Don't think they know how to make a sub. My sub was a mess and all over in the wrapper.

Worst subway I’ve been too. Walked up to counter, employee was sitting in the door way to the back on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me for a solid 5-10 minutes, I patiently waited but stayed in her view. No greeting and employee did not wash her hands before putting gloves on which is very unsanitary. She was also not friendly and had an attitude when I asked for extra of something. Of course she wasn’t wearing a name tag and it wasn’t on the receipt either. Definitely will not be returning to this location and I do not recommend anyone does.

I dont know how the employees still work there. We live right around the corner, so pop by often. The Subway staff is either smoking outside, on YouTube, or talking on the phone. And this is regularly, so there is no feeling of needing to hide it. On top of that, the new thing is that over 3 sandwiches, they need you to order ahead. Why? They obviously have time. Every other Subway can do it. Smh

Twice in 1 month, same bad experience. Bread is hard. Tuna isn't mixed at all. Dry. Toppings not put on right, cookies hard as a rock

This Subway is awesome I had a chicken salad wrap with avocado it was amazing the lady that worked there was very friendly the salad was very fresh was absolutely amazing will be returning again soon 💯💯

Subs are ok. But Publix subs are much much better

Service piss poor tryed calling to ask for a manager after notice my order was messed up and they hung up in my ear it seems like they're also blocking people's numbers too so that you can't call

Subway is always a good place to eat. But I see the workers dealing with not enough help. Online orders are constantly made wrong at multiple stores. And don't try to get a hold of customer service. It's virtually impossible. So be nice to the employees. It's not their fault.

Service, seection and pricing have all suffered since COVID!

This place is the worst. I wouldn't even give it a one. Every time we even attempt to come in here every worker is unpleasant and unprofessional. We live right by here so for a convenience factor, we keep trying and yet every time it's the same. No one greets you and every interaction seems as if customers are an incoveniance. Will not return. Easier to drive out of our way find decent service.

I got a number 19 pickleball sub. I asked for chipotle on it instead of honey mustard. She was out of chipotle sauce so she had to get more and she buffalo instead and put it on my sandwich. When I asked her to remake it. She just looked at me like I grew a second head.

Good friendly fast convenient can't complain

The sandwich artist was very pleasant. She did a great job making my sandwich just like I requested. She was quick and efficient.

Umatilla location is GREAT! I order here about 1-2x per month thru app. Subs are always fresh, ready on time. Very small location inside Circle K but employees always working hard. I ended up here after no service in Eustis at Woodland Center and I left. So glad I went to Umatilla, great ladies who are always efficient and helpful.

Says open until 11pm. I got there at 10:45 and was informed that they are closed because the same girl has been on shift since 4am?! Not her fault but?! Get more staff or change your hours. I drove 20 mins one way because this was the nearest location to me.

Emily the girl that works there is always rude when ever I come in. I’ll try to talk with her even compliment her and nothing. They need to get people who don’t A hate their job or B don’t hate people. She really makes me not want to come in. Even when I came in she was doing something so I had to wait a few minutes. When she finally came up no hi, no how are you, no sorry for the wait. nope just “what do you want”. Not professional or friendly at all. Not to mention my order is very simple and I had to repeat it over 3 times and still correct her. Save yourself the annoyance, subpar food, and horrible customer service and just drive the extra 8 mins to the eustis location.

Great place maybe they should go over to McDonald’s and teach them what customer services is. Maybe McDonalds wouldn’t suck so bad if they would take some pointer’s from subway.

I really did like subway, but now it's just junk food terrible prices and quality. The people are so slow its like a new requirement to work at a subway.

I always order the Southwest steak and cheese with the spicy sauce. I love it! The only problem was that the server question me when I asked that my sandwich be cut in half and then half again he looked at me like I was crazy or something. Good thing I like eating sandwiches 🥪.

Older lady that works that works the evening shift is not so friendly. The lady just finished up cashing out the customer before me when she walked over and was going to start making my sub after handling money. I asked her to please change her gloves. Then throughout the making of my sub she put pickles on my sub and I asked her to take them off and please remove the tomatoes that the pickles touched. She proceeded to throw the pickles back into the bin and the whole sub into the trash. At that point I told the lady with her attitude I don't want nothing and have a nice night.

The store manager Tee was very rude extremely disrespectful to my friend and I . She embarrassed us both.

Usually this Subway is fine, but they have a new worker "manager" here who isn't. I know extra meat and cheese cost an extra $4. However she's claiming she would have to charge me for a 6" if I asked for extra veggies. Basically $5.06 for a few extra pickles. I'll make my own or go down the road to Publix.

It's subway always good food not much of a anything to brag about but the mgr is nice and runs a tight ship.

Always understaffed and then I feel bad for the 1 employee who's running everything alone.

Friendly, tasty subs that are freshly made. One of my favorite Subways around.

I got 3 subs on Friday night around 9 pm Ellen was great just needs to make sure the meatballs are hot.

Subway in umatilla is inside the store, even though you can sit and eat here most people take it to go. The food is always good . I love the breakfast sandwiches too. They are very good. Also we always get the extra meat on ours whether it's a footlong sub or breakfast it's all good. Stop and try it you won't be disappointed.

I've always loved Subway sandwiches they're awesome and I love the fact that I get to put so much spinach on it and olives and stuff and I always have great service there and it's a great location!

My sub was literally drenched in sweet onion sauce I mean to the point it wasn't edible. I had a big slop wrapped in subway paper worst experience ever. 7/19/22

Service was very poor, I had to wait 20 minutes before ordering. Not because there was a long line inside, only because they had online orders to do 1st for someone who's not even in the store. I understand online orders are a big part of a business but they shouldn't take president over in person customers. Also the food wasn't really the good, which is what subway is starting to be known for.

Used to be much better, employees seem to be constantly changing and not doing a vary good job. They appear under staffed but don't seem very eager to work. I have not received a bad experience just slow service.

Waited 45 minutes to order and get our 3 subs

I placed a mobile order, with two subs that were supposed to be toasted. Got home to find out neither were. Went back up there and the employee wanted to say it was toasted. When there wasn't any toast burns and the cheese wasn't melted. Not to mention the fact how she acted to the other customers that were there. Rolling her eyes and made remarks under her breath. And this isn't my first time having a problem with Abbie/Abby.

The SLOWEST subway ive ever been too. No sense of urgency. She put 6 pieces of thin sliced turkey on a foot long. Didn't change her gloves after touching tuna before starting our order.

I was get sub from umatilla subway and it always taste amazing to me. I enjoy sometimes my fiance was steal a piece at one point lol 😂. Yes, people have different experience but experience I got was always goo.

The store's been through a lot of major changes in the last 8 months. I know they've been difficult changes for the workers in the community. All that being said I do truly enjoy Emily and Towanda they do a great job there and they're always in the same mood every day and very consistent we're going through some crazy times right now so these people need your patience more today than they ever have.

Could be better, could be worse

This store is in umatilla fl. Being a local store in a small town (oops city) they tend to be better than the stores that are on major highways so we were very satisfied with it.

They were super nice and the food was fresh

The bacon is always fatty but the good news is if you ask them, they will toast it before they put it on the sandwich 🤗
