Serendipity had us stop in for lunch and I am SO glad we did! The beautiful setting is unique and perfect for special events, but many appeared to just be having lunch. The food and service is excellent - I had a fabulous house salad and vegetable quiche. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

The food was awesome and our server Cory was wonderful and very attentive and very thorough and detail oriented.

We had dinner at Sybill’s tonight for the first time, everyone had raved about the place…now we understand why! The food was amazing, service was wonderful, and we absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere. It’s a must try! We had the five cheese stuffed mushrooms, prime rib, and surf n’ turf pasta. Everything was amazing! I grabbed a tiramisu to go, so delicious! We’ll definitely be back!

Always a pleasure to dine here. I will have dinner here often. I wish all dining establishments wood be this courteous and professional.

This was one of an exclusivist experience. I don't eat salmon usually in restaurant (never found one done to perfection), this one exceed the perfection, the top on it was exclusivist also. Excellent is not the word, perfection is. Beautiful people, excellent food. Will return

Drove by many times and am now glad we stopped. As nice as everyone previously said. The waiter was excellent, attentive, but not overwhelming. Loved the side salad.My wife's steak was perfectly cooked and tender... She loved the mashed potatoes! Lemon chicken was very good, but a bit too much pepper for my taste. A real hidden gem; will definitely go back. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never had an inadequate meal at Sybills. Friendly staff always welcoming you in. Dining rooms very elegantly decorated. Try the front porch or bar seating for a more casual atmosphere. Ample portions for the bigger appetites or order soup and salad. Appetizers for every palate and desserts to die for.

We enjoyed this restaurant immensely. The food is top notch and the service is excellent. The bacon wrapped scallops and crème brûlée were a delight to the taste buds. Definitely will come again!

Went on a little road trip today to St James. And ate at Sybills. Delicious food. Had Dawn as our waitress. She was wonderful.

Celebration for an 80th birthday. We were put in a private room with 2 servers for a group of 25. Those ladies were amazing. They kept the glasses full, and as far as I know, there were no complaints. Everyone received what they ordered, and we were able to stay and visit with out of town family. The food was excellent, especially the salmon special.

Update..had lunch there today and again everything was delicious. I had the chicken salad and it is delicious and the sweet potato fries with the maple glaze are out of this world good. We showed up without a reservation on Mother's Day and they were able to seat us immediately on the wonderful wrap around porch. The food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. And even though my husband and I were there without our children I still received a Mother's Day treat.

Top end restaurant. Custom built and furnished restaurant by second gen restaurateurs. Had the 5/4 thick pork chop with asparagus and potatoes. Yumm. Excellent hosting, bar keep, and wait staff.

Service is always great and they have the best food around.

Absolutely incredible experience. Our server, Dawn, was extremely attentive, prompt, and very sweet. The food itself was just amazing. I ordered the Cobb salad finished every bite. Finally, the restaurant location was very nice both inside and out. When I’m passing through this area again, this is now one of my must-do stops.

We were there for an early Valentines Day lunch with another couple. Everything was great. We will be back.

The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, everything is 5 star.

We had the strawberry spinach salad and the chicken salad plate at lunch time. Both were ok. The strawberry spinach salad was not that great. It was a lot of spinach with some strawberries. My colleague got the chicken salad and she said it didn’t taste that great. Our server was ok.

Amazing food! My wife and I go back every year for our anniversary and they always have amazing service and delicious food! By far our favorite restaurant!

This was my second visit to Sybill's. The first was mediocre. But last night, it wasn't very good. Disappointing, considering the price and the drive.

Not a fan of this restaurant. I've dined here twice and both times it was a wholly unsatisfactory dining experience. Way too crowded, it feels like dining at a wedding reception, the food is fair at best, my steak was cooked terribly, rare at one end and well done at the other. My friend's fish was undercooked. I waited a half hour for a glass of tea. My salad was Romain lettuce drenched in creamy Italian. Everyone raves about this place and I don't know why. Pretentious and overpriced. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... I'll never go back.

My husband and I decided to reserve a dinner time table as part of our 10 year anniversary trip. We enjoyed our food, tried new foods and drinks and all around had a great time. We are not used to such a fine setting but we hope to one day return to try some more amazing dishes. Thanks for your great service and good!

Our waitress was great. Food just ok. Ordered a simple chicken salad and chicken parmesan and waited an hour for it. Weird artwork including a very bizarre depressing horse picture. Pretty sure they over charged my poor grandma,70$ for two meals and coffee??!!! Waaaay overpriced.will NOT be returning.

Went there for a special occasion. Ordered the lobster bisque soup, lasagna and bread pudding for dessert. Each dish was delicious. Our waiter was attentive. A fine dining experience with a laid back feel.

Great place and I would definitely go back but my fish was over cooked and the chip were not the traditional type when referring to fish and chips they were (crisps) ??? . My wife’s chicken sandwich was great.

Had a business meeting at Sybill’s. The food was excellent. My wife had an 8 oz steak that was so tender and tasty. Very high quality meat and great service.

Service was fine. Food was not as expected for the price. I ordered a medium steak, clarifying I wanted it pink but no red in the center. Was advised to order medium+ so I did. Steak came out as red in the middle as my husband’s medium rare steak so I sent it back. The same steak came back out a few minutes later cooked correctly in the middle but the outside was burnt to a black crisp and it had no flavor left. The sides were good originally but by the time they came back out they were also barely warm. I stayed polite the whole time but the meal was pretty disappointing.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! Beautiful decor, gourmet food, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this gem of a retaurant!

Always a wonderful experience at Sybill's, but today they went above and beyond! I was with a group and had to leave early - they brought my check early as I had requested, then switched from served soup to packing it to go. Instead of just pouring the soup I know they had already put in a bowl, into a to-go cup, they packed me a fresh serving with chives on top, and when I got to eat it 15 minutes later it was still hot! What a great job they did for me! And of course, the soup was soooo delicious!! Fabulous food, wonderful people, beautiful renovated historic house - don't miss it!

I was very happy with this restaurant. I have been all over the country and this one is definitely one of my top favorite atmospheres. Not to mention the taste of everything was delicious. Bread, salad, entree, and drink selection. We will be back.

What a great discovery. We are traveling through and stopped for gas. Imagine our delight to discover this beautiful and delicious place. I had Sybil's salad with grilled salmon. It was an interesting salad with asparagus, edamame cherry tomatoes and almonds. Every sauce and dressing is house made fresh. And in May, they are serving salad greens they raise in their own garden. The honey almond vinaigrette is so good I am planning to buy some to take with me. The service is knowledgeable and friendly. The environment is elegant but relaxed. My friend got the cod sandwich, also delicious. I highly recommend this place. A diamond in the middle of nowhere. When deciding about dessert, the lady at the next table said her sister travels from Arkansas to get the carrot cake. This place is worth the trip!

This restaurant was so warm and welcoming. It was like fine dining at your rich uncle’s house. My fiancé and I went a couple days after Valentine’s Day because we waited last minute and couldn’t get a reservation on the actual day. The ambiance is amazing. The details in the art and decor really make this place special. I even purchased a painting I saw in the ladies’ room! The food was magical and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and our server very helpful with menu recommendations. The wine was also great. Overall this was a perfect night!

Wonderful place to celebrate S&T graduation

Had one on the best dinners ever last night! All 9 of us loved our meals including the bread, salads, soups, entrees and desserts! I don’t know how they make their beef so tender, but it was heavenly. The staff was extremely nice too. My only regret was we didn’t have time to see the gift shop.

What's not to love about this place! Beautiful inside and out. They have a very big menu. I ordered the lobster shrimp bisque, the fish and chips with a side salad and the portions were big and so delicious. The cod was cooked to perfection. I hope to go again to try more of their menu. The service was excellent.

Great food, it came out quick and tasted amazing. We got the cod sandwich and a burger, we split the artichoke dip and some clam chowder. It was all great.

We drive 40 miles to eat at Sybil's a few times a year. Last night was the first time I was disappointed. I did like the bread and butter. The lobster rangoon was weird, the surf and turf pasta was awful so, based on that, we did not have a dessert. Such a disappointment. So we drove 40 miles home.

AMAZING food and service! We cannot wait to go back here. My husband is still talking about the dessert he had here and he's not even a dessert guy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have had dinner here about 3 or 4 times and I've never had anything that did not taste great. The steak and chops are both excellent.

dont get me started on this place felt like moms house not a place i thought i would love but i will be back the food was amazing.

My husband and I just had dinner to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. Everything was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. We sat at the bar so Chad was our server and did a wonderful job. He was very efficient and polite. We will definitely be coming back here. So thank you for making our anniversary very special.

Service was great but the food was not. Ribeye was only cooked on one side. My wife's had the same issue. I sent mine back for correction. Our friend got a fish dish and it was soggy and mushy. I've been there before with better food. I'll probably not go back after this though. $300 for four people to be fed poorly prepared food was very disappointing.
