Subway in Wildwood - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I am hearing about alot of rudeness going on in this store location. I won’t go into detail about your errors and rude behavior to customers. Will not be doing business at this location.

Subway made little mistake with our order and when they screw up 2 subs no cheese and missing toppings this time I tried to call no answer. The phone rang and rang no one answer so looked for Subway corporation they said you have to email them so I did. No answer from them so I called local Subway again after a week. I talked to a manager and she was very rude and unprofessional. She acted like she didn't even want to talk to me. She refused to make it right then she hung up. So people shouldn't eat there. I email Subway corporation again and told them how I was treated.

Friendly staff, Didn't have to wait long, enjoyed our lunch! Sub was delicious! Kim and Cristina are awesome!

I love Subway. I wish they would wear gloves while making food. The girl bites her nails and it is gross

This woman is in here making subs for walk in customers, preparing pickup orders, and keeping the area clean with zero help. Please subway give this woman at the very minimum an incremental raise, this is unfair. The zero star rating is to shame this woman's superiors for allowing this to happen. Her attitude is incredible, she is very well spoken, efficient, kind to customers. Why would you allow something like this to go on unrewarded?

This store is spotless. They always clean. The food was the best quality I’ve ever had at a subway. The girl behind the counter made my day with excellent customer service . She was working with her manager who was a great leader.

Trash location with trash service

Sometimes I go there when I'm in a rush. I always get a few cookies. But for some reason, the cookies are always half baked and/or overbaked. Often, they don't even have all their items available. The staff seems apathetic about it.

I called my order in before 6pm, my payment was taken and we were getting ready to leave the house to pick it up when a young man called to say there was no beef and NO BREAD, so he would be giving me a refund, which took up to 2 days to get back on me card. What sandwhich store runs out of bread? 2 hours before closing or even at all. That's just absurd and very sad. We had to go elsewhere to eat. Not happy at all.

They’re often out of white bread so we stopped going there.

10/05/2022 worst sandwiches ever. Was not made right - they were out of everything, the bread tasted old, the kid said he toasted both sandwiches but they were not. Ask us six times what we were having. Memory was bad!! Didn’t put half the stuff we wanted!!! Real bad experience!!!

Always out of meat and bread, don't sell anything breakfast. Avoid this location.

My wife went to get us dinner was going to order 3 subs, there were 3 people in the store so it should have been a real quick in and out thing, however they were instead working on a call in order of 6 subs one of the employees was going to help my wife real quick as soon as he stopped the lady yelled at him start putting cheese on those subs she is going to have to wait, to me this makes no sense why couldn't one of them help customers if there was 3 of them.

Don’t eat here they have roaches I’ve seen multiple

I usually like Subway it's my go-to sub shop I always use the box special instructions I asked please put the cold cuts on both sides of the bread, condiments in the middle, I do this so I can lift everything out easier and put on my own bread because I don't eat this bread it's not gluten free what good are the special instructions if no one's reading them it'll be a while before I go back

Food and very wonderful and they are wonderful people

If you ask for bacon and toasted, they heat it up on the bread, causing the grease to soak in.

I had a delicious sub prepared by a very nice young man. All our restaurants are struggling to get good help so lots of appreciation goes out to those working in these jobs. This Subway shop was super clean and organized. Job well done. Food was also excellent.

Best Subway I've ever visited, and I've visited MANY. Food was very fresh, sandwiched were well out together and Stephanie was the friendliest staff member I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant... Good job!

I could live on the Italian BMT. I love most Subway restaurants. Mostly the free standing ones. I've had bad experiences with the stores that are attached to gas stations. This one is great!

Subway is a man or womans place for a quick and awesome combo with a favorite drink Great for the family for a night out with great memories

I went into this subway during lunch time so it was VERY busy and, the staff was very productive and fast. Lot of pressure was under the staff due to the high volume of customers but they were efficient and maintain a smile. Got some hard-working staff there!

Mrs pat was wonderful. She put all the toppings on perfectly in the correct order with the perfect amount. I walked in and was greeted with a awesome smile that really started my day off great. She is an employee that subway should be proud of.

We stopped for a quick bite. In and out in than five minutes. Very fast service and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Well the best thing I can say is that it was Cleaner than were we stayed at. I can only describe the area as an armpit of Florida, a lot of homeless, drugs and prositutes in the area.

I was in this restaurant Wednesday night right before closing and bless the workers heart she had no problem and stopping what she was doing and helping me even though it was just a few minutes to close it she made a wonderful sandwich and never once was unpleasant and pleasant hard workers are hard to find keep up the great work

Best Subway I have ever been to! Great food, clean store, fast service and the employees were extremely courteous!

They make excellent subs there, and because I'm a vegetarian they always change their gloves without grumbling. They aren't stingy on adding extra veggies and sauces.

Fuimos, chica amable, típico de atún sub. No muy rápido, a la izquierda con el tomar un camino sub, a un sib tienda en una gasolinera

Sólo había una persona trabajando, dos personas en línea, tomó 22 minutos en llegar a la sub footlong. chica estaba trabajando tan rápido como ella era capaz de ir, pero éste no es su Forte,. ingredientes francamente eran espacio comparado con cualquier otro metro que he frecuentado (mucho! ). No vamos a volver a este en cualquier momento pronto. :(

Comemos no subway por ser uma opção relativamente barata para nós brasileiros. O restaurante seguiu o padrão de atendimento da rede, assim como o sanduíche tinha o mesmo saber dos que comemos aqui no Brasil.
