Starbucks in Orange Park - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I frequent this Starbucks because of its close proximity to my sons Jiu Jitsu and I’ve never had any issues. HOWEVER. Two days ago when I went through the drive-thru around 4:30 pm and some girl (skinny, fake blonde with overgrown roots, tattoos, and last name maybe starting with a k?) tried to sell me the cheese danish from the display case. As a former Starbucks partner, I know that those food items are changed out DAILY and are never sold to customers (maybe this location is different). As a current Starbucks customer, I don’t know how long that cheese danish has been sitting there. It could have just been placed there, the optics look bad. I confronted the Starbucks employee who admitted to taking it from the display case and she warmed up a fresh one. Unfortunately the person behind me who ordered a chocolate croissant was not so fortunate… I think I’ll just stick to the Roosevelt location (my previous employer) who does not try to sell their customers stale food.

Just went through the drive thru 10 minutes ago with a mobile order and the woman at the window told me she hates dogs and said “ew” when she saw mine, then refused to get my dog a pup cup. When I asked for one, she rolled her eyes and refused to even hand it to me, making her coworker hand it over. She was such a hateful person. Having worked at starbucks for 3.5 years, I was extremely disappointed in her behavior and think it should be handled.

It all depends upon who is working but they move so fast and need to slow down. About 1 out of 10 drinks have been correct. I’m constantly having to refuse my drink because it isn’t correct. I like it because it is convenient but will go back to using a different location.

I went inside as the line backed up to the point where it put traffic on a stand still. I realized why they were backed up. 1 female was doing orders while 5 other employees just paced around & stared at the girl that was working. Atleast 10 ppl inside were staring at them like "seriously"?????

Good coffee goodness and their breakfast stuff is great too. I love the white mocha Frappuccino .

This is by far the best Starbucks in Jacksonville. You will always be welcomed with great smiles and enthusiasm. Today I had a situation where I was stuck in a meeting and I had already submitted my mobile order which I would now be an hour late to pick up. I spoke with Andrew and he had no issue moving my order back to when I was coming in. They literally made my day! Everyone is so attentive and I am appreciative to be closer to this Starbucks than the others. Thank you all and thank you Andrew!

I’ll stick to the Starbucks in target ! Almost 30 minutes for a coffee .. looks like a majority of the drinks are being made by one person .. she kept asking if I wanted a refund I guess it’s faster then just making the drink

Starbucks has lost, for me, a lot of it's attraction since they stopped leaving cream, sugar, stirrers, etc. out for their patrons to fix their coffee. Why do they think they know how I like my coffee? No matter how well I try to describe how I like it, no one gets it right, so I have to tell them I will add the cream and sugar.

Never have I ever been told Starbucks Company Standards are to turn a customer away vs making them a beverage that the store has all the ingredients for. Wed Jan 30, I entered the drive thru at the Park Ave location, ordered a Venti Peach Tranquility tea and was told there was no longer a “button” for it. I giggled and replied I need a citrus mint tea with 2 bags of peach and no mint! I was then told by the young man that they wouldn’t so that, then another person interdicted herself as B comes over the speaker and states it is”STARBUCKS STANDARD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO MAKE A PEACH TRANQUILITY, followed by Have A Good Day!” I have now driven 3.3miles to the next Starbucks and have my Peach Tea in hand!? Very disappointed that I can order my coffee a million different ways but can’t order a tea the way I prefer it. Not to mention I wasn’t even given the opportunity to order something else, let alone the rest of my order! Thank you to Starbucks on Blanding for actually accommodating me and making air not just my tea but the rest of my order was perfect!

Beautiful store. I love the wood and industrial feeling of the store, but the lounge/eating area is a bit bleak. Employees are super friendly and helpful.

The only reason it is 4 stars and 5 stars on everything else is bc of the guy Chris at the window or it would be less, he literally stands there while waiting for the coffees to be made he does awkward small talk and takes orders while the people who are supposed to be making them are just talking away taking there time for drive thru… bless chris’ heart so sweet! He had to try and do what he had to till the ones making the coffee finished there convo first then finally finish making the coffees.. Why not chit chat after drinks are made and get the drive thru taken care of! I just wanted to scream in the window stop talking and finish making my damn coffee.. I come here almost every morning and never had to sit at that window as long as I did for two coffees that were basically the same only one hot and one cold and yet it took way longer than it had too!!!!

Ordered on the app and it was ready when I got there. Right in right out.

Both drive thru and store are easy to access. In. Out. Fast and friendly service. The locations I visit most are conveniently located in Orange Park and Fleming Island. Only complaint is the crazy cost of 1 piece of banana nut loaf, over $4. Insane.

White chocolate mocha…..amazing!

Everytime I get a coffee there is always coffee grounds at the bottom. Not the first time either, it's happened multiple times. If I could post the picture with all the coffee grounds I would.

When I walked in everyone was nice and greeted me. That was the only good thing about my visit. I waited almost 20 minutes for a doordash order. I watched people come in after me and receive their order within a minute or two. There were at least six people working, all looked at me at some point but didn't bother to ask if I had been helped or needed anything. I understand they get busy but that was ridiculous and should have been handled differently.

Andrew is all I can say!!! Greeted me coming in the store and going out. Coffee was the best today than any other time I have been here. I normally go through drive through but decided to take a walk inside. I will come inside more often. Thank you Andrew for your kind and fun personality and great work ethics. Thank you for remembering my name throughout the customer service.

The prices are going up everyday. This will be my last time at Starbucks. Making me hold the credit card machine so I will tip them is ridiculous. You are spreading germs. It is not appropriate to feel forced into tipping when the make minimum wage. I love Starbucks but you have out priced my budget.

This location is really struggling with taking orders, working the register, the front counter is disorganized and not stocked. Maybe a manager with read this and help out their staff

Please stop running out of oat milk. You don't run out of the other dairy-free options because they're gross. You guys are friendly and usually great but this is the 3rd time I've waited in line to hear you're out of a key component of our drinks. Frustrating

Twice my mocha frapachino has been very watery,so now I go inside to get and it's always made right, I just don't get it

My favorite is back Carmel Ribbon Crunch - So Delish!! Very Good Customer Service!! When the App Works {Lol} it's so convenient bc it's usually done when I get there to pick it up. Even when the line is wrapped around the building!

I had a pretty complex order and didn't know which flavor shot I wanted but Veronica was very accommodating and sweet to name off the different flavors they had. She was very patient and understanding towards me being unsure of what I wanted exactly. We need more employees like Veronica. While I was writing the review I heard her compliment a customers jacket so I'm sure she's impressed more customers than just me.

Andrew is the nicest guy. I stop here on my way to work 1-2 days a week and after 3 visits, he already knew me by name. I also never wait very long at this location. I never have to spend a long time in line even if the line is wrapped around the building.

There amazing they have great energy and so upbeat. If I was having a bad day they made me forget all about it. Great atmosphere and attitude 👌 👏 👍
