Walking into the door there is this middle eastern looking lady taking my food and she puts barely anything on my sandwich Every subway that I went to, except for this one have given me a lot of toppings and have felt my sandwich up to the bread, but this subway barely even gave me anything. The cookies were hard, and there were flies.

Ordered 2 subs. Bread was fresh. Picked from 3 varieties. Ordered basic clubs, I ingredients were also fresh.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Unclean with the owner (or an employee who was middle-aged and wearing a hijab) not using gloves and wiping her nose and stuffing my sub in bag all the while on her earbuds talking. Nasty at all levels. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm not one to stir things up, but I almost caused a scene. Held back for the sake of other customers. That was a mistake. She needs to be called out or fired.

The woman that made my sandwich was a looked to be of some sort of Middle Eastern, middle aged (possibly mid 40’s) woman and she wore a black hijab and had a slightly short stature. I greeted HER and she ignored it with a cold stare. As she made my sandwich she proceeded to give me 3 jalapeño peppers, literally 3; so I asked politely if I could have a few more. Next she added my onions and literally threw them on the sandwich as if she was mad at this point. Then she gave me 3 bananas peppers again and 2 tiny tomatoes that didn’t even cover my sandwich, so again I had to ask for more. At this point, I was soo tempted to just leave bc it was obvious she had a problem, that I did not cause but I was pushed for time. Lastly she added soo much mayo & mustard to the point that it was an entire mess all over the paper when I sat down to eat my food. I know she did it on purpose. My vegetables were literally “hot” as if the cooler that they’re in was not working and my sandwich was disgusting and soo sloppy from her crushing it close w/o using the knife. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I’m still leaving this review. The restaurant was hot as if the air didn’t work but my gosh, how is that an excuse to treat someone so rude & cold. Why even come to work if you’re that angry. I work with customers and I’ve never treated anyone this way, not even on a bad day. I would NOT recommend eating here.

They are so sting! They give you a pinch of all the toppings you ask for, even if you ask for me. Terrible

Food was good but the person who attended us threw away most of my coupons.Plus it was very narrow.The only good person was the hispanic employee.

No way they don't have oven spatula😭 I seen a worker burn her hand trying to get my food after I got it toasted, no one should work in these type of conditions.

There is a young lady by the name of Gauri. That makes getting a meal from here extremely uncomfortable. I witnessed it twice before but today was the last time I will be here for this very reason. She has a disposition about herself that is amusing to her but annoying and frustrating for the customers.

I visited with my younger brother and after we bought our sandwiches one of the employees was leaned over the counter to watch my brother and I pick our chips, which she knows we purchased- because she checked us both out at the register. Almost her whole body was learned from behind the counter to the front of the chips rack. This felt like racial profiling- the employee was Indian and my brother and are I both black. She watched us for a long time and made me so uncomfortable. I would be hesitant to return.

Very clean and friendly Subway. The bathrooms were very nice too.

I’ll never come here again unless it’s the only thing opened these people don’t know how to make subs nor toast the subs without it being hard as hell !!! Smh

I got the buy one foot long for free with my roommate and she and I got the bmt. My sub was perfect, and tasted perfect ( I got the parmesean vinaigrette instead of oil and vin) and I asked for extra olives on the side because I'm weird and they gave them with no problem. Also, I felt bad because I hit the wrong button to tip , so I figured q nice review would make up!

They upcharged me for my sandwich, also one of the ladies there had a bad attitude and was slopping on the meats of my sandwich so carelessly

The ladies bathroom smelled strongly of urine. They didn't have spinach nor they have the lemonade all they had carbonated drinks which I can't drink.worst subway I ever been at.

Absolute worst Subway I've been in !!! All of the veggies were old looking no one in the entire staff had on their PPE and the worker turned her head and burped while making my sandwich....come on subway you guys have to do better .

Beware - they like to charge extra for the wrong item. I ordered a grilled chicken foot long that costs $10.89 and was incorrectly charged $11.89. When asked they claimed it’s because they charged the “pre set” sub, although my order & the pre set are completely different. Once I came back and asked they refunded the difference.

Excellent quick service. Sandwiches were great.

November 12 first location, only had to use the bathroom. Walking in it smelled good but it was filthy, walls just everything yuck but I really needed to pee. The bathroom was weird guess the floor in front of the sink was messed up so it’s a board there with tape around it 🤔 would I eat here absolutely not if this is where the employees wash their hands then nah. On a brighter note plenty of parking.

Save your taste buds. Not worth it. Ordered a steak and cheese. Sandwich was cold, and not tasteful. Service was subpar. Haven’t been to subway in years and this reminded why.

Please dont spend your money here. They are very rude. The sandwich was the worst I ever had. When I called to complain the lady I dont know her name would hand up on me. . Please don't waste your time.

Just spent $9.21 on a tuna fish sub. Is it too much to ask for some fresh lettuce and tomato on a sub. The Lettuce and tomato tasted old and sour.

Next time an online order can’t be made, please insure you call the customer as a courtesy. Or maybe change your app settings to not allow anymore orders to be place at this particular restaurant. I am upset the way mobile orders are being handled at this particular restaurant and will no longer be ordering from their mobile app. If you need a refund, don’t bother calling them because they NEVER answer their phones even if the email itself says to contact the restaurant for further assistance. Either hire more help or do better at servicing your customers.

Really deserves no stars. My 4th time trying to buy food from here and will be my last. Since starting work in this area in November this is a subway thats convenient to frequent during lunch because starbucks is like 3 doors down so i can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. 1st time service was good, 2nd time the lady that helped me had a rude attitude, 3rd time they had no bowls and this last time i saw a guy coming out with food but when i walked up to the door to open it i felt resistance so i looked up and there was a girl who worked there pulling on the door from inside to keep me from coming in. When i looked at her her only response was “no”. she gave no other explanation and didnt put a sign on the door only locked the door. Not coming here anymore.

I visited the Subway in Greenbelt today for the first time in over a year. I was very disappointed with the long line and pace of service. There were 3 people working but non of them were efficient. The food was good but the service was not good. I recommend trying a different Subway.

In regards to doing doordash/Uber this is the worst location. They don’t make the order without a verbal confirmation from the customer but who wants to wait each time for that. This is the only location that does this… maybe try calling the customer before the driver comes to save everybody’s time.

I used to work here and the owners kept this place so clean that it made me look at fast food differently. When I was there, this was a black owned establishment which I found impressive. Not sure if it's still owned by the same family but yeah, this place is a go.

Ordered my food online and went inside to pick it up. I told the lady I was here to pick up my food and gave her my name and showed her my email confirmation. She asks to see my I.D with the wrong tone … since when does Subway ask to see someone’s I.D??? Shouldn’t giving my name and showing the email confirmation be enough? Anyways she said next time I have to have my I.D to pick up food…well their will be no next time because I won’t be coming back.

I order a wrap and it was bad wrap and didn't added what I wanted

No complaints. I got a 6inch spicy Italian to my liking. Employees were cool and got it done right in a prompt fashion despite a long line of customers.

Very small subway. Not a lot of tables for dine-in. The way the front counter is set up it's not good for social distancing.

A draft Soda only...wish I had gone to 7eleven. $2.48 is far to expensive. I would believe $2.18 is pure profit.

This location isn't really that different from other Subway restaurants. They serve breakfast, which is good although other locations also have hashbrowns, but not this one unfortunately.

The food was good, and the workers nice, but.... I know we’re in a pandemic and all but they would not make an exception for me to use the bathroom even though I’m 4 months pregnant. I just think it’s ridiculous to hard line all rules and not make any exceptions for them. Since these men will never get the privilege of having a baby press on their bladders, they’ll never make any alterations to the rules.

With the increased consolidation and uniformity of prepared food purveyors, a discerning diner eventually comes to the realization that certain outlets are better than others. #7555 Greenbelt Rd. Subway is a good example. This simple lunchtime sandwich shop excels with fresh bread rolls, a selection of cold cuts, and a perfect shredded and cut lettuce. As I'm writing about the Italian subs, I love their fresh sliced red onions, green peppers, and black olives topped with copious amounts of oil & vinegar. Of course Subway's main feature is that you can see the ingredients and oversee the construction of your own sandwich. I don't know if I'd trust them with a steak 'n' cheese, because the meat would be microwaved and not cooked on a grill. This Subway has some seating in an area that is long and narrow. Allow me to digress into an observation that "hole in the wall" luncheonettes, sandwich shops, casual resturants often have the best food enjoyed by a wide variety of clientele. I knew of a place that moved from an accessible location to further out of town. In this larger space, they then threw white linen on the new tables, added a wine list, redid the menu, dimmed the lighting, and business completely dried up. Albeit, location had alot to do with it. In essence, exquisite dining is like life itself: fleeting, ephemeral and often unrepeatable. Although, there seems to be a brisk turnover of employees here, certain regulars are familiar. After all, they're just making your sandwich and ringing you up. Chips and soda are available and that's about it. There's plenty of parking outside and the line inside moves swiftly. I like this Subway. 😋🍽✅➕🤔😊.

They even have kids meal, fresh!

This store is worth 5 stars. I enjoyed going here and I wish their bathroom was bit more clean.
