Exceptional hotel! It's huge, but the service still manages to remain excellent in every corner of the hotel. It faces the sea, full of shops and environments, as well as a very tasty restaurant. Everything is very complete, swimming pool, gym, environments and a breathtaking structure.

One of the best hotels. The service is impeccable, attentive but not overbearing. The view is amazing. The grounds are lovely, as is the architecture, and they have many options for kids. Very family friendly

Be prepared to tip constantly, as it felt like the staff were expecting it at every turn. Despite paying a significant amount to be there, the constant pressure to tip made the experience uncomfortable.

hotel rooms are a little small for the price and the lack of view of the ocean and constant construction noise at 7:00 a.m.! So multicultured I loved that part.. But I have never seen such happy people smiling while working as if their life depends on it! Having lived my life in service for the most part, I felt guilty being here and having them wait on us.. We tried to leave tips and gifts and they told us they were not allowed to accept them?? Not a regular to this kind of money but grateful for the service I was given with the smiles even if they were forced! Maybe it's just the sunshine? Maybe just my observation!

I spent an amazing few days here, September 4-8, only for it to be marred when I returned home. I discovered the staff did not return my golf clubs to my vehicle after my round, and I did not notice it until I got all the way home. They removed the clubs from my truck, took them to the golf course. and returned them to the hotel after the round. For some reason, they did not feel the need to put them back where they found them, even though I was told by the golf course staff that is what would happen. I fully realize I should have checked before I left, but for some reason I trusted them to do what they said they would do. Now I get to pay them for the privilege of correcting their mistake. While I would definitely recommend the resort as a whole, be sure the hotel has actually done their job before you leave.

I would highly recommend this luxury hotel. Overall my stay at the Breakers was nothing short of extraordinary. The level of service I received from Marlon in guest services and my driver David was exceptional. I can't wait to return.

We brought our two kids here - ages 3 and 5. It was amazing! I wanted to share some pictures of the kids entertainment because there is a ton of it, and I don’t think it is featured in the photos enough!!!! There is a playground, arcade, ping-pong, foosball, mini putt putt golf, corn hole, etc! The family center is jampacked with fun stuff. And obviously the pool is great too. One night we ate at Henry’s and the other night we ate at the Italian restaurant which is in the kids center. The Italian restaurant is very kid friendly, but also feels fancy enough for the adults to feel like they’re enjoying a nice dinner out. What I love most about this hotel is that all of the restaurants… Even the fancy ones… Have a kids menu!! It is SO kid friendly everywhere. We had a double bed room with a pullout sofa, which was great. The closet is huge as well and walk in. We brought a little air mattress for our other child and put her in there! Would be perfect for a pack and play too. There are so many pools and a fabulous little beach area too! The hotel also has tons of restaurants and shops and beautiful courtyards and fountains… our kids loved just exploring all of these things too! We will definitely be back . We had a wonderful trip at this gorgeous hotel.

I've stayed at the Breakers many times in the past 20 years with my grandparents and most recently on a girls trip with my mom and sister. It's our favorite place in the world! The architecture, gardens, ocean views, access to the beach, friendly attentive staff, green grounds, dining rooms and grand hall rooms fresh roses and flowers at the entrance hall make you feel beautiful. From the staff to the beautiful amenities, everything is always perfect! The gym is spacious and offers classes and training. The spa is incredible - I've had the best massages and facials there. The rooms are pristine and high-tech. The food, drinks, and wait staff are amazing! The pools and hot tubs are never too crowded. The views of the ocean aren't too bad either! Highly highly recommend!

Ok..so we stopped in at Seafood Bar for lunch and ordered 2 whistle pig old fashions. Guy asks what year and I said don't go nuts on me the 6 year old is fine. Drink is on small side but ok so we order another and 1 appetizer. Bill comes to $350 for 4 drinks and a $25 app. He charged us $55 for each drink then tax and auto 20% tip. If we wern't sitting with friends I would have gotten the manager...I was ripped off...never again

Just curious why one of the premier hotels in the country doesn't have a cover at the guard gate from the rain since they check everyone for ID. This is a big miss. Even the better gated communities have these covers. Lowering stars because they have 2 lanes usual that are just merged into one today. Not sure why they need to touch my ID even though I'm here several times a day. Reception policies depend on who's wearing the uniform that day. Valet and door workers are usually pretty good at opening doors and loading luggage. Sometimes they are slow and struggle with luggage. The line at the gate is incredibly long this morning. 2/22 @ noon; Breakers row 1 security guard Gabe very unprofessional, demeaning, rude suggested that I leave for some reason. Quite a power trip he had. Just a reflection of general inconsistencies in policy regarding the screening of vehicles here depending on who is wearing the uniform that day.

So upscale, they don't let the regular people around...unless you lie at the entrance! Just lie, come up with whatever cool reason: planning daughter wedding; attending a funeral; sleepover with #45! Use your imagination to see rich people waste their moneys.

Beautiful historic hotel, great views. Love the aquarium bar....it's expensive though....glass of champagne...$50! Other drinks reasonable $25. $8-9 oysters...unreasonable. Be careful, Bill adds up quickly. Inexpensive bottle of wine and 2 entrées, split dessert.. over $450 w/out the cocktails at the bar.

Food is good but very heavy and salty. It's good for special occasions but for somebody that eats out often, it's a bit decedent.
