Great little spot with delicious food

My co worker ate here and the Tacos took a very long time and they were really dry. She had Carne Asada. This place is small and we were not even acknowledged by the servers at all while they carried on a conversation with another patron that had finished their food. Bathroom is clean on the plus side. Who knows maybe an off day.

Amazing authentic Mexican food! It's really hard to find good Mexican food around this area of Washington state but this place is by far the best and most authentic in my opinion. So far I've had the torta de carne asada, tacos de carnitas, tacos de carne asada, tacos de pescado and The flautas and they have been amazing. Their agua de piña is also incredible and would strongly recommend. The staff is also great and super kind.

Best Mexican in Spokane. Had some buddy up here from Houston and they said this was better than texas mexican food.

I literally told several friends and some random guy at the gas station about how good the tacos are here. We had the fish tacos (thank you, Friday special) the pulled chicken tacos and the churros. FOOD The Fish Tacos were genuinely the best I've EVER had. The fish was fresh, cod I believe, perfectly fried, and it might be a spicy crema media sauce the put on them? But it's perfect; none of that lime flavored mayo that's so popular for places in the US. Toppings also included sweet onions, finely diced, finely chopped cilantro... es absolutamente magnífico. Absolutamente. PLUS: they have a special on Fridays for fish tacos, and you'll save $0.50 per fish taco. Kid's Meal Chicken Tacos ... the kids ate these, so I can't personally state how they tasted, but they couldn't stop shoving them into their faces, which tells you everything about 'em that you need to know. I loved the fact that they have a kid's meal option ... 2 tacos of your choice, refried beans and rice for like $7.50 !?! PLUS: la mujer up front asked us if the kiddos wanted all the toppings, and put sauce on the side specifically for the kid's tacos. She obviously knows kids are picky eaters. The Churros ... Ok, honestly, I messed up, because you gotta eat churros right away, and I got us lost on the way back to the hotel. But even after being in the car for 40 minutes and shoving these amazing tacos into our faces for 5 minutes, the churros were still good. Crispy, albeit chewy (thanks to me letting them sit too long), perfect amount of sugar, cinnamon, and a dark chocolate drizzle... Just yum. It came with 6 churros. They're about 3/4 of an inch in diameter, and are about 7 inches long. All the tacos come in white corn tortillas. They have a huge menu to choose from. Everything is obviously in-house made. ATMOSPHERE We walked in for a pickup and the place was quiet. It says a lot about a restaurant when there are people sitting at tables, but they're re not even talking, because they're just continuously eating. LOL. Several tables, utterly silent, just hunched over their plates, looking kinda afraid like someone might take from them There was an overland trucker guy there who had tried every item on the menu. He said he'd been coming there since day 3 and plans his trips to go through Spokane just to eat there. I'm sold. STAFF So professional. Genuinely considerate. While all the customers are silent, as they're noshing this awesome food, we heard BOH talking to FOH, calling out orders, asking questions and getting it DONE. They didn't start our order until we got there, which I'll admit slightly irritated me at the time, because I just wanted to grab it and go... However, in hindsight, they know you don't wanna eat fried food that's been sitting for forever, so they made it Fresh for us. They want it to be perfect for you. I already talked about how considerate of the kids the staff was, and that means everything to me. TL;DR Food so good you can't talk during dinner? ✅ Food so good you come back regularly? ✅ Food made fresh for your order? ✅ Food made with quality ingredients? ✅ Food so GOOD that you tell some random guy at a gas station the next day all about how awesome the food was? ✅ Professional/helpful staff? ✅ Excellent options for kid's meals? ✅ Am I gonna go back? Pregunta ridícula, of course I am! I don't even live in Spokane, but I've literally made plans so I can drive through 2x just to eat at Taqueria Guerrero... Im not happy that I've become one of *those people* who plans their trips around food, but I'm really excited about getting these tacos again.

Small place, only a hand full of tables. Food was good although everything is smothered or stewed in a sauce. Would go again to try something new.

Lived in San Antonio, TX for 11 years, this was some amazing authentic Mexican food, best salsa and chips too. Great service and atmosphere, a wonderful hole in the wall restaurant, we'll definitely be returning.

I ordered online through their website came and picked up my food. It was phenomenal. I got the fish taco and would highly recommend. There was a line when I got there but because I ordered through the website I was able to grab my food and leave.

First time here…they just opened in March. It is an excellent hole in the wall Mexican place with very reasonable prices. We had excellent street tacos. The salsa was great. The chips appear to have been made onsite and were very good. If you are looking for the standard three item combo plate, this is not your place. But if you are looking for authentic Mexican food where the workers are speaking Spanish and the decor screams Mexico, this is your place. We will definitely be back!!

This is one of our favorite hole in the wall authentic Mexican spots in town! We were so disappointed when they closed but we're very excited that they've now reopened and revamped the whole place!! This place is the real deal if you're after the street Mexican style food at a great price I strongly suggest you stop by and check this place out! 1.60$ taco Tuesdays!! And fish taco Fridays, The fish tacos were perfect! One thing I will say is the menu doesn't specify what food comes with rice and beans but the section for meals with rice and beans is under the "main courses" section! Don't sleep on this place it's very good! Family ran. Support local!

The best street tacos me and my fiancé have ever had, we have tried every restaurant in Spokane and down in the Tri-Cities and by far this is the freshest, best tasting tacos you can have. Customer service is outstanding.

10/10 Best burritos in town by far! Ever since moving back from Yuma, AZ, me and my wife have been looking for a great burrito and we found it here. I come here at least once a month now. If there is any confusion about their hours it's because they also cater events. They are my favorite!

By far the best street tacos I have ever had. We just happened to be having our Honda serviced and walking past it to get coffee, and we decided to get their Taco Tuesday $1.50 tacos. Well, my goodness, I’m so glad we did. The ingredients were so fresh, so crisp, and just seasoned and cooked perfectly. And it was hot to the touch. The taco sauces were perfect too. I mean everything was perfect about this taco truck. Definitely will be back. Kudos to you! It was worth a 5 Star Review!

My husband and I just moved here from New Mexico and we have been searching for a place that has some good street tacos. Finally! This place was amazing and reminded us of home. We originally ordered three carnitas and asada tacos each with Cilantro and onion, and then came back for six more because they were so good. They were hot, fresh, and packed with so much flavor. We will definitely be coming here regularly as this is our new favorite spot!

Grabbed four tacos, asada and adobada, and a Coca. Tacos were wonderful and hot. Salsa verde has great flavor and salsa roja brings the heat. So add them both to your tacos.

This place is fire no joke I’m from Cali and it’s hard to find good tacos and burritos out this way but this place is A1 💯Street tacos on Tuesday 1.50 can’t beat it! And they smack!!! 💯💯💯🔥🔥

We stopped by on Taco Tuesday and had a variety of tacos and they were all excellent very meaty... also my son approved of them and he said they were very delicious by the way he's 8 years old.

I don't get to eat street tacos often, but this satisfied exactly what I wanted in a street taco. I ordered 6 to split, but I regret I didn't order more cause I could have eaten all of them myself. I don't think I could have gotten them any more fresh since the tortillas were so hot, in my impatience, almost burned my fingers. If you really like the steak flavor, their Asada style was very good. My favorite of the Adobada pork, seasoning was great. At about $2-2.50 a taco, I'm gonna gorge myself at my next craving, an excellent price. Will definitely have to try the other menu items too.
