Great crew! Love this location!

All the Dairy Queen's near us closed.

Every time I'm in there it seems like you can't get fresh food last Friday the burger was cold and so was the fries, you need to start throwing away some of that food that's not fresh

Rude children, who seem to be more interested in socializing with one another than creating a positive experience for their patrons, appear to be what constitutes a staff in this establishment. Who do you think makes that paycheck possible? Carryout customers are no different than other customers and they deserve respect as well.

Fridays are great for date night!

Usually love their burgers but they must have had different patties today cuz they weren't too good

The hours need to be posted. I pulled thru drive thru at 10:40pm, on Thurs night, going by the Blanding blvd location hours. 11pm was closing for the other DQs. It was just me and I wanted a sm blizzard and a pretzel. I could see staff inside, and they saw me. None of the staff took my order at drive thru, even though the menu lights were on still. I pulled around to the window and was ignored....finally after a few minutes, a young gal sauntered over and she was talking under her breath. I was very friendly still, and sd" hi honey, is the system broke or down, bcse no one came on to take my order..." she cut me off by saying we are closed, that's why.....I then sd "oh ok bcse online it said 11pm" "no we close at 11pm tomm, not tonight..." me....?!, ok well what time did you close tonight?" Took a second but she said "10:30"....I replie "ok had the hours been posted online for this location, I would have known that this stores hours aren't like the Blanding location" she just said "sorry" while closing and locking the window".....hmp? Not a huge deal but annoying bcse now I cannot make it in time to the other stores that close at 11pm😏

Not only frozen treats but the best hamburgers in town.

Horrible management and supervisors! Wow! Saw them today literally belittle employees, yell at them in front of customers!!! Who owns this store?! Will be taking this further. Disgusting seeing this…. Other customers were applied as well.

I have come here several times now and at first I just thought they were having a good day that day but now I see that this location consistently produces delicious burgers, the deluxe toppings are always fresh, the buns are never smooshed or anything, always like it came out of the oven most of all the people are nice and happy to have your business! Courtney (manager) knows how to run a well oiled machine. Give your business to people who want it and deserve it!

Ice cream was pouring down all 5 of our blizzards. The girl at her window looked at me like I was absolutely NUTS when I handed them back and asked her to wipe them all off. There’s no way I could hand those to kids like that. Also wondering if the soda cup lids is a new Dairy Queen procedure????

Ive talked to the franchise owner/manager Melissa and i noticed that she has like 10 employees . This are the kind of establishment that i think all orange park residents should keep on supporting. Lets all buy ice cream from this store.

I ordered a chocolate fudge sundae. Got a little bit of chocolate around the middle of the glass and the rest vanilla ice cream. Also ordered a blizzard all the toppings fell on the table when I took the top off. It was a mess.

If you go thru the drive thru, they give you ice cream first, and then you wait for burgers/fries. Ice cream melts before you get home. I asked about this policy, and the reply was "that's what we are supposed to do ".

I use the drive-through. The service is fast. The food is great.

Fast and efficient having the app is a plus.

Young guy at register provided great service and offered options. Very respectful of senior citizens. Remainder of night crew was rowdy and kept interrupting cashier while completing our order.

Arrived at 9:40pm and ended up getting out and knocking on the window since no one would answer the drive-thru. A girl finally came to the door and said they were closed. The sign clearly says they close at 10:00pm. Extremely disappointing. We just wanted two blizzards..

I ordered last night to take home and enjoy. When I came home, the French Fries were cold, greasy and limp as though they had been refried to the point of grease saturation. I could not eat what I purchased. I called to communicate my experience and was told, "Well, I don't know what to say about that". I asked for the one in charge and the person I spoke with said she was the manager. So, the manager of this location could not understand why the food was so ill prepared. I feel like I wasted my money at this location with no resolution to the problem.

Told the cashier for two large oreo blizzard and was given a large and medium blizzard the problem is I wouldn't even care but the price difference isn't even a dollar and I got have the amount so yeah not ever going here again 😅

Husband ordered a cone and a shake. They gave him the cone and he waited 5 mins for th3 shake to be made. The cone was melting and not enjoyable to eat. I ended up throwing it our the window as it was dripping everywhere. Common sense make the sahkw first as it is in a plastic cup vs an ice cream cone. Thanks for wasting my time and money!!!!

Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and people were very pleasant. Place was very clean.

If you place a delivery order from this location, it will be wrong. I tried different delivery apps and it's clear it's the store. Apparently basic reading comprehension is not required for workers at this location as simple instructions like: no onions or mayo on my burger are ignored. Or you get a completely different blizzard than what you've ordered. So unless you like to be surprised by your food order, I would recommend not ordering from here.

Just went for ice cream, and what can be bad about DQ ice cream ?

Its simple food I like their chili dogs and I got two for the price of one. With a small ginger ale with lime. Simple and a good meal for a cheap price.

I asked for a vanilla chocolate chip blizzard with no fudge. Got to the window and I said um I asked for no fudge and here is my receipt. They said that’s not how it comes sorry for the confusion…. Ugh

Perfect to share ice cream with my granddaughter.

Pulled into dairy Queen on my way to a party. Wanted to get ice cream sandwiches and ice cream bars. I needed three boxes of each. They take my money and then hand me four ice cream bars in a bag and tell me that's all they got. So have a good night. Didn't want to give me my change. Didn't want to adjust the price so when I told them I wanted my money back. They looked at me like I was crazy like I was going to pay them $60 for four ice cream bars in a bag so the one individual comes over and says here's a receipt. If it doesn't go through you'll have to come back tomorrow. If I have to come back it'll be to show them where I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This place used to be so good but it was like if you do good and you're good employee they get rid of you for someone who's incompetent and lazy

Ice cream was very good (though pricey) but food was too expensive for what you get. Chili dog was not very good

For a quick lunch get-together with friends or family, this place is good.

The gay manager Courtney who claims she is the district manager of that store which I highly disagree with or don't believe Has given me the most horrible service I have ever had any Derek wing before I came all the way from oak leaf to go to this particular Dairy Queen because I used to work Uber here but her and her little associate says on the inside of that store it's very very nasty the young lady that prepared my food look back at another employee threw something in the box and they both started lauwhen I asked for the manager she was no better She came up first of all looking like a man That threw me off and then her attitude was horrible I wanted my money back and I didn't get 2 of my dollars back but I hope they live well off of those $2 the most horrible Dairy Queen in Jacksonville Florida

Purchased 2 banana splits. They were ok just wish they used "real" strawberries instead of the preserved ones.

I contacted Dairy Queen by phone. I asked if they had a box of Dilly Bars available and how much they cost. I was told $7 a box. So, I drove to pickup the order. Once I arrived now the total was over $12. It's ridiculous to change price on a customer who just spoke with you. Bad business practice!!!

Average food but the staff...Well they are fabulous and super friendly and polite.

Literally terrific service and food. I bought a box of chicken, hot dog, 2 orders of pretzels, 2 fries, onion ring, cheese curds, 2 pop's, and 2 chocolate sundays. I got it all with no wait and a smiling face that handed it to me. Never been to DQ since it's out of my way, but the onion rings had flavor not just grease. All was fresh tasting even after my drive home!

Food was typical Dairy Queen...service was slower than expected however during a non rush time. I will probably return when I have the Dairy Queen craving again...so it is still good for the money.

Took my babies out for lunch and spent over $50. When I asked for a water cup the older lady, manager, whoever she was, went and got me water behind the counter. I then asked for another cup for ice since she didn't put ice in the water cup. She looked at me as if she was offended that I had the audacity to ask for another cup because I wanted ice with my water. Then she proceeded to say, "as long as no soft drinks go into it." Spend over $50 at a fast food restaurant and then gets treated like a thief over a water cup. It would be easier to spend $3 on a dang cup than to ask this rude lady for some water and styrofoam.

It's roomier than our local DQ but still good. This company as a whole is getting a bit pricy. Nice to be able to sit outside and eat some ice cream without alot of traffic flying by.

The food is okay the crew is above average but it seems like it's a cold atmosphere in there no talking nothing

Picked up my first Mother’s Day ice cream cake and they did a wonderful job with the decorations! So much frosting!! Plus I got a s’mores blizzard and it was to die for!

There is one young girl manager that just seems so hard on her employees. Every time I’m in there she’s barking at someone. The ice cream is delicious. I love their cheese curds and chicken strips.

Went through the drive-thru so can't rate the atmosphere. But the chocolate strawberry blast was delicious and had a good amount of both chocolate and strawberries. The wife's strawberry shake also had copious bits of REAL strawberries too. The staff was friendly and accommodating and delivered the order very quickly. Thank goodness DQ stays open later or we would've been out of luck.

Best soft served ice cream in the county.

I'm not understanding why I have to show my ID for a mobile order. I went inside And I wasn't door dash. What if my husband picked up the order for me on his way home from work. This makes no sense no one is going to steal my food unless they steal my phone. I won't be coming here again if they keep asking for my ID it is an inconvenience and there is no need for it I can go somewhere else and do a mobile order and get my food without showing ID

I have never been so uncomfortable picking up an order with such childish behavior towards customers... I am an Uber driver and I am also 8-9 months pregnant I come in and everyone just stares at me when side smirks and I grab my food and confirmed my order she said to have a nice day I said ok than she adds or don't have a good day she didn't care for the sake of my pregnancy I will not and can not accept this kind of behavior from a supposedly grown woman who is manager.... I will not recommend or actually come back to this store while these children r beinhd the counter never have I been so embarrassed to the point of tears and as I leave the continue to instigate me out the drive thru window idk what is wrong with them but I can not go back on behalf of the unprofessional staff and lack of maturity this crew shows couldn't even look at me and think it's fun to basically harass a pregnant woman... (Store owner)!!check who u have working they need to be fired or retrained in customer service even my Uber customer said she knows they give problems .... Not happy at all no stars in my personal experience!!!

I use to like this location and I have always had ok experience and then I had the DISPLEASURE of a RUDE caucasian girl with glasses that was the cashier on 3/24/23. Next time I will avoid this location if she's the cashier!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my family had a great experience at this Dairy Queen location. The restaurant is very clean, and all of the staff are very friendly and did a great job getting our orders out hot and fast. I had a bacon double cheeseburger combo, and my older sister had a chicken strip combo. Despite the lunch being good, the main reason why we visited this place was to get ice cream, and it is one of the best places to get ice cream in all of Orange Park. They had a lot of different options to choose from the menu, such as ice cream sundaes and Blizzards. I had an Oreo Blizzard, and it had the right balance of the ice cream and the Oreo pieces. I definitely recommend you to check this place out if you haven't visited it yet, and we will be back again someday!

This is not my 1st time coming to this location, I’ve never had an issue until yesterday. I made an order to get my kids an ice cream Sunday, and ordered myself a kids Sunday with strawberries and pecans. I turned around to return the kids Sunday for a refund due to paying so much for something not worth it, it was one tablespoon of ice cream not even filling the container halfway that it came in, they charged $0.79 for literally 4 pecans, and $0.69 for strawberries. Expensive for no reason. The OWNER including the employee could not figure out how to give me a refund, ridiculous. So they Voided the entire order and asked me to repay for the rest of the items that I had originally ordered, what if I didn’t have the extra money seeing it takes time to reload to your account when refunded? Unprofessional. Should learn how to process a refund especially if your the owner. So then I get a receipt of the transactions refunded and repaid for. The receipt stated I ordered a Sunday with whipped cream as my free topping and charged for Oreo’s (when I NEVER HAD NOR ORDERED WHIPPED CREAM so the Oreo’s were supposed to be free). I instantly got irritated because I was not about to drive up there a 3rd time, so I contacted corporate and they stated they’d send it to the store because it’s franchise. She called the next day leaving me a voicemail that came off rude, unprofessional seeing your the owner. Saying I gave inaccurate information with an attitude instead of thinking maybe they mistakenly typed I had a blizzard instead of a Sunday, also with an attitude stating “I’m the owner that handled your refund and I don’t know why you even took it this far, also just so you know your complaints always comes directly to us at the store”. Clearly I knew that, let’s be adults here. I gave corporate the exact time I had on my receipt so they could see exactly what my receipt said. As a business owner please learn some class and when to apologize, I am also an entrepreneur and all of my family is as well no need to be rude when you are paid from my services.

I hate that you never know when this place will close. Sometimes 930 sometimes 10 sometimes 1030. I hate passing other places to get to DQ only to find out the are closed when Google says they're open.

Stopped by a couple days ago and got amazing customer service from one of the employees, Madison. She was very kind and helpful and overall outstanding. One of the best fast food employees i've ever encountered. The food was great, overall best fast food experience!!

I started at the DQ on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, Florida, where the girl in drive thru was very hateful to me and laughed at me when I couldn't remember something. I have a TBI, but she didn't care. So I didn't get anything there, told her she didn't need my money. So I went to DQ on Kingsley Ave in Orange Park, Florida and received the best service. Staff was a completely different set of human beings. Answered all the questions I had with no attitude. I got a large hot fudge Sundae for my 87 year old Mom, who was at home waiting patiently for her Sundae and I got the #5 combo on the menu. Best dang cheeseburger, fries and onion rings I've had in very long time. I will go back to the Kingsley Ave DQ.

The restaurant inside and out was clean and the food was good. The only problem is they downsized to child portions and way overcharged on their food. They don't even have footlong hot dogs or chili dogs which used to be one of my favorites. I suppose if you sell a 1/10th size hot dog for the same price why not. Good old " free enterprise " and dig in everybody's pockets deeper. I plain call it greed rampant everywhere. Nuff said

Placed a big order for my family members that work at Whataburger. They were super nice and had it done in a timely manner!

This DQ has kept its charm! The building inside and out was clean. The staff friendly and polite. We didn’t get his name but the young man who made our banana split made a lasting impression on us with a quote, “magic takes time”. The banana split was a tasty work of art. One of the best we’ve had yet!
