customer service was great and the place was clean with ample seating. Parking was available which is always a plus.

Great place for subs, the bread is yum, cheese is sliced on its own slicer so no cross contamination with the meat, great for vegetarians. This is a must if you like Tastees, this place is even better.

My fiancé and I have been going to this place for a little over a year now and it’s the best sandwich shop around. The owner is the nicest guy and every sandwich is well made and he doesn’t skimp on any toppings, meats or cheese and is a great size. Highly recommend!!

Mike runs hell of a show at Subcentral Sandwiches from customer service till everything else. He will work and accommodate with you. Sandwich was mouth watering delicious. It really felt like I was hanging out with my friend he made me feel comfortable there not how Khatiyawadi Kitchen famous Indian restaurant in Sayreville throw their customers out of their restaurant for owners being rude and egoistic. anyhow Mike is a gem a truly respectable owner who will give each and every customer his undivided attention. Great job to being attentive, overheard me say I am gonna eat half my sandwich for lunch and half for dinner and gave me a whole sandwich in half so I could have half for dinner and half for lunch.

Just left this place and I must say it's delicious. I live nowhere near this sandwich spot but I detoured to get here to pick up dinner for my family after work. My first time here was about 2 weeks ago my lady and I stopped in and ate our subs there "I had the munchies ;) "and I was pretty much wow'd that I knew at that moment I'd have to get back to this spot and that day was today...as soon as I got home I had to rip into one..

Enjoyed the oven roasted turkey sub today. Will be back.

Best QUALITY Vegetarian Sandwich ever had, period. I don't know if it was the lettuce or tomato or the bread or NOT SO SOUR vinegar. But this sandwich just kept melting in the mouth. When you have such a different feeling, you know its because of the quality of food that you are getting. Plus the technique to put everything in between bread, so that it stays between the bread and not around the bread. All the condiments didnt even go on top, they went in between multiple layers of veggies, like who does that in subway or even jersey mikes, (honestly, no one cares to do that), which is actually a trick to improve the flavors) I mean if you wanna spend money and get something fresh and of good quality, this would be the place to go. Prices- reasonable. Quality - I dont think I need to say anything more. Place- nice and quite, not so busy when I went in Noon. Ample parking spots. I have tried veggie sandwiches at many many places as I am vegetarian. I don't know about you, but I mean I am definitely going back over and over again. Special Thanks to the hardworking person behind the counter to make something so simple, soooo good.

Fantastic! The owner couldn't be nicer and the food is amazing! Top quality Boar's Head and the price is fair! I would'nt order from anyplace else! We even ordered a sandwich platter for July 4th weekend and it was fresh, quick, had all the accompaniments, and unlike everyone else the owner still uses a quality Boar's Head meat and puts a "REAL" amount of meat of the sandwiches! DEFINITELY THE BEST AROUND!

First time here and the sub was so good I just had to go back. My new go to place when I'm in the area and want a good sub. Besides ya can't beat a good ol mom and pop shop for quality and and service. Owner is a real nice guy as well.

I tried half Sub Salad Sandwich with Provolone cheese. It was a delicious. The whole wheat bread was fresh. Being vegetarian, I find this one is better than Tastee's. I will definitely visit again when i am in Edison area again.

This place is what should be expected of a sub shop: soft bread with a chewy crust, quality meats, and friendly people. Nice and clean inside as well. Only thing I would add is a TV on the wall 👍
