The coffee here is really good and they're always creating new drinks to try out! Whether it be espresso, blended drinks, energy drinks, all around taste great and always something new to try!

They discriminate against the homeless every day I go in and order the same drink every day they charge me a different price that is not right or fair I'm homeless I have to watch what I spend I can't keep getting charged $6 one day $8 the next 7 the next the girls are always touching themselves in their no no spot then our drinks without washing their hands they were not very professional not sympathetic to my concern them told me to get lost I love across from them very rude don't know how they made it this long

I'm actually really sad to give two stars. I've been coming to Cajun for a long time, but something must have changed around August/September last year. Like a previous review mentioned, the coffee tastes different, not in a good way. Sometimes, it's very bitter, or very sweet and bitter. I no longer taste the difference in any of the specialty drinks, and somehow, my iced drinks come warm. Last drink I got was about 2 months ago, it was a Samoa and they completely forgot to add everything to it to make it a Samoa. They handed me just coffee with whipped cream. They did remake the drink for me and added the chocolate, carmel, and coconut. But I was really disappointed that it happened, especially since it wasn't even busy. I've been going back to dutch bros just because I don't want to be disappointed with my drinks anymore. Lastly, like a previous post said, the social media posts are all over the place and messy, specifically Instagram. I'm sad the shack is for sale because I'd like to see it bounce back and I'm hoping that there's a chance it'll be kept and maybe they hire a Manger to run it and do all the back end stuff. Update: I wish Google had a reply button, lol. So to answer your question about social media: It's very hard to find specialty drinks that the shack came up with that are shared via Instagram and sometimes the post doesn't even have the name of the drink listed. As a consumer, I don't want to open my stories/see a post about how slow the business is and that they need people to come in. Maybe like once or twice a month would be reasonable, but there was a period where I was seeing this almost every day that I had to unfollow. I get you are trying to bring business in, but if offering double points didn't work, we need to go back to the drawing board. Honestly, if there is a way you cans can set up surveys for consumers to take after buying a drink, I think it could help narrow down concerns both at the shack and how advertising is done.

Favorite coffee shop so worth the drive

Coffees are delicious! They offer sugar free, decaf, and milk alternatives. Cold and hot. Prices are reasonable due to low overhead. That's where your money goes to, not so much the quality.

I absolutely love this place, it's my go to coffee.. the majority of their drinks also have sugar free or low carb options. They are amazing and rhe staff is great and very helpful especially when u can't decide what u want or helping make a drink low in sugar

Cute little stop with tons of flavors and drinks to choose from! Their holiday drinks are great. Very convenient for commuting down portranco and reasonably priced, especially for non dairy options. The coffee is good, though something about the flavor tastes different from previous years. The service used to be outstanding but now the staff is a bit more reserved. Still kind, but not what it used to be. Side note: The social media marketing tactics are also not the same, and quite honestly deter me from wanting to visit Cajun Coffee Shack more often these days.

Love this place but there one girl that’s just plan rude today she had a blue shirt on and wasn’t friendly at all not even helpful when we asked about the loyalty points thing the rest amazing people!

Just went here with my friend and she ordered the almond joy iced coffee and I ordered the snickerdoodle iced coffee and let me just say 1000 times better than Starbucks and Dunkin will definitely be returning here!

The girls running this place are very friendly and great service. I’d consider myself picky on coffee and the drip coffee is quality. Really enjoyed it. Will be back and highly recommend.

Such a cool vibe. Super friendly crew. Very affordable prices and with boycotting starb forever , this place is a great alternative. So many flavors. So far I loved banana cream pie and liked kings cake. Cake pops cookie dough are good too.

i normally don’t write reviews but my coffee was so yummy i just had to let everyone know ! ive been a regular at cajun since the pandemic and despite me moving last year, i still manage to stop by every once awhile and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. If you are looking for recommendations for what to order follow their instagram for their seasonal and barista crafted drinks. P.S do yourself a favor and get an iced banana foster <3

Best coffee in SA!! Been going here since they first opened, and love having it with my weekend breakfast! Pictured are fall drinks with pumpkin, but they have so many other options to choose from. From the originals like aloha mocha and butter pecan iced or hot lattes to seasonal personal faves like the pumpkin trifle and scrooge, they are all amazing!

I always go to cajun and Mikayla is very helpful on flavors and explaining the drink menu ! Awesome !!!

I love going to Cajun Coffee Shack. The worst part about it though, is trying to pick and choose which drink I want! They have sooo many options. Some personal favorites: Fancy s’mores, Crème Brûlée, Cinnamon French Toast The workers are always polite and patient.

Sugar bomb, galor. Might as well go to Charbucks....or the closest gas station.

Already wrote a review but I just wanted to add that the medium is not like Starbucks Grande.. they are big and well worth the price. Secondly customer service was good, not that I had a complicated order but it's nice to be helped with good energy in general.

Honestly I used to love this place. It was a lot cheaper then starbucks and their coffee tasted a lot better. But recently their quality has gone down a lot, and their prices has went up a lot. I would've been fine with prices going up, understandable considering inflation, if their quality stayed the same or even got better. But now the drinks are not flavorful have A TON of ice and the past 3 times I've went their coffee has been burnt. I hate that I have to leave a negative review for a place that I've loved since day 1, but unfortunately I find it more worth it to go to dutch bros or Starbucks now. If their quality changes again then I'll edit my review but for the time being I can only give them 2 stars. Old review: Great place. They are fast and have many options. Not to mention they come out with new drinks all the time. They are also usually open on holidays which is great because I don't feel like making coffee. They also give back to charity. 100% will go back.

I love to support my local coffee shack. I heard great things about their signature coffee drinks but I went with a seasonal favorite of mine Pumpkin Spice Latte. Does not have the spice punch I am accustomed to. The drink is still good just not the best.

Absolutely love this place!! Mocha granitas/ coconuts flavor, with extra whipping cream, espresso shot, and coconut garnishes The young ladies and Owners (husband and wife) have awesome customer service and people skills which a lot of places lack now in day!! They keep it fun on Facebook I love to follow them! Always giving great discounts and lets no forget to mention that punch card, after 10 beverages you get a free one!! Highly recommend it great coffee and reasonable prices. Ohh almost forgot they always give my lil one a lollipop 🍭

Best coffee in Texas hands down! They have the most syrup flavor selections and most sugar free options I've ever seen! Their baristas are always coming up with different drink combinations that taste amazing. It's veteran owned too and they always have charity raffles and give aways going on too!

I found Cajin Coffee last year and absolutely loved it! I would come at least 2 or 3 timed a week. I've tried almost every coffee on the menu. Over the last few months though I've noticed a change in quality and it's not in a good way. My go to drink is a Iced Creme Brulee and the last few times I've gotten it the drink is luke warm, with a burnt coffee taste and no flavor. It just tasted like watered down burnt coffee. Today I ordered a Iced Cinnamon Roll, and again it was luke warm, no flavor in it and tasted burnt. I'm really sad to see this happening and with their most recent post on Instagram about how their struggling makes me concerned for the future. I'm giving it 4 stars because I believe with feed back they can improve. I've loved the coffee before and the service is always great. I think they are just in a funk right now. I will try going again in a week or two to see if quality has improved and if it does I'll update my review (: Update 8/18/23 I went this morning and picked up an Iced Creme Brulee and it was perfect! It tasted like how it used to and the drink itself was cold. What ever you did to improve the taste of the drink keep it up and thank you for listening to the feed back. Best coffee shop in the 210! They always go above and beyond! I always feel like I'm friends with the barista because of how welcoming they are and have great conversations with them. My favorite drinks are the smores drink and dirty chai.

Friendly services and super free coffee.

Although the line gets a bit long, it's easy to see why! The coffee here is delicious and everyone is always very friendly! There are two lines available to go through so you won't have too long of a wait. Plan your exit accordingly since turning Left on Potranco can be difficult. Highly recommend!

Such a cute shop! I got an Aloha Mocha and it’s so delicious. Feels like I’m drinking some luxury chocolate candies in liquid form. The staff are so friendly and have the cutest accessories. And the price for the sizes of their cups beats any other typical coffee shop! Definitely recommend! Absolutely coming back. :)

I have been coming to your establishment for quite some time now. Although most of the time the staff gets the order correct there are a few times the employees as your coffee runner stated has 99 things going on in the back of his mind. Today's visit has got to be one of the worst visits so far from not taking the order correctly to not reconfirming he order to being handed the order and us explaining one of the coffees is not what we ordered at the window because they never asked until it they finished there chit chat turned around and gave us the order that clearly had a coffee we didn't order. On to them taking back that one coffee, to wanting to charge to remake that one coffee order that was clearly not what was ordered because according to them they can't use it. I could have understood charge the difference but now this is flat out theft. Let me be very clear if you can't reuse it whatever makes you think I can drink a drink i didn't order. On to going back and forth about who ordered what and who said what. I was in the car I know what was ordered because we order this order everytime we go to your establishment. I can understand standing by your employee but to flat out not be present and say you believe your employee who clearly has 99 other things going on in the back of his mind and to being asked if I'd like to speak to management to no management staff coming to the front as advised by your coffee bar attendant. As your runner said if it's that much of a big deal we'll make it right for you. It wouldn't have been a big deal at all if only the order had been taken correctly. Now I understand your management team is busy but I'm busy to so to being told contact them through social media because that's your problem not Katie my managers problem sounds a bit bogus to me to be honest with you. Your establishment clearly has no value for customer respect, no ownership of responsibility and no leadership. Please when you are no longer being busy please feel free to reach out to me.
