words cannot describe how much i love the cookies and other sweet treats here. they are AMAZING. blows crumbl cookie WAY out of the water (especially because these cookies WONT make you sick 🙄!) getting amazing soft delicious fresh cookies AND supporting a small buisness with unique recipes and flavors is a HUGE win, if you are in the evergreen-conifer morrison, even lakewood area- I HIGHLY recommend going here. they seriously had a coke oreo brownie bar today and a root beer float cookie pie bomb thing - HOW COOL IS THAT?! please go support a local small business they are fantastic!!!

Just had the Raspberry white chocolate scones!! Goodness they were so delicious!! Can’t wait too try your other flavors!!!

Absolutely delicious sandwiches and deserts- People complaining about prices- go home and bake your own bread! People are cheap and complain. This isn’t Walmart service kids. Fresh, delicious- you pay for quality- if you want $1 bagels- Walmart is your spot. They also are EXTREMELY kind. I run a business myself and it takes time to cut costs down- one must establish themselves before you can get lower pricing- but again- you are paying for homemade quality items!!! Nice little stop for the wife and I always after our Evergreen hikes!

This is a great local bakery that always has fresh and tasty treats. Furthermore, even the gluten free items are top notch which is a hard find at most bakery’s. I also like that the owner supports our local community.

I wish the prices were posted. If they were, I would have walked out. Cookies were $4 each, 4" upside down cake was $8, 4" blueberry loaf $7.50, millionaire bar $6...$27 total for four items. Everything tasted ok, but very sugary. I won't be going back because of the prices.

Stopped in yesterday for a brownie and left with so many treats! Don’t miss the Oreo brownie or the Reese’s cookie, they were so good. My husband really enjoyed the vegan treat, too. The staff was also very kind and it’s worth mentioning they’re the only place in town I’ve seen with a soft serve ice cream machine.

Cookies were delicious. However, the bagels were extremely expensive. Granted they are handmade and sourdough. The price of a single bagel was $5. The local competition that also makes hand made bagels sells them for only $1.50 and if you buy a 1/2 dozen they give you 7 bagels so the price is actually $1.40. I don’t think it is fair to compare taste as that is personal preference thing for some. It just that the price was so outrageous that I felt intimidated and have not returned. Suz and company, I share this with all due respect and wish that you find a way to make your business successful. One can never have too many good bakeries near by.

They are so welcoming! If you haven’t tried it yet, you 100% should. They are also very kind! This is a great place to go get a treat or a delicious meal.

On top of their amazing custom cakes, their baked goods are creative and fun, and their food is fantastic. Everyone there is always very friendly.

My family and I love this bakery! The owner is so kind and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Love the variety of choice-including yummy breakfast options--I had a breakfast sandwich and the fresh sourdough bagels are delicious! Dining area is super cute and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio.

This bakery is close to my house and I really wanted to like it, but it definitely fell short of being fresh. I spent over $20 for 2 bagels with cream cheese, a vanilla lavender cupcake, and a s’mores cookie. The cookie was good, but the rest was very dry and stale leading me wondering what day they were actually baked. I couldn’t even eat the bagels and cupcake.

This bakery is awesome! My daughter wanted unicorn cookies for her birthday instead of cake, and of course Suz’s Cookie Jar Rescue came to the rescue with a beautiful, glitter-covered, delicious cookie!! My daughter and her friends loved them!! They are delicious. We’ve stopped by a couple times, and no matter what we get, it’s always delicious. I highly recommend them!

This bakery is da' shizznit. Homemade Nutter Butter Cookies and are addictive. ALl kinds of cakes, cookies, bundts, and breads. And the owners are awesome people. Stop in and treat yourself today!

We got chocolate chip cookies, orange chocolate biscotti, salted caramel mocha cookies, and a chocolate Bundt cake with vanilla frosting. Everything was good but they are pretty heavy-handed with the almond extract (especially in the chocolate cake, which I found unusual) so if you don't like almond extract this is probably not going to be your favorite bakery. The owners/bakers are super friendly though and if you're okay with almond extract I highly recommend this bakery

The bread from Sue’s bakery’s is absolutely amazing. The self life is so much better than what I usually get here in CO! Did I mention that they make sourdough loafs that are GF! Idk about you but usually I can’t eat GF baked goods bc I can always tell it’s GF, but at Suz you can’t tell the difference at all, with any of their GF goods! If you haven’t given this place a try yet I couldn’t recommend it more. You get to support local and get the freshest and most delicious baked goods close to home!

Being gluten free and dairy free makes finding tasty baked goods a challenge. Suz Cookie Jar Rescue has put an end to my search! Their Brookies and Blackberry Lemon Loafs are amazing!! It's truly hard to believe that they're are vegan and gluten free!! Can't wait to try more goodies from this bakery!

Their goodies are incredible! Had the cookie dough bar and oatmeal cream pie - YUMM! But also they do lunch! I ordered sandwiches for my husband and I - they were so delicious and we had left overs for dinner. Excited to continue to see what they cook up in the future. :)

Friendly polite service. Good selection. The store Appears Clean and organized. The goods were very tasty. I liked the authentic old time treats and new original recipes as well.

I ordered a custom "death by chocolate" cake for my daughter's 17th birthday. It was beautiful and delicious, plus it was reasonably priced! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would order a cake from Suz Cookie Jar Rescue again.

I am not much of a sweet tooth, but oh, how I love, love, love the gluten free (GF) breads!!!! Jalapeno cheddar, Grilled cheese, and the "Italian" are my favorites! This week I picked up the Parmesan-Spinach... YUM! They are baked fresh and delicious and I am always excited to try the new creations!

Love Sue and Jacquie! They’re the best bakery in town. There isn’t a thing I’ve tried that I didn’t like. Tonight I got vegan Samoa’s (like crack) delicious and super healthy and a pumpkin cream cheese streusel muffin 😳 3 of us were fighting over it, it was that good.

This was one of the first places I stopped to try in Bailey and it has been absolutely incredibly. I had to make a pit stop to pick up some more of the tasty Fruity Pebble Bars! The owner is incredibly kind :)

Wow just Wow. Suz Cookie Jar took on the challenge of feeding our local Silver Set luncheon group of approx. 35 people. Delicious mini meatloafs, awesome cheesy mashed taters and the homemade huge dinner rolls were awesome. Of course topped off with mini apple crisps in a jar. This mother daughter Bailey Unicorn duo are an awesome team. Thank you so much.😎

I love picking up some Gluten free goodies here when I'm in town. It's nice to buy a real sized loaf instead of the tiny loafs at the grocery store. So far my Gluten free favorites are jalapeno bread and the apple crisp.

I stopped by and got some Spinach and Parmesan rolls. I was gone for thirty minutes and when I got back, they had disappeared. Everyone in my family DEVOURED them. Even the kids who HATE spinach and anything even remotely considered healthy. Sue and Jackie have a way with their bread. If you are lucky enough to snag a loaf you will understand how wonderful they are when you take that first decadent bite!!! I don't think I can go back to box store bread.

Whenever a new restaurant/food service opens, I always go there to see what it has to offer. Whether I return depends on the food and the people serving/selling the food. At Suz Cookie Jar Rescue, both of those rate supurbly. Even if the cookies weren't as good as they are, I would still return just because the people are so pleasant. I love this place and highly suggest stopping by. Don't bring your credit card, stick with cash or you may end up buying way more than you plan on. :)

Suz Cookie Jar Rescue is such a gem in our local community! All of the treats are to die for, but the gluten free goodies are my favorite. The GF Frosted Cookie Bars and GF Jalapeno Cheese bread are delicious and I swear you can't tell the gluten free version from the traditional. If you have not stopped by the bakery, you are missing out!

Really great gluten free bread. Thick and flavorful. Somehow they were able to capture what I've been missing from every single other GF bread I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot over the years).
