Great food and service! Highly recommend!

This place used to be great. The food has gone downhill in a big way. Still friendly and prompt service but the supposedly ‘thick and creamy’ Penang curry was watery and lacking flavor. Terrys beef used to be awesome, but is now just big lumps of fatty chewy beef. Such a shame. We will go back to Sweet Basil every time from now on

We always order from this restaurant. Life has been busy so we did takeout tonight. $93 later and all the dishes disappointed. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, salad/dressing and soups were not up to their previous standard. So disappointed.

Great food. Atmosphere is decent but not really unique. Service was a tad slow (one person's dish came out ~10 minutes before the other) but not terrible. Spice level is just like any other Thai restaurant in the US - a "10" is still not very spicy despite their warning that "our spice levels aren't a joke."

I came back to the resetaurant and had an amazing experience again! The Tom Kha Gai (Coconut Chicken) soup is definitely my favorite—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with coconut milk. I also enjoyed the Pad Preaw Wan, which had a delicious mix of pineapple, cucumbers, tomatoes, and more in a delightful sweet and sour sauce. Highly recommend this place for authentic Thai cuisine!

Fantastic food every time, daily customer for months and the food impresses me every time. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The level of heat is very customizable and there is something for everyone here. 10/10 everyone needs to try this place at least once!

Always the nicest and best customer service! Since they are open Sundays now, it’s our favorite to go place to get food before the busy work week. While waiting, the host gave us sticky rice mango to try. Seriously, the food and flavors are great and def the best Thai. We always get their special fried rice, Pad Ke Mao, and green curry.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant, I have tried many different dishes and so far EVERY single one has been delicious! Their ginger dressing salad is perfect and refreshing, their iced tea I could drink all day!! If I lived close by I would probably eat here every day. The customer service is 10/10 for me every time I've gone. I would highly recommend!!

Hello. I just came to this Thai place on Memorial Day and let me tell you I had an amazing experience coming here. At first, there wasn’t everyone there (presumably because of the holiday) and we were seated immediately. I ordered the Pad Tomato, and they brought out the soup that came with it literally within seconds. Also, the owners daughter came out and she was THE SWEETEST LITTLE CHILD. She brought us a free orange juice and she gave us some little Lollipops. She also somehow convinced someone to give us free fried ice cream??? Queen??? Anyways. The food came out super fast very hot, and it was sooo tasty. The food was flavorful and the tomatoes were juicy. Another one of my table members got the Pad Thai with shrimp and ate literally all of it. I only wish my stomach was large enough to eat the portion sizes. Love this place will be returning.

Service was very, very slow. It was a busy night, but it shouldn't have taken long for a server to get our drink order. The food was amazing, so flavorful. You get a lot of food for the price. I will go back again and again and again.

The green curry was delish! Got a spice level 6 however I could’ve gone higher. My husband had #L14 and loved it also at a spice level of 6. He also thought he could have gone higher. Portions are large enough to share. Prices are reasonable and service is fast and friendly. Will def be back if we visit Greenville in the future.

First time here, service was very good and food was excellent. We had pad Thai and another pad noodle dish (veggies and pineapple - can’t remember the name), spring rolls and satay. All very, very good. Will definitely be going back soon. Highly recommend.

We had the best food and amazing service! Their thoughtfulness and the extra attention they paid to our toddler made us feel so welcome. They also had great vegetarian options. The curries we ordered were delicious and flavorful! We can’t wait to go back again. Special thanks to Bin and the rest of the staff.

Never disappoints! Food was excellent. We had curries, Tom Kha Gai, fresh basil rolls, and mango sticky rice. Service was extra special and attentive. Such friendly folks and consistently good food.

Was there for lunch. I had green curry. I ordered it with medium spice which was a bit too spicy for me, but that involves getting to know the kitchen. I would have liked more vegetables in my curry but that is variable with each restaurant. They have other dishes that include more vegetables so I order one of those next time. Fresh rolls were good.

I can't say enough about how friendly and amazing the staff is here. When we sat down, a man who I believe might have been the owner brought my 2 year old a fun book to play with. We mentioned it was his 2nd Bday. They gave him a little stuffed toy as a gift. When our food came out, they also brought my son a plate of fruits and veggies. Our order came out in record time, and the whole experience here was great. Just about every member of the staff that passed by greeted us and made sure everything was going well. We will be back.

My food was so good I couldn’t even take a picture. I had the curry chicken my BF ahead the cashew duck which was cooked to perfection.

One of my best eating experiences in all of Greenville. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. The servers were very attentive and , seriously, all of the food was perfect. We had the appetizer for 2 and enjoyed the watermelon sake and the Chang beer. I've never had this anywhere else. The steamed red snapper was cooked to perfection and the Pad Thai was what you would expect. I will definitely be taking all of my out of town visitors here and will frequent this place on my own.

My wife and I are baffled by the abundance of good reviews. We’ve eaten at many great Thai places, even locally like Sirin Thai and Thai Basil, and this is well below most. Staff was pretty good, basil rolls were great, but the rest of the food wasn’t appetizing comparatively. I love leftovers and don’t like wasting food, but left almost an entire plate of pad Thai noodles behind. Bench I sat in doesn’t have a solid divider between the customers at my back, so it felt like I was on an airplane getting kicked from an unruly kid behind me.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I do a lot of take out and they are always offering me a seat as well as some water while I wait. They are great with suggestions and input about menu items. This is the best Thai food we’ve found in Greenville. Never had a disappointing dish yet and we are excited to try new menu items because of this.

Thia is abolutely authentic Thai food. I ordered many dishes and they were all delicious. I saw they had yum Beef on the lunch. Menu and I asked if they had Nam Tok. They did and it was perfect! Perfect spice level like I asked and delicious. I have had it in California, Thailand, and Cambodia and it was as good or better than any of those places. Best Thai lunch that me and my Thai wife have had in Greenville!

Beautiful food, nice staff. We have been here twice and both times the experience has been wonderful. So you know, their spicy is actually spicy. Our first time here we ordered heat 6/10 and it was too hot. When we returned heat 4/10 was perfect.

The food is always great here! The server Joanne is always rude. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I don’t appreciate her always giving me sly comments like calling me “picky” because I ask for a straw. The worst was when I needed a to-go box and she would only give me a small coffee cup for an entire bowl of curry. It did not all fit, and spilled out in the bag on the way home and I wasn’t able to eat it. We drive over half an hour to get here only to have poor service. We will be finding a Thai restaurant closer to us due to bad service.

We moved to Murfreesboro TN for a couple of years and fell in love with Thai food, thanks to a restaurant near our house. Now we're back in SC, and now have found our go to for Thai. Food was great, Service and genuine kindness of the staff was next level.

Absolutely one of the best outside of Thailand or Paris. Green Papaya Salad yum...large portions of noodle dishes.

Great food, has been one of my favorites restaurants for years! The first thing I noticed was customer service. Everyone is so nice and if any mistakes happens with my food they fix it. The only complaint I have noticed is the portion size on takeout order reducing but the food is always amazing!

Have been looking for a good Thai restaurant to replace the one we lived in WA State. It's a hit! Familiar flavors along with new ones. Presentation of food is great. Staff was wonderful answered our questions readily. Parking is hard, but worth the food. Will definitely go back.

Terrible food Excellent Service The food in this restaurant is terrible. We had to send the pad thai back - they used a premade package sauce - the noodles were swimming in the extremely sweet sauce which has no flavor. It was chicken, noodles and liquid. The green curry and red curry were horrible. There was no thai basil used in the cooking at all and both dishes were flavorless. We thought given the fact that the wait staff spoke Thai the food would be authentic. Sadly mistaken.

Pad Kee Mow was greasy as you can get with soggy noodles and no flavor. The basil roll was all browning lettuce with one piece of shrimp and one piece of basil with no other vegetables. The red curry was ok on flavor but super salty with no vegetables. I don’t know what it’s like to to eat inside but I would never do take out from this place again.

Absolutely delicious! The vegetables tasted out of the ground fresh and really completed the dishes. The spice tray was really cool and I enjoyed the variety of spices
