Best place we visited in Brickell hands down. My wife and I went here twice in a weekend because of how incredible the service was on top of the extravagant food. Our server Marlene was outstanding and we continue to be back because of her and the other staff who made our experience absolutely 1st class. This is a must stop place if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed everything about Truluck's. Carlos was amazing and accommodating. The food (lobster stuffed crab and filet) and drinks (Tru story) were the best I think I've had in a long time. The "Lounge Singer" was amazing tooI left satisfied.

I don’t know how many times my friends and I have visited Truluck’s and I’m never disappointed! If you ever get a chance to order ANYTHING on their menu please be sure to try the carrot cake!!! It is AMAZING! We checked out their Miami Spice dinner menu and it was $60. It was well worth it! I tried the lobster bisque, salmon and of course the carrot cake! Like I said I’ve been several times and everything I’ve tried has been amazing! Happy eating ❤️

I had an amazing time at trulucks last saturday night during the happy hour . Maria gave me exceptional service and her spicy blackberry margarita was the best. I just loved the service she provided overall. I will definitely coming back .

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We had the blue crab stuffed lobster tails, stone crabs, and the snapper Ponchartrain. Both were yummy! Thank you Andrew for taking care of us. We will definitely return!

Absolutely, phenomenal, in every single way. I went on my birthday and brought my lovely girlfriend Macy, a better decision we couldn’t have made. Jesus was a wonderful host, really the beverage manager but he’s all over ensuring everything is flawless. And Paola was a wonderful server, so much so I requested her the second time as well. It was the highlight of our trip, and her first true fine dining culinary experience. Taking her here opened her eyes to a world that has greatly been lost these days, the level of comfort and happiness great food and hospitality creates. Cheers.

Our server was excellent and the food was the best!!

Unfortunately our favorite dinning spot is now gone…. What happened to the nice, dimmed out room with candle lights and cozy atmosphere? We were exited about the “facelift” but, unfortunately, did not come out as we expected. Place is now brighter than an operating room, no table cloth on the tables, just a simple placemat for each guest… not sure why they kept the candles on the tables with such a bright ambient. Just feels like any other plain restaurant…. Hope it does work out for you guys, unfortunately, for us…. Our favorite dinning spot for the past 8~10 years is now gone….

After my experience here, I will be returning. The service was great and the food was delicious. Clarissa was fantastic and Kim made sure that my allergy requests were taken care of. I will be recommending Truluck’s to all of my friends.

This place was indeed a great experience and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the stone crabs and the tomahawk ! The service was beyond a 5 stars experience! My server “Clarissa” made all these amazing recommendations and was always two steps ahead of us by making sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely come back and hope to get Clarissa again as a server! Best waitress I’ve ever seen! Thank you Clarissa for all your dedication!

Great food and drinks, amazing atmosphere with live plants throughout, the service was good. I did not particularly like Lobster Thermidor as it had too many cartilage pieces in the meat. The crab claws were $75 for 2, which is really pricey for what they are. The wedge salad was excellent and we really appreciated the freshly baked bread.

Amazing Place to eat in Miami, can’t wait to come back and try something else on their menu! The steak and sea bass was amazing. The stone claw crabs were also great.

There are a lot of restaurants with good food in Miami but bad service simply ruins everything for us. We are the type of old school folks, who simply would never go back if the service is bad. Trulucks has both: delicious food and outstanding service. We really felt the whole fine dinning experience at this restaurant and, with the kind of service we received & such great food, this review was well merited. We were super lucky to be served by Clarissa, she was exceptional, she went through the whole menu and explained everything and she was very knowledgable about the wine as well. A special shout out to Clarissa, our server, who was such a professional girl, with a really great personality, super friendly and courteous.. (also a rarity these days)..just the best experience and look forward to going back.

This was my first time at a Truluck's. We were in town for a concert and chose to eat here for dinner. The food was yummy and the service was phenomenal. Ricardo (Ricky) was our server. He is friendly and very attentive. He was happy to make some great suggestions on the menu. He even brought out a nice dessert for my boyfriend's birthday. Later during our time there, a live singer performed on the piano. It was lovely.

Sadly... it seems the dress code is not being enforced. Hoodies, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps. Not what I expected. Is this a high end restaurant or a sports bar? The staff and the food continues to be excellent. The wine is fine... But.? This was a disappointing visit. Not because of the food, the wine or the service. But standards of clientele have gone downhill.

Old fashioned restaurant, white tablecloth, silverware changing, drinks, appetisers, main meal- all came in the perfect order!

From the moment we walked in our wonderful experience started. Marlene our waitress was very warm and accommodating. The manager Jason checked periodically to make sure all was up to par. Jesus the sommelier was very knowledgeable regarding bourbon for my husband and wine for myself. The food was excellent, especially the crab cake. It was our anniversary and will be one to remember for a lifetime!

Truluck’s really “rolled out the red carpet” for my husband & I for our anniversary dinner. The food, ambiance & special sentiments they did for us were amazing; & service was Stellar. We always enjoy our time at Trucluck’s. All of the cocktails are phenomenal, and food is delicious. We have been here for happy hour and dinner, both great experiences. Jailyn was our server tonight and from the moment she came to the table, until the moment we left she was a fantastic server, professional, kind and knowledgeable. One of our favorite restaurants in Brickell for seafood and drinks. My boyfriend had the Miso Seabass and I had the vegetarian bolognese. I appreciated that they had a great entree option for vegetarians to enjoy as well! Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I went to Truluck’s to celebrate our engagement and everything was so lovely… the food/drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was romantic/quaint, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would like to tell you all about my time at this fine establishment, but I prefer to tell you about the people that took care of our large and raucous party. I will refer to them as The Waitress, The Bartender, The Sommelier, and The Manager. You know who you were that night (6/2/24) These four professionals showed me an incredible dining experience unmatched in all of Greater Miami. Their attention to detail, presentation, alternatives when menu items were not available and service to the customer are an example of what the industry should follow. I, and my party, were treated like royalty for a very special occasion. Service was perfect and and timing of service was almost scripted. No mistakes were made and additions were taken in stride. The cocktails our Bartender made were perfectly made by a skilled tradesman of the craft and were delicious. Our Waitress was nowhere and everywhere at the same time, almost like an apparition, she know when to show and serve as needed without hovering. The Sommelier, and I mean this in the best possible way, probably had more fun than we did, as we are that down to Earth table, and he was in his element. His suggestions made for an amazing meal and an even better dessert session. Finally, The Manager, a consummate professional, a man with the right connections and of exquisite taste. His hospitality is second to none and we should all be so lucky to find him in our stead. If this is the team that takes care of me when I return, I will gladly work all that I can to continue returning here. I do not have enough accolades for this establishment as there are not enough available to me in the English language, but I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to celebrate a truly special occasion or would enjoy an intimate dining experience. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I wish I could give 1000 stars for the best server we’ve ever had. CLARISSA MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE ! She earned this review 100%. BEST STONE CRABS IN FLORIDA! And Clarissa made sure to sell all of them to us haha. I wish there was more… AMAZING! Also the tomahawk is worth it ! There is nothing to complain about Trulucks. Trulucks is the best!

First time on a Monday night. Love piano music was a plus. Outstanding service was provided by Orlando. He was very attentive, personable, and efficient. The Manager stopped by to check on us too. We started with the Crab Claws. Highly recommend! Wife had the Lobster Thermidor and I tried the Sea bass. Both were spectacular! The crème brûlée was superb too. Definitely look forward to dining here again soon!

Déjà le cadre est agréable même très. Le service est raffiné. Les cadres s'allument ce qui est hyper original et au delà de ça, les calamars étaient très très bon et le plat aussi. La KeyLime pie était aussi délicieuse en dessert ( grosse portion un pour deux suffit).

We love Truluck's. We wish we had one in Nashville. We use to eat at the one in Dallas and loved it. Also Ft. Lauderdale. Prices are high no doubt about it. I had their special drink Voila! It comes to the table bubbling and was very tasty. My husband had a Martini. Almost $40.00 for these drinks. Oysters 1/2 dozen and a shrimp cocktail to start were excellent. Petit Sea Bass and Petit Branzino fresh and delicious. Great yeast rolls, which I noticed were an extra charge of $6.00, not sure we knew that. And petit chocolate cake for dessert. We had a lot of petit offerings and still spent $200.00 for dinner for 2. We feel it was worth it. Our server Lucas was professional, engaging and nice. We would return and recommend this restaurant.

We went for happy hour - Miami Spice stayed for dinner! Enjoyed the rolls and all three courses from the Miami Spice menu. We will be back! The bartender and server were great to us. Two managers stopped to check us out. We love it.

The manager Maria Arrieta was very helpful to ensure we had everything we needed for my daughter’s birthday dinner. She provided champagne and had a special baked Alaska prepared. Our server was amazing and did an excellent job with selection and ensuring our food was to our liking. It was a wonderful evening.

While the cuisine at Truluck's is undoubtedly good, I must admit it fell just shy of greatness in my estimation. The ribeye steak, though cooked to perfection, lacked a bit of the bold flavor and marbling I anticipated. Similarly, the branzino dish was enjoyable and generously portioned, yet it didn't quite reach the pinnacle of culinary excellence. Our selection of side dishes, however, was a highlight of the meal. The crab fried rice, in particular, stood out as an exceptional accompaniment, its flavors blending harmoniously with every bite. I wholeheartedly recommend it as a must-try addition to any meal. On the other hand, the asparagus, while flavorful, was disappointingly underwhelming in portion size and texture. In upscale dining experiences, I've come to expect a tender interior complemented by a crisp exterior. Despite these minor critiques, my overall impression of Truluck's remains positive. I anticipate returning, perhaps during happy hour, to further explore the menu and indulge in additional culinary delights.

My wife and I were very disappointed with this first and last time dining experience at Truluck's on Brickell in Miami. TG FRIDAY'S food at the Capital Grill prices. Her Rubic's Cube size chunk of sea bass was tasteless and barely warm, served on top of a heap of mashed potatoes. My scallops were seared ok on the outside but barely warm. Both plates were colorless and served on white plates. No visual appeal. Our waiter was gushing over with insincere compliments and was overly friendly and left us little privacy. We skipped desert. We won't be back.

Truluck’s won the lottery with them, they knew when to provide the right hospitality, smiles and wit. Clarissa said Trulucks has better stone crabs than Joe’s, and she was completely right! All of the food was delicious and service was paced just right. Thank you Clarissa and Matias for the way you handled our party and for making us feel like part of the family! We just had an amazing lunch at Trulucks in Brickell. My husband who is a big fan of Joe’s Stone crabs said the stone crabs at Trulucks were as good. The crab cakes are fresh and delicious. For dessert we shared a (big) carrot cake. But what made the whole experience unforgettable, was our waitress Clarisa. She was attentive, quick, friendly, professional and funny. I hope we have her again next time we visit.

We had a nice dinner and the service was very good. One of our two jumbo crab claws was mushy in parts and not great value for the money. Crab cakes were good. The lobster tail was good but slightly overcooked so the texture was not good and not acceptable for $125. Grouper was okay, wouldn’t have it again as it was thin, crunchy and not the fish dinner you’d expect. The restaurant was not busy and we were taken to a back table near the kitchen doors until we asked to be moved. Overall a nice meal but the food quality left something to be desired on this visit.

We celebrated a birthday here for 12 people. Paula did her job brilliantly. The food was very tasty, every dish. At the end we received dessert presents. The bill was $2000 for champagne and wine and it was a fair price!

Just landed in Miami today April 4th 2024 and first place we ate was Truluck. The service by Matias and Clarissa was impeccable and couldn't have asked for better service. They we very pleasant and intentive. The food was amazing some of the best food I have had ever. I hardly do reviews but I couldn't help but do one. Definitely recommend this place and ask for Matias or Clarissa.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of wine on their menu. It seemed a bit uninspired. I did try to order 2 different bottles to which both were not available, this was after I tried to order caviar to which was not available as well. It seemed to be the way the night went. We were told the manager would stop by so we could share our thoughts, to which the manager never bothered to show up. We have dined here quite often and love the service and staff so this experience is not the norm, but it warrants writing about. Definitely not the level we are used to, but please note- our server was phenomenal. He did everything he could based on what was available to him.

Food and service were not as good as before. Service was very slow in the beginning. Waitress was excellent, felt understaffed.

I had been waiting for some time to try stone crab again and this restaurant did not disappoint - - very excellent !! The atmosphere and service in this restaurant are outstanding and very elegant without any attitude. From greeting to paying the bill, everything was well executed, properly paced and made us feel like valued customers. My wife’s branzino was excellent and the side dishes of asparagus and mashed potatoes were served in the center of the table to be shared. We even managed to save some room to share a slice of key lime pie. It was truly one of the better dining experiences we have had in some time. It is expensive but for us completely worth it. And the stone crab was exactly what I hoped it would be !!

Very elegant, good service, worth every penny, park the valet same price or even less than parking garage. Valet is $15.00, food is fairly priced for upscale. An alternative if you can't get seating is Fleming's around the corner, not exactly the same but good steak house, just an FYI. Enjoy you deserve it 😁

Last night my family and I went for dinner at Truluck’s. Joey/Jose Santiago was our server, dare I say he was an EXCELLENT server. His detail, attention and knowledge = impeccable. My baby was also treated with respect and kindness, as a parent who doesn’t get out often and is in the mood for a quality dinner and experience, it was a relief to not feel uncomfortable because I have a baby at the table. Pierot was wonderful as well, he has a great personality and way to make guests feel comfortable. The food was outstanding, the stone crabs & branzino are to die for!

Great to start happy hour in the bar area for the half price cocktails. Would then recommend transitioning to a proper table for dinner, as the bar area is quite close to the live piano/singer which is a bit loud for continuing conversation over dinner.

The gentleman playing music in the bar was entirely too loud. We were in the room furthest from him and the best part was when he took a break so we could hear each other. Please turn down the speakers. Music is meant to enhance not overpower. Our server was excellent as was the food.

We flew all the way from San Diego to downtown Miami so we could relive some memories. Trulucks was in La Jolla, San Diego for a decade and all of a sudden left. Very disappointing. Our waiter Kiley what’s outstanding! We had Stone crab claws, Oysters, Seabass, scallops, lobster bisque, wedge, salad, and salmon! Freaking delicious 🤤 Consider coming back to SD!!!

Marvin was a fantastic waiter. The food was delicious and the wine superb. The complementary Baked Alaska was excellent. The piano man at the bar is super good; playing and singing great music of the last 20?years. We had a fantastic night celebrating my wife’s birthday. Thank you to the staff.
