I had the best ice cream of my life here!! “Stellar Espresso” is a 10/10. The staff was very friendly. The line moved quickly. Kid friendly. I would definitely come back!

The ice cream was very fresh and they have a lot of flavors and specialties to chose from. The girls behind the counter could have been a little more friendly.

Came here with a few friends to grab some ice cream. It was very packed and each of us got a pint of ice cream. We stood at the register for awhile before a girl came over. She told us,"Sorry I have to check out my order of 15." We got out of the way. One of my friends verbalized the issue at hand and a lady behind us trying to purchase one candy bar expressed her upset as well. The girl apologized and then quietly asked for the 15 people to come to the register, mind you it was very loud in this place with all the people. She called out 3 times before my friend shouted for the group of 15 to come over and finally the people came. The ice cream was good but me, my friends, and the lady behind us were very upset with the poor customer service. Honestly rightfully so. Simply put, why would you check out 15 people who just got ice cream and not the people who were standing at the register the entire time?

Expect to wait a little bit. There's been a line each time we have gone or passed by. However, the wait wasn't as long as expected. The employees weren't slacking at all. I ordered plain chocolate, and my husband ordered the cotton candy. They do offer gluten-free ice cream and gluten-free cones! Their menu inside is color coded based on gluten-free free flavors as well. For someone with Celiac, it was nice to be able to see these options immediately and not have to ask if certain flavors were gluten-free. There is also an awesome candy shop!

Awesome, cute, large ice cream place. Lots of great flavors. Their board is really easy to decipher for food allergies. They had 4 dairy free options, 3 of which were gluten free - two sorbets and one almond fudge or something.

We’ve now visited this ice cream place twice in the last twenty four hours.. it’s safe to say we can’t get enough! There’s not only a great variety of flavors but they all taste so wonderful. The ladies behind the counter are so helpful and knowledgeable on the flavors. This place is a must!

This is a fun place for older people and younger people. There are nostalgic candies and drinks for purchase; a lot of things you can't find anymore. They also sell stuffed animals, puzzles, and games. The ice cream is fairly pricy, however the scoops are very large and the ice cream is really tasty.

Place is super cool for the kids to visit and nostalgic for us grownups. I they have candy's from a long time ago

Amazing ice cream and candy shop near Marco Island beach! Not much seating inside if you decide to eat in. Parking is tight with angled parking in front of store which is full during busy times. Ice Cream was rich tasting with full flavor. A must stop on a hot day after the beach.

Really good ice cream served by really nice people in a little space. Lots of nostalgia for the older folks, and plenty of interesting things for the younger ones. And did I mention the ice cream?

I stood in line for several minutes waiting to pay for my ice cream. No one was at the register. When the girl finally came up there, she told me I was going to have to wait to pay until AFTER a large group that was behind me! Excuse me?? NO! I left the ice cream on the counter and left without. VERY POOR SERVICE

Not a trip to Marco without a visit (or two or three) to Sweet Annie's. If you can't find an ice cream here you like, you won't find it anywhere.

If you have kids and your on Marco this is a kids right of passage. Been coming here for over 15+ years on every Marco trip. The assortment just gets better and better every year. Would love to see some British candy though(crunchies, flakes)❤️

Great service and amazing ice cream! A must stop!

There was a line of like 30 people and the speed of which the workers made the line go down was astounding. I would highly recommend the Dreamsicle flavor. Additionally, everyone on the staff was working extra hard, especially that red shirt dude, all giving their 100%. Respectful, fast, and friendly!

We had a big group and these guys did a great job taking care of us. It could have been more streamlined if we were more organized but the ice cream was delicious and we loved exploring the nostalgic candy section. It’s worth the looking if nothing else.

Super good ice cream and options. My wife got the coffee ice cream, kids super man, and I got a chocolate malt. All was awesome, and none went to waste. The only problem was there was a bit of a wait. The line was out the door! We will definitely be back! There are lots of other sweets options here as well. Some ill time coffees and such. I think I'll grab a Zagnut next time.

This is my favourite treat place on the island. We always go a couple times during our stay. The scoops are huge. They always have a great selection including vegan and gluten free. They have a ton of old fashioned candy and treats. Very nostalgic.

There was a server there tonight that was pretty miserable and ruined the experience for us. I understand the service industry can be rough sometimes but if you’re not gonna be happy at least do your job right.Ice cream is great as always though!

Oh boy...where do we start? How about something a little sweet? They have Ice Cream covered in the Marco/Naples market! November 2023 Update! Brought family in after Thanksgiving and all the buzz was about how Annie's has gone from "family" to "corporate" Scoops with their Cones. We could not believe how they have downsized their serving sizes. Oh well...the flavor and quality still seems the same but it is a pricy Cone now!

Just had possibly the best ever ice cream. Key lime pie. This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re on Marco Island.

On our way from Ft Lauderdale to Naples for the weekend it wouldn’t be a vacation if we didn’t stop in Marco Island for the best ice cream ever ! The vibe at Sweet Annie’s, the personal service, old fashioned candy, puzzles and toys make it even more special! The only thing I wish they had to make it even more awesome would be an arcade! Arcade games would be like the cherry on top of the sundae!

OMG!!! We went here for ice cream and were so excited to see that they have so much more!!! Cool candy! Tons of retro soft drinks! Nehi !!! Dads Root Beer !!! The owner Tim is the coolest! I highly recommend!!! The Bear Claw ice cream is amazing! It’s like it’s a chocolate covered brownie with chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce!!! Never had any like it!!! Yummy!!!

Chocolate milkshake was one of the best I've ever had. There were a lot of people when we visited around 8:30pm, seating was limited but we got a seat eventually.

All the reviews were so true!! Really good flavors ( we tried toasted coconut delicious , also the Twix and cookies and cream!!)and the staff so kind and accommodating, my daughter has also a peanut allergy and they also grab her flavor from the back to avoid cross contamination!! Definitely will come back when we visit Marco island again!!

The ice cream here is worth the wait! There’s almost always a line, it moves fast and the ice cream is good! I get the peanut butter cup! Yum!

Great customer care , even thought there was a long line , they were quick and always with a smile , definitely coming back whenever I am at Marco island , my kids love it . The black cherry ice cream was awesome.

YES, I am referring to the location at Marco Island. Skipped over in line twice. Staff was disorganized. The line took forever to move, because we were told we can’t be checked out until the person who “took care of you” gets you (And then told to stand aside so the people that came in after us can check out before us - there were two of us that got single scoops in cups and four of them so don’t need to hear that we had a larger group or had difficult orders). Makes no sense. I’m a local who likes his ice cream and I’d much rather make the further drive and give my business to Sweet Melissa’s in Bonita Springs or Royal Scoop (Both places are fantastic) Ice cream is just as comparable, if not better (although unfortunately I’ll never give Sweet Annie’s another shot to really get a fair comparison) and much better service. Felt unwelcomed here. Unfortunate because I was hopeful as the place has potential. Just one horrible customer service experience is all it takes when there are other great options- I don’t need to hear excuses because I’ve been going to the other ice cream shops in SW Florida the last handful of years since becoming a resident and never had a poor experience with the actual staff anywhere else.
