Went to Terranovas recently. First time since they had since the fire. The food was delicious. The service was great, but they are still only technically takeout. They will allow you to sit in the dining room, but you are eating out of the takeout containers. We were told by one of the employees dine in should be opening soon, but no definite date set yet. Looking forward to dine in service being available again.

Dined there a few weeks ago and went back today, incredible food!! Wow what a sauce!! This is the best around!

Not sure if this family owned restaurant is open for dine in customers, but it is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Flagler County!

Awesome pizza! The crust, the sauce, the amount of toppings all rock! Do yourself a favor and eat here!

The restaurant not only sells the very best pizza around, they are honest and caring. I had a circumstance that is unbelievable, I purchased a gift card for a friend over the phone, the gentleman decided he wanted to go somewhere else and left the card. The management called me and offered to refund the gift card 100°. Thank you Terranova's, you've restored my faith in mankind. There are still honorable folks around.

Food gone way downhill. Use to be a favorite

First time ordering because of the reviews. Very disappointed. Ordered take out for a pizza and I was told 30-35 minute wait time.My husband got there in 17 minutes and the pizza was almost cold and very bland. The Greek salad had a TON of ham and salami. I thought I was eating a Chef Salad. Also, the salad was warm, not even chilled. Definitely won’t go back again.

Only thing missed was flavored crust.

Not at all what I expected. Not a restaurant to have a nice romantic time in. It's a To go restaurant. Yes tables to eat inside but all into go containers. I can get that at McDonald's. Also have to pay before you get it and tip also. Do no approve of paying and tipping before I even get my food. Then if you want dessert you have to go through the same process again. No one came to see if we were happy or needed anything. In my opinion I will not be going back. Sorry

Would have been nice to place an order but the girl put me on hold and forgot to mute it…sat there for 10 min listening to her take at least 6 orders and never picked up the phone to get my order Guess losing 1 customer isn’t a big deal

I can’t rated because I went there and they said temporary take out only because the have fire problems in a restaurant side and till they repair ha only take out , I’m sorry but I don’t feel safe to pick up food for now but i will try wen they will fixed the problem

Have been going here for over 20 yrs!! Never disappoints! Family owned. Amazing crust! Today I picked up and I have to give a shout out to Jamie!!!! Her happiness was infectious and her customer service not to be out done ❤️💯 Thank you Jamie! My day is brighter because of you😊

What amazing me with these posts by others how the business will respond back when is something positive BUT never respond back when it's something negative!!! All phonies!!! I went there just about everydayfor lunch. I usually got Sicilian slices. I was told if they didn't have any made they wouldakr it ifit was a minimum of 2 slices. Not a problem. Here's where the problem was thereafter. I spoke to some girl over the phone to tell her I'm on my way there and wanted to make sure they had any Sicilian slices. She said we only have one and was completely brain dead when I told her they would make more if was 2 slice minimum. I hung up and called back. I got the girl that originally told me. Now, this other idiot said to me, "didn't I tell you we would make it if it was 2 slice minimum? I said yes! Ik os that! Tell the other girl that not me!!! The other dummy made ME look like I'm stupid! BTW, this one had an attitude also. PAYATTENTION!!!! This is why I spent 2 years of HORROR dealing with stupid people and moved. You could have Florida!!!

Beat pizza in town. Cannoli and other food is good too, but the Terranova Special pizza rules. Cheese is great too.

Staff is still semi friendly, food has gone downhill. Ordered manicotti and couldn't even eat it. Noodles were still hard, sauce was not good. Husband had a calzone, filling was only in the very center, mostly bread. There used to be filling all the way except about a 1/2 inch from edge where the calzone is sealed, Way too expensive for this quality of food, disappointed to say the least, won't be back.

Amazing delicious can’t order anything that’s not wonderfully delicious!!! Tuscan chicken soup is the bomb I love this place. A must stop any time I’m in town kind of place. The lady up front is very nice and always gets everything ordered just right!!! Best place ever!!!

Open for takeout, No dine In. I don't eat spaghetti sitting in my car.

Have been getting my pizza here for years because I've considered it the best. Not any more. Recently picked up a pie that was Terrible! The dough was super soft, cheese was absent and sauce was skimpy. Really disappointed!

Terranovas pizza never disappoints. We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and knots, was SO SO good! The staff is amazing and the owners are like family. Love it here

Food is great and the service is done with a smile! Currently they only do take out orders, but you can sit outside under a covered area. Atmosphere is pleasant at the bar, parking can be a challenge on a busy evening even tho they have add'l across the street. Their pizza is awesome, and that says alot coming from a former NY resident.

ordered a large pie on Friday late afternoon9/28. have to say it was the worst pizza I have ever had. it tasted and looked like it was sitting on the shelf all afternoon.i have been going there for years,never had anything that 👎

I am unclear about this place, I am afraid to order because of the reviews about them charging more than menu price, and then the owner response's are just rude and inappropriate , seems mgr Kayla may be ok , but . . . . . . who knows , what should I do, are they closed for remodel , or lack of help, or can't they take care of the staff ? there are lots of people looking to work, but maybe not for a place with a bad reputation . IDK can't wait to see what the owner has to say about this THANKS RAY FOR THE ONE STAR REVIEW ! I THOUGHT WE WERE FRIENDS ! OMG

They're only doing takeout right now. So not as busy. I had to go to the restaurant three times before I could get my entire order and corrected.

Hopefully they'll open it all back up instead of just take out. Excellent pizza! Of course, it's not good enough for New Yorkers, though.

The pizza and pasta were pretty good. The Alfredo pasta portion was unexpectedly big and tasty.

As first time patrons to this quaint Italian restaurant the initial impression was less then stellar. Busy staff but no acknowledgement of our presence and no host to be found. Eventually seated we apparently had arrived at their busiest and waited for our waitress to finally arrive. From that moment on our waitress Giana changed the entire experience from questionable to positively two thumbs up. We had a wonderfully lightly fried order of calamari and their homemade marinara sauce was superb. Followed by a very tasty chicken parmigiana pizza. Everything was homemade including their mozzarella sticks which we ordered after we were done with dinner! Will be back to try some of their huge entrees. We came back...and it was just as good as the first time, maybe better... Friday night, a bit busy,a bit chaotic but soooo worth it. Once again we were blessed to have Giana as our server. She's the best! Try their mozzarella sticks. HOMEMADE. Very few places make them from scratch. We then shared their lasagna and chicken parmigiana entrees. A taste of Italia, bellissimo....cant wait to go back…. ....AND THEN, they had a fire. No injuries, thank God, but forced to close…temporarily. Seemed like forever, and now they’re back. Takeout only. Picked up Saturday night(7/22) and was rewarded with many of the same staff,smiling faces and easy pickup. The food was just as good but tasted better, I wonder why….lol. Food is absolutely AMAZING! I recommend this place #1 Italian restaurant in the area! -6 mos ago I am reposting just to confirm my forst post from 6 mos ago with a twist... They had a fire (hope everyone was ok). They have been closed for a while now and I am having Terranova withdrawals and really hope they open soon! Hoping for the speedier recovery (to the restaurant)!

We have visited 3 times.. Our first experience was excellent but the past two visits the service has been lousy and long wait times between ordering food to table

Terranova's is the best Italian place around. Great food, nice atmosphere, and family ran. They also have live music outside on certain days. Support local business and eat at Terranovas!

The pizza here was simply magnificent! The service is also always lovely wherever I come to dine here. I would highly recommend this as a place to get either dinner or lunch. Especially as it is owned by a family from Italy, which brings an extra layer of authenticity to the experience.

Service and dinner were so bad . First , the server took ten minutes to get to us , never spoke of specials , drinks came much later . Food was luke warm at best and sun par. Way too long to get our check and so it goes ! Won’t return . Not to mention a filthy bathroom .

Sebestian & Lola we’re very helpful during our visit. The food was amazing & the outside dining was clean & hospitable. Will definitely come again!

12 of us were accommodated, mother-in-law's memorial and all children got together for planning and a meal.

The pizza was fantastic and the dessert was top notch.

The atmosphere: It was a cool night. They had live music outside. The bar was full and lively. Stereo typical authentic looking Italian restaurant from the 90s. +4 Maybe, we went on a bad day (Saturday evening), maybe alot of things. I wished we could've ordered from the girl that was on the phone. She knew the specials and made suggestions. We only waited for about 40 minutes, which is average for small town. 4 people in our party. I asked about a special, after we were seated. Our waitress had to go ask about it, she didn't know anything about it. Unlike the waitress serving a nearby table, our waitress offered no suggestions. The food was mediocre, at best. The bread they served was remarkable. Earning 1 star. However, the wings were chewy. -1 My mom was unable to chew the veal parmigiana (said it was tough), ate everything else. The waitress asked if it was okay? Mom started talking and the waitress left, as if she was in hurry to do something else. -1 My sister-in-law had the house made Nanna Guilias lasagne. The outside noodles arrived hard as rock and the middle was chewy as if they used instant noodles. The waitress came over and asked if it was okay and again scurried away before, she could respond. -1 I ordered pizza. No one mentioned it was thin crust. From the photos it looked as if it would be hand tossed. Oh well. Toppings were fine. But the probability of me going back to eat their pizza is slim to none. -1 My wife had the baked combo dish. The same sauce smothered everything. She ate about 1/3 of it. 0 As we were waiting to be served, download the app to get a savings. It wasn't honored. But intriguing that they had an app to begin with.

We were a party of four for dinner last night. We ordered garlic Parmesan chicken wings, Hawaiian pizza, chicken cesar salad, mussels fra diavlo and eggplant parmigiana. The portions were healthier than expected and the dishes were seasoned to perfection. I couldn’t help but notice something impressive about our server. He navigated taking orders around the table with enthusiasm and confidence, clarifying preferences along the way. When he was through, he repeated each order individually to ensure he had it right. His energy was unique and refreshing. I jokingly said to him that I can see this wasn’t his first day on the job. To my surprise, he replied that it was! We all laughed. He explained that its his first day off training and he did join the team with previous experience. I’m here to say this server was just as wonderful as the food and I look forward to returning soon.

I haven't found a taste of home until now I love this place

Being an Italian girl from New York I might be a little critical. The food was basic. Nothing stood out. I've eaten here 4 times now , being invited each time. Nothing bad. Just nothing memorable.

Solid pie, but somewhat underwhelming. I think the 4.6 star rating created unrealistic expectations. The crust was very good, the sauce was pretty good though maybe a little light. The toppings were a little disappointing - they didn’t seem particularly fresh or flavorful. Maybe it’s common, but the mushrooms seemed to be from a can and very bland, as one example. (We had the terranova’s special) I’m leaving 4 stars because I love pizza and overall this was still a solid pie. I will eat here again, but I’m thinking their star rating must be based a little more off of their other dishes.

We had reservations for twelve and they accommodated all of us in a separate room. Server was very attentive to our needs. Good was good

Good food, great service, fair pricing

They don't answer the phone and when I got home things so some of us shared and we paid for things we didn't get. Not a good place to order take out from

the food was absolutely disgusting, I found hair on top of my pizza. I found a dead roach under the table. The service was terrible, it took them 2 hours to bring my food out. I’ve heard so many good things about this restaurant and wanted to try it out for myself and ended regretting it.

Complex menu, nice environment, great servers and staff, generous portions at reasonable prices. Some food items not outstanding as others.

We went during the middle of the afternoon, more staff than patrons. Food took a long time to be served, appetizer (homemade bread) was delivered as our food came, order not correct, not their best day. Food was marginal, used to be one of our favorite restaurants but now B or even C list.

Terranova was recommended by a woman we met... we ordered "to-go" on the phone and picked up lasagna and Pasta e Fagioli soup. They included Italian bread with oil and Italian seasonings... nice extra. We paid around $30 for the 2 meals and enjoyed all the flavors. The restaurant looks very appealing with a nice outdoor seating area. Recommended!

We called and booked a reservation with a large party of 20 people for a family birthday and anniversary. They put us in a back room which was amazing and our wait staff did a excellent job! The food was all delicious!

We stopped in tonight and are pleasantly surprised. They started us with fresh bread and Oil we ordered The Antipasto Salad, it was Stacked with so many amazing toppings. We also had the house pizza and it was loaded with an amazing amount of toppings as well. The atmosphere here is very comforting and we felt very welcome. We Will Be Back!!

We dined here tonight. We were a party of 10 dining before the show at Flagler Auditorium. Our server, April, was fantastic. She was pleasant and handled all 10 of our orders without errors. The food as usual was the best ever. Two of our party had never been there before and were not disappointed. 10 happy customers headed off to see the Jersey Tenors after an amazing dining experience.

I don't know what's happened, it's usually one of the best pasta in town, I went there last month and it was very disappointing. We ordered the garlic knot - they didn't have it that day. So we ordered pizza, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to tell us that one of our pizzas was burnt and the other one was wrong, I did not accepted because I’m allergic to pork. As I was with the kids I ended up waiting for them to remake it, we were the last ones to leave the restaurant and the pizza wasn’t very good as we expected.

Never a let down here, service is always great and the food is phenomenal. Highly recommended

OMG. Amazing food....Amazing staff. Had to evacuate Daytona beach during hurricane Nicole while on vacation and happened upon Terranova. Best chicken piccata in the world. I swear.....amazing antipasto. My husband is Italian and this place is very impressive. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a great dining experience. We highly recommend this place. Cannot wait to go back

I got a catering order over the weekend for a family party. The ziti, meatballs and knots were absolutely amazing! I was showered with compliments on how good the food was. I will definitely use Terranova’s for every occasion.

Don't order the veal cutlet Parmigiano hero to go... A BIG RIP OFF. I SHARED A FULL SANDWICH, MY HALF LOOKED AS THOUGH THE VEAL WAS CHEWED UP THEN PUT BACK ON THE ROLL. COULDNT EVEN EAT IT!! A BIG disappointment. Inflation is NOT the cause. Shame on them

Terrific Italian food. The stromboli and calzones are good size and very tasty. Floorplan makes it difficult to get the attention of waitstaff if you need something.

Best Italian food in Florida. The portions are huge and prices are reasonable.

With this venue you get outside dining underneath an ancient Live Oak Tree, friendly and great service with Debbie on Saturday, and pizza with exceptional crust and toppings. Perfect!

I cannot eat much at one time, So the light Menu Was just the right amount and I had manicotti and it was Very Very Good. My Daughter hap Chicken Picatta and was Delicious. Service was great. And People if you are going to a sit down and eat Restaurant and food is made to order you will have to wait a little while longer for your food Don't Complain. If you want fast food that go to a Fast Food Restaurant.

An absolute jewel tucked back on Rt 1. Fantastic food, especially the Lobster Ravioli, Shrimp Fra Diavolo and Eggplant Parm. Outstanding service staff. Get there early or you’ll probably have to wait for a table. Well worth it

Been there many times, but last visit I ordered a meatball sub. Meat was overcooked and hard, as if it was leftover from day before. So unexpected.
