I cant believe what I just witnessed; human compassion at its very best! My business partner just rang the bell after 12 days of radiation to her right breast. She saw Popeyes and craved their rice & beans. She shared at the drive-thru speaker that this was her reward for what she just experienced. These ladies; PAM WILLIAMS, ALFREDA and SERRY opened the drive-thru window and commenced to celebrate her with kind words and accolades. I’ve never witnessed anything like that at a fast food restaurant. Please commend these three women because they are the heart of Popeyes!

While entering the store my mother was cut by the metal base board of the door which popped up. Flooring was not properly secured. Yes it was an accident and I doubt it was intentionally done but the manager on duty (I believe her name is Diana) was horrible. She had absolutely no regard for my mother. The other customers in the store had more concern. One customer even offering my mother hand sanitizer to sterilize the area and clean off the blood. When I voiced my concern that the door should be locked if it’s an issue the manager proceeded to walk out from behind the counter and mess with the door base board then lock the door and place a yellow slip sign. WALKING RIGHT PAST MY MOTHER AND NOT SAYING ANYTHING OUT OF HER MOUTH! Then when I said something to her she says she did say something to my mother but she didn’t hear her. If she didn’t hear you , did you didn’t say anything to her!! No people skills whatsoever and she should not be in any position of management or front of house. She spent more time looks at your phone in her front blouse pocket which seem to be of more importance than my mother. Something as simple as are you alright and an a apology would have remedy the situation.

I received the best customer service at this location. I was blessed to encounter the manager, PAM, and I really appreciated this experience!

It’s hard to find a Popeyes worth 5 stars (sadly) but this location is doing it really good

Store never keeps to time when you order online.associates plays with each other while on duty while the customers wait too long for their order.they should work on the waiting time for orders especially online orders

A group of us stopped by for food and the whole crew was extremely friendly. They sang happy birthday to me. (Something they did not have to do, especially because i did not get the cake from them) They checked to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. We appreciated all of them

I ordered 12 pieces of wings but there were only 10 pieces of wings.

I have been to this Popeyes and had great service and great food many times. Today, they made the best sandwich yet, and the mac and cheese - knocked it out of the park. Thank you, Popeyes!

The service was above and and beyond. Our second experience with Popeyes and it did not disappoint. Had to wait on the sandwich for a bit so they gave us fries for free and offered a free drink too.

Best Popeyes in MD. I love their chicken. This location has the best chicken from other fast food around the areas.

I don't know why I keep trying this particular Popeyes when i.go to Beltway Plaza. It's the same thing all the time. The chicken is cool, not even barely warm and it's hard and dry. Never going to this one again, don't care how hungry I am and want it. I'll go to KFC.

Ordered online the manager packed it I got back to my hotel an she did not give me a 3pc tender meal. They refunded my card $1.89

I love Isabel and her teams energy and commitment to give a wonderful experience packed with fresh food! This staff today is by far the most productive I got my food so quick! They are genuinely excited to put a smile on your face

Ordered through the drive through (02/16/2024 @8:51 PM, store #2568) a 12 pcs chicken combo and ended up with a different order with extra charge on my debit card. And to top it off the drink received was sparkling water. Could have least been another soda drink if not the sprite that I have ordered. Very unpleasant manager.

Prices too high. 6 wings and fries 10.00 or more????

This is the second time in a week I used the mobile app to order and pay and the order wasn't ready or processed when I got there. Today I was asked to pull forward and someome would bring it out, only to sit and wait for 30 minutes and still get NO FOOD and no one came out to communicate anything, they just left me sitting there. I finally ended up cancelling the order and left.

My drive thru experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The young girl cursed, Yes, I said Cursed at me twice. Told me to repeat the "Damn" order, and that's how I should have said it the first "Damn" time. So I went inside to see the girl, and when I saw she had a bunch of tattoos covering one side of her face, that explained everything for me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! UNKEPT!!! UNFRIENDLY!!! NO CLASS!!! THEY NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS AND PLASTIC GLOVES AND RECEIVE SOME MUCH NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

This place reminds me of the good old popeyes from when the 20pc was 10 bucks

Did not get order correct and when I called to inform the manager about the incorrect order, she stated the Honey BBQ wings only come in spicy; which is not true.

The location is clean, but when you dine in and have to wait 15 mins just for a basic chicken sandwich is a little excessive. The staff were friendly tho. Just behind on the rush I guess.

The employees were on the ball today! I was in shock. Sometimes not so fortunate. But today, the chicken was good, the service was fantastic. I only wasted eight minutes with four cars in front of me. What happent? Oh happy day y'all.

I've personally boycott Popeyes over last 10 years, each time I got back something horribly goes wrong, this last week when I tried it again (with pressure from coworkers), they got their food fast and finished eating it while I sat there and waited for mine 10-15 min later... later in the day my sandwich disagreed with my stomach and again swearing off. Super nice lady at counter apologized profusely, but giving it another 5 yrs before I go back.

Drive thru was not operational and there was a medium to long wait inside

It took an hour to have lunch here because the staff was struggling hard with mobile orders and expediting food. I would not recommend this place during lunch if you need to get your order fast and get back to work.

On this visit, I ordered from the mobile app. Once I arrived, I did pick up through the drive thru. Had to pull forward and wait for my order. I was expecting hot, fresh food but it came warm. Was a little bit disappointed but the lines were too long to go back and wait!

Found roach in food. Was told I was lying despite having never left thee parking lot with my food. This store is a joke, employees not washing hands. Employees talking openly about how they wouldn’t eat there, and the rodent problem they have.

Horrible customer service. They were racist because of my accent. And they were making fun of/mocking my English and even using inappropriate language about it. They misinterpreted my order and gave me a completely different one. I am never buying there again.

Clean and tidy. Could take you a bit wait time (e.g. I ordered on their app 20min ahead but when I arrived they were just about to start working on my order) but my experience here (dine in or pickup or delivery) has been relatively good.

I visited this Popeyes and was very happy with the customer service. Everyone was very pleasant and eager to provide a positive experience. My food was hot and delicious.

Drive thru line wrapped around the building and line inside growing. The workers have no sense of urgency when putting orders together. I've watched the crowd grow from 3 people to 10 and I'm still waiting to be serviced. Very slow service!

The drive-thru is so problematic. I went for it twice and both times I was treated rudely and was shouted at. The lady there takes order with an attitude. Will never come again. THE WORST

The food was delicious. Everything was hot, prepared to order and complete with no hassles once i made it ti the window. The staff not so friendly. The wait in the drive-thru was 39 minutes I was late getting back from lunch. Otherwise, I'll try it again during a non-lunch break or maybe go inside.

I love this popeyes!!!! This is the 2nd time in one week I've been here...they are so organized and they give your order to you fast...THE FOOD IS FRESH....PAMELA AND CECE ARE VERY GRACEFUL TAKING ORDERS AND KEEPING THE PLACE SO HIGHLY ORGANIZED....THE WHOLE CREW STAFF IS THE BEST...VERY CLEAN RESTAURANT, NICE HOSPITALITY AND FRESH FOOD....LOVE IT!!! OH AND I LOVE THE PLAYLIST....IM AN 80S BABY....THEY HAVE THE 50S AND 60S MUSIC ROCKING IN THAT PLACE...VERY NICE COMFORTABLE SETTING...

Its been almost a year since my last visit to this Popeyes in Greenbelt, MD. I don’t usually eat at this Popeyes due to the time it takes to get food, the rudeness, and the chaos from not being any lines when ordering. The line issue is a big problem at most Popeyes. I went there Dec 31, 2022 and it was pretty empty. The employees seemed nice and not rude like the last time I was there. I purchased a two piece mild white with mashed potatoes and drink. It was a little dry but not too bad. The potatoes and drink were ok. We dined there in the restaurant. It appears the restaurant was remodeled since the last time I was there. I can see they tried to make it work but the booths are loose. The quality of the materials used is terrible. Someone is really bad at painting. It was pretty clean but looked like I was in a bad TLC home improvement show. I’ll probably wait another six months to visit again which is a shame because I live so close. I actually travel further to the Popeyes in Beltsville, MD when I feel the need for chicken. It’s not the best but it works for me. The best Popeyes in the area would have to be the Popeyes in Laurel, MD.

Chicken was a little salty mashed potatoes and gravy were great.

This is not traditional Popeyes at all. The food is always overly breaded and extra dry. I have tried several things from the menu and it's all disappointing.

Popeyes of Beltway Plaza did not give me the right sauce.. Marinara sauce does not go with chicken. I requested all white meat! Got dark meat. This 2 piece meal, happened to be around $10 with no drink. Wow popeyes. Not to mention the (MANAGER) totally refused to assist me with taping my ripped $5 dollar bill. Smh!! It's 2022 have a smidge of kindness and understanding. Yall turning down $$? Why? Because Ms.Manager doesn't feel like putting a small piece of tape on it? Give me a break.

This location is hit or miss, mostly a miss. Don't go after like 9pm. They gave me chicken cooked with burnt grease.

They go from the register to serving food. They touch everyone money, debit card, and then your food by putting their dirty hands in your box. They are quick to take your money, but lack proper food serving etiquette.

Fries cold, biscuits dry, tenders very dry, and I’m missing three tenders from my ten piece tender order.

Visited this Popeyes a back in March I went inside to place an order, there was an elderly Spanish woman who took my order, she was very rude as soon as I walked to the counter to place my order, she made a smart sarcastic remark before I placed my order, while placing my order I asked for sweet sauce for my chicken sandwich, when I received the order there was no sauce in the bag, I brought it to her attention and she very rudely said it's 25 cents extra as if it was my fault she didn't remember I asked when I placed the order. She then preceded to say something in Spanish in a derogatory fashion to the next customer, she was very rude and I'm upset with myself for not saying anything in regards to her unprofessionalism.

I went for the beans & rice. The chicken tasted surprisingly better, this trip. 😋 Order from the app for best deals and order before U get there. They spend too much placing orders in shopping bags. 🛍 Give back to the employees or menu. No pics, I ate it. 🤣🤣

I am extremely disappointed by the customer service at the Greenbelt, Maryland location. I entered the drive thru and after a few minutes I parked and went inside. Once I entered, I waited in line behind 4 people who were together for almost 15 minutes. The manager never said I will be with you in a moment or anything! Corporate headquarters needs to pay this location a visit ASAP. It is unacceptable to not greet customers when they enter. Additionally, if your short staffed don’t make excuses for not greeting customers. Being friendly is KEY!

Slowest drive thru ever! Waited 11 mins at order speaker. Long wait times no matter what time u go and how many cars in front.

The food is great, but honestly the drive through experience is horrible. You'll sit and wait forever probably because no one's watching the monitor, then have to explain yourself when you want a super simple order or yell yourself hoarse because the staff are too busy playing around to hear you. Oh but don't actually yell, because the person will say "you don't need to yell" right after they say there's a lot of background noise. Just endlessly repeat yourself I guess while they try to get themselves together.

Messed up my order and the red beans were missing a spice.

Been there twice. First time sat in line for over a half hour. Then when I got my order and got back to my room, they had thrown in a couple of pieces of old chicken. Tough and dry! I gave them another chance. I always order spicy chicken. Got a 16 piece family pack. Part of it was not spicy it was non spicy. Sides were single serving, beans and rice, coleslaw. Fries were limp and greasy. Again it was a 20 minutes in line. The employees are crossing paths and dancing around each other. Management needs to learn how to stream line the process. Fast food is like a assembly line. Window works the window, front line assemble the orders. Cooks should be keeping an eye on the min max of the product. Management should be watching the time product has been sitting and make sure it's rotated if need be. Also give direction when needed. You are the captain, Own It!

The food is actually good four stars ⭐️. The restaurant staff and cleanliness is negative but in order for me to be able to post I have to give it one star. There was about 10 cars on the drive thru so we went inside to see if it would be faster. Once inside I saw why the long line at the drive thru. All the employees were playing around laughing and just walking around. The manager was trying to tell them what to do but no one listen. One of the girls had a sweatshirt on the back with a kid giving the finger. So when she turned around it seems as if she was giving the customers the finger. The bathroom smell like pot and was dirty. Not a good place to come eat.

I preserved from here through DoorDash came back to the store due to my food being cold biscuit dry as if it’s been sitting I once was a manager for popeyes as I’m now a AGM of my own company, I came back in to return my food at 12:22 i continued to call thee store I watched thee young lady as I stood calling she PICKED UP AN HUNG UP IN MY EAR THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AN SHE SHOULD T BE WORKING THERE. I PROCEEDED TO CALL BACK PURPOSELY TO NO ONE ANSWERING THEE PHONE GET THAT STORE IN ORDER AN FAST YOU NEVER KNOW WHOSE COMING IF I WAS A SECRET SHOPPER YOUR WOULD FAIL BADLY

I've frequented this Popeyes location on several occasions and for the most part my experiences have been mostly good, sometimes mediocre. Today, I had the absolute worst experience. Not only was the Manager, James J (who lied and said his name was Jack) on a bad trip, he kicked it up a notch by exuding the temperament of someone with very low standards and character. Let me explain......Upon my entry into the restaurant, I saw James in an intense argument with one of the employees, while thinking to myself, wow, that is unprofessional of the manager to exchange words with employees right in front of customers. James then turnaround to debate me and incite a scene because I asked for condiments to go with my large order. Simply put, I want customers to be aware of such individuals, especially a "so called" manager like James, who takes their frustrations out on customers and others. This behavior is completely unacceptable! Please do not spend your money if a manager or employees are incapable of providing a somewhat decent experience to you as a patronizing customer.

Absolutely reprehensible service. Wasted 40 minutes of my time and my 2 small children and no one has food. Terrible. No respect for the customer's time for a place that is supposed to be "fast" food

Stop through around noon to get some tender Big Boxes and everything was fresh and on point. Wasn't too bad of the wait honestly, just a busy location.

Good customer service and I got a big box the chicken strips were old and dry. The popcorn shrimp was good. Nice place just don't get the strips.

Only the biscuits and the sides were good. The chicken looked bad and didn’t taste good. The manager said it just came up but that was a lie because it was only warm at best. Had one piece that looked like a batter dipped soft shell crab or a cross between a back and a breast. The drum sticks looked anorexic and dark.

Just left this place at 9:30 pm 1/17/23. The guy at the window who took my money and gave me my food. Just kept saying things making me uncomfortable. Like oh maybe I can take to somewhere better than this, or you look good. He was a older guy maybe in his late 30's . I love his location but he just changed my mind . What a creep.
