Super Pollo is always an invitation to eat good, soul warming food in a pleasant atmosphere! Staff is friendly and as always food is delicious!

This is a fast food restaurant, but with really good food that might actually be good for you. We ordered take-out for the evening - one of the family specials that included a whole chicken and four sides. We chose plantains, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and garden salad for the sides. My wife ordered a drink. Total ran about $45 plus tip The food tasted absolutely divine. The chicken was juicy - even the breast meat. I didn't have any of the mashed potatoes (not on my regular diet), but the plantains and creamed spinach were delicious. The place isn't fancy. It's good food at a decent price in a clean, simple setting.

Terrible attention, rude front desk people. The cashier with glasses and short hair is rude without common sense, as are the inoperative employees who cannot repeat the code to enter the bathroom. First and last time. Bad food, horrible atmosphere, stupidly expensive prices for the food that it is. They even charge for sauces. A bill of $60+ and they only give 3 sauces of each type. 6 in total for a whole chicken, potatoes, rice, beans, fried rice and 5 people serving themselves. $18 only on 4 bottles of soda where each flavor has a different price. They weren't even frozen, the drinks seemed like they had just been put in the freezer. After all the mistreatment of wanting to change the bottle for one that is frozen and get a different flavor (changing an unfrozen sprite for an ice-cold Coke) they say that I can't do it because it has a different price and I have to pay an extra $5 for a new bottle . That's without counting tip and tax. Bill of more than $70 for a waste of food and attention. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I don't know how they cook the chicken but it is always juicy and full of flavor. Ate there with the family at least 3 times. Everyone loved it. Get the family #2 a whole chicken with four sides.

Supper pollo was my favorite place to go until this women came , the new manager , she was extremely rude , she is treating the worker like slaves , they are working under bad pressure, the customers also , she screams all the time , she doesn’t respect anyone, I feel bad for the workers they were so respectful, they were the best , I decided not to go to this place again even though I was their customer for one year .

The food is really good, we ordered a chicken and 4 sides and let me tell you it was sooo good every time we came in. There are plenty of sides to add if you don't like mashed potatoes with gravy, but it's delicious. I defenatly recommend if you're close by to eat here.

The food is actually quite tasty, but sending a delivery to a Hotel with no flatware, napkins, paper plates or sald dressing make the ervice abyssmal. No one to anser the phone who speaks English either. One star fail.

The guy handling the chicken today literally wiped his nose with wet mucus in front me as I walked in, took the napkin wiped it all over his hands and gloves and wiped the counter with it, then looked at me and said can I help you? I was just looking at him waiting for him to change his gloves or wash his hands, nope he was ready to cut chicken and take my order! I walked out! WTH, DISGUSTING and AWFUL service, they act like we're not paying customers and like they're doing us a favor. I'm reporting him to the VA health department, as he's clearly doing that to so many people's food, either deliberately or no health and food service training. Best casual dining and carry-out Peruvian restaurant in NOVA. There is only one other place that is better, however it's a formal dining restaurant. We get food here regularly and get either Lomo Saltado or the chicken. 100% a must try.

Solid location with good old, awesome food. The burritos here are fantastic since they're stuffed with that good, juicy Peruvian rotisserie chicken.

Positives: Great chargrilled chicken and you can't go wrong with how amazing it tastes. Simply amazing 🐔 , green spicy chilly sauce, fresh fries and horchata. Negatives: the place is in an "okay" area. Parking is hard and the place has a homeless people issue. Make sure you pay for parking. The street parking folks here are practicing predatory parking with toe trucks constantly towing. 😑

Ordered via DoorDash and it was delicious, fresh and hot. Left a review on DD but it was so good I wanted to share here also. We ordered 2 of the 1/4 chicken plated dark meat and got a total of 4 sides (coleslaw, mashed potatoes, chick peas, and salad). Wish the salad had come with dressing, but besides that, the taste on everything was flavorful and just delicious, we wish we had ordered more! It was our first time trying and we already can’t wait to get it again. By far our new favorite chicken spot in Arlington!

Best Peruvian chicken restaurant in Arlington, IMHO. No frills, efficient counter service. Other menu options are available, but we always opt for the pollo el brasa and sides.
