Food is good but very heavy and salty. It's good for special occasions but for somebody that eats out often, it's a bit decedent.

Perhaps the best restaurant I’ve ever had for a great price. Sweet corn agnolloti will change your life.

Top notch. This is a must visit when in WPB. The atmosphere is great, the food even better. Each time we have visited the service is superb. Definitely worth a visit and be sure to make reservations.

My favorite restaurant in Palm Beach. The food and service has been consistently excellent for over a decade. The offerings change periodically but they hold onto the house favorites. It’s such a fun place to go with friends and order a little bit of everything on the menu.

After having an issue on a Saturday afternoon at the sandwhich shop, Buccan absolutely showed us why they’re considered the top restaurant in the Palm Beach area. Quick shout out to the sandwhich shop which are hands down the best and can be found both at Buccan and Grato. My wife and I are consistently at Grato, the sandwhich shop, but it’s not as common for us to be at Buccan. They did make a supply error with my order which was followed by an immediate call by the GM (Andy) to apologize and own their part. Solid customer service although I still had no sandwhiches for my party I was hosting. They ofcourse refunded me for my order, and I requested an amends by way of a reservation at the proclaimed Buccan less than 24 hours away. He made it happen with an awesome table. The manager on site knew exactly who we were, comped an additional item on the menu and bought us dessert. The pork chop was insane, sweet corn pasta consistently a hit, everything else was as special as the overall scene. Our waiter, Seth was great. He fully understood how to course everything out and made our evening everything we hoped for. This group of restaurants is elite. We’ve been all over - they’re top notch. Thank you guys.

Buccan is located on palm beach island. I visited here for dinner and it was wonderful. I had the pleasure of Matyas being our server. He was kind and gave great recommendations. There is complimentary valet and I highly recommend to have a reservation, especially on weekends. Everything I ordered was delicious. I highly recommend the short rib empanadas and the tuna crisp. I look forward to dining here again.

We had heard a lot about Buccan as we were exploring Palm beach and west Palm beach. We did not have a real but we figured we would go early, and sit at the bar if nothing was available. Luckily, they had a table for 2 right as they opened (5pm), even on a Saturday. Atmosphere was really nice, refined but we did not feel under dressed (beach semi formal). Our waiter was very attentive: we never had to ask for water refills, dishes came out fast, new plates and utensils provided between each dish. We loved the tuna crunch, the sweet corn Agnolotti, the carrot salad, the octopus, truffle fries, and the snapper. Not pictured is the amazing fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, which were incredible. We really enjoyed ourselves, and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

And waited. Finally our waiter seemed to remember we were there, and he did a nice job going over the menu. We ordered the Italian Burrata, Charred Carrot salad and an Empanada. All three were delicious. As was the Snapper, until my dinner partner began coughing and pulled a pin bone from her mouth! Trying to overlook it, she swallowed, and again choked - this time the bone was swallowed. We motioned our waiter over, and told him there were bones left in the fish, and please take it away. He did, and the manager came over, I thought to apologize, but actually, to shame us for not wanting fish with bones in it. "We get our fish fresh and clean it here on site, so sometimes pin bones get overlooked." No, sir. This is a five star restaurant! Two bones in one bite of fish are not acceptable. Who knows how many were in the full serving? The right statement was "I am so sorry. You will not be charged for your meal tonight, please allow us to bring you a dessert (or something) on us." Instead, we paid for the small plates and cocktail, and left. I had been so looking forward to this, and I can't overstate how let down I felt. This is just not what one should experience at a well known, respected restaurant - neither pin bones in the fish, nor being told basically "it happens, get over it" when you send it back. So disappointed.

Buccan is ALWAYS my choice for an amazing dinner. Let's start with the food. The carrot salad is TO DIE. And I don't even love carrots! The corn agnolotti are just spectacular. Just writing this review is making my mouth water. The pork tacos? Wow. Empanadas, churrasco, and yellowtail snapper. Oh my! Now let's talk service, because that's so much part of the experience. Attentive, friendly, not intrusive. Our server, Francisco, is beyond amazing. We actually request him every single time we go there. He's lovely, he's got that hospitality DNA, and you'll hug him after your first experience with him because he makes you feel like family (I did! And he didn't mind!). Anyway, definitely definitely definitely run to Buccan. You can thank me later!

I mean this place. The food; this place is so good. You literally have to go there. Top number one choice of mine for foodies if you’re in Palm Beach County. It is right off of Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. Just so hip and delicious and creative. I double dog dare you to tell me it isn’t excellent on every meaningful level. Impeccable Service! The atmosphere is upscale but austere. Don’t even worry too much about what you are wearing because it is casual enough but really nice. Serious restauranteurs! It’s all about the food here. And the Cabernet wine. And the watermelon martinis drinks and mocktails. And the desserts. 5 stars for yummy. We had spicy pork tacos, calamari ( best anywhere), short rib empanadas, Pan fried crusted snapper with eggplant vegetable dish( I have not had a piece of fish that delicious in ages) , churrasco steak with a black bean sauce, seared scallops with agrodulce sauce, bananas foster with butter cake soaked in caramel butter, and a 100 grand bar made of caramel mousse covered in chocolate with a chocolate cookie crumbs and ice cream. Worth it!

Absolutely Fabulous ! Michael our waiter Michael was exceptional! We had multiple apps (Boratta, tuna Tartare, park tacos, short rib empanadas) absolutely wonderful!!! For main course. We had fish, octopus, steak and the black ink pasta. Omg incredible! Had 2 wines for the table and then a watermelon martini ! Yum yum everything is amazing. Great recommendation and grate ambience!

If there is one restaurant in the area that I would recommend, it would easily be this one. The service was on point and the food was even better. A few must haves are the Sweet Corn pasta dish and the Banana Foster for dessert, they were to die for!!

Had an incredible experience here, top tier food, above and beyond service. Everything was immaculate. Karissa, our server was one of, if not the most, pleasant person I’ve ever met in my entire life. She took her time to explain everything to us and gave perfect recommendations. The chef, Nick, came over and gave our table a visit to check in and make sure all was well, a truly nice gentleman who seemed that he truly cared for his craft and guest’s experience. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area! 15/10

OMG OMG probably one of the best places for excellent pasta, Italy can wait. Have been there twice and can't wait to go again. Every pasta on the menu is amazing. Cheff found a perfect spot for adding a lot of flavours without them being overwhelming, so good! Service is another highlight on both occasions was really good, they will explain the menu and give suggestions if you'd like. You can order half a pasta too, and it is enough to share. One evening we ordered 3 of them as we couldn't decide which one, and all 3 were superb!

Our second time here. We loved it so much. we came back 3 weeks later. Everything we had both times was so good. Service was excellent. The place itself is not "decorated"- just 1 large drawing from where we sat. We had the steak tartare, Shrimp ceviche, mushrooms pasta, curried chicken, Short rib empanadas, mango margarita, Key line Pie, chocolate chip cookies and the $100,000 bar with several cups of espresso, followed by a food coma

Saw the other reviews and decided to stop by for dinner based off the good feedback. However our experience was unexpected. The two hostesses informed us that they didn’t have any tables available and then offered seats at the bar (which there was only 1 available, for 2 of us). When asked about availability instead of putting us on a wait list they recommended another restaurant few doors down. When asked about when they may have a table they again gave us solutions that included everything besides us having a meal there. Not sure why this was the case. But we felt rejected and decided not to eat there even after they eventually took our information and put us on a wait list. This was the worst customer service experience we’ve come across. We frequent PB and will never go to this establishment again. Please train the hostesses so this doesn’t happen to another customer or you’ll end up out of business.

We dined there with friends and had a wonderful time. We shared the Tuna Crisps and the two warm salads. Our friends had the Iberian Pork Chop, Short Rib Empanadas & the Scallop entree. My wife & I shared the Sweet Corn Pasta Agnolotti & Sword Fish entree. We all shared (4) different desserts. Everything was perfect.

As always Chef Clay and his team including Chef Joey Lipson created a wonderful dining experience for us on my wife's birthday last week. Kudos to the service staff as well!

Easily exceeded expectations. We'd never eaten at the actual Buccan restaurant, just the sandwich shop so this was a first. And it was just awesome across the board. I got the Iberia pork chop (just yes) and my fiancé got the spicy pork tacos and short rib empanada (also, just yes). The food was incredible, and our server was awesome and super friendly. My fiancé was pregnant and the server did a great job recommending dishes and N/A drinks without us even having to ask. We finished with the cookies and their hazelnut caramel bar and both were outstanding. Definitely would make the cookies a must. Oh, I also got a martini and somehow they managed to make the best martini I have ever had (or I was just tired and it hit at the right time, either way it was perfect).

This is easily the best restaurant I have been to in Palm Beach. Amazing food; excellent service; and a very cool, lively atmosphere with an open kitchen. Perhaps the only criticism is that the bar is very small. I stopped in at 5:30 or so, a bit early for our planned dinner, thinking I might be able to grab a drink at the bar, but it was full. Very popular spot! Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Buccan. Our server was excellent, offering us plenty of thoughtful recommendations and fantastic service. We kept it simple with an empanada and taco to start and then moved into the roasted carrot salad and the octopus. The empanada and taco were absolutely delicious, both were elevated by technique and flavor. The carrot salad was very interesting and the octopus, while a bit overtaken by other components of the dish, was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The star of the show were the pastas. The corn agnolotti was on another level, and the lobster fussili was great as well. We had an Asian inspired Iberia pork chop to finish which was packed with flavor. The banana foster butter cake was the perfect end to an amazing meal. A huge plus to the entire staff who appeared to work seamlessly with one another, finishing every necessary step in service in unison. Dining here came recommended by many and I’m pleased to say it lived up to every bit of the billing. Great job.

Buccan never disappoints between the amazing creative yet approachable food, kind servers and speed of service, and atmosphere (though it’s usually very busy even on weeknights). My only negative experience has been a rude host.

5 stars does not do this place justice, the food and service were top notch. Steve was a phenomenal waiter and had the best recommendations. Andrew the manager was fantastic and ensured we had the best time. My group had the greatest time and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Ordered hours in advance and they were out of sandwiches. I waited over an hour for sandwiches I paid for that they didn’t have.

Exceptional food, service and atmosphere- the levels of taste in the food was out of this world.

Had friends visiting in a few weeks but Buccan didn’t have any open reservations. I emailed them and they squeezed me in! Before I even ate here I could see how dedicated they are to customer service. The service itself is second to none. They are constantly refilling you water, changing your plates, and cleaning your table. All the staff is so friendly. Vanessa was our waitress and she was fantastic. As for the food, we had steak tartare, mushroom tacos, calamari, and lobster fusilli. The food gets 5/5. Everything was amongst the best food I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never had better calamari anywhere else, and it was fresh, as was all their food. My only “complaint” is the small portions, but it is worth it. Three people shared four plates and we were all full by the end of the night. I think Buccan is the best restaurant in all of Palm Beach County, not just Palm Beach. Make sure you make your reservations many weeks in advance!

I go out a lot in this town and Buccan is our Top choice. The Chef is one of the best around and no matter what you order it’s magic! This restaurant has spoiled us but we are happy they did:)

Unbelievable food, exceptional service, and amazing atmosphere. I wish I remembered the server to give him all the kudos but he was incredible and what made our experience at Buccan so memorable. We went for my bachelorette dinner and we shared the burrata with pistachio pesto, Parmesan fries, and tuna crisps - all were devoured! I got the sweet corn agnolotti for myself and savored every bite. Going to Buccan is the dining experience you crave when you want a nice dinner out with a dim lit and lively atmosphere with amazing food and service. I cannot recommend it enough!!!

I was excited to eat here until I got there. This was a horrible environment. The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even let others sit before me and my husband. I asked them and they didn’t even have a reservation. I truly believe they just didn’t want to serve us. The vibe was very pretentious and snobby. The food looked like it could’ve been really good but I never even got to eat it because the vibe was not nice.

Noisy, busy but food well worth the wait. We were a large group (10) but had a reservation for 7. Was not seated until 7:45. Once seated, the service was amazing. There was nothing bad amongst the almost 10 different meals ordered. Appetizers were fun to share. Many of the tastes quite unique.

Let's just say, I wish I could give Michelin stars. First: the server was super nice and had the greatest recommendations for everything. Next: the food was nothing short of divine. Every food we ate, from appetizers to dessert, were incredible. Everything about this meal was perfect. If you are in the area, try to get a reservation. Highly recommend.

Buccan will forever and always be my favorite restaurant. Every server, hostess, manager, & other wait staff I encounter here are so kind & attentive. The food is other worldly. To quote my dad when he first tried the sweet corn agnolotti “Wow, this is an incredible symphony of favor.” I always recommend this place and go as often as I can.

We love Buccan! Food so creative and so delicious! I just wish it was easier to get a reservation on Open Table! The oysters tasted like they were just plucked from the ocean. The roasted carrots, sweet corn agnolotti and the grouper scallopini were all memorable!

We had an amazing family dinner here while visiting Palm Beach. The restaurant is cute and unassuming from the outside (minus the $250K cars in the valet parking lot lol). Inside the vibe is upbeat, unpretentious, and full of energy. The dishes are all excellent, we especially loved the meatballs and the corn soup pasta, they were incredible. Got to sit right up next to the chefs and watching them put together the dishes was very cool. Had a great time, highly recommend!

Lovely experience as always at Buccan. Highly recommend sitting in the lounge area up front as it is fantastic for people watching. Norman is the most extraordinary server. The steak tartare, ceviche, and corn pasta are amazing.

Francisco always makes dining here a culinary pleasure. He is so knowledgeable about each dish which is rare in most places. We had three new dishes. The lobster pasta was delicious as was the swordfish. The carrot salad was a melange of textures and flavors. I brought two first time guests here, and they loved it. We tried the key lime tart/pie. Two out of three loved it. I found it too sweet.

Really great waiter, food is wonderful as always. Difficult to get reservations, but well worth the effort. Love it, one of our favorite places to eat, even picking up lunch is great!! Highly recommend!!

This place is so awesome and never disappoints….except for an issue I had with my reservation. It was my birthday and I tried to make a change to my reservation. I had a friend cone in to town who also had the very same birth and I wanted to add 1 person to the reservation. It wouldn’t let me do it on the app and so I called the restaurant. They said they were fully committed and the whole weekend was booked and could not add in 1 person. So I went with just the 4 of us on the original reservation. I was so upset when I got there and saw that clearly this isn’t the busiest I’ve ever seen them. Just the booth alone where they sat us had more than enough room to add 1 more person. I don’t understand why they turn away business. I actually could have brought an additional 2 people and they could have managed it. Very disappointed in my birthday.😔

We love Buccan. It is one of our fav restaurants not only in Palm Beach, but anywhere. The staff is so kind and the food is amazing. We are grateful that we were able to dine there.

Service was wonderful, drinks were good! The sweet corn angolotti was delicious. Ordered the swordfish with lentils. The lentils were cold, swordfish lukewarm. We were on a time schedule so didn’t send it back but a bit disappointed.
