Want to start off by saying the cookies and ice cream taste wonderful. This has been our new cookie spot lately, but tonight was not so great. We purchased a pint of ice cream and some cookies tonight, but when we got home, we realized the pint wasn’t full. I called to let them know the pint was not full, and the employee said this they only put 4 scoops of ice cream in a pint, even if it’s not full. We love their cookies and ice cream but I’m pretty disappointed about the pint. If this is the case they should sell 4 scoop containers and not pints. Imagine getting home ready to eat your ice cream and you see there is this much empty space in the carton. What a bummer.

The pie triple threat pie had raw cookie dough I got home and threw up 2 hours later very unsafe to eat raw cookie dough. The cookie was good but I wished they warmed it up the girl just threw it in the bag and it felt like she was rushing us.

I have tried many cookies around town. I want to say these are the best cookies. They taste fresh, have variety and the place looks nice inside. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning for more cookies!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Sweet Lichs in South Miami. We called ahead to inquire specifically about vegan options since both of our children have severe dairy allergies. The lady who answered, Leslie, assured us that they had a vegan option available—a s’mores vegan cookie. We confirmed this with her and felt confident enough to make the trip to the store. However, when we arrived, we were shocked and dismayed to find that they did not have any vegan options available. Despite our prior confirmation with Leslie, the staff seemed unaware of our request and unprepared to accommodate our needs. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially since we had gone out of our way to visit the store based on their assurances. Our children, who were looking forward to a special treat, were left disappointed and without any safe options to enjoy. This kind of oversight and lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with food allergies that can have serious health implications. Sweet Lichs needs to improve their customer service and ensure that their staff is properly informed about their offerings, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. We will not be returning, and I advise others with dietary needs to be cautious when dealing with this establishment.

I'm so glad we found this place! The ice cream is great and the cookies are my favorites. I could eat those things all day. I bought a bakers dozen to bring to the office and my coworkers were instantly hooked. They have tons of flavors, all delicious. Guava, M&M, Cookies and Cream, and Double Chocolate are all favorites. The atmosphere is cute, too, with seating by large, open windows and a cushioned sofa with pillows. I go to the US1 location, and it's easy to pull off into the little parking strip and grab a treat. I highly recommend stopping in here.

Purchase one of each cookie. Some cold, some hot each and every single one of them tasted just like butter. Not in the good way but in a bad way too much butter or some type of cheap fat

The CUTEST new cookie and ice-cream shop! The decor is instagram chic, and the cookies are to die for! Service was great, such friendly staff! Perfect for a local late night sweet tooth craving!

My son doesn't care much for cake, so we got a choc chip 14" cookie for his bday party. Definitely a hit. I'm not a huge chocolate chip cookie fan, but the rich choc chips and the slightly caramel-y base did make them one of my top 3 choc chip cookie tastes ever. Just soft enough, without being undercooked goo... and the slight bit of icing on the cookie "cake" was really a great complimentary flavor.

My favorite cookies in miami! Simple, chewy, none of the fluff. They make the perfect classic chocolate chip cookie. Their dulce de leche ice cream is also very yummy. I’ve been a fan for years and now they opened their new location which is decorated very cute. I’m excited to see what more they have in store!

We got Sweet Lich’s to make cookies as dessert for our wedding. We LOVE their cookies; we ordered their chocolate chip, guava white chocolate, and vegan chocolate chip cookies. They were amazing + all of our guests loved them. I highly recommend Sweet Lich’s if you’re looking for some of the best cookies in Miami.

Top shelf quality and taste! They always have an absolutely delicious variety of seasonal and classic cookies to choose from. You know its good when you find yourself daydreaming about them way too often lol! Not to mention they are family owned and it feels good to support a fellow neighbor versus a nameless corporation. Would post pics but we ate them all too fast...

We will continue purchasing your products. ———————————————————————Giving them three stars for the simple fact that they probably have one of the best cookies and cookie cakes in Miami. The customer service deserves a 1 star for the fact that if you have to go pick up a cake or treats at the store, it is never ready at the pick up time and one of the women that answers the door (some chick with dirty smelly clothes and nose a ring), does not greed, just stares at you like you’re knocking at her home and have a million excuses as to why the order is not ready with an attitude. You’re better off using Uber eats or such to order, so you don’t have to deal with them directly. But like I said, their products are delicious.

We drove up to these storage garages and were convinced we were at the wrong place. It was pretty sketchy, but we finally saw the sign and decided to try knocking. The server inside was SO sweet and let us order on the spot (although I guess normally you should order ahead). There was about 45min-1 hour wait to get the fresh baked cookies but it was SO worth it. You can do any combination of cookie flavors which is really nice. The cookies are soft and flavorful. We also got the milk and cookies ice cream which was AMAZING. Unlike cookie dough ice cream, the milk and cookies ice cream has baked cookies inside and it's perfect. They even have vegetarian marshmallows! We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it. We just hope it'll get enough business to upgrade from sketchy garage to an actual storefront. Only thing I wish is they'd use marshmallow fluff in the s'mores flavor so it's a more true to marshmallow flavor but still vegetarian! But overall great experience and super kind service.

Delicious cookies and treats, but it is their service that really makes them my go-to cookie vendors in South Florida! Stephanie helped me bring 600 cookies throughout the South Florida area and always communicated with me what is needed. She even went out of her way to help us get our cookie tags printed with a printing vendor. Side note - the brownie cookie marshmallow pie is delightful!

Great desserts and great customer service! I had called ahead of time to ask about allergy friendly food and the employee we spoke to was very helpful. The desserts were almost all fine for a nut allergy (only one has nuts and is kept separate). The desserts we got were both delicious. And the employee inside was so sweet.

Honestly these cookies are the best hands down! After trying the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I was hooked! I’ve never had such a perfect cookie like these especially the oatmeal chocolate chip one. First of all they’re hard to find , even the ones in Walmart are sold out all the time but THEIRS are soft and goey ! They taste like if my grandma somehow knew how to make oatmeal chocolate chip and made them in the kitchen by scratch. They’re sooooooooo goooooooddddd. TRY THEM! After trying sweet lichs I can’t eat any other cookies from any other vendors.

I cannot get enough of these cookies!! I have legitimately ordered it religiously for the past 4 weeks. We were having a typical movie night with some friends and we decided to try this place out on a whim. The pictures online looked great and the craving of a chocolate chip cookie needed to be taken care off. we placed the order through Uber eats and had it delivered to the house just in time to start the film. We all took that first bite and we’re absolutely shocked. The cookies were thin but gooey. The chocolate chip cookie specifically just melted in your mouth with every bite, with an outer crispy border and a soft center. Which is the epitome of a perfect cookie in my opinion. You also can’t go wrong with their take on an Oreo cookie!! If you’re ever in the area make sure to place your order here, I promise you won’t regret it! -The Fashionable Foodie

Finally! A simple, soft, chewy, gooey, perfectly baked cookie. I will go out on a limb and say these are the best cookies I have ever had. Sweet Lich's is an incredible small business & minority owned bakery in Miami. I've seen them hustling for years and they just launched their official kitchen just in time to deliver cookies to everyone in this pandemic!! Honestly every birthday in my family is now celebrated with Frankie's pizza and a Sweet Lich's Triple Threat cake for dessert. People are obsessed the minute they try it! Also the Mallow Squares are the stuff of dreams. And the cookies - THE COOKIES. So many flavors! Crunchy and gooey and hot and delicious. I love Sweet Lich's. My family loves Sweet Lich's. And you're going to love them, too!
