Diversed, flavourful food makes my mouth salivate just thinking about the next I am going back to TajineXpress. I would highly recommend the especialty plates serve from Friday to Sunday on a first come, first served basis. So, arrive early and deleite yourselves!

The worst service. You can over hear spanish speaking behind the counter but completely ignoring people ordering on their kiosk. Moroccan bread was cold and hard. None of the 3 soups in the menu were available. No silverware was initially provided. Tea was taking too long we had to ask for water to wash our meal but no water was available. Really bad dining experience unfortunately too many wrongs to try again.

Tagine Express is a real find! The Moroccan cuisine is excellent, offering traditional dishes like tagine and couscous at very affordable prices. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tajine Express. It is a hidden gem offering an authentic Moroccan culinary experience. The restaurant is really vibrant and colorful. The star of the show was the lemon chicken tajine. It’s been one of the best I’ve ever had. Prepared in a traditional Moroccan tagine, this dish allowed the flavors to meld together perfectly, creating a symphony of taste. The tender meat, aromatic spices, flavorful sauce was simply mouth watering. Tajine Express is a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of Morocco. I have heard a lot of good things about Tajine Express and I really wanted to try it with my family and when we finally made it, we had a great experience to remember. It was definitely worth the long trip and the money. The food is without a doubt, the best authentic Moroccan food we ate away from home. It was well seasoned and cooked the right way. My kids are very picky, but they enjoyed their meals. My wife barely enjoys any food outside but she was very impressed. The lemon chicken, the chicken Tagine , the lamb Tagine and the seasoned ground beef were our favorites. Also, the restaurant cleanliness and the background music made us feel cozy and at home. We will come back again for the hot mint tea at the end.

You order on the kiosk which is nice and because you can see all the options but you also miss the personal touch but I still liked it because you didnt have to wait. The food was really good. The bread omg took us back to being in Morocca so good. The tea also , so glad we were able to add or omit the sugar if we wanted to. The decor also reminded us of Fez. Hubby had the Lamb with couscous and I had the beef with prunes tajine. Glad we finally went there

Cashier barely spoke English and couldn’t answer my questions about the menu. I asked her to make a suggestion for me to try and that didn’t go anywhere either. So I ordered the falafel for $6. Four Tiny little balls. Deep fried and frozen on the inside. Just awful first visit. I wouldn’t rush to go back but based on other positive reviews I will next time I am in the area and hopefully it goes better.

Great food at this hole in the wall family owned restaurant! The flavors of the vegetable tagine was exploding in my mouth ...I'm accustomed to spicy Indian food and I didn't want that flavor but still a tweak on middle eastern. The olives added tart and was different...I thought I'd see raisins and cashews but.....nice nice ! Couscous platter was also yummy !

Absolutely not!!! I was totally ignored entering the restaurant, didn’t know where and how to order. When I received my food the meat was burnt dry and flaky no sauce was put on the sandwich and I was given a child’s portion. The cook was friendly to the Caucasian that entered but made sure I knew I was unwelcome.

The food was great and well seasoned. I had the lamb platter. However, I felt the portion size was small for the price point. The rice portion was much smaller than the meat. I had some lamb leftover with nothing to eat it with. Overall, I was happy with the meal. It was takeout, so I can't really comment on service. No smile when I walked into the pretty much empty restaurant though. Will I come again? Yes. Hopefully with a better portion of rice and a 😃.

My wife and I came to eat at this restaurant, we wanted to try something new. To begin with, the restaurant maintains a very clean and calm environment. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile. The food is delicious, we started with something small to try and ended up ordering a little of everything. I recommend this site to anyone who wants to try something new. 10/10 food and 10/10 service.

This is the best restaurant in Orlando, the atmosphere is very pleasant, spacious, comfortable, clean and familiar, the food is delicious with vegetarian dishes and the service is of the highest quality, they also have a catering service to cater for any type of meeting or events It is on the first floor so it is ideal for people in wheelchairs and has a very large, enclosed and free parking lot.

Lovely restaurant with very gracious hosts. We hosted a volunteer appreciation lunch at TajineXpress. The organization was very smooth and easy. The owners are wonderful people to work with, and they provided a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and environment.

I recently visited a this place and was blown away by the incredible flavors and impeccable location. The food was outstanding, with every bite bursting with authentic Moroccan spices that made my taste buds dance with joy. I love love loved this place. It's turned from love to loved because the last few times I ordered my favorite dish, the chicken couscous meal with extra tfaya. The just left off my favorite part of the meal which is the tfaya. How did I pay extra for the extra tfaya, didn't get the extra and didn't even get it in my meal! Please get this order right again in the future so I can go back to loving it!

I LOVE this place!!! I am a little sad to admit I’ve never had the privilege of eating here in person (although I would love to and plan to soon!). However, I’ve ordered delivery from here many, many times over the past few years that they’ve been available on Ubereats (at least 2-4 times a month. Typically every weekend as I love their weekend special, the lamb couscous. I am grateful as my food-averse toddler does too: it is a struggle to get my child to eat anything except chicken nuggets and cheerios. But somehow, miraculously, the lamb couscous is also his jam, which is great for the both of us because it gives me an excuse to order it regularly). My family and I are obsessed with their food. We have tried almost everything from here (except for the sandwiches. There’s no real reason we haven’t tried those yet other than that we’ve just really enjoyed their other entrees to much to stray from them). Everything they make here is incredibly delicious and fresh. Also, unlike so many places in Orlando now, their food is actually worth the price you pay (which isn’t much for the quality/portions anyways, comparatively). I’m a born and bred Orlando foodie, and I’ve been lucky enough to try so many of the wonderful food options we’ve started to have here in the past 5-10 years. That said, I’d recommend TajineXpress over and over again to anyone wanting to know places in Orlando that they *need* to try at least once. It’s too good to miss out on.

Great food as always. Really reminds me of home! Delicious and affordable. One thing that I noticed was they increased the prices of their dishes twice in the span of a week. I understand the cost of living is getting higher but please do not out price your customers. Finding affordable and delicious food is very hard now a days. Please don’t let this restaurant become a place with expensive food.

Always love coming here, it reminds me of home. The food is authentic and delicious. I usually order online and pick up is very easy. The customer service is great, I recently ordered a catering order from them and Maria was super helpful and prompt, it made planning food for our event very easy. Definitely recommend if you want a taste of Morocco!

The Moroccan salad was excellent, the beef and prunes were moist and flavorful, and the Bastilla was sweet and spicy (like lots of spices.) Very nice to have a great Moroccan place in the area after having been to Morocco many years ago and looking for that taste afterwards.

The cuisine of this restaurant is amazing, I recommend and the waitress is very welcoming!

We were craving some Moroccan food, especially after visiting Morocco this past year. We came across this authentic restaurant, and it did not disappoint. Upon the entrance, the restaurant looked very clean with a welcoming staff and owner. Their menu is small, but has all the popular Moroccan dishes that we love. We ordered couscous and the tagine, as well as the soup and the Kafta sandwich. Also the freshly baked bread was so delicious we had to take some home. The food tasted delicious, fresh and authentic. We also enjoyed the Moroccan mint tea. I definitely recommend visiting this place or ordering online for your events.

This is really great food. Well seasoned, the Chicken and long grain rice is amazing. Seriously recommend place for great tasting food. You never know what you get from a place on take out. You will not be disappointed!!

Every Saturday our company buys food as catering from here we get the grilled chicken and is bomb especially if you mix the whole bowl together with the sauce. Highly recommend it. Todo los sábados mi compañía nos compra pollo al grill y sabe brutal especialmente cuando mezclas el bowl completo con la salsa. Recomiendo este sitio 100%.

True and Authentic Moroccan Cuisine. You get a lot of food for the price but the quality is perfection! The atmosphere in the restaurant is also great. The smoothies where also amazing at a great price! I would recommend this to my family and friends and continue to come back!

It is very hard to find Mediterranean food let alone a Moroccan restaurant that serves authentic Moroccan food. Tajine Express like the name suggests will try to provide you that experience even though the different constraints such as time, cost, ingredients, and the different tasting palates. The decor is outstanding and a little bit of Andalusian rhythms or Gnawa could elevate the experience more. They were out of Chicken Batilla, which should be a signature dish every day. The eggplant was acidic, which means it was missing some much needed olive oil, cumin, a hint of cayenne pepper. The lamb couscous was lacking the high notes and the much needed seasoning such as some ghee butter or even regular butter and did not have enough vegetables. The lamb shank that came with it was good. The Tfaya or the caramélisés onions with raisins was decent. The tea was excellent with great amount of mint and tea. However, the kufta Kebab dish was ok even though the fries are not freshly made. The dish could use some sauces. The location is not bad and it is located next to an international food market for an after meal grocery shopping. Currently, it is very hard to get in to that Plaza and it is even harder to get out of there.

Not impressed not representing the great Moroccan food or atmosphere

my second time here (yesterday) and wasn’t too impressed this time; there were different people cooking. I ordered chicken cous cous and the chicken was very dry as well as the cous cous; really needed the gravy to pour over it. the bread seemed also a little over cooked, not soft like the last time I came. I love my Moroccan food and I’ll definitely be back in hopes it was just this particular day.

The BEST Moroccan restaurant around! I have visited quite a few times and ordered from Uber Eats lots of times and the food is always SO delicious and consistent. Each of the dishes are flavorful and so delightful. My favorites are the lemon chicken tajine and the beef kebabs, they are so moist and pair beautifully with the rice, harira soup, or salad that they also serve. Everything is cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of this restaurant is unlike any restaurant I’ve been to! The attention to detail by the staff and chefs is unmatched! They have so many beautiful additions to the seating area and the presentation of the food that make the dining experience so special. The decor is absolutely beautiful. I HIGHLY recommended trying TajineXpress if you haven’t already, you will find a dish that you love!

Food is hit or miss. First time I went I had The chicken tajine and it was really good. Second time I got the lamb couscous and it was alright. The couscous was very greasy and not alot of meat.

I ordered the food and it was delivered to my job and wow the food was amazing the chicken was great and the rice with the sauce was top tier I completely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great Mediterranean lunch or dinner with a great price

I ordered Moroccan mint tea and lamb tajine. Let me preface this by saying I am Arab and drink a lot of tea, their tea was unbearably bitter. Like it has been sitting in a tea pot for a week or so, I threw it out after two sips. The tajine was okay, it had three tiny pieces of lamb in it but it was eatable. I don't think it is worth the money at all.

Today was my first time at TajineXpress. The restaurant decor transports you to Morocco. The food is authentic and it’s the best Tajine I have eaten in the US. I ordered the cold tea with mint and lemon, the vegetable couscous, humus, and beef tajine with prunes. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and flavorful. I could not stop eating 😅. The service was great. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

We order here via Uber eats. Ordered the lemon chicken dish and the chicken kabob and a passion fruit smoothie. The chicken Kebob is the only reason I rated it a 2 because it was the only thing that was good . The lemon chicken was top 5 worse dishes I ever consumed . Tasted as if they dump the whole jar of olives on chicken and let it marinate in the juice . Super bitter , which is a shame because it was cooked perfectly. And who the heck said olives and lemons is a good mix??? Disgusting. Passion fruit smoothie was super sour no sweetness at . They probably have other good choices, I just couldn’t see myself giving this place another shot . I would not recommend.

Glad to find a good Moroccan restaurant in Morocco! Food was good and authentic. They have a good selection of tajines. My family really enjoyed the lamb, goat, and chicken. The mixed kebabs are also good. I was disappointed that they didn't have any msemen when I was there bc I was excited to have it! The mint tea is very good. And the restaurant itself is very cute and reminds me of Morocco.

Genuinely one of the best halal food cuisines i’ve ever had in the U.S. My family and I travel from DC to visit FL once a year and this restaurant has become a tradition and a MUST for us. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back!
