The Auto Pour was a great experience, the owners were very nice and attentive to everyone’s needs. The atmosphere had a relaxing, laid back, chill vibe. Great selection of wine and beer to try.

We recently hosted my son’s wedding celebration party at The Auto Pour. We chose to do it on a Sunday so we could hold the party as a private event. The event space was great. Lots of space and seating to gather and socialize, inside and out. Our guests enjoyed the opportunity to try different wines and beer, not being limited to just one or two varieties. As the party hosts, we enjoyed the ability to bring in food and non-alcoholic drinks of our choice. The owners, John and Jenny, were great and made everything feel seamless. Ultimately, the party was a big hit with our guests, who vowed to return again on their own. Thank you, John and Jenny, for such a great time!

Jenny and John Lucas are two amazing people. The Auto Pour Wine Bar has wines for all palates, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly. My new favorite wine bar.

Note: there is no food served here, but to keep the rating high, I gave them a 5 as the food we were allowed to bring was excellent! I first came to The Auto Pour (T.A.P.) on May 15th, 2024. It was my first time here and I came back three days later to celebrate my birthday. I was very excited when I realized the premise of T.A.P. You are able to start a tab and drink/taste all the wine and beer you would like by ounces. I was able to sample six different wines and 4 beers. Between my husband and myself, we spent $28.00! They have a water cooler to help you stay hydrated while you sample(again, you can also bring your own water). Today(Saturday), they also had live music. They played and sang light rock, classic r&b, and good country music. The establishment is run by a cute couple. They were very friendly and gracious. I will definitely go back again and again.

Our friends introduced us to Auto Pour and we have gone back multiple times since. We love the atmosphere, all the wine and beer options, and have had so much fun having game nights there. The owners are always SO sweet and welcoming. We LOVE this place!

This a great spot! The owners are very sweet and there is such a variety of wine and beer. The process to get your own drinks is very easy and reasonably priced compared to other self-pour places. Highly recommend!

We hosted our wedding reception at The AutoPour and had the best time! We had our wedding on a Sunday, partly because that's when our photographer was available, and also because that's when TAP allows you to host private events. We had a very simple and low-key reception, 45 people with a pizza bar and wine - it was perfect for us! Jenny and John are amazing. We stopped by a few times ahead of the wedding to chat with them, and grab a drink. The day-of we had some help setting up early, and John and Jenny made the entire evening run flawlessly. We had several guests let us know how helpful and wonderful John and Jenny are; that made them feel comfortable from the minute they arrived. I would absolutely host another private event here - it is very to communicate details, and a fantastic atmosphere! John & Jenny - thank you! It was a perfect day.

Great place allows you to choose your spirits. This self guided wine and beer dispenses a variety of different beverages. Indoor and outdoor seating gives you space for a quaint date night, girls outing, or group event. The owners are genuine and friendly.

I was meeting a group of girl friends for a night out, and we had a blast. I hadn’t been here before, but had been to a beer focused place like it in Pawley’s Island, SC. I think I enjoyed the wine more than pouring my own beer! The wine machines are setup to do 1, 3, or 6 ounces and show the price per amount. Pouring beer by the ounce can be tough because you don’t want all foam, but also may not want much to get a sense of the beer. The atmosphere was very relaxed with plenty of spaces for groups of 4+ so that it wasn’t too hard to hear our group. We ordered food from one of the places nearby and look forward to coming back for more wine and trying other food.

I shared in serving the public of Charlotte, NC this past weekend with John and Jenny, the owners of The Auto Pour and it was nothing short of spectacular! John and Jenny are two of the nicest people you could ever meet! They allowed me and my team to come serve BBQ to their friends and patrons in a fun, family oriented environment filled with laughs and beautiful people! I have only nice things to say about my experience and look forward to coming back in the near future to have a few drinks and enjoy the people of the neighborhood! We were here on a Sunday afternoon for a private birthday event. And the experience was nothing short of top-notch. The space is large and organized very well with stations of wine separated by dryness. Each cylindrical station has a number of wines with the label as well as a printed description of the flavors. Typically you would set up a tab and receive your own card to track your self pours. The pours were available in 3 different sizes depending on your tasting needs. Our hosts were paying for everything so we were free to taste. There was also a DJ and a private caterer. The staff did a great job of cleaning throughout the event without ever seeming in the way or as if they were hovering. In fact, for the most part, I barely noticed they were there. But dirty glasses and empty plates magically disappeared. I tasted a few bottles of wine. While I am no wine connoisseur, everything I tasted was really good. Overall, it was a fantastic event. I would definitely come back and visit again. Pro-tip: There is a really nice outdoor patio to enjoy when the temperatures are warm enough.

Visited this establishment for a birthday brunch. It was clean spacious, and welcoming. I love the concept of wine pouring and with so many delicious wines to taste. Will come back again. The owners were mega kool.

I took my girlfriend here for our date night after the movies. Such a great experience! The owners, John and Jenny, were very helpful and pleasant. They had an excellent selection of wines and beers with great live music. I was able to watch the Carolina-Duke game, have drinks and enjoy my girlfriend at the same time. I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!

What a fun place this is. The atmosphere and staff are so wonderful and such a great vibe. There is a huge variety of wines and you choose your ounces. It’s perfect for a party or just night out.

The Auto Pour is a amateur sommelier's dream come true! This little wine shop allows you to try varies of wines from sweet-dry red, white and all other wines you can imagine. You place your card on file, receive a card to insert into the machine and *BOOM* it pours your selected wine at 3 of the sizes they have available. Auto Pour does have the full bottle available for purchase as well. Prices do vary drastically but you can find some good inexpensive wines. Beer is offered here, too. The couple running the show was absolutely sweet, knowledge and extremely helpful throughout our entire visit. The location isn't necessarily ideal but the exterior and interior design will make you feel like you're uptown or down Park Road. You're able to bring food due to the fact they do not serve any here but you are in a good location to pick up a bite and bring it in. This place makes great for a date day, a day out with the friends or a nice gathering for your wine and beer drinkers. Overall, I'll surely be back to The Auto Pour.

Great place with live one man band playing some cool classics. Great owners that gave us a inservice to their self pour process. Atmosphere is awesome and has a really cool vibe with great wine and beer choices. Both inside and outside seating areas were great.

Friendly staff and great wine selections

Really good wine!! They have craft beer and seltzer as well, but if you’re looking for good wine, I highly recommend. They have a wide variety with various price options. Each pour offers you a 1 oz, 3 oz, or 5 oz, pour. We got to try a lot of different types and all were very good, high quality wines. Different vibe than other pour places I’ve been too. More chill. Can’t wait to go back 🍷
