Was very happy today to see they were open. I live .2 miles, Mary was friendly and pleasant, best service a fresh food. Going back soon.

I placed 2 orders for delivery within 2 days and both times they forgot drinks. You cannot contact support through the Subway app (that’s how I placed my order). When I called the store, the person on the phone was completely lost and after suggesting I drive my self to their location to pick up the rest of my delivery order THEY FORGOT, quickly transferred me to another person while I was still talking. I explained the situation again to another store employee and she suggested I contact DoorDash, when I ordered from Subway app and you literally can see it on receipt and in their system! After explaining it to her AGAIN, she confirmed that they do not offer refunds for something that I paid for through their app and they forgot, but offered to transfer me to the owner. I’m really really frustrated. The food was pretty decent, subs were fresh, salad was a bit mushy but eatable. I would order again if they had a better service and didn’t take your money for something they are unable to deliver without refunding it.

I eat here a lot. They’re open late, which is great after kids’ baseball. Great sandwiches, on par with Subways best. Service is adequate, plenty of staff. One usually helps, rest on phones is the norm.

I like this Subway. It's clean, food looks fresh & employees are good...but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from here, last nite (6/16/23). Kids are fine & ate different meats than I did. I had the Philly (beef) & it was delicious, but 1/2 way thru my full sub, my stomach became very unsettled & I spent the rest of the nite and this mrng, doing the 'Curly Shuffle' to the bathroom & decided I should try to warn others.

I ordered through the app It said it had a problem but charged my card anyway and there was nothing on the app saying that I had ordered but since I was charged I went to the location. Anyway, waited for my food because there was no other people in the restaurant and they were making three sandwiches. When I asked if that was my order they said it'd be done in a few minutes. When I went to go sign the receipt it was someone else's food and when I asked where my order was they said they hadn't received an order from me. I showed them that I was charged and they shrugged their shoulders. I had to reorder later to get my food. I've been having a problem getting a refund for the last 2 hours because none of their websites are phone numbers work 👎

i usually eat here all the time but last night i got 2 subs one being meatball sub and it had a hair in it and when i called last night a nice gentlemen told me my sub could be re-made today due to they were closing so when my husband called today for my remake sub a lady named Danielle was extremely rude to my husband and refused to remake the sub and was nasty when giving my husband the INCORRECT corporate number to call!

Great food, good service and more importantly a supa Kleen facility. Great job Team.

They were almost closing, but the girls were very kind and attended to us. It was delicious.

Worst costumer services ever we order on line it took the money out of my account will it didn't process the order on so I went to talk to the Manger and explain what happened I even showed her it took the money out my account she said their wasn't nothing she could do about it she didn't offer to call the owner or online support so she could make our subs we are in their all the time we call subway corporate and I talk to costumer support and explain the whole Is situation to them she even agreed that they could of call the owner or teck support good customers services is not just pushing buttons or making Sandwiches it also go up in Beyond to help their customers a monkey could do their job they could of call Benjamin Chapman to figure it out because of this they lost a good customers we won't be back because of that 😡undervalue costumer

Giving a low review because it says they close at 10pm but they really close at 9:40pm. I drove over and the girl that was working said they close at 9:40pm because "no one ever comes" That would be ok if online and on the door it didn't say 10pm. I surely would not have drove over if I'd known.

The girls working there were super awesome!

Excellent service! Kenshayla and Nikki were fabulous. They were so cheerful and answered all questions I had to help me make my decisions on what type of sandwich to get and what I should put on it. Enjoyed my meal. Love the upgraded location/lobby too.

I have been here 3 times now. Even tipped 15 percent. The same man working has been incredibly rude every single time. He makes you feel like your a burden when you order a sandwich from him. Not to mention my husband's sandwich was gouged with mustard he threw it away. Was 2 uncomfortable to ask them to remake it. His daughter has the same attitude. Horrible customer service, Horrible sandwich, missing cookies. I understand life and having bad days but 3 strikes your out. We will never go to this location again. Had to write a review. Not cool!

2 days in a row they could not get my order right

I usually have a decent experience at this location, but today I was very disappointed!! One very important thing that alot of restaurants need to learn about serving anything with lettuce is, bad lettuce will ruin ANY meal. Lettuce that us turning has a distinct taste and texture that is extremely unappealing. So 2 or 3 bites into my 6inch sub and it was thrown in the trash. All I could taste was old nasty lettuce.🤢 Other than this issue, the employees were very nice and professional. I will return, but definitely make sure the lettuce is good!!

My grandson and granddaughter love Subway. We came to this location a couple times so far and they are really good and I was so happy that the store was clean and updated!!! I always tip because service is great!!!!!!

So I generally love subway but some locations are just not very good. This crew did an amazing job on my sub tonight I ordered a chicken bacon ranch through door dash and whoever made my sandwich put the wrong cheese on it but it doesn't matter because it was soooooo good!!!! Definitely going out of my way to order from this location from now on you guys are Awesome!!!!!

Ordered online around 10:30 am for a 1:30 pm pickup. Got to the store around 1:32 pm and one of the girls working was arguing with the guy making sandwiches and neither acknowledged me. Another girl came and asked if I had an online order and I said yes. She said they're working on it now I said okay no problem. About 5 minutes later another customer comes in and one of the girls asked her what she would like and starts making her sub and finishes making her sub while the guy making my 6-in tuna is still working on my 6-in tuna. Finally at 1:46 p.m. I am handed my tuna sub and when I get back to work to eat it it has no tuna on it! I tried calling up there six times and it just rings and rings and rings. RIDICULOUS!

Ordered online pick up, store looks newly remodeled , order made correctly two meals teriyaki and chicken bacon ranch w chips/ bottle beverage.

This location is always so neat and clean and the food is always fresh. Every employee is also so courteous and personable. Definitely one of my favorite places to get food.

Glenda the employee that waited on me was awesome!! She was very polite, I didn't have to repeat any part of my order and she got it correct, which usually never happens. She made 2 great subs. This Subway location is always so very clean and all the employees are very friendly.

Vey good. Never had an issue, always tastes good, and the people are normally patient and ready to go. And I like the paper straws. I'm not exactly a perfect eco friendly person, but I like the idea of the paper straws to protect the turtles.

This was our 1st time at this Subway. We stopped in for a Subway and 2 salads after a late football practice. I will say that this was one of the cleanest subways I've been in, in a long time. Staff (Mrs Glenda) was very personable. Very friendly! Even conversated with my 11 year old. Our food was Very Good! Best salad hands down! When my picky eater, 11 year old son don't complain about his food, You know its good. We will definitely be back. Hopefully Mrs Glenda will be there!!

We have a big problem with this store. We placed a big order and when we got there to pick it up,they gave the order to somebody else. The lady insisted that they knew the name on the order and the kind of subways..?????.After a lot of waiting and many ways of identifications, apps, email confirmation, etc. They agreed to remake the order what we are grateful for. Anyways it was extremely aggravating and they should be more careful with their pick up orders .Somebody got free subs, and we ended up having lunch at 5pm. Welcome to Orange Lake!!

Good food but they seem to be getting skimpy on amount of meatballs put on the sandwich. Mostly bread and sauce.

Meat didn't look very good chicken tasted old, couldn't eat either wrap. Half the veggies didn't look fresh. Cookies were hard. Service was mediocre, probably won't return to this location. They were out of some items due to COVID-19 shipping issues.

Whoever closed tonight was an exceptional employee. Although the experience had its odd and unique moments, I can't speak anything but praise for the woman that was so kind. This woman deserves a raise, and a bonus.

Subway is good but this location isn't the best. Slow unhappy employees that dont pay much attention to the sandwiches they are making. End up with alot of hard pieces of peppers, etc.

The ingredients in the bread is strange, not the best and smells funny baking. Tell what's in the bread and people will run.

Excellent service with a smile!! The tomato wraps were still somewhat frozen. Seeing that I was disappointed, the young man who waited on me offered to try putting it in the oven for a min... Worked like a charm, and I walked away a very happy customer!! 🤗🤗

Weird dispensers for tea that left a mess on the floor, and the toaster was broken so there were no hot subs to be had the day I went. Subway Club was good. What's weird is a 6' sub costs less than 2 drinks...🤔

Perfect perfect perfect. I use their catering services for my doctor office for Christmas. I was do to pickup at 11:00 am I walked in at 104o hrs. I was thinking that there was no way that they could get my order ready by my pickup tome so I was frustrated . UNBELIEVABLE they were ready with my order by 11:00 am and because of the delicious looks of the tuna sub I ordered two. I was impressed.
