Pretty bad all around. Extremely slow. Hour wait on the food and nobody here. Salad wilted, condiments after we ate. Music for old people. Terrible

Marc, John, Gus and Leo are easily the best! They always go above and beyond and the food is 10/10. Never have had a bad experience here and the food is always perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. We did the Miami Spice Filet Mignon dinner and all their sauces and desserts were gluten free and soy free which was amazing. We also added a lobster tail which was delicious I definitely recommend. The medium rare was better than medium just a heads up. Great ambiance and service definitely recommend.

Been to this location a number of times, and it never misses the mark. Quality service, quality food, acceptance wait times, great decor. Eduardo was our server, did great. Details like the blade used to scrape bread rumbs from the table are not missed.

Loved this place, went for a business meeting and returned the same week with my family. I had the prime rib and wow was cooked to perfection, one of the best I've had. Staff was attentive and friendly, I look forward to coming back.

French onion soup never disappoints! We had risotto and I always order the filet mignon but this time I wanted a juicy burger so I ordered the signature burger. It was very good and so were their truffle fries.

Capital Grille never disappoints. My husband and I went to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. We had the Tuna Tartare with mango, avocado and Sriracha appetizer which was delicious. And, of course, I opened with a dirty martini with three blue cheese stuffed olives. My husband had the Gorgonzola crusted dry aged New York strip encrusted with cabernet reduction. I had the regular dry aged New York strip steak. Delish! They were both cooked to Perfection. And, we ordered the brussel sprouts and mac and cheese as our sides which are also delicious.

I wanted to hate because I am big fan of their competition, The Palm Restaurant.......Capital Grill hit a home run in my heart. Everything was really good. Service was tight. No mistakes and very intuitive front and back waiters. It was a dope experience. This particular Capital Grill location is hype worthy. All the stars. Good work.

From the moment we walked in we knew this was the steakhouse we wanted to be at. The atmosphere was very professional. Services was stellar, and food was par for the course.

Our servers name was Stanly. He was absolutely amazing. I got the 10 Ounce fillet which melted in my mouth. Food and service was incredible. Thank you Stanly for an awesome evening

Overall, great experience. Servers were attentive and friendly. Food was good. Wouldn't say "great" but good! Steak was lacking flavor but it was cooked perfectly!

For a Brazilian, the meat was good. The side dishes didn't surprise us. The service was excellent. Wine list with options for all tastes and budgets.

We sat at the bar. The tuna appetizer was delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly and the asparagus nicely flavored. Beverly, the bartender, was very nice and the service was great.

Great evening of food & service. Andrea was fantastic taking care of our table service and made a sure everything was delivered as ordered. We thoroughly enjoyed her friendly & caring demeanor. The manager also took time to visit with us about their wines and recommended a great sparkling rosé.

My wife and I made reservations for the Capital Grille. We arrived a few minutes early and were given a nice table immediately. Joe was our waiter and greeted us with a big smile. He was extremely knowledgeable and suggested their signature drink a “Stoli Doli” which is my new favorite drink. Joe also suggested the shrimp cocktail; I was amazed at the size of the shrimp and how fresh it tasted. The cocktail sauce had the perfect amount of horseradish for a nice kick. We also ordered the burrata and heirloom tomatoes. I ordered the Filet Mignon and my wife ordered the Sea Bass. We also requested the potatoes au gratin. My steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare and the sea bass was also perfect. The potatoes were hot and creamy: excellent! I’m a dessert guy so I asked for the Capital Grille cheesecake, and it was scrumptious! Joe was “nonpareil”- “outstanding” ! He came back to check on us regularly and was so friendly. I left Joe a GREAT tip and he earned every penny of it. When you get great food and great service, make sure you leave an outstanding tip!

A classic, always consistent on food and service. The OG Miami steakhouse that stands taller than the rest. Beatriz, the manager I believe, saved our graduation dinner today when another restaurant fell through. Without dropping a beat Beatriz helped reserve a private dining room. They went the extra mile by decorating the table and recognizing my son's achievement. As for servers, always ask for Gus - he makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down and ensures your group is taken care of until you walk out the door. Thank you Beatriz and Gus for turning a curveball into an unforgettable experience for my family.

Very classy restaurant. Old America atmosphere and great steaks.

2nd level seating is hot. We were sweating & that was the only thing that was uncomfortable. The kitchen heat next to us and light lamp was directly on us. We didn't feel the AC or circulation around us. And the asparagus wasn't fresh it was kind of old. We still enjoy the steaks here.

My wife and I love to spend our anniversary dinners at Capital Grille. The service and quality of the food are always on point. The knowledge of the staff never fails to impress. The atmosphere is traditional steakhouse, which we love. My only complaint is the quality of some of the patrons. I've seen diners wearing jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts. Our society is declining. 😔

Daniel was a great bartender and provided excellent service! However, the other bartender Jen gave us hostile and passive aggressive energy. If you come here and sit at the bar ask for Daniel!

The Capital Grille is THE most consistent restaurant across their locations. When I travel, I take clients, friends, and family the TCG because I know it will be a great evening for food and conversation. (My secret: go during lunch and have their burger.....the steakhouse burger is exceptional!). And I'm a fan of the coconut cream pie for dessert. (Don't tell my doctor.)

I Absolutely LOVE Capital Grille one of my favorite fine dining. The staff is great in every area, if you looking for a nice dining Capital Grille is where the comfort stands and you will not be disappointed! Downtown Chicago is the best location thus far.

The Capital continues to be a temple of quality in its cuts of meat and its extensive wine list. They offered us a Wagyu cut that was the chef's specialty, and I recommend that you order it or ask about this cut, its flavor and juiciness are worthy of the restaurant, returning to this restaurant is always an excellent experience, in addition to its friendly service they make it a very pleasant night.

Ate here in in January 2024, have been here numerous times in past 20 plus years and service has diminished! Our champagne was warm and when waiter popped it open it spilled quit a bit due to being hot and he actually mentioned that it happens when it’s not at drinking temp. For a restaurant of this category and status to have hot undrinkable champagne or any wine/ beverage is unacceptable. We awaited very long time for it to chill to temp by then our appetizer had arrived and were consumed without our drink of choice and our meal arrived and still to warm to consume but we drank it otherwise it would’ve be all night waiting. Staff was ok not great and waited service was slow considering we had bottle water in any case too long for water. Steak overcooked. Meal ok not great. Fish ok not excellent. Just ok and to be honest for this price just ok is not acceptable. Service needs to improve. And so does the good. It’s just ok and for just ok I’ll go elsewhere to stay home and cater a diner. Restaurants will lose customers if the service and food continue to diminish is quality.

In Miami you can get fresh fish and seafood but capital Grille has to be my Favorite place to go to. The mood is always set perfect and food is delicious.

I love this restaurant in Miami. The meat is very good, a typical traditional restaurant where you will always go. Excellent attention from all the waiters, good drinks, good wines. If you like Bloddy Mary, you'll get the best one here. He Clam Chowder is championship. The truth is, everything is very good. And it still has normal prices. It's not cheap but it's not over the top. BE CAREFUL, ask for a reservation and you don't have to wear a tie but it's not shorts and a t-shirt.

I ordered a lobster bisque which was tasteless and a filet mignon also tasteless and overcooked. I was incredibly disappointed

This is a chain restaurant but it’s pretty consistent in quality and it’s a reliable standby when I am on business travel. I was in Downtown Miami on a work trip and stopped here for lunch since it’s close to my office. The service was quick and prompt, it wasn’t very busy. I had the lobster and crab cake which was good and what I usually order.

The Capital Grille is the best. The ribeye was perfect. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was such quality. Will return.

Simply delicious! Simply amazing service, thank you David! We had the dry aged Bone-in NY, dry aged Kona BoneIn NY.. both Pittsburgh Style medium rare.. with Gratin and Spinach.. simply a joy :) But the best of course was my company, my lovely wife.

Food was not up to par it was are anniversary and they over cooked everything I won’t be back to this location I will say the location in Orlando has always treated us great and I thought we would have the same service here but we was wrong Im sure they will get it right sometimes but this was a important day and they charge alot of money for these visits

Very nice restaurant. Service was fine too. I don’t recommend the oysters which were small, with poor taste. Meat from the US was good. I didn’t drink wine, wasn’t in the mood. Price is spicy for only two dishes - 100$ + tip

I don’t often engage in entering reviews on the Internet, but today I would just like to offer my opinion about an outstanding restaurant at which I had the pleasure of dining very recently. That is the Capital Grille. I have dined at this restaurant many times in the last, say, 30 years. At my recent visit, the food was delicious and satisfying beyond compare. I had a filet mignon that was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. My guest, who was celebrating his birthday, was equally pleased with his rib-eye steak. The accompanying side-dishes were also excellent. The best part for me, however, was the impeccable service provided by our server, Stanley. If you don’t go to the Capital Grille for any other reason, you should go and ask to sit at Mr. Stanley’s table. He will undoubtedly provide the outstanding service you are wishing for. This restaurant is highly regarded and serves delicious and expensive food, considering today’s prices. Before going to this restaurant, you must know that it will not be cheap. Neverless, if you are willing to pay a few bucks more for excellent food and service, this is the place. Bon appetite!

I mean, It's the capital grille. My second and two different cities and I can't speak highly enough about the food here. our server was friendly and funny and we had a great time and I'll definitely be coming back.

Diego, our server was great! TCG was also very accommodating, and they even gave us complimentary champagne and desert for our anniversary. The only complaint I have... and it's not really TCG's responsibility, but the way people dress to a nice upscale restaurant is laughable.

This location superbly upholds the standards of the Capital Grille brand. Andrea took amazing care of us, she was attentive, timely, friendly, and helped us with any questions we had about the menu. The interior is very classy, lots of cozy booths, interesting artwork, makes you feel pretty fancy. We had the burrata, the Neuske bacon with KBBQ rub, the lobster tail, and the gorgonzola encrusted NY strip. Everything was delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection, and my friend devoured his lobster. The bacon was addicting. Come hungry! I liked that we never felt rushed, we could take time in between courses. We were too full for dessert but I bet they are all good. Ask your server for the dessert drinks menu too! Cognac, whiskies, cordials are available. Wine by the glass for as low as $11, as someone coming from NY this is an amazing value for such a wonderful steak house. Thanks again to Andrea for making our night feel so special!

The food is good, but be very careful when paying, if you go at lunch time it is a cheaper price than at dinner time, with the same menu for lunch and dinner, we were a table of 3 people, we ordered a dish that cost $39 at lunch time and that same dish is $69. and they charged us at lunch time, $69. Be very attentive when you go to pay the bill, do not charge them the price of dinner if they are having lunch, what they did seems to me to be a lack of respect from the waiter and even more so when it is a restaurant that we visit very frequently. Obviously we won't go again.

Whatever your dinner plans are, cancel them if you haven't been to The Capital Grille yet! The steak alone makes the visit worth it. And yes, the steaks are absolutely worth the price. You'll be very hard pressed to find better! In addition to the flawless steaks, the staff are impeccably professional and engaging. Margarete Selva was our server, and her warmth and attentiveness made the night that much better. She perfectly balanced professional knowledge, recommendations of dishes, and pleasant demeanor! I'm definitely coming back. You should too!

This restaurant is a chain, make no mistake about it. Food is just ok, nothing special. Lobster Mac was watery. Steaks were good. Ceaser salad nothing out of the ordinary, lettuce was drenched in water. Service was excellent.

Capital Grilles are consistently good whatever City you go to. Veal chop was as good as it gets.
