A beautiful day to stop and browse Talkeetna shops. We visited the trailer and tried the famous spinach bread - now we understand the hype! Warm and gooey and so flavorful. The limeade was delicious and be sure to get the rhubarb blueberry crumble with whipped cream.

Menu included in photos. I absolutely love this place. There is usually a long line but that’s just because it’s so delicious! I don’t mind waiting but expect ~10 mins on a busy day. If you go on a clear day, you can walk 2 mins to the Denali look out and it’s stunning. The spinach bread is garlicky and soft. The iced mint tea has no sweetener, it was very refreshing and paired well with the spinach bread.

Absolutely delicious. Very filling but more of a snack to share than a full meal. We got BBQ down the road and added it on top to make an epic sandwich.

The food truck was busy, and it was a cash only place, or at least was the day we went. We ordered spinach bread. It was like a deep dish pizza or pie. If you don't like garlic or deep dish pizza, then it's not for you.

Would not recommend this location of you are staying in talkeetna. Food was not good, tasty, or unique in any way you can easily make the same thing at home for a fraction of the price. $9 for a slice of bread with a little cheese and spinach is outrageous and I promise we found many better little spots in the down town area.

Had the Monday Morning Migas, scrambled eggs, corn, tortillas, poblanos, sharp cheddar, with avocado, fresh salsa, cilantro and pinto beans. Added the seasoned pork too. Absolutely amazing!!!

Absolutely must stop. Had spinach bread three times on two days. Cobbler is amazing and a must try. Limeade and breakfast burritos were also very good. The girls running the trailer are so friendly and hard working. Thank you!

You cannot leave Talkeetna without trying their famous Spinach bread. Its delicious and mouth watering. We ordered spinach bread and brazillian lemonade. Lemonade was refreshing. We couldn’t try their masoor dal as we had a flight to catch but definitely it must be awesome too. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Food was great, got 2 orders of famous spinach bread for our family of 4 to try & to see what all the hype was about. It was good! Only complaint- way overpriced $9 per bread for a small appetizer out of an airstream food truck is unreasonable. Prob won’t go back- my money will go further elsewhere. Oh and it’s cash only- no cards.

Loved this cute restaurant in Talkeetna. We tried the spinach bread and the breakfast burrito with bacon (served 9am-12pm Thursday - Sunday). Both were super yummy, and we left wanting seconds! The service was great and fast as well. Don’t forget cash!

If you’re in the area, this gem is a must-try for food enthusiasts. The moment I took my first bite, I was blown away by the burst of flavors. The spinach bread was perfectly baked, had a rich and savory taste that was incredibly satisfying. Not only did the Spinach Bread exceed my expectations, but I also had the opportunity to try their Thai Curry, and it was equally phenomenal. Visiting Talkeetna and not trying Talkeetna Spinach Bread would be a missed opportunity.

Yum! That spinach bread is yummm... Nice crispy bread, perfectly melted cheese! Downside, $9 only gets you a SMALL piece... Maybe a snack portion...and it's CASH ONLY But I enjoyed it and supported a small business!

If you eat one thing in Talkeetna, make it Talkeetna Spinach Bread. It's warm. It's cheesy. It's hearty and just a little different. I loved every bite, and I would eat it again in a heartbeat if I visited Alaska again.

Absolutely delicious. We visited during the Alaska State Fair and the service was super quick despite being crowded. The Spinach Bread exceeded our high expectations and is a must try! The Blueberry Rhubarb Crisp was good as well though not outstanding. Definitely worth a visit to the fair.

We had been excited to eat here for many months and it DID NOT disappoint! As huge garlic lovers, the spinach bread, with huge chunks of garlic and tons of cheese is absolute heaven, we could eat it everyday. We also loved the Brazilian Limeade, which was perfectly creamy and refreshing. This spot is a MUST in town! Just make sure to have cash on you (Nagley's has an ATM if you need it)!

The spinach bread was outstanding. Poke bowl was fair. A couple of odd things on it like pineapple and some other fruit, neither listed in the menu. Brazil limeade was petty good as well as the blueberry rhubarb crisp. But I would stick with the spinach bread.

The airstream continues to be the be best place to eat in Talkeetna. Of course the spinach bread and crisp is incredible but don't over look the daily specials and fun drink selections. The owners here are great people who work hard, and all of their staff are the best. ! Great food, and a great business to support.

CASH ONLY - I understand the hype, but wish they accepted cards, as all the local ATMs were out of order (not their fault, just not accessible for everyone). Food was excellent.

Stopped by for a snack. We got the spinach bread and a Mango Italian soda. The spinach bread was very good and fresh out of the oven. I really liked the crisp crust. The Mango Italian soda was also really good and not overly sweet.

I was very excited to go eat here. I’d had been researching places and eateries. Spinach Bread was at the top of my list. I don’t eat dairy at all because intolerance but this was worth it! We went on Thursday and the special was poke bowl snd that was also delicious. Then I got the blueberry crumble. Wow!!! That was beyond delicious!!!! I highly recommend to anyone traveling through.

Lovely food especially spinach bread and Thai curry. I am Thai and usually never trust and Thia food made by non Thai but this is very amazing as a Thai fusion food.

The spinach bread is good and definitely worth trying, but it's not something I think I'll be craving a month from now or anything. I saw a few people picking up the frozen stuff to take home with them, though, so I could be in the minority on that. Price isn't crazy, but definitely feels most reasonable if you're getting one to split between two people.

We’ve literally taken a road trip from Anchorage just for the spinach bread. I don’t even like spinach; not until TSB! This place changed my mind. Wish they were there year round.
