Very clean and the food was fresh and good! Very nice staff. This is the only subway I’ll go to from now on in our area.

I’m not sure the guys name that’s usually working and has been there for a little while, but he is awesome!! Yall need to give him a raise! Every time he’s working the sandwiches are on point! He’s quick too and he’s always nice.

I went in today to get a sandwich fory wife. I had to leave several places because of poor attitudes but Chris was the man of the day. He was polite and provided excellent service. My accent is horrible sometimes but he didn't disrespect me like the 2 other places I tried to spend money with. Great service and I will go out of the way to shop here. Great job Mr. Chris plus the sandwich was made perfectly

I would have given a 5 on food but they no longer chop your salad and it makes it so much better chopped up

0/10 rating i wouldn’t recommend to my dog. This is one of those places where it’s ran by the owner and customer service goes out the window ! Came at 11 am and they were still closed , owner rolled in late. He became rude , had no gloves and walked straight in to prep product no hand washing while talking on the phone over the food. Won’t ever eat here , good luck !

Call the store at 8:30, to check if they had pizza. The lady that answered said yes. Then asked where was I from in town because she was closing at 8:50. Needless to say my boyfriend was there in 5 minutes to purchase the pizza. When I received my pizza it was undercooked. Never again!!!!!

The best Subway in Pensacola. The owner is a hard worker, takes pride in his store, and he has a great sense of humor! Very friendly environment.

On 2 separate occasions I visited this store and it was about 6 or 7pm both times and they had the door locked. It says they're open til 9pm there was employees there, looking at us like we were stupid. One of the times I called and asked if they were open, the lady who answered phone said they'd be open in 30 min. I understand not having enough help but not every time I visit. All I can say is good luck if you decide to eat here.

There service is bad. Always rude to customers. They accept the coupons but also limited to what meats you can get. But everywhere else accepts the coupons and not limited.

Your store sign says you close at 9. But Ik here at 8:45pm, your open signs are lit in the windows , but the doors are locked .

I was charged double and can't get a refund . The owner is the only one that can give refunds? Makes 0 sense.

There should be no reason that is the only subway in distance and they close early. It takes at least 10 minutes or more to get to another subway. They shouldn’t be closed before 8:30 PM. I pulled up at 8:30 and the light was on. I knocked on the door just for them to come cut the light off. The door obviously says closes at 9. And this is January 21 2022 ON A FRIDAY !

This is my favorite Subway. The staffs there are really friendly and helpful. The place is clean and we'll lit. I usually order from the app so I'm not really sure how long it takes in line. But I know ordering by the app is really convenient.

They were pretty quick with the food, and it was delicious! A little heavy-handed on the jalapenos I requested, but otherwise did an excellent job on my sandwich!
