It's a bit pricy, but you're on Palm Beach, and what isn't?

Poor attention to detail. Bread was stale and made a bad first impression. Ice cream was old (freezer burn flavor) and made a bad final impression. Such easy things for a restaurant to handle but apparently they couldn’t. Too many other choices in town to return here.

The tuna tartare is the best; I come weekly for it. Rebecca at the bar is super welcoming and super duper friendly.

My wife and I went to the location on the Intracoastal near PGA and selected the eggs Benedict special. My wife had the traditional with Canadian bacon and I had the smoked salmon. All staff were friendly and attentive. Our plates were well portioned and the hollandaise sauce tasted wonderful!

I got their smashburger to go. Definitely worth the money. Really good 😊

I took myself here for my birthday. I got the Cesar salad, fillet mignon, and donuts. I also had a gin and tonic. The drink was smooth and delicious. The salad was yummy, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the donuts were to die for! Seriously the donuts are sooo good!!!

Beautiful restaurant with an upscale yet laid back feel. The food was delicious and well put together to showcase amazing flavors, namely the warm crab rolls...OMG...delicious!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in town.

We came for lunch and after a great meal came back for dinner the following evening. This is now our favorite place to eat at downtown Palm Beach. Salads very fresh and crisp, fish tacos excellent, and nice service. Only recommendation would be on service. Ice tea refill should be more prompt and waiters should remember things like lemons etc that were requested initially. But that’s a minor issue which can be trained quickly. Most importantly the food was delicious.

Always a great meal. From the surprising sushi selections, to the best lobster bisque, the appetizers are great. The ribs, meat loaf, steaks and fish are delicious. Great bar seats, too.

INCREDIBLE RUDE AGAINST PET!! Three days ago I had dinner and the mananger accepted my service dog ( certified as a service animal ). Yesterday another mananger throw out us because of non acceptable the same pet in the restaurant.

I ordered the JUMBO shrimp cocktail. 5 shrimp-one was the size of a pinky finger at most and the other 4 I would say were medium no way jumbo. $20. I hardly ever write reviews. A couple sat next to me and asked me what I had ordered. I showed them the mini shrimp and they shook their heads. It’s really disappointing going out to dine these days. The female bartender heard me talking and immediately swept my food and cappucccino away rudely. Instead of saying that does look tiny would you likely me to replace it? Not going back…live locally. One star is generous.

If you don’t mind waiting up to an hour in the lobby waiting for your table, as customers sit and chat ( after paying their bill ) this is the place for you! ( we left )

The location on the island of Palm Beach is a beautiful area. Relaxing outdoor patio was perfect for a typical beautiful day in South Florida. The menu selections were broad. The food was prepared to the appropriate temperature. The deviled egg appetizer was sinful! The only challenge was negotiating the one-way streets and the no left turns to figure out how to access the valet! But that’s Palm Beach for you!

Great restaurant for any occasion, location and atmosphere is exactly what you would expect in the heart of Palm beach. Food is good and price is what you would expect, it’s not bad either.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The food and service have always been consistent and very good!

We stopped by to try this place for lunch but the two greeters at the door were very rude and although we were well-dressed and gave them our phone number, they never called to seat us. They told us it would be 30 minutes even though there were several two-tops available out on the patio. “We can’t seat you without a reservation even if we have space available”. We ate at La Golue down the street which was great, they were lovely, and sounds like it was better food from the reviews. Bricktops can take their stuck-up attitude and go down the drain.

Good food and service, but close proximity the bar and the kitchen, could make this place to be very loud. I couldn’t even hear my partner across the table at some points.

Bricktops was a total disappointment. Waitress was careless in every respect. We were a party of 6. Appetizers- Shrimp Cocktail. Shrimp were either over cooked when made or old therefore dry. Salads were fine. Entrees- 2 tuna entrees were returned. Were properly cooked at rare but the tuna itself was not good. They were others purchase frozen tuna or were old. Server finally came to check in on us and we informed her. She removed them and asked what else can she get us. Ordered the ribs and meatloaf which by the time arrived all others had finished their meal awhile ago. The 2 replaced meals were barely touched. Server didn’t care, asked if we want dessert and dropped check off. Very poor guest experience.

This place is phenomenal. Me and my family came to this establishment for dinner. Our server was a nice Turkish gentleman, I believe his name was Arca. He really made this place that much better. I would go back just for him to serve us.

This is our go too restaurant when in Palm Beach. Great dishes and great service. The Millionaire Bacon with Deviled eggs is killer..we have tried several dishes over the years and all have been excellent..

Good place for dinner if you're around. It's a bit expensive, though.

Jaja had deviled eggs with caramelized bacon and she loved them. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the service was great.

Good location to people watch. Nice ambiance. Food was below average: Ceviche was un-inspiring Hamburger was under-cooked. Seared Ahi tuna burger was sent back Was really looking forward to the lunch date. Very disappointed

It was guys night out so we went to Bricktops. We like to hand out, eat steak, drink and have a great time. Fortunately we have many venues to choose from. They don’t get a lot of points for ambiance. Service was good but not great. The steaks for Palm Beach were reasonably priced, cooked properly, very good but did not measure up to some of the other steakhouses we have been to.

Used to be a go to restaurant. Food, if you can get it is good, service, particularly at the bar terrible.

Delicious appetizers and great food. Some construction was going on, so it was a bit noisy. Service was a little slow, but I'm learning that's everywhere in Florida.

Absolutely love this place. The staff, the management, the drinks, the food….all amazing!! We will be back and very soon.

So the food was good , but the service was not, got my salad dressing wrong , forgot my cutlery and also forgot manners as the waitress hardly said a word or smiled overall not a great first impression , I will comeback to give them another chance hopefully staff will be more attentive and pleasant and the food just as good

Beautiful & relaxing, quiet atmosphere in Palm Beach near the ocean & great shopping. Most delicious food, perfectly cooked & seasoned.

The door hostesses (ironically, the first and last impression that the customer experience) are mostly arrogant, unwelcoming, rude, don't seem to have the basic hospitality training, unprofessional and unfriendly. Poor hiring or poor job training or both. Being the 1st & last point of contact at the door, you would think that they greet and welcome you first! I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and enjoyed the food, service and ambiance but the door remains to be a challenge! The manager Tamy is a hands on manager and does a commendable job in my opinion. Need to select and train her hostesses about the importance of customer service. The following was the talk with the hostess: I greeted her and she did not answer. I wanted to make reservation for 2 for a special occasion. She said they don't take reservations. Due to the demand and I fully understand as I am in the business. I saw the manager on the door but she was busy. The hostess said, she will tell you the same thing. I said thank you, don't worry, I will go elsewhere and she said PERFECT! I called Tamy and she apologized for the poor conduct of that misfitted employee on the door. But she did not offer any personal assistance. she trained them or may be not. In my opinion, the hostess is a liability to the business and I truly think that the management need to do a better job training these hyper ignorant door staff. The food and service are always good. Thank you.

Quick trip to Palm Beach for the day; it was so nice to find a casual restaurant with a pretty atmosphere and not too stuffy. Beautiful outdoor seating was also available. We really enjoyed the delicious Ahi tuna bowl and “Hollywood” sushi.

I had lunch here and the hostess was this older blonde lady who was absurdly rude, couldn’t believe how unwelcome I felt. Finally made it to our table, the waitress was lovely but then my palm beach salad had ROTTEN crab on it. Really think this place can step it up.

Been coming here for years on my lunch break. Excellent food. Affordable for the Island. Check menu before reservation. The staff is #1. Great location near Worth Ave, A1A, Okeechobee Bridge, Downtown West Palm and the beach. ✔️

We were surprised and got seated pretty quickly. We shared the deviled eggs and maple glazed bacon. I had the crab cakes and brussel sprouts, my husband the filet with a baked potato. The food was amazing. There was no long wait between courses, but it wasn't rushed either. A win all around.

Food was great. The coleslaw was the best coleslaw I've ever had. My husband's salmon was a bit overdone, but still good. The service, however, was awful! Our waiter was not personable at all, and frequently just disappeared and we had to ask other waiters to help us. It took over 35 minutes to get dessert after dinner.

This is in regards to MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH ONLY (The restaurant is fabulous for everyday dinning): What a disappointment. They SAY (on the phone) that they have a Mother's day brunch but they really don't. The Brunch Menu was 3 dishes long (a stale Avocado toast, which is what I ordered, Eggs Benedict and Prime Rib with Eggs) and they also served the Sushi / dinner menu. Who wants to eat dinner dishes at 11:30am??? Appetizers? Try calamari in the morning LOL.... I spoke to the manager who couldn't care less and showed it. I told her I called and asked if they are serving brunch, they confirmed they do but then when we showed up it was such a disappointment (because in past years there was a full brunch menu).... She looked at me and said: "yes, we tried a different direction this year, so sorry youre disappointed" and turned around and walked away.... In the words of Adam Sandler (and his voice): Things I could have been made aware of YESTERDAY!!!! I called and asked so why not tell me??? Bottom line: I will keep on dinning there any other day but NEVER AGAIN on Mother's Day. Stay away (on Mother's Day). You have been warned (by a guy who LOVES this restaurant).

I went went yo BrickTops for a 12 PM reservation the other day and was very disappointed when I learned that the brunch menu, particularly my favorite dish, the Lobster Benedict, was not available during brunch time hours. I specifically raved about the dish to the other two people I dined with prior to our reservation and we were all let down by the news that the entire reason we chose BrickTop’s (our desired dish) was going to be impossible to order. We were forced to choose between a bunch of other options we weren’t interested in. I opted for the bistro chicken dish which was mediocre at best. After leaving the restaurant, I went back on the website and found out we were given the dinner time menu at noon. My mother ordered the Chilean sea bass which isn’t even on the brunch or lunch time menus. I also discovered afterwards that we were charged the dinner time prices for our meals when we dined at the restaurant at noon, which I find completely unacceptable. Very disappointed in the deception from BrickTop’s. Please treat your valued customers with more respect, honesty and consideration.

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner. We hade reservations and were seated immediately. We shared several different dishes. We started with Wedge salad with Thousand Island Dressing. It was very good. We then shared the grilled artichoke and the Rib Eye steak. Everything was great. Service was very good as well.

This was delicious. Lovely crafted cocktails, beautiful patio.

4 of us ate there last night. We couldn't be seated outdoors so we ate indoors and it was virtually empty. Dale & I shared a caesar salad and an order of meatloaf. All was well. Service was just fine but not great.

Ordered a salad with dinner tonight which was $18 and told there would be sharing charge ($8) for the salad. I can understand a sharing charge for the main course but thought this was outrageous since there were 3 of us ordering dinner, 2 cocktails and one other appetizer as well, which had to be sent back as it was burned and could not be eaten. We had to wait over 1 hour for our food and noticed that people coming in after us received their food ahead of us who had also appetizers as well. I will say that after all was said and done they did take $40 off our total bill.

Very good menu and specials. Excellent wait staff. The flavors and options are wonderful. I’ve been to 3 locations and all are consistently good.

My husband and I are regular guests since more than 9 years at BrickTop's, and we loved also to just stop by for a quick bite at the bar, in addition to our friends and family dinner settings. Yesterday's visit was unfortunately the last one, it is saddening to see how all the new employees are trying their best. The Sushi, likewise other dishes on the menu are lacking quality and appearance. We always loved the personal greeting at the door, and from waiters and bar tenders, when you took a seat, however these days are long gone, new employees every couple of months, if not weeks. I hoped that BrickTop's re-hire's the chef again, which apparently left sometime last year in autumn and the quality of the kitchen changed dramatically, although the menu did not. Two stars since we love Bricktop's Palm Beach and have lot's of great memories.

I'm here for the Breezy Bar and Baked Potatoe, yum!

UPDATE; Walked out after 5 minutes of waiting for server as 2 servers walked by our table repeatedly and didn’t acknowledge our existence…we are regulars at this location…no more! UPDATE: Tried again at lunch today: The waiter messed up order and never came back until time for check…WHO HIRED HIM????

Instead of the managers going around and checking on people, all i seen was them sitting down and bsssing for and hour while serviced lacked. If u need to have a meeting, do it somwhere else than the main dining, bc you are very un-important

It’s great, but it’s not. We love going to this place because it’s such a cool property but sometimes it takes an inordinate amount of time to get your food and other times the food is cold. Other times it’s perfect.

Great lunch, the burger was delicious as well as my other guest's food. Steve J was an excellent server. Kudos to Chef Charlie.

The mature hostess with blonde hair is always so lovely to interact with at your restaurant. She has been there for years, I feel bad for not knowing her name. Im sure you already know how lucky you are to have her but just in case you weren’t I wanted to leave this little review

Elegant setting, a good meal but very pricey for what you get.

Food is good but portions were very small for the price. Service was good, and ambiance was nice.

Not impressed. Was expecting a nice, tasty meal (being it took over 30 mins to get our food) and was very disappointed. Our meals tasted like bottom barrel food, could’ve have made them all better ourselves at home. I had gotten the pulled pork sandwich, one of their specials, and it was nothing but charred pieces of pork, not the tender, delicate pork I was expecting. Whipped potatoes tasted like instant potatoes and my husbands onion rings were clearly frozen store bought. Servers are not the kindest, nor did they seem interested to be here themselves. My drink, a vodka cran was the worst tasting i’ve ever had, how do you mess up a vodka cran..? Overall, would not recommend for the price.

Would never go back. We were treating a friend and were so embarrassed with our choice of restaurants. We had attended an event at The Society of the Four Arts in the afternoon and we could walk here for an early dinner. We were seated in the main dining room at about 5pm on a Monday. Throughout our entire meal you could hear loud noises from the kitchen….silverware banging together, like they we unloading the dishwasher, pots and pans that sounded like they were being cleaned in a sink, kitchen staff yelling at one another. It sounded like a mess hall, very distracting. Our waitress tried to upsell us at every turn. Appetizer for the table? Sure you don’t want lobster bisque with your entree? Would you like protein with your salad? After we said we didn't want dessert, she still brought dessert menus. Funny though, we had to ask for a pepper mill, grated cheese for one dish, bread or rolls for the table, and our water glasses refilled. Our service was sub par. The food was ok. Nothing, I would recommend. Too many other nice restaurants on the island.

Wonderful location and great food!

The food was just okay. They wouldn’t do any substitutions for their brunch. As a gluten intolerant person I try my best to not consume foods that would cause me a flair up. The bottomless mimosas were room temp at some points but they were tolerable. Overall the experience was okay.

The steak frites is my favorite. Great experience.

Great food service and ambiance.

We had a reservation for 5 couples to eat outside. Management lied to us and indicated we could eat at two tables of five inside. They also took a reservation from our friends for a party of 16 for which they could not honor. Folks, we are regular diners in Palm Beach. Do not trust Bricktop to honor your reservation. They were flat out nasty and disrespectful. Pick another restaurant for your larger group

Not good !!! We are really disappointed with food and the service. This was really the worst food that we ate in a long time . I and my husband ate Halibut and my son ate dry aged New York strip steak. They were all not cooked well and no taste . Sushi is also very weak . I strongly disrecommend to go there…

terrible service. waiter ignored my wife and I as we sat at the table waiting to give our drink and food orders. He served the table to the right of us and to the left of us, but just ignored us. I had to signal the hostess and she sent another waitress over who said she would take our drink order for us but she was not our waitress. I thanked here and told her our waiter was ignoring us. The food was without any flavor. It was all sauce and seasoning on top, but the actual food (salmon and shrimp) had no inherent flavor. It all tasted pre-prepared. Goat cheese and beat salads were uneatable. What's amazing is that this is a chain and same menue as its Nashville restaurants and other locations but the prices are all $6-10 more. This is chain restaurant food. Nothing real or original here.

We went here with no expectations and the ribs were amazing. The filet was perfectly done. I did think the menu was a tad odd because under “vegetables” there is fettuccine Alfredo. We also go the calamari very bland and didn’t taste as fresh as I wanted. Our server Gus was very nice. The fries were horrific !!

A wonderful lunch spot! My husband and I were exploring the area and decided to stop for lunch. We were so happy that we did! The food was excellent and so fresh. All of the staff were friendly and very attentive. I am pregnant and they made sure to check ingredients for me. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back again!
