I used to love the Apple Place and have tried it so many times hoping for better since they changed owners (10+), and unfortunately I just think it’s different now. The service is so painfully slow. So, so slow. Only people in line with 3 people working and just takes freaking forever, man. Girls the last time we went we’re just talking and gossiping and pausing while scooping to talk and it’s already slow as it is so it just gets maddening. One laughing because she got a piece of her hair stuck on the scoop. It is what it is. I’m afraid our favorite spot is no longer. Ice cream the past couple times is just not the same. I don’t understand because I thought they were keeping the current vendor?

First time coming and it was amazing! Ice cream was delicious, loved the decor and feel of the whole place and the kids were thrilled with the play area!

The atmosphere is something else, you can truly enjoy a country vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. You can get breakfast, dessert , and ice cream. It has 3 goats and a pig that toddlers can enjoy. It has spots so you can eat as well. The only bummer is that you are not allowed to pick up your own apples.

Got cider donuts like them, but wish the menu was more up front so you could see before you got to the window.

Delicious homemade local ice cream. Many,many selections to choose from. They also have a counter of all kinds of homemade baked goods, honey, jams.

I went there after the new owners bought it. The employees were getting the orders wrong . we were very disappointed.

I'm a sucker for rustic bakeries so I was excited to stumble on this place. The pastries and coffee are really good. They have all these artisan sodas, lemonade, and syrups I'll definitely come back for. Go today!

Great experience overall. The new owners haven't changed any of the things that made this place great in the first place! Highly recommend to anyone interested in a nice, family friendly adventure!

Banana dirt bomb muffin was the best thing I ever ate

My family and I love the Apple place, but 3 out of the last 4 times we have been there this season, we have run into the issue of our favorite, the Cider Donut Sundae, being made different every time. During the last visit I was disappointed that my son didn't receive any caramel, whip cream, cherry and barely any ice cream on his donut. We love The Apple Place, but we are going to give it a break for awhile.

I am now calling their pies "crack" pies. I can't even walk in the door without it leaping out of my hands and into someone's mouth! I have to hide them in the car when it's holiday time :) They are amazing!!! Staff is really great 👍

I bought an Apple pie, three donuts, cheese cake muffin and a pint of maple syrup....mmmm mmm mmm atmosphere is rustic, soothing, delightful visually. Hens are out back, an out house is out back to.

Such a cute place! Donuts are delicious but I go for the pumpkin Oreo ice cream 😍🤤 I wish it wasn’t seasonal. It’s to die for ! Love it ! Will be going back to get a quart before they take it out till next season !

Excellent cider and donuts. Staff was very friendly and ambiance was perfect for fall. Not too many animals and the corn maze charge per person was too much

We love The Apple Place! Great treats and drinks. You must try their apple cider donuts and their apple cider slushie! We go every year, and it has become a family tradition.

Highly recommended, a great American gem. An amazing variety of delishious fresh baked treats, cakes and apple cider donuts all made on site. They also carry locally sourced maple syrup, premium ice cream and of course apples... There's a large playground suited for young kids, farm animals, outdoor tables/seating and clean modern restrooms. All in a shady, cozy idyllic New England style farm, barn and stand not to mention bakery and creamery. Prices are fair and staff are perfectly cordial.

We visit often and Cindy and Neil are the nicest of folk. Just had the red velvet cream cheese muffin for the first time. It was outstanding. I dare anyone to find something that tastes as good as this!

Nice place for families to get an ice cream or pie. I won't pay $12.50 for a bag of apples and I don't like the fact they have a tip screen you must use in front of the cashier. It makes you feel like you must tip so no, it wasn't good enough for us to come back.

Unique, delicious, family friendly

What a hidden gem!! The banana chocolate chip muffin was AMAZING. They also offer ice cream. Our favorite part was the swinging picnic tables and the little playground area for kids. And bonus, they have actual bathrooms on site, not porta potties!

Farm fresh goods, coffees & bakery. Croissant Donut with (real) maple glaze was transcendent (im gonna go back just for that alone!!!)....plus fresh apples, pears & peaches and ice cream delights! Refreshing (and simulating Iced coffees, many seating areas plentiful parking as well as art, local memorabilia and crafts. Made me feel good about supporting a local family business as opposed to a big box store. This is a nice, Family-friendly environment. Only (minor) negative was no FRESH from the fryer donuts....sigh, maybe next time? But still, this place deserves 5 stars - highly recommended. .

A really sweet treat. Lovely to walk around and enjoy some really great treats. Anything you can imagine from nice pastries and baked goods to all kinds of drinks ( specially made to your liking.) Also Fruits and fresh grown items. U Can sit around in a number of places .. kids have some great areas to play. We need to go back to stay longer and find out more about all the other events that they offer. Understand that the beginning of September they are having a special APPLE FESTIVAL.. maybe we will see you there.. then

Interesting and ecclectic place. Great ice cream. Lots to see. Farm animals, a couple of gift shops, ample seating, a playground, sprawling grounds. Clean bathrooms. We didn't even see the whole place while we were there our first time. They only serve ice cream stuff, but they do have dairy free options.

Wonderful ice cream flavors (even for ice cream snobs like my wife and me!), a fun and relaxing setting, and friendly servers and owners.

Even in a monsoon rain we enjoyed incredible ice cream and Apple Cider Slushies. Our friends go weekly. We will be back next trip to Mass!
