After calling in order, ended up waiting for over an hour. Ordered 2 ckn/dump dnr & meatloaf dnr. Since waiting over an hr on site, so grateful I checked everything. No ckn in the dnr part on either one. No meatloaf (just sides). Employee acted like “how dare I ask 4 what I ordered & pd for! Dumplings were not cooked completely either. Have said for yrs now, don’t ever go back to CB & yet I did again. It’s not just this one either! They’re all like this anymore. I will never again go! Oh, & everything was cold cold!! I could go on and on but not going. You get the picture. If you get good Svc & food you got lucky

You have a racist employee that needs to be fired. It was very triggering and embarrassing myself to hear Breanna using such a horrible slur as what seemed to be “fun and games” to her joking around. Maybe close your mouth around customers, or just completely.

Service was great ! Food was just okay Sloppy plating and pricing is extremely high for what you receive.

Me and my family had a craving for breakfast and it was so yummy and so fresh and then I love to finish up with some shopping and got some Christmas shopping all the way. I absolutely always love to go shop and shop.

Had the four pc chicken dinner. It was tasty and crispy. The salad was subpar to me.

I enjoyed my dining experience at Cracker Barrel Orange Park. The homestyle chicken was delicious! I went specifically for the pot roast, which was sold out. More was being made as I left.

Went to Cracker Barrel for mom's birthday everyone was friendly. The atmosphere was awesome. And manager gave my mom her meal free. WAS just an awesome time for this beautiful 73 yr old.

Walked in an immediately noticed a bad smell. Sat down at the table and overheard the couple next to us complaining that there table was sticky and still had food on it. My wife and I waited 20 minutes and our waitress never came to our table. We ended up leaving because it stunk in there and the service was terrible. I never ordered food so I couldn't say how the food tasted but if the smell was any indication to the food quality then it's probably terrible also. Not trying to get sick from eating at a dirty restaurant. Needless to say I won't be going back. Update: to the person who responded. What exactly can you do to fix a situation when the entire experience was terrible. Waisted time responding to reviews when you should be out doing quality control on these filthy restaurants.

I ordered the chicken and dumplings family meal. It’s usually really good and very creamy and flavorful. I don’t know who made it tonight but it was terrible. It was watery and had no taste at all. Very disappointing.

We are longtime patrons of CB. Over the past two years we have seen numerous changes to the menu. Many delicious items have been discontinued such as, Lima beans, oven fried chicken, egg in a basket, corn beef and cabbage on St Pattys day to mention a few. We enjoy the selection of vegetables which very few restaurants do not offer. We mention our concern to the management, but as usual their response is , it was a corporate decision. It used to be, due to Covid. I suggest corporate needs to recognize their loyal customers and what they enjoy eating. Thank you!

Last night I brought my son here for his birthday. He enjoys the kids cheeseburgers. The server, Ianthe, went above and beyond to make it a special night for him, with singing Happy Birthday, and cake and ice cream. The food was delicious, home feeling. The atmosphere was friendly, warm. In a lonely age this Cracker Barrel treats you well, like a person of worth and value. Thanks CB!!

Waited over 30 minutes for food when tables sat after us ate and left. Food was left sitting under the hit lights and was completely dried out. Ate it because we were all hungry but won't be back.

We go here about one or two times a month and the food took over a half hour to be served. The waitress was very friendly and did her job but the cooks were very slow.

The server was the best part of the meal. We could always count on a good meal from Cracker Barrel but in the past year or so we are lucky to enjoy our food. My carrots were soggy and my meal loaf was just OK. We wish the food was better.

The meat loaf was old and unidentifiable even by taste. When I called to speak with manager, I received unnecessary sarcasm. He did agree to replace meal.

I love the Cracker Barrel gift shop. You can always find a good bargain or a great gift for the holidays. Sometimes the food is nothing to rave about. Sometimes the food is great. I give them a five for the fried apples, Yum Yum

Every time we go to Cracker Barrel we have a good experience with the food and the personnel but the last time we went my wife got a plate with chicken and rice and the rice was completely raw. We supposed that since it is a new plate they were lacking experience cooking the rice. The rest of the food was outstanding.

Always very noisy. Unable to hear the people at your own table talking. Dining area needs sound absorption tiles.

My food was good. The carrots and cornbread weren’t warm enough. Hopefully that changes in the future.

It took 35 minutes for a call in breakfast order. Should not rake tgat long whenbthey told me it would be 15 or 20 minutes. Toonlong fir pan cakes and eggs.

I got delivery. Thr food was good but the muffins were burnt ( BLACK). Why would you send that out of the kitchen at all

This is where I go when I want food like Mom made. Just good home-spun meals. Also, my fav breakfast place. I forgot to mention, I've bought many Christmas gifts from the gift shop.

It was a takeout situation. They forgot to give me my 1/2 gal. of tea, I had to turn around after leaving, to get the tea. After looking into the bag on the highway, instead of 2 orders of cornbread which I ordered, I had a bag of muffins and a bag of biscuits. So after turning around to get my tea, my fish and fries were cold when I got home. I had to rewarm, but the fish was good. Called back and let them know what happened with the cornbread mix up, they didn't sound as if they really cared. But, I will still give them a good review.

The food just isn’t what it used to taste like. It’s lost a lot of flavor. Every to go order i do the food is always ice cold. The meatloaf is so dry and cold. I always arrive prior to the arrival time and even then it’s cold. I work on base in the naval hospital and they like to order take out and then the food is always cold and missing all the condiments. We never leave reviews but i am today.

I had Crackrer Barrel delivered. It was quick. I had the French toast casserole and bacon with the apples. Everything was great. I wish they offered regular syrup instead of the strawberry syrup. That would be my only change.

Our server Haddie was so friendly and helpful! She checked back on us multiple times and offered a warm farewell. First time having the bone-in chicken and it was amazing!!

Come on, Yall. It's Cracker Barrel. Lol. I had the fried cod. I asked for it to be crispy, and it was not. It was good, and I bet it would have been even better if fried just a little longer until crispy.

Great country cooking! Reasonable prices. I especially recommend the "fully loaded baked sweet potato". That's all I need for dessert.

Had terrible service. Our waiter kept forgetting our items. I had 2 other guest with me, and he kept forgetting their items as well. When we consulted with the manager, his comment was this was an easy fix. We should not have to go to a place where we’re constantly having to ask our waiter for every little thing.

The food was okay. I sent the eggs back to the kitchen because I asked for over medium and they came back runny. The first waitress that we had appeared not to enjoy her job very much and her service was lackluster. The second waitress however was right on top of things checking on us, our meals and our drinks! Hubby and I were in town last weekend and stopped by Sunday for breakfast. Michele was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. And the food was amazing. Definitely recommend this location!

THE SERVICE & MEAL COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER.......THE HODGES

Went to eat Friday, July 5th about 3:45. Very few people in the dining area. I was looking forward to their Cod, which they only have on Fridays. The wait for my dinner took much longer than usual. When it was finally served, I thought they had brought me chicken. It was very overcoated with a flour coating and fried too hard. You could hardly find the little piece of fish. It did not look or taste fresh. Ordered okra and it was a real small serving and should have been in a separate dish. The broccoli was cooked just right and very good. I live locally and have had good food there in the past, but I don't think I will be going back.

Food was late....would not take my gift card. I probably won't go back.

The bacon had not been laid on paper towels to soak up the grease when removed from the grill. Both the eggs and bacon seemed a little smaller than usual.

Friday night and not a large crowd. My husband had the grilled chicken with carrots and the loaded baked sweet potato. He was so happy with his order everything was great. I had chicken and dumplings with fried okra, mac and cheese, and the fried apples. We both ordered with cornbread. Again everything was great. Cornbread was perfect. We also ordered the loaded hashbrown casserole tots umm yummmmm. The atmosphere here is always fantastic as is the food but tonight we will have to say our server outshined everything!!!! She made the whole experience even better. With servers like her Cracker Barrel has its A game on!! So if your at the Orange Park, Florida location and Kyla is you server you will see how she shines and makes you feel like your important. We hope to see her again when we go.

ordered 2 kids meal and 2 barrel bites the dumplings were watery and didn't like the shrimp were over cooked and didn't like they both got carrots and loved them the loaded tots were nasty the donut like item they liked

Great menu selection includes breakfast anytime. My fav is the maple bacon grilled chicken. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. Always enjoy their retail shop.

Look - Cracker Barrel almost always delivers a good meal and good service, but we came here on a weekend morning for breakfast, got right to a table, and had one of the best servers I've ever had. This meal was 4 days ago, and my wife and I can still remember Alfred's name! 😂 He didn't just do a great job, but his personality was so positive it was hard not to smile even before we got our coffee.

Normally a great experience however this location is getting very slack on cleaning up. The floor was sticky in dining area. The grout between bricks was dirty. The bathroom was filthy especially the handicapped stall. Very disappointing.

Our server was great! I'm sad I can't remember her name right now. My food was delicious. My husband, however, ordered the steak breakfast and it was quite inedible. They offered to replace it with something else, which he declined, but they didn't take it off the bill. Smh. He was disappointed because we waited for that steak. He really wanted it. We had a $50 bill but my husband still left hungry. He didn't want anything else because he had already waited so long to get his food the first time. 😫 anyway, I had the grandma breakfast with pecan pancakes. Yum! And the loaded casserole tator tots are always a win. Not sure when we'll be back.

We all understand that everybody went through a hard time with this pandemic but when someone owns 600+ restaurants they did something right so for a while things wasn’t so good with the Cracker Barrel I was eating at in Jacksonville but I eat there the other day and it was absolutely fabulous again like it always was for years and years I am so proud and happy to see Cracker Barrel getting straightened back out I eat there a couple times a week. I like the beige color is it the walls have been painted but please don’t change the atmosphere that’s what makes Cracker Barrel Cracker Barrel I love to eat at Cracker Barrel all the time when I’m on the road traveling and even when I’m at home and just going to eat at Cracker Barrel it makes me feel like I’m on vacation so please do not change what his work for your company ever since day one…

This location is ok. There's nothing to brag about. Sometimes, when you walk in, it smells awful like dirty carpet with a mixture of whatever is going on in the restrooms and then other times, like yesterday it smelled like the perfumed items in the store. As far as service... meh 🤷🏽‍♀️. You get what you get. Our server was nice but didn't stand still long enough for me to let her know the chicken tenders were extremely dry and hard to chew. I wasn't in the mood to complain about their food yet again, so I ate what I could. I've also observed during my last few visits that the store manager does more work than the servers. Most of the servers look burned out, overwhelmed, underwhelmed, unhappy, stressed, and like they can't wait to clock out for the day. And they look like that even when there's not a lot of customers.

Went to take myself out for Father’s Day. Chose Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast. The place was packed, but I only waited about 10 minutes. Food was great and the service was awesome! Alfred was my waiter and did an amazing job. Would recommend to anybody

This is a great Cracker Barrel. Great staff and good food. Good place for a date or time with the family. We are not a fan of the beef tips, especially for Cracker Barrel it lacked on flavor. *but, we may just not be fans of that dish.

Jun 13th visit- ordered Grandma special breakfast and food came out luke warm. The 3 meat options..ham, sausage and bacon were very hard to cut and chew. The entire meal tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Pancakes were tasty and eggs tasted good. Dolop of Butter on the Pancakes barely melted..I had to smash it with my fork. Waiter was nice and offered to reheat the food. Usually food is on point. So only reviewing for that day.

Waitress was very efficient.. Since this location is in a military location (NAS) Jacksonville...it would be hove you to offer a military discount for members of the Armed Services and First Responders...like many restaurants in the area do! (Your customers would appreciate and increase) Also Senior citizens discount!!!

We go on a regular basis. The food was cooked perfectly. The waitress was one of the best servers we have ever had at Cracker Barrel.

UPDATED: It was more for your money/quality here than other restaurants these days but now it is back to normal and in most cases they are in an out of the way location so sort of irrelevant. Chili's is the best quality/value at the moment.

I got the home style fried chicken and it was bussin. Our waitress was a sweetheart! I always end up seeing something cute in the shop. One of my favorite coats I actually got from a different location but, this location has beautiful inventory as well!

After a week in the hospital living off of Jello, I was released and told I could have a real meal. I knew just where I wanted to eat and I knew exactly what I was going to order. Service is always fast and friendly and the food is always hot and full of flavor. In my 30 years here it has never disappointed.
