Finally closed this dirt bucket location! So dirty inside yuck 🤮

Update, late April 2024: Either fire or renovation has temporarily closed this Wendys. Fast food is fine.

The food was fine, but the service needs work. The drive through employees are often unmotivated and not very welcoming. Also, they never seem to give straws, napkins, or sauce unless I ask at the pick up window.

The service at drive thru was unpleasant. I got my drinks without straws and when the food was handed to me i never got a smile or hello or anything just handed the bag and see ya...

Every Wendy's looks old- this one looks ancient. The carpet needs to go. Food is always decent.

If I had the option of no stars I would. The customer service was completely horrifying. I went to the drive thru for my order. Terrible, never experienced Wendy's personal tossing me my food. The young lady became frustrated because she didn't know what a honest kids Juice was and preceeded to try to give me a Hi-C fruit drink that wasn't requested. Once she tossed me my food I politely asked for a manager, that did nothing to resolve the issue. The manager did nothing. I gave them back their food and preceeded to request a refund. FIRE OR RETRAIN the entire staff. No customer should have to deal with a nasty attitude

Love the open space, fast and clean

I originally ordered the fish sandwich thru drive-thru, but when I got it I was burnt and thin. I went in to get it replaced and it was replaced without question. The indoor service seemed a bit chaotic.

The moment I entered the restaurant, I spotted a mouse jump and hide under the cash register. The employees were very crowded and did not care to listen to me. I told one of them that there was a mouse, and he said "okay" while half listening and ignored me. Horrible service, dirty store, and bad atmosphere. I did not want to get food from such a filthy place The mouse escaped right before I managed to get a picture.

Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Absolutely incompetent service staff. Waited behind one person in lobby for 10 minutes. Still waiting so I left and went through the drive thru and even then they screwed up my order so I got a refund and left! Terrible service!

I want to commend the manager on January 20, 2024 around noon that was on duty that took time to review my mobile app order receipt although the cashier processed it incorrectly showing an increased price. He reviewed the receipt and understood that the app had the correct pricing. All he asked for was a copy of the mobile app receipt so he could share with his manager.

Worst place ever. The cashier was rude waving the receipt when I wasn’t paying attention like say excuse me. Second of all they didn’t even know if they had the item I wanted. Some randoms kept speaking like they knew it all. And wait was long as hell. I do not recommend. Go to a better wendys.

Drive through employee didn't know how the reward/coupon service worked. Manager got rude at me because he didn't know how it worked. On top of that all my food was cold.

Jesus christ. This is THIRD time it has been an absolute mess. Was inside for 40 minutes waiting on someone..ANYONE to fix an order that was prepared and ready on the screen but somehow not there anymore. The line was soo long with people crowded around the line waiting on their order and wondering why 8..10..15 minutes was going by without ANY communication. Thr atmosphere was getting hostile due to no sort of updates. The employees don't work together. The man at the front is slow and nonchalant..the heavy set woman bagging food was responding "I don't know" when asked if everything was In the bag. Had an attitude but was doing everything wrong. Wrong toppings..wrong type of nuggets. The receipt helped her not one bit. Thr manager NEVER came out..never acknowledged anyone..never apologized to the pile of costumers or simmered everyone down. He just didn't care. Their was ONE employee. A younger black male who I assumed was also working the window due to him having a baklava on and occasional handing bags through the door to keep the line moving. He went out his way to help me and a few of the other customers. Even announced an apology and told everyone things were slow. This location often has issues. And has a. Reputation of hiring ppl who do not care about how they look or make the store look. But thr worst part is the MANAGER clearly not caring or showing up or fixing a thing. I don't do long negative reviews but being g there with my kids while some had food and some didn't for over 38 minutes as they kept asking "what was your order again" but didn't make it. . .really upset my oldest daughter. The bigger hispanic woman had to fix her burger and tried to tell her she never asked for a topping and the RECEIPT had it on there. YUCK. I kept my composure inside..but this review with be Posted. Do better.

The Wendy’s on 7513 Greenbelt Rd Greenbelt, MD - critically needs the help and guidance of THIS Wendy’s. The food here is ALWAYS fresh, never stale, and always gets my order right. I have to drive almost an extra 10 minutes just to come to this Wendy’s even though the other is much closer. *Management: Please provide the help you can to the 7513 Greenbelt Rd Wendy’s - or have them closed because their food is consistent with old, rubbery and stale food.

Construction in front of the drive area, but still able to get in. Not many people ahead of me and I still got fresh food. Cold drink was cold and hot food was hot.

This is the first time i ever wrote a negative review for any company. I should have read the reviews before doing business with them. I really can't understand if the company is so aware of the staffs treatment to its customers and doesn't see a reason to do anything about it. I worked at wendys as a teen in langley park never ever seen employees all rush to the front and try to make a customers feel intimidated after spending 70$ at there establishment. The manager wants to make jokes about oh she came back for some fries no sir I'm missing two whole meals and a soda. The rudeness and lack of care for the the company shows in every employee there. I won't go back I'm changing my cards after reading about the theft and fraud by the employees. There's so many businesses competing for business so easy to just go somewhere else

I found a hair in my Dave’s Single. It was on the meat patty. I went to the cashier register and told an employee about it. He got the manager who was 2 feet away from him to deal with me. “What’s the problem” he says to me. “Excuse me sir but I found a hair on my burger.” “Show me.” He says. I point to it. “Where? Show me.” …. Okay… so I pulled it out with my nails. It was a short black straight hair. He told me it was part of the lettuce and that sometimes lettuce comes stringy. I understand because I work at a restaurant myself. But I know it wasn’t part of the lettuce. Plus, again, it was in the meat patty. He took the hair from me and it broke in half. And the piece I held fell because I was handing it to him. To convince me it wasn’t a hair, he showed me the lady who prepped my burger. Yes, she was wearing a hair net. Yes underneath that hair net, she has type c curly hair. But it didn’t matter because I know it wasn’t those strings you sometimes get from vegetables. It was hair. Because I didn’t look convinced , he says to me with an attitude “ what do you want then?” … “what do you want us to do!?” I would’ve asked for a refund but I didn’t want to go through all that hassle with the credit card + there was customers in line. Definitely not going to ask for another burger. So I just said “whatever” and left and cut the piece off with a knife where I found the hair. I would’ve been alright if he just had a better customer service attitude. but I get it. I’d be mad too if I was understaffed, underpaid, and overweight working at Wendy’s.

I went there to order my food, and they messed up on my order, so it took them 20 more mins to fix this mistake. All good, right? No, at the end of the store, they left a death rat at the view of all customer, their bathroom is not sanitized at all, the floors looked dirty, and the bathroom drips.

I don't order Wendy's often, but I've always had good experiences in the past, but this place ruined that for me. Cold, stale food. Missing instructions, missing entire items...never, ever again.

They give you expired croutons to go with your salad. Who knows if they even give you fresh salad. I used to get it like all the time but I stopped because I started to feel sick and now I’m better. I need to look for some fresh salad somewhere else. And on top of that the customer service is terrible and most of the time they only taking cash because their machine is not working. They always just chatting and not focusing on their job.

Piss poor service. No way a mobile order should take over an hour to make. The staff are not friendly & very rude. This establishment needs help!

An employee at this location took my card and swiped their own meal along with mine and did not provide me with a receipt. I ordered a $6 Biggie bag. The total price was around $6.90. While at the window after giving my card the young man started asking me personal questions about where I’m coming from and headed to (Now I’m realizing it must of been to distract me while he made my transaction). I checked my bank account when I got home and noticed this Wendy’s charged me exactly $15.67. Please be cautious when using your card at this location.

Ordered online and did not receive my correct order! Called multiple times and no one answered.

Man at the drive thru taking my order was very rude to me and the customer ahead of me. I ended up just driving off and not getting anything.

Wendy’s has changed for the worse compared to years ago, the meat isn’t the same, disappointing, never returning👎🏽 it’s really no stars.

It never ceases to amaze how one employee can change the whole atmosphere of a place, just by being 'pleasant' and at least 'willing' to be so! But it's important to KEEP-N-MIND, WE, the Customer can Help with 'That', by being so Ourselves. You know, Kinda spread God's Goodness around a bit. i'm not suggesting it works all the time, people ARE people. But @ THIS "WENDY'S", i've had the Most, Success! "WE" treat each other politely, respectfully, and between You & i, for some unbeknownst(?) reason, even my Burgers Taste BETTER! Give it a try. You'll never know, until You Do So!♡

Kinda annoying how my cookie was forgotten and the sauces I got where completely different from what I ordered

I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Sandwich meal (drink, sandwich, and fries), it was SO good. I prefer this option over the Baconator, it's the sauce that makes the difference.

Ordered some nuggets they were some of the worst I've ever had and had to throw them away. Go to any other location avoid this place.

So I went today and I ordered for four dollar biggie bag. I came home and saw non of my bags got burgers in it. Am calling and is telling me to call back because they are busy.. they even had me pull into a parking lot so they could bring my order. I’m so disappointed I want my four burgers.

very unprofessional customer service! needs customer service training ASAP. employees seemed distracted and not prepared to take my order.

Day manager (latinex man) was training drive through workers today and was very very rude to them in front of customers, then was very rude to me about my order. He ( the manager) had no clue what my order was and gave me attitude about not having my frosty key chain out and ready for him when he couldn't be bothered to figure out my order. The day manager needs to bed fired. What a jerk.

Every time I order online I get some messed up order old food or someone else's. AFTER I've paid delivery fees tip I have absolutely nothing. Sorry to admit this but it's always in the urban neighborhoods. RIDICULOUS. This wendys us dangerous and should be inspected because the food is even old. I had a coupon for buy 1 BACONATOR and get another for $1.....it should have been ....buy 1 BACONATOR....get 1 more for FREE , for actually buying this overpriced mess !!! FAR.... FAR from the pictures they post everywhere! The "far from BACON" BACONATOR is just a beef sandwich with small pieces of bacon added, to boost the price...or make you think you're getting , what they advertise on posters , etc. Maybe they could have deleted spending money, for the 1,000's of posters in the county and add a few more pieces of BACON... To actually make it a BACONATOR! If you enjoy wasting your money.....this is the place to be .... PS....Read a comment that the BACONATOR has 6 pieces of bacon on it !!! I counted 2 , cut in half , and sold to me !!! Haven't heard a "peep" from anyone in the company , since this posting....i guess i wouldn't respond either , if i just "robbed" someone !

Drive through system was “down” so we had to order inside. Poor service (slow, not friendly), dirty/rundown looking, food was cold, and drinks were not cold (no ice….?!?). There was only one person there waiting for food when we arrived, more than 4 people working, and it still took like 20 minutes for our food. Update 9/2022- this tiny cheese cup was 85 cents and 1/4 full. Cmon Wendy’s.

The fry's were good. The gentleman who took my order was very polite but he couldnt hear me because his coworkers were playing around and making noise. The store and the bathroom were horrible. Very dirty

Waited over 15 minutes for a no thrills burger and frosty - then paid 5.79 for a limp, flat burger that was mostly bread and condiments - save the calories and your money.

I went there with my niece to get food I like Wendy's your food is good and I like their service.

If I could give negative stars for this location I would! The baconator had undercooked bacon 🥓 no crisp not edible, unsafe to eat! The fries were stale and old, spicy nuggets rubbery, pineapple mango lemonade was warm no Ice 🧊 & tasted like lemonade water… this location needs to be shutdown and reported to board of health!

Went through the drive through and and they claimed they could only take cash, but also that I could come in and pay with a card. Um, hello the counter to pay inside is right next to you. When I asked about that, the guy on the intercom first ignored me and then got his buddy on the mic to mock me. I drove off. Wft is going on with this place

Tonight I went into drive thru and the first thing they told me was it was cash only. Weird that they only accepted cash. I was here yesterday at night and they took debit. So I went to get cash at the ATM. My husband went back in line and they didn't tell him it was cash only.

Pulled up to the drive through, worker did the hello can I take your order shpel and as soon as I started talking very rudely cut me off and said the system was down. It be one thing if he said it politely or if the system had just gone down but I wasn't even through finishing the word chicken when he cut in. This is the second time I've tried to order from this Wendy's and they've been unable to take my order. I will not be coming back

They are turning into the mc Donald's ice cream machine of a franchise. Lately, one thing or another doesn't work. 😒 At least they patched the holes in the parking lot.

This particular Wendy’s, their food is nasty 🤮🤮. They’ll keep the food sitting for about 5 hours and still serve people with it. Expire fries and chicken. Their drinks taste like water. Going there at ur own risk.

My experience at this Wendy’s is always so wonderful. The people at the window are always so incredibly friendly, and my food always comes out perfect:) I’m picky so I ask for plan sandwiches, and I really appreciate them taking the time to make my order right. Thanks for a great snack as always, you guys rock

This wendys shouldn’t be open as bad as it is. Im the last person who would complain about service. The store is dirty , employees mop with dirty water. No wet floor signs as they mob. Seem like employees was just hired off the street and start working without training. Food is never hot and fresh. The lighting on the restaurant doesn’t exist when it gets dark, you would think they were closed. Drive thru poor customer service, it be two 3 people at the register acting suspicious with your card. Trust me drive to the next wendys I know the food has to be poorly prepared and kept. They need a random health inspection and management team to invest serious time into employee training that’s how bad it is.. It’s very bad!!!

I ordered spice nuggets, they asked if I could wait and I said yes. They point to spot for me to park and I wait 40 minutes... I then go to them and they forgot about me and give me my bag. I check bag and they didn't give nuggets, had to go back and get them. They have a good number of employees but lack management oversight or training.

DONT go here !!! I ordered plain chicken sandwich and they put mayo & tomato and a BUG 🐞 was on my food !!!! I will NEVER eat here again disgusting. This place should be inspected

Wendy’s should be ashamed of having this horrible location represent their brand. Complete unprofessional behavior. From loud cursing to just complete disrespect towards customers. Never a good thing when ending a conversation with the manager that ends with him saying well you gotta do what you gotta do man. This location should be closed down for immediate employee training. Don’t waste your time or money

I asked for a number 8 combo and a large fry. I get to the drive thru window and they try to run my debit card as credit. Then tell me i said no to a drink, when i was not asked what kind for my combo. Then i had to pay extra for the original side of fries i had already asked for. The person who took my order came to the window i guess to intimidate me? Overall it was an awful experience. I would not suggest going to this franchise.

After waiting almost 30min in the drive-thru.... My fries & nuggets were both cold!! Didn't even get sauces for my nuggets either. Had to ask for sour cream & butter for my baked potato. Won't be coming back to this location.

This particular Wendy's was pretty good except for the fact they made us pull up past the window and then came out the door and gave us our food to the car 20 seconds later there was no car behind us.

French fries were average and the burger tasted really dry to me but it was great customer service and the other meals were worth the money just not the classic. I liked the food though overall.

It's a Wendy's. It achieves what it is there for, which is providing cheap fast food when you're inebriated.

They always have some great food this time I was only disappointed not by the long line because we know Wendy's always have long lines no matter which location; but I got the pretzel Pub sandwich and I had hair in my food I was so hurt because this was a craving moment. When I went inside to talk to the manager I noticed nobody back there has on any type of hair net 🤔🥺only one man(not manger) had on a baseball cap another man(not manager) had on a hoodie but everyone else just had on visors very disappointed in that.😒

Decent service and quick, but not always friendly, their menu hasn't changed changed because of the Corona Virus so that is a big plus! Salads are awesome, food is usually, not always fresh from the grill....

Get a vegan burger on the menu and I will be back.
