Great food and service. Love having this local option!

This place is great but my only complaint is that they close too early. Hurry up and open more locations, please!!

I had the crème Carmel and it was delicious. The guy working the drive through was super friendly. A little pricy for 2 coffees at & $11.50 but still enjoyed it.

The cappuccino was so burnt and smelled awful I didn’t t even know coffee could smell bad and the Vietnamese iced coffee was just as bad. I would not go here

Very friendly. The mocha wad great. Wish the scone was a little more moist. Had the pretzel breakfast sandwich today, quite yummy.

The best coffee shop in town! I've been going here daily for almost 2 years. Way better than any starbucks you'll ever have.

Forgot my wallet but had little over $4 in cash in my truck. As how my a small iced cappuccino with heavy cream was. Over $7 for a freaking small.. $2 up charge for heavy cream, on a small! 😳. No thanks, that’s outrageous. Went next door to Sugar Llamas 🦙 and asked for the exact same thing. It was $4.33. It tasted delicious and I got a free little doughnut. I’m a Sugar Llamas girl now.

I love this place! The coffee is always great, and the workers are super nice. They have new drinks everytime I come in and I love trying them out! The best food is the spinach and feta pretzel melt.

It was ok. Nice bakery section overall. Very clean. I didn't have any food but I was there for an event. The food looked good.

I have driven by Sweetwaters for almost a year now and finally decided to give it a try. This has been the best choice. Allie, who helped me, was super sweet. I tried her recommendation and she let me sample things until I could find something I liked. Going in, I expected to just buy a coffee and possibly a pastry. Here I am walking out with not one, but two growlers. Amazing customer service and completely reasonable prices. Thank you guys so much for having this gem open :)

Honestly, I didn’t even know about this cafe… met some church members here and it is absolutely great! Their food selection is so tasty, and their drinks… let me just put it this way: better than Starbucks! Staff is amazing, and just the entire atmosphere/vibe is superb. I’d choose this over Starbucks for sure!

My go to every Sunday for a hot coffee and hot chocolate for the wife. Service is always amazing, coffee is superb. Love this place ❤️

I've been to Sweetwaters now twice and received polar opposite experiences each time I visited. I can officially say they have the nicest staff in Magnolia, WOW, In comparison to my first visit and they operate like a well-oiled machine. Unfortunately, the coffee was not my favorite in Texas, hope this can be changed on my next visit.

Tried one specialty hot coffee and one specialty cold brew, they both tasted like chalk. Terrible, for the same price just go to Starbucks

My favorite place for coffee, treats, or breakfast. They have the BEST coffee and tea. Highly recommend Sweetwaters over any other coffee place i.e. Starbucks. The food is so much better at Sweetwaters and the coffee doesn't make me sick to my stomach like Starbucks has always done.

It was so spacious and quiet place! Liked their signature menus and pastries!! The service was awesome, and the place was clean. They have a lot of power outlets, too👍

5 stars in all categories. Super cute place with great coffee and great food. Baristas were very nice and even recommended a drink based on what I was looking for. They had art on the walls for sale that was done by local 5th and 6th graders in Magnolia ISD. Super cute. Will definitely be back.

The sausage pretzel melt is absolutely fantastic and the coffee is so much better than Starbucks.

My dad and I visit this location all the time on our way to work and we LOVE it. Such a great, cozy place to grab tea and coffee with delicious sandwiches to boot! I generally stick with the passionfruit tea and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. We really appreciate the staff too (shoutout to Caitlyn!) :D

Loved their Iced ginger lemon tea, the ginger kicks in really well. The blueberry scones are just fine. But their teas are the best.

Absolutely an awesome place. Sandwich on a bagel!! Are you kidding me? They're my favorite. The coffee was great, the atmosphere is chill and laid back. Would recommend 10/10. Staff is friendly and super kind and knowledgeable.

Store has the best coffee and food and my kids love the pink dragon also the owner is the most amazing person you will ever meet. I drive past several other coffee shops to come here and will continue to do the same that's how amazing this place is.

Have you ever ridden a motorcycle through a virtual space that you're not sure if you're going to make it out alive? Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea barely resembled such an experience.

Good coffee, nice selection of pastries and other goodies, fair prices and good indoor seating and even tables outside. Definitely a place you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and a good conversation with a good friend.

Great food and drinks but disappointed in their loyalty program and birthday reward. I pretty much always get the frappe drinks which are crazy expensive! But then they don’t let you use your rewards points on them. Or even your birthday drink. With all the money you spend on them being overly expensive (they are like $7 now!) surely you earn a free one here and there?!

Nice concept and pretty good quality. Operations is way too slow even when they are slow. Somehow on one visit, a lady behind me looking at shirts trumped any attention to making our beverages and it took 15+ minutes to complete our order. I’ve tried three times to give this place business but we won’t give it a fourth. To the owners… work on your operation efficiency and you might be able to save this place. Best of luck.

I stopped by your store on 1488 on Monday (2.13) about 3:00 to purchase a couple of drinks. Let me say that your staff is always friendly and your store manager, Heather, is top notch. If you don’t mind, I would like share an example of Heather’s positive engagement with her customers. We went through the drive through about a month ago and ordered our usual. My wife happened to mention that she really need a good drink since she was having surgery that week for a knee replacement. Heather and her staff completed our drink orders (which by the way Heather has memorized my drink request (Dirty Cold Brew that includes an extra shot of expresso and 5 Splendas). Heather took the time to add a special note on the side of the cup saying “Libby, hope your surgery goes well and you get well soon”. My wife kept the cup and placed it for safe keeping in our cupboard.

Yummmmm! This place is so inviting and the drinks are amazing! I had the pomegranate tea and it’s freshly brewed! I highly recommend for work meetups, a friendly get together or with a significant other!❤️

If you are in the need for a quick bite, coffee, or tea Sweetwaters is the spot for you!! Their seasonal coffees are soooo delicious!! I love their pumpkin latte and mistletoe matcha ice dragon!!! You can’t really go wrong with any of their options. They also have cute merch and cups like their year of the rabbit cups!! The staff is always helpful and cheerful. This location is also really good to study or hang out.

I highly recommend Sweetwaters Coffee. Why ANYONE would ever go to Starbucks over this place is besides me. The staff was amazing, coffee was excellent and the atmosphere is so inviting. Oh and I forgot to mention there prices are very reasonable. #ShopLocal and support hometown people.

What a great spot! There are great options for coffee and tea and pastries. We tried the hot ginger raspberry tea and a dreamy cold brew coffee which has vanilla in it. Both were fantastic! The dreamy coffee wasn’t too sweet but maybe that was because I added some extra shots. The pastry options seemed great. They even had cheesecake. The atmosphere feels light and bright and they have a decent amount of seating.

The staff is very friendly. The drinks and food are incredible, especially the shakes. Such a cool environment and great addition to Magnolia. They also do catering and have really neat items to purchase that represent the company such as buttons, shirts, tea, etc. Plus they have a drive thru.. so convenient!
