I loved it... super quick to order!!! Clean place...I will definitely return

Very nice staff. Remade my kid's burger twice after a misunderstanding and were very nice about it.

My first time signing up on the website. It's definitely worth it especially those days when ya down to a few quarters and pennies.

Excellent experience. Cashier (Kimberly) sanitized hands before touching food/cup. Fries had no salt per (Jocelyn) so I didn't have to wait & have hot fries & cold burger. Minus 1 star because food could have been a little hotter. It's was tolerable at luke warm. I'll be back.

they gave my doordash order to a random stranger who showed no proof of being my dasher. thankfully my ACTUAL door dasher called me and they got me a remake. secondly, i ordered a biscuit and all they put was chicken with NOTHING on it. lastly, i went last week to get a budger and they gave me a chicken wrap instead. actually absurd.

I came into this location for dinner on 6/16/2024 and the food and service was absolutely disgusting. The food was cold and the manager Crystal was rude, unprofessional and needs to be demoted until she gets the proper anger management training and customer service training. I will never stop at this location again.

All the flavors have been out on the soda machine for week! The place is usually clean and service is sometimes fast.

Had a mistake with an order and the manager, Elijah, made it right with a replacement order. It's a busy Wendy's location, so it's understandable that mix-ups happen sometimes, even more so when the manager is willing to correct things when he can.

Received cold nuggets and fries. Customer service from the window, manager and staff were unacceptable for a service industry. I stopped going awhile back, but thought I would try again, wrong decision

Convenient location with standard food. Ordering in- app has some bugs. I wish the sides had more variety. Will purchase here again.

They are always messing up orders, they got me and my husbands meal but forgot my kids order.

Went through drive through and they were stupidly fast. Unfortunately with the ice cream machine, the choices we wanted were out of service so we had the "dreamsicle" and OMG 😱😱😱 twas sooooooooooooo good! WORTH IT

I ordered 6 regular nuggets and 6 spicy nuggets with a medium lemonade and medium fry. I asked for everything made fresh, nothing was upon checking. I went inside and asked again, my items were just reheated not made fresh. Customer service was POOR manager addressed employee while I was trying to explain the problem. Also no napkins and young lady on the mic was rude to newer male employee.

The scanners don’t work at this location so don’t go here if you’re using your Wendys app☹️

This place needs to be Food Inspected and They are not Alone becareful where you eat at....

They told me to park and wait due to not wanting to give me bad nuggets. However, the nuggets they gave me were undercooked as if they were rushing.

I had just popped in this Wendy's for a portion of fries and I must say it was so refreshing to receive service from a very pleasant, friendly young man. Dontrell was very polite and patient with a lovely smile. His Manager Elijah was also a delight to speak to. with both of them on the same shift it makes Wendy the place to go for a fast meal. Thanks Dontrell and Elijah.

Terrible service. Tipped because of the holidays and only ended up with a 1/3 of my order.

Worst experience. I ordered $7 biggie bag drive thru I only get fries, chicken nuggets and the drinks. I have to go back and drove 3 miles to get the burger. The employee didn't gave me the receipt so I have to explain myself to get the burger I ordered smh. Never going to order biggie bag it's more expensive now.

The young man in the drive through closed the window on me and turned his back when I asked if I could get another drink. The tea I ordered was very watered down and didn’t taste right. He said they can’t change it and closed the window. Just thought that was really rude and unnecessary. There was woman with him that said they don’t make it there so no, I can’t get another drink. Once she said that, he closed the window and didn’t look back. Not nice to do that to anyone. I don’t put up a fight or get upset so I’m not sure why I was treated that way. Goes to show how a rude jester like that can mess up your day.

A year later since my last review and they have become worse. The staff doesn't even care and they laugh at the manager. The food takes forever to prepare, and they cannot get the order right. Why do I keep going back? Because the nearby Subway is even worse. It's Wendy's, so I don't expect much. Even so, this Wendy's was the second worst I've visited. Rude staff and barely edible food. And the soda machine was malfunctioning. Dave Thomas would be ashamed.

I always love catching a meal from here. Food is great.

I’ve literally been to this Wendy’s different times because I get off late at night and it’s not even a mile away from my house. Every time I go to this Wendy’s the food is terrible. It’s never hot like who wants to wait in line to come back around to try to even get fresh food, the burgers always taste like their old. I caught Covid today and I sent my goddaughter to get me food and the bread and meat is stale. This will be the last time I use Wendy’s in this area.

Very bad customer service, just filled with nasty attitude. Been here twice first gave them the benefit of the doubt however both times had different rude grumpy people. Absolutely Pathetic but not surprised as it’s a fast food establishment but Wendy’s if your employees are that miserable and irritated with their jobs might I suggest they find alternate employment. Perhaps that would make way for some professional people who actually want to help others.

Unsanitary. Stopped to grab something today, the girl at the drive thru is coughing into her hand continuously and then reaches in my bag to handle food. No gloves, no mask. Just coughing into her hands and then handling food. Get your $hit together and enforce health and food service standards.

The first time I went, it took forever for the staff to come to the front. Food was ok. The second time it wasn’t even open 39 minutes after it should have been.

Normally, the restaurant closes at two according to the map, but they told me that we are closed, I said I will not order, I will take my orders from the mobile system, no, we are closed, we cannot give it, they tell me to cancel it. While the customer is waiting with great hope in this restaurant where he sent the driver, the lady working inside wants me to cancel the order and as a result the orders were not given, the night workers, the hospital, the post office, the nurse and the doctor place the orders with hope in such a restaurant, the drivers come here and cannot take their orders, so we are faced with such a business. I'm talking about a restaurant where we can't buy food with our money, and since we, as drivers, can't take the orders, we don't get paid, so it's free. This doesn't mean anything to the employees inside, they don't understand, they just tell me to cancel, cancel, cancel anyway, your closing time is 2:00. 00, I arrived at ten minutes to 1, you tell me that we are closed, do these restaurant employees with such ridiculous staff work for free? 'I have a hard time understanding this here. How many people do they kiss their hands and feet when entering work? Once they enter work, they become kings around here, there is no signage. The lights are on indicating that it is closed, people come and go, people come and go, they say it is closed to everyone, but on the map it closes at 2:00, everyone takes this into account, it is completely meaningless... Here they are leaving the customer hungry with the customer's money, a manager is needed to remind them that they get paid from the customer's money...

I didn't receive my sauces for my nuggets. I asked for my drink with no ice. The young lady had such an attitude at the window.

I am truly so upset and frustrated with the service and the facility here in Greenbelt. This business has posted hours on there drive-thru that say open until 2am; However, they never truly follow the rules of their own hours. I wonder if the owner of the business knows that their establishment is being closed 30 to 45min earlier every other night because employees are rude and too lazy to work here. Tonight I showed up at 1:30pm completing an Uber order, and when I showed up they were closed. All lights on but closed. I saw two employees standing in the store chuckling and laughing that they closed the business earlier then stated. I love Wendy's but I will make it a point to never visit this one again. I will spread the word to other franchises as well and maybe bump up to Wendy's corporate office as well.

This is one of the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. They got my whole order wrong , no straws or napkins and not even a receipt! Half of the fries were cold and half hot, I don't understand, to even get the drinks wrong too? Disappointing. I'll be sure to always stay away from this location when I'm ever in the area

This used to be my Wendy’s. However, THIS Wendys needs to either change management or get permanently SHUT DOWN. The food is old and stale. It seems as if it was refried or from the night before. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a stale and rubbery texture type of patty. I had to stop eating it and throw away because of how bad and disgusting it tasted. I will stop coming to this Wendy’s moving forward and will steer anyone I can to stay FAR away from here.

During a slow breakfast hour, we ordered a meal & two sandwiches. Our food was not only the incorrect items we ordered, but the food was cold & stale also. The bathrooms were awfully kept as well.

It was okay. But the tables were not clean, the napkin station was also not clean, but they were understaffed that day so maybe next time would be better....

They are always nice here. However, today I went in the bathroom and it is extremely slippery on the floor. I think that this is a cause of maybe when they come from in the kitchen and maybe the floor is oily back in the kitchen so the oil is getting tracked to the bathroom? Or maybe it is the product that they are using to clean the floor in the bathroom.

The chicken wrap was not wrapped properly and all of the ingredients came falling out. They only had lemonade to drink. No carbonated beverages. No Mayonnaise and no hot fries. I will not go back.

I don’t know her name but around 1:40pm an employee was extremely rude in the drive thru when taking my order. She sounded younger. She was yelling and trying to start arguments for no reason. Why do you all hire people with no customer service skills what so ever. Would never recommend this Wendy’s to someone and would never eat here in the future unless they get their staff in line.

I been in line for 20 mins when there is only 2 cars. Like I don’t understand.

Food was hot and pretty good, service person was pleasant and attentive, place wasn't as clean as it should have been, and restrooms were filthy, I didn't even want to use the sink to wash my hands, and wife refused saying no tissue and nasty.

Charged me extra to give me the wrong food.

I waited for a out 5 min before even being greeted, I get your busy and someone is just clocking in, but a little acknowledgement would be courteous. When I was acknowledge, no smile, no " I'm sorry for the delay" , bust basically a lackidazical attitude of what do you want. If I didn't like Wendy's so much I would never set foot in there again.

To the scattered teeth black man with dreadlocks working the drive through, find a new job. I asked for a Sprite bc the fruit punch he gave me looked watered down. This man had the most annoyed look on his face as if I asked him to give me an oil change. As I asked him if I was bothering him he closed the drive through window on me. And of course he did not give me a receipt to possibly see what his name was. Wendys - if you are going to hire staff please be sure that they value hard work and have customer service skills.

This Wendy’s is SUBPAR. RAGGEDY. RATCHET. They will play in your food so you’ve been warned…. These people threw about 20 packets of OLD sticky, opened packs of ketchup on top of my food. I swear it looked like they dug those out of the dumpster. I will never come back to this location. The person swiping cards had an attitude for whatever reason…. She didn’t say a word to me so idk what her problem was. When I went inside I asked why anybody would give me something that looked like that… The girl at the counter laughed and called for “Calvin” who I would assume was the manager. I just walked out of the store irate. I ended up going to another Wendy’s and telling them what happened. They re-made my food with no hesitation. Apparently, this particular Wendy’s has a bad rep…. I’ve learned my lesson.

Wendy's Dave's Double is the best fast food burger. If you are going to eat processed food, you might as well enjoy it. If you're going to eat enough carbs to fuel a small village, do the combo. What's the big deal about blood pressure anyways?!!

A bunch of lazy non caring workers. Never can get an order right and then get an attitude when you want it corrected. Happened the last 2x I went. I ordered 2 meals and got this, this wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered either. I spent $25 and got $10 worth of food.

The order taking was acceptable. The flow of the service was efficient. The manager was present and acknowledged everyone when I was there. Very good experience.

Expectations were high since this is one of the remodeled location. However, the experience is different when you walk in. The people here don't seem to care...this location would probably benefit from less help & more automation To add to the experience, the customers are rolling up in the bathrooms

I ordered Medium sized fries yesterday and the fries were definitely out for some time. They were room temperature to almost cold. They tasted poorly because most were burnt and others were soggy..

They will 100% mess your order up every time in the drive thru. You have to check every bag and burger at the window before leaving. Management is trash so it reflects on the employees. This is a great place to waste your hard earned money in. Throw the whole place away!!!

The slowest service ever! Dining in we had to wait half an hour for food when nobody is dining in but us. I understand there is a drive thru it doesn't justify the slow service. BTW the place is littered with trash seems like nobody is there to clean it.

I have been here three times for breakfast and ordered the same combo each time and have not gotten the correct amount of bacon on my baconator sandwich only 3 pieces instead of six.

This Wendy's is inconsistent. sometimes its good customer service... sometimes not. Sometimes the food is good and the order is right... sometimes not. Sometimes the frosty machine works... sometimes not. The one thing that's pretty consistent is the prices are high as heck for fast food burgers. For a combo... You're guaranteed to be spending around $10 plus.

getting worst and worst by the month. use to at least give you hot food, but last night got my order wrong twice. and still gave us cold… i mean hard as rocks… cold burgers. i’ll just find another one around with better service

The cashier on 29th Oct at 1pm was extremely slow. Dragging her feet. 15mins waiting in line with just 2 people in front of us. Someone asked for an empty cup, and not even that she did (blank face and a condescending "just a sec"). We left.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took forever, sandwich was burnt and mising lettuce, fry cup was half full which wasn't really a bad thing because the fries were soggy. The coke was ok.

Horrible service! I stood in line for 10 minutes. Everyone made eye contact and just continued on like I wasn't standing there. Looks Ike a manager is trying to pull them together but total lack of control and organization. When it finally seemed like someone was about to take my order, it appears as though he was clocking out and walked out the door. I left! AVOID THIS PLACE until it gets squared away.
