DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! This “restaurant” is an absolute SCAM !! We’ve ordered two dishes and two appetizers. It cost us 125 Dollars !!! - They charge you an EXTRA 20 $ for eating inside. Tell me what in your right mind is going through their head, charging you 20 dollars, for an Ambiente that looks like a truckstop. The “house spacial” was 75 grams rice and a hand full of salad with a little bit of dry meat with NO SAUCE at all. The hummus was tasting like its been sitting on their shelf for a WHILE. The ceasar salad was okay but they charge u an extra for everything because they dont top it off normally… I will never visit this restaurant again. Its a shame to the city of miami. And I do not care, how often you guys are answering with: “this is a fake account” Here is my receipt you first wouldn’t wanna give me. I had to ask for it.

Came here last night with friends and wow! The food was amazing, I loved the shish kebab. The service was really good as well. There was a nice Turkish man there to help us. Think his name was Yagiz. I will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend to anyone. A gem on the beach.

It's definitely a terrible place, I don't want anyone to go and waste their money, the taste is terrible, the service is terrible, everything is terrible.

I used to eat here and loved the food. It had flavor and food was cooked all the way. The last few times I went haven’t been good. I thought maybe it was just one bad time and they were too busy or something. But I just gave them another chance again and the food was worse than the time before. Chicken had no flavor again AND was undercooked. I ended up getting food poisoning and pooping my pants all night.

The place looks very ordinary, but the food is delicious. We ordered shish tawook, meat kebab, and steak, and all of them were delicious 👍🏼👍🏼🫶 The dish is large, with your choice of rice, potatoes, or salad 👌🏻

I went with a group of friends from Toastmasters a public speaking organization that meets in the library every Thursday. We had the gyro, chicken, fries, and a couple of more dishes. The food was great, the price was perfect, and the staff is very friendly! We go as a group together every last Thursday of every month to this restaurant because it’s so good! I would recommend it to others as well! The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to help make one large table for us all to eat together even though we were about eight people in total!

Order to go (TO GO) Jaqui A. took my order without telling me that the tips are included. When he delivered the food to us I did not receive the receipt. I had to ask them and that's when I looked at the automatic charge on my account. . It was a little awkward to ask for my change because it was their tip. (Be careful, the charge was already automatic) Ejaqui A. said that the owner got 10% of his tips and that for that reason they added the percentage. 👎🤔

Tabouleh is fresh and green and flavorful - We just went for the tabouli! Staff is nice and efficient.

We were in town for Supercon and needed a late dinner within walking distance. I found this place on Google maps, and since I love Mediterranean food decided to give it a try. We did takeout, but the staff was super friendly fly while we waited and our food was made to order, we had to wait a bit and it was worth it. My son got the Gyro and I ordered the Kofte Kebab. Both were incredible. This will definitely be my go to when I’m in south beach! Highly recommend!

Food was ok but I don’t like the attitude of adding 15$ tip on my bill without at least informing about that on a sign or asking me. That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Be honest about the prices you advertise and don’t expect tip. I pay tip if I really appreciate the service, if you just add it on my bill that’s scam.

And besides, it is very expensive, and the food is not what they present on the menu and the prices, I was in this place at night. They are no longer a good experience than before! Loved the food and atmosphere. Service was excellent, but being from out of town the dine-in fee was quite the shock. I am a former waitress and always tip well and know there are people that are bad tippers. I am just saying a little warning would have been nice. Maybe a note on the menu somewhere.

Met a waiter whose name was shalom, he was the best , and the food there is incredible, I tried their steaks it’s amazing and halal! The first one I tried was the steak and shrimp , highly recommend it, and then I tried the skirt steak I recommend that as well

Probably the worst place to get food. Service sucked, their chicken was dry and this was super pricey. An order of lamb chops and chicken kabab was around $120. Be careful, go to shahs of Kabob near design district which was amaaaaazing!

130 dollars for 2 plates of skirt steak wit rice and fries. One burger wit fries and 1 sprite. I know this is Miami but the quality is not there to be that much, maybe is just the skirt steak. Took 1 hour for the food to come out cuz there was only 1 cook and he was trying to keep up with the orders. We weren’t checked on after the food was given. Overall the service nor the food was up to the pricing

Served raw chicken and told one of the waiters and he said he’d make another one. Then several times he passed us and eventually came back with the a plate and asked for my husband’s chicken back. Just weird. Anyway, the chicken took long enough the second time to have been cooked from raw but again, whatever. We went previously and only gave it a second chance because it’s close to our hotel. It was like, as basic as it gets in terms of food. Falafal made from a box mix. Salads made of iceberg lettuce. The rice is hard and dry on the outside, and then if you’re lucky, it is mushy on the inside of the little dome they serve it as. Just everything is off, subpar, especially for the prices being charged. The male waitstaff are plain weird and don’t seem to have any idea what they’re doing. It’s Miami - you can and probably should eat literally anywhere else.

A 5 year old could have made better food. My drink tasted like they put koolaid in a blender without any rum. I didnt eat all of my food and that is bad because I always eat all of my food. I was so sad because I was really hungry, it almost brought me to tears how bad the food and drink was. I thought it was Mediterráneo food but it wasnt. Will never eat here Ever. Its been and it still makes me mad when I think of my visit to Miami. I thought I would be getting good food in a City full of people from so many cultures.

Had the hummus and the filafil wrap, coming from Middle East the flavor was okay. The hummus was runny and not well balanced and the pita with the hummus was dry. The filafil wrap felt frozen and not fresh and also lacked flavor you expect from a Mediterranean restaurant.

The restaurant was empty , but we decided to give it a try. We asked a falafel first and it was good, so we asked a lamb kebab. It was awful. The meat was tough, hard to chew. French fries were uncooked. When the waiter asked how was the meal we said it was terrible. Her reaction was to say "Thank you" automaticatly. Wasn't interested at all.

Given the stars we close the place. We ordered chicken and pizza kabab- they were cold dry and tasteless. We had to ask for a dip as they were so bland. The pizza was okay Also 18% gratuity was already added to our Bill. We were just 2 people ordering 2 food items. Won't recommend

Not big in the automatic 20% tip on a counter order. **(Response to Owner)** no, you missed the point. I ordered my food at the counter, and then sat down. There was zero 'service.' Please do not misconstrue the word Service, with Taking.

Nice location but unfortunately the food is not worth the money. Our daughter's pizza was overcooked and burnt and was clearly a ready-made frozen version. Giros had a bland taste, the rest of the meat was overcooked, dry, hard and black. Management does nothing about complaints. Then $170 for this meal with 2 adults and 2 teenagers is a waste of money. Quite a nice location.

I am not sure how this place had a 4+ review. Was very upset with the food. We ordered Kofte Kabab, Chicken kebab and Falafel plate. Of them only the Falafel was nice. The Kofte Kabab was a complete let down. The Kofte were very bland and also quite hard. Frankly both chicken and Kofte both seemed over cooked. The chicken was not at all soft, quite hard and fibrous, was not expected at all. We were so upset as it was our last dinner before our vacation ended and it was ruined.

Best pizza I've had in a while!

Was looking for some reasonably priced healthy food after two days of eating overpriced tourist fare. Was happily surprised by this little shop, great food, tables on the street and nice staff. Hummus, falafel, chicken kabab and their hot sauce and yogurt was wonderful.

Amazing food, all fresh made and even vegetarians have a good selection of dishes. I can recommend the Greek Salad with or without chicken or the Vegetarian Plate!!! 10/10 points!

It was fairly packed due to the heavy rain. I think maximum the small place could fit 18 customers. The dorado plate was absolutely delicious! The fish was so fresh it was sweet and fried so exceptionally well it just flaked off the bone. The gyro was hearty and good.

Food is 8/10; Service is 0/0. Once arrived, I told the sever that I have a Groupon voucher and asked if they'd accept it at the end. After giving us our food the server didn't come to check our table but checked other guests. I felt discriminated because I was using a Groupon. The coupon covered the tab and they didn't provide a receipt so I can sign and leave a Tip. BE AWARE!!!!

Great hosts and food! Large portions, reasonably priced for the area. Casual atmosphere and eating outside was nice just to people watch and relax. Weather was great. Highly recommend. We had the gyro platter and wrap, then split the sides from the platter. Tell them you friends from Kentucky/Indiana sent you and tell them Hi and we’ll be back next time we’re in Miami!!♥️

I found Sultan Restaurant simply because the door was open with no one inside on a rainy afternoon in Miami Beach. Yes, I know you're probably like an empty place is not usually a good sign. I'm glad I chose to stop in. The employees treated me so nicely. I was pretty drenched from the rain and they offered me some things to help me dry off. Offered me to sit anywhere and immediately brought me a menu. The inside is pretty dated and they could use a deep cleaning. I noticed pictures on the wall of many celebrities over the years. They've been here since 1988. I ordered a Gyro, fries, and the hummus appetizer. Everything was great from the entree to the hummus. I didn't leave anything on my plate. After I was finished they even gave me a free sample of the Baklava which was amazing! Things to note, they are a bit pricey for what you are ordering. The food itself wasn't anything special but where they made up for it was the way they treated me and made me feel. It's little touches like this that make all the difference in the world. I will say they are in a great location really close to the beach and the surrounding lodging options. They just need to reconnect with the community and take a look at their prices and food quality. I'd say the outstanding customer service is a great start. I will be back and will continue to highly recommend this place to everyone.
