This was one of the best burgers I've had. I ordered the turkey burger which I don't normally eat. This turkey burger was everything. It was juicy,seasoned, and just all around yummy!! I was completely shocked. The fries were cooked to perfection and hot! Everything came out hot and fresh. I will definitely be back soon.

Ordered online @12:30, receive text that my order was ready @12:45. Didnt receive my order until 1:20pm, & watch my food set on the counter for five minutes, before questioning is that my order. Burger was griddy & dry, first impression is everything will not return. My Cupcake from next door was alot better...

Do not eat here! I have been frequenting this place a lot recently. They are usually very nice and helpful. After today, I will never go back again. They are greedy and lacking good business practices. Last week, I went in to place my order. I accidentally paid separately for my meal a la carte, instead of selecting the "combo" option. They don't have the simplest ordering system. I went to pay, the cook ringing it up at no time informed me I could've saved $5-7 by redoing my order before cashing it out. Instead, he charged me more and I even TIPPED, because I like supporting places I like. My billed seemed higher then usual, I thought maybe it was the drink and the burger type inflating the cost, nope I was overcharged... After I paid, a girl informed me I overpaid. I said, to the guy/cook/manager it’s fine, I'll be back next week, you can make it right then. He smiled and said ok "I'll see." I took that as I'll see what I can do if you come next week. I go in today, the same girl that told me I overpaid was there. The cook/manager was not. I reminded the girl of last week and asked if they would give a small fry complementary since I over paid and tipped last week. She had the nerve to tell me "if it was the same day maybe, but no." Really?! Then she claimed when she asked the cook last week why he didn't correct my last order, he told her, "she always pays like that!" I said, no I don't, and the other girl that I originally gave a positive review for agreed that was a lie. Because she is often there when I order and we talk. Let’s say that was the case, your ordering system is trash. Why not be a good business man and correct it for me? That's what I would do for recurring good customers. Nope, not here. Nothing was done last week in the moment or said after you hustled me. Don't tell me now it could have been corrected the same day! What? Now, a customer that spends $18-25 here on average 1-2 times a month that tips for nothing, because it's carry out no service, can't get a free fry I technically paid for already? Perfect. I left, and spent my lunch money elsewhere. They do not have to worry about me. I will never go back there. Hope the $5-7 you took plus my tip was worth it. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not eat here! Save your money. Way too many other places to eat to be cheated here. Not not about the money clearly I tipped and overpaid, it’s the principle.

Super friendly staff and build your burger just how you want it and they have a ton of options. Only a few seats so it’s more of a take-it-to-go place but the burger was so good I ordered another one to go on way out.

Had my first experience yesterday 7/27 and it was amazing. The store was super clean, the staff was professional, helpful and very inviting. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. My family and I will definitely go back often!

We ordered through Uber eats tonight, got the cheesetake and the uncle sals with the Creole lemon fries and the cranchy fries. Also included drinks with combo, normal sodas & sweet tea. We got root beer and sweet tea. The food was great but they left off my condiments requested on my philly, which would've made it perfect.

Cheesesteak was great. Burger was good but guys need to stop using premade bacon. The flavor of it reminds me of Wendy's. I think it would make a huge difference.

I really wanted to like this place!!! Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to what I expected. It’s pretty much a to-go kind of restaurant. They have 2 tables inside and there’s seating outside. The ordering process is very confusing and there’s no actual cashier. Once you figure out how to properly place your own order, there are no instructions on how to finishing paying. I waited 20 minutes, after checking to confirm my order was put in and paid for, just for them to tell me they can’t figure out which order was mine, and had not started making a thing yet. I’m not sure if they are just understaffed, but they got a customer’s order wrong before I got mine, so I checked my food & it was not correct. When I asked for it the way I ordered they just threw all of my sauces including my mayo all over the top of my cheesesteak. It was very unappealing. The burger was amazingly good and the sweet potato fries are not sweet but well made, definitely worth it. The cheesesteak was not worth it. There was barely enough meat to cover the bread, but the onion rings were pretty good. I also feel it’s a little steep to charge $5 extra to make it a combo & then give out small canned sodas with the meal.

SUPER nice staff. We stopped eating after a few bites and went to Five Guys. It didn’t really taste like the beef we’re use to. The bacon was pre cooked and not fresh. The jalapeños were pickled and not fresh. We were craving a burger and this just wasn’t it. Seriously, that bacon was awful. Please get fresh stuff and not the microwaved or pre-prepped kind. It was gross.

The Pattie’s literally have No Flavor . I got a double patty bacon burger and compared Five guys ….. I’d give y’all a 4/10 , The fries are decent but no flavor as well . The wings taste like Old . I got mild lemon pepper and they weee disgusting I began eating the food fresh and hot when I got in the car .

I work nearby and wanted to grab some lunch. Initially I wasn't in the mood for a burger and wanted this other soul food spot but their process was way too difficult for the amount of time I had. I went next door to THAT Burger spot and the process was super easy. They have a IPad set up where you can place your order. They had so many options not just Burgers. Even the additional items added were at no cost. The customer service was on point. One of the associates came out to assist customers with their orders. I will definitely be visiting again. I had a Philly cheese steak. That thang was nice and hot and ohhh so tasty.

When I tell you this is the BEST burger spot in Georgia? I want to say this is by far the best place to get food PERIOD! I came here (dont judge me) about 3 times in week. Ive tried the fish sandwich, the impossible meat, the black bean burger, wings and the chicken sandwich. The fries stay fresh long enough for you to get home and I just love that! The staff are so polite!! They welcome you as soon as they hear the door open. If you keep passing this place up like I did for years, here is your sign to go try them. Another thing I like is that they dont charge for extra toppings.

I went here as it has very good ratings. As soon as you reach this place you will feel like you are not supposed to be here. As soon as you enter you order from the computer screen and wait for your order. The place looks bit unsafe but the people looked really nice. I wished to eat here but considering this place has very limited seating inside and looked unsafe outside seating I could not eat but hopefully the food is really good.

Hearty, seasoned burger on the go. The person who helped me was friendly and walked me through the displays. I'm sure that I would have done it by myself but she was very helpful. They have a couple of tables sitting by their order screens, which just seemed to be for people who don't want to eat in the car or take it with them. The food is delivered in brown paper bag. The burger was a hearty piece of meat They had lots of other options for chicken, turkey, impossible, etc. I had a simple burger with a little fried egg, mayo and pickles. It was hot, juicy and had a spice mixed through the burger. It would be nice if they had a gluten-free bun. The server said that they get asked that a lot and are considering it. The fries were big, thick, crinkle fries. They were a little underdone but a generous portion. The sweet tea on the menu was a bottled product and not that fresh brewed table wine of the South. If there a gluten-free bun, I would imagine this would come together a little bit better. Still, I'd be good with sending a friend over here to pick up a hearty burger.

The burger spot is so goooood! The food is always so hot and fresh. This is my favorite spot! Whether you’re a local or traveling , make sure you stop by and try it as you will not be sorry! The fish sandwich with the mustard and hot sauce is so good! Enjoy! The owner is really sweet and she takes pride in her dishes.

I visited this spot today and the potential is definitely there but I ordered a cheeseburger, seasoned fries, & lemon pepper wings and the amount of seasoning that is on the fries and wings are outrageous!!! I’m so annoyed b/c I am soooo hungry… spent over $20 and the amount of time it’s taking to dust all this damn seasoning off is causing my food to get cold. I’m so drove!!! I’ve had to drench my fries in ketchup in order to eat some of them and I’m honestly considering giving the wings to a homeless person. I order lemon pepper wings w/ the cranchy toppings and when I open the box, all I smell is parsley! Not nah’n lemon nor pepper. *the burger is straight but nothing special about this bacon! It’s advertised as the juiciest/thickest… something like that and this bacon is super duper regular, thin, & you almost miss it… SMH

Crazy good! I've had the burgers and the wings and they do not play around! get the seasoned fries too! If they can one day make their own ranch and blue cheese they would be gold.

Finally stopped by to try a burger after seeing posts on IG, and I was very pleased! I created my own burger with 2 patties, it was made to order and seasoned very well. I also got an order of the cajun fries, if I were to try those again I would most likely ask for light seasonings. I'm not sure of the young lady's name that helped me use the kiosk, but she was very pleasant & friendly. She took her time telling me about the different options for burgers. I would definitely go again!

I had the chicken Philly and Cajun fries. Food was well seasoned , fresh and great portion. My sister had a turkey burger w/two Patties and a fried egg. We were looking at each others food. I can’t wait to come back and try something new!!!

Everything was hot, delicious and most importantly not salty. Clean place, friendly staff, highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

I rarely have good things to say about Atlanta food, but this space was great! The customer service, pricing, atmosphere, actual food, and location were all great. We had the impossible ATL and the good morning burger. Also had Cajun fries. Everything was great! Seasoned well and plenty of food.

This is my first visit at the Doraville location & all I can say was their customer service was on point & so was the food I had a 10 piece 24k sauce with the Cajun friesss !!! I got a cheeseburger combo with Cajun fries and an order of 6 mild lemon pepper wings. Lots of seasoning and so so good! The service and music were awesome too!

Staff was very nice, the tomatoes were the correct ripeness and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The fries were good as well. I wasn't floored by the "seasoned" burger and it just didn't seem worth the $30 I spent. The tables are outside where you could view the homeless people arguing, urinating, and about to fight.

We ordered three different burgers; double fries and a small order of seasoned fries; and everything was ABSOLUTELY fantastic! The burgers were juicy, cooked well, the toppings were the right amount, everything was cooked and made the way we ordered it, AND we sat outside at the picnic table and enjoyed our meal and we will TOTALLY be going back here! Was greeted by the super friendly staff in the open right as I walked in, who offered to help if I had any questions. I like when restaraunts have an open kitchen, shows there's nothing nasty to hide. Everything clean and orderly. Dining room was spotless and had cool graffiti style art on the walls. I ordered That Long Way, and I have to tell you, the secret sauce set this burger a cut above. It was sooo unbelievably good. It was very unique (something I was intrigued about since I saw they had secret sauce *and* thousand island. This has maybe some Worcester sauce, hotsauce, a little sweetness. It was an amazing sauce, I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. The toppings were cut just right and portioned perfectly so that the burger, while big, did not fall apart whatsoever. Double beef patty was perfect amount for Mr for a late lunch, though I probably could have eaten an order of fries as well - I'm full, but not uncomfortable. The manager came out of the kitchen and chatted with me briefly while i ate, asking if i enjoted everything Just thrilled with the entire experience. 5 stars, will be bacl.

Was visiting on a business trip and was recommended this spot for the great burgers. Well thr atmosphere was nice due to they had music playing while waiting but the double cheeseburger was horrible. Not season at all and they didn't even melt my cheese and my fries were cold....I do recommend to try for yourself though...

Presentation is a lot like Five Guys, but the burgers have so much flavor, and the fries are crisp and tasty. Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had! Highly recommend giving them a shot.

All the food was delicious! Everything was also still hot by the time I got home! I wanted to try just about everything so I ordered “That New School” burger which is basically their classic burger, “That ATL Cheesetake”, hot lemon pepper wings, and the creole lemon fries. Everything was seasoned well and bussing! I will definitely be going back!

The burger was really good! The secret sauce has a lil kick to it but I like it. Now the cajun fries were good, seasoned to death, but good! Next time I’ll get the regular fries and I want to try the wings. The team was really nice and friendly. We’ll be back!

Today I went here in my lunch break and got the Fresh Prince combo. The food not only tastes great, but the portions are nice PLUS you can get turkey instead of beef which made me even more eager to taste it. They don’t skimp on fries either which I got the Cajun flavor. The cost is a little pricey but, it’s worth it and I don’t mind paying for HOT & FRESH food any day especially when it’s rare and hard to find. I’ll definitely returning and telling others about how good the burgers are. I would’ve added a photo of mine but the burger was gone by the time I thought to take a picture of how good it looked 😂

These are the best wings I’ve had in a minute I’ve become a regular The young lady at this location is so nice and down to earth I eat there way tooo much I recommend 24K sauce dusted with lemon pepper 🤤

They messed up my order and it was almost inedible. This place is definitely built for takeout. There are only two tables and this is more for waiting than eating food. They also have two ordering systems off to the side so you can place your order. I ordered the Freestyle with 3 patties and lemon cajun crinkle fries. Let me start with the good. The fries are really good. The Boss Blend patties are also tasty. I ordered grilled onions, grilled peppers, blue cheese, and bacon. They gave me a mound of blue cheese and some lettuce. Since this place is take out I did not see the mess they gave me until I got home. What a shame because this place really came highly recommended.

I will say that I was a little skeptical. How can a place have 138 reviews and maintain five stars!? However, they lived up to that five star reputation. Burgers were really good and the value, for what you got, was exceptional. Fries were spot on and perfect. Will definitely come back.

Quick service. Excellent burgers and wonderful selection. Indoor dining is small, but there is an outdoor area near the front door. We ordered takeout, and everything we ordered was very well prepared and exactly as we ordered. Highly recommend!!
